A magistrate in Islamabad issued an arrest warrant for Pakistan Tahrik-e-Insaf leader and Pakistan’s former prime minister Imran Khan on 30th September 2022. The warrant was issued by Senior Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim after Imran Khan didn’t appear in court in a case filed against him for allegedly threatening a female judge.

Imran Khan is accused of threatening District and Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry while addressing a public meeting on 20th August 2022 in Islamabad. Following his remarks, a case was registered against him on August 20. Imran Khan was booked under several sections of the Pakistan Penal Code in the FIR against him, including 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 189 (threat of injury to public servant), and 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant).

The PTI chief is also facing contempt of court charges for his comments against Judge Zeba Chaudhry. Imran Khan had made the comments against the judge for approving his aide Shahbaz Gill’s two-day police custody on August 17. Imran Khan’s Chief of Staff was arrested on sedition charges for making comments against the army. The former PM had said that the judge should “prepare herself as action would be taken against her”.

In the controversial August 20 address, Imran Khan had also threatened to file cases against Islamabad’s inspector general of police and deputy inspector general of police, accusing him of inhuman treatment of Gill in custody.

According to the police, when the Islamabad High Court dismissed terror charges in a case filed against Imran Khan for his statements, the matter was sent to a sessions court, and the former Pakistani prime minister did not receive bail there. The police further said that as Imran Khan didn’t attend the last court hearing, the warrant was issued to ensure that he is present during the next hearing.

Imran Khan was charged with terrorism on the allegation of Islamabad Saddar Magistrate Ali Javed for terrorizing the federal capital’s additional sessions judge, Zeba Chaudhry. Following Imran Khan’s address at the PTI rally in Islamabad’s F9 Park in August, a first information report (FIR) was filed with the Margalla police.

However, on September 19, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the removal of terrorist sections from the lawsuit filed against the PTI head for threatening a woman judge and Islamabad police personnel. After the Islamabad High Court (IHC) withdrew the terrorism charges against him, an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) instructed Imran to move the sessions court for temporary bail since the subject did not fall under its purview.

The PTI leader earlier today filed an affidavit before the IHC in the contempt suit about threats made against the additional district and sessions judge. The former prime minister assured in the affidavit to the court that he would never again take any action that would diminish the stature of any court or the judiciary, particularly the subordinate courts. The PTI leader stated that he is willing to take additional steps to satisfy the court in this respect and that he would fully adhere to what he indicated before the court in the last hearing. He wrote that he “might have crossed a red line while making a public speech”.

The affidavit was demanded by the court at a hearing on September 22, when Imran promised to apologize to Chaudhry after the PTI leader criticized her for allowing Shahbaz Gill’s physical remand in a sedition case. Imran was spared from jail because of his promise to apologize.

Yesterday, Imran Khan had reached the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry to personally apologise for his comments, but could not do so as she was not present in the court. He informed the officials of the court that he came to apologise.

Twitter appears to be suppressing the results of video searches for the name of Italy’s election winner, Giorgia Meloni, making it harder for users of the platform to discover her speeches.

This comes after a clip of a 2019 speech from the future Italian Prime Minister went viral across multiple platforms. In the 2019 speech, Meloni condemns globalist capital for waging war on the family, religion, gender identity, and national identity.

The issue was first identified shortly before noon yesterday, and 24 hours later remains unfixed. The suppression is similar to other forms of shadowbanning by Twitter, which are generally aimed at making it harder to find and engage with content on the platform.

There appears to be a concerted effort in Silicon Valley to slow the spread of Meloni’s 2019 speech, which has electrified conservatives across the world after her election win. Google-owned YouTube shut down a video of the same speech for nearly 12 hours earlier this week, later restoring it and claiming it was a “mistake” — a mistake that cut off momentum for the clip just as it was going viral.

Twitter may be the platform where the clip has spread the most. One tweet with the clip amassed over 60,000 retweets and over 200,000 likes before Twitter shut down video searches for the Italian PM’s name.

Big Tech companies like Twitter and Google know more than anyone else in society about how virality works. Author C Ravichandran said that one cannot criticize Islam in Kerala. He made this remark in an interview with New Indian Express. Ravichandran also expressed his views on various issues like Sangh, CAA, and NRC.

C Ravichandran recently stated that communism has turned into a religion. After this, he was termed a Sanghi. When asked about his remarks on communism, Ravichandran said, “I call it the fourth religion. Communism through the vote is negligent; in most countries, they come to power using violence. It is based on absolutism. In my point of view, no single class should have power over others. Then it becomes fascism. The followers, or communists, behave like devotees.”

He further said, “The religion has a prophet and a book written by him. If one questions anything, he becomes a traitor. They hold on to economical superstition, too. The difference is that economic superstition will affect the entire society, not just one community like other religions!”

On being called Sanghi, C Ravichandran said, “I have been criticizing the Sangh and Hindutva for a long time. I am against all religions and belief systems. There was a time when I was called a communist. But as I started criticizing Islam and reservation, I got a new title. Because, in Kerala, you cannot criticize Islam. For some people, that’s when the hand starts trembling.”

C Ravichandran also expressed his thoughts about CAA and NRC. He said, “The Citizenship Amendment Act only gives citizenship [to persecuted minorities of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh], and doesn’t take it away. However, in 1976, we added secularism to our Constitution. So, you cannot discriminate against any religion. But as a country, we require a citizenship registry. So, we need a CAA-NRC, implemented without filtering based on religion.”

More and more disturbing details are coming to light in connection with the bombing of the Nordstream pipeline in the Baltic Sea.

The Arabic news channel Al Mayadeen reported that weeks before the attack, US helicopters were circling over the sea area where the fatal explosions took place on September 26 with a striking frequency.

This can be reconstructed using the flight data from the online service “Flightradar24”. According to this, at the beginning of September, just under a month before the attack, a US Navy Sikorsky MH-60R “Seahawk” helicopter was circling for hours on several consecutive days – especially on September 1, 2 and 3 later over the area of the damaged natural gas pipelines not far from the island of Bornholm.

According to the aircraft tracking portal, the US helicopter flew from Gdansk to the area where the Nordstream pipelines were several times.

On September 10 and 19, US helicopters also flew over Nordstream 1, and on the nights between September 22 and 25, several helicopters stayed for hours over the site of later explosions. The helicopters that were in the air on the night of September 22 to 23 and 25 to 26 left particularly confusing flight tracks.

On the latter night, a multi-purpose MH-60R “Strike Hawk” helicopter circled for nine hours over a sea area about 250 kilometers from Bornholm, from about 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Central European Time. Among other things, the “Strike Hawk” can fight underwater targets.

No repair work possible

No repair work will be taking place on Nordstream Pipelines 1 and 2. Such tasks would have to be commissioned and paid for by Russia, because Russia owns the pipelines. And the EU would have to lift its sanctions against Russia to carry out the work. This is not to be expected in the foreseeable future.

The time window for a possible repair closes in October. Because the tubes are currently full of salt water. Without immediate action, this salt water will corrode the tubes, which are protected against its effects only on the outside, but not on the inside. This information is also available to the federal government, which appears to have written off the entire Nordstream project.

With the demise of Nordstream, the German economy lost billions in value.

Leicester City in England’s East Midlands region has witnessed a sharp increase in targeted attacks against the Hindu community. The orgy of violence by Islamists began soon after India clinched victory against Pakistan in the group stage match of the Asia Cup on August 28. After that, there were spates of violence against Hindus where Hindu houses were burnt, mobs beat up Hindu men, cars were destroyed and temples were vandalised.

The violence was made far worse by Islamists spreading misinformation on social media, targeting Hindus specifically. One of the Islamists, Majid Freeman, had spread dangerous lies like a mosque being vandalised and a Hindu man attempting to kidnap a Muslim girl, both of which were proven false by the Leicester police.

Another claim that was spread by Islamists during the spate of violence against Hindus in Leicester, was that a Muslim traffic warden was beaten up by Hindus. Hinduphobic South Asian Journal posted a video on the 12th of September where an Imam was seen talking to his nephew, who was allegedly a traffic warden. In the video, the nephew then claims that he was assaulted by Hindus.

In the video, one Imam Khalid Hussain from Leicester points to another Muslim man, Mohammed Shakeel Abdullah, claiming that he was his nephew and was assaulted by Hindus.

On the 13th of September, the Leicester police took note of the video and said that Mohammed Shakeel Abdullah was safe and well. They also said that the incident was under investigation.

By this time, the claim had travelled far and wide. Several Muslims had started circulating this news where the alleged traffic warden says that a group of Hindus travelling in a car attacked him after he told them to get in their car and leave. He claims that one Hindu reached into the car and pulled out a knife and questioned him if he was a Muslim. When he answered in the affirmative, the Hindus attacked him. This was narrated with a sheepish smile on Mohammad’s face and was shared by several Muslim individuals across social media platforms.

On the 30th of September 2022, the Leicester police issued an update on the arrests and action taken regarding the Leicester violence.

The Leicester police in its update said, “A 28-year-old man, from Leicester, was voluntarily interviewed about a report he made to police on 10 September. It was claimed he was assaulted while working as a traffic warden. It was ascertained that this report was false. The investigation continues”.

With this, another lie used to instigate violence against Hindus proved to be false.

The anti-Hindu attacks in the United Kingdom – Leicester and Birmingham

In the past couple of months, the anti-Hindu attacks in the United Kingdom, especially in Leicester and Birmingham, increased by several folds. What appeared to be a reaction to the defeat Pakistan faced in the T20 Asia Cup match against India, it was later found that Islamists were just using the match as an excuse to attack the Hindus as they did not stop even after Pakistan defeated India in the same series a week later.

The attacks intensified to the extent that Hindu families left Leicester, and some of them reportedly have not returned so far. The houses, businesses and properties of Hindus were vandalised. Contrary to what was happening, mainstream media and Islamists tried to cover up the anti-Hindu attacks and blamed Hindus for the clashes.

In Birmingham, they used an event where Sadhvi Ritambhara was scheduled to appear as an excuse to attack a Hindu temple. The event was postponed owing to Sadhvi’s health. However, the Islamists did not back off and attacked the temple. It was evident that they were well aware of the fact that not only that particular event but the whole tour was postponed, but they moved ahead and called to circle the temple to intimidate Hindus. More such so-called “peaceful protests” at Hindu temples and establishments in the UK have been planned by the Islamists in the coming days.

The two cousins were killed on Sunday at the Saint-Charles train station in Marseille, one with her throat slit, the other with her stomach slashed. The killer, Ahmed Hanachi, shouted “Allah akbar” while stabbing with his knife. He was shot by a reservist on patrol. The Islamic State recognised him as one of its “soldiers”.

The 29-year-old Tunisian was in the country illegally. He had been arrested seven times since 2005 for petty crime without ever being deported. Two days before his murder, the villain had been arrested in Lyon for theft and then released. Laura and Mauranne died because the Republic and the beaurocrats had failed to protect their citizens from immigration and the conquering Islam that came with it.
