In Maharashtra, a Dalit minor girl (17) was allegedly kidnapped by a person named Aman Sheikh (24) who posed himself as Amrut Ram Khairnar. The girl and the accused both belong to the Srirampur area of the Ahmednagar district. However, the girl was kidnapped by the accused from Shirdi where she had gone with her family to visit the Sai Baba temple.

According to local sources, the incident is said to have happened in the second week of November this year. The accused Aman Sheikh abducted the minor girl from Shirdi. He trapped her in a love affair and lured her. He also forged documents, including a fake Aadhaar Card, to convince the victim girl that he was a Hindu, reports said. The victim is a resident of the Sanjay Nagar area of Shrirampur while the accused stayed in ward number two of the same city.

The parents of the girl confirmed to Sudarshan news that Aman Sheikh trapped the victim girl in a love affair and later abducted her from Shirdi. “Aman Sheikh stays in the ward number two area of the city. His mother owns a beauty parlour and we have been asking her about our daughter since she disappeared. Even Aman is not seen around in the city and at his home”, the father of the girl said.

Meanwhile, her mother said that they have lodged a police complaint and had been asking the police to launch an investigation into the case. “We daily go to the police station to demand action but no action is taken. We are just told that an investigation is underway. It’s been more than 15 days and we want our daughter back,” she said.

The members of several Hindu organisations including the Rashtriya Shriram Sangha and Hindu Dharmarakshak Sena took cognizance of the incident and submitted a memorandum on November 26 to the Upper District Magistrate. They demanded immediate police action in the case and said that they would launch severe protests if the police fails to find the victim and take action against the accused. (Time Stamp 01:52)

The Bharatiya Janata Party members have also taken cognizance of the event and have demanded strict action against the accused. BJP’s Bhatke Vimukta Yuva Aghadi’s district president Dattabhau Khemnar and BJP SC Morcha city president Sagar Shinde, Manoj Yadav, and Tilak Sonar also met the Additional SP along with the girl’s parents and demanded immediate action in the case. The BJP workers said that they would stage a protest if the police fails to take action against the accused.

Local sources informed OpIndia that the victim is a minor girl and will be 18 on December 6 this year. Her school leaving certificate obtained by OpIndia also reveals that the victim girl was born on December 6, 2004. On the other hand, the fake Aadhaar card created by the accused shows his birth date as July 6, 1998. The girl is still missing and police investigations are underway.

Earlier, a similar incident was reported from Malegaon, Nashik where a minor tribal girl was abducted by a person named Imran Sheikh. The girl had disappeared from her home while she was alone. The family of the girl and several Adivasi and Hindu organisations then alleged that the police were not taking the case seriously as the victim girl belonged to the tribal community.

Belgium: Two years after holding a 13-year-old boy for 42 days for ransom, the “friend of Bin Laden” and another terrorist have already been released

A 13-year-old boy was kidnapped from his home in Genk in June 2020 by men dressed as police officers. After 42 days with his kidnappers and the payment of a ransom of 330,000 euros, the teenager was able to return home safely. Very soon, the investigation pointed to the family of Khalid Bouloudo and L., who were known for their connections to terrorist groups. In the meantime, all suspects are at large without electronic ankle bracelets, as Het Laatste Nieuws reports.

L. and Khalid Bouloudo both have a long history. The former was even called a “friend of Bin Laden” at the time. In 2018, he was found guilty of leading a terrorist group between April 7 and June 8, 2013. The deferment of his prison sentence was subject to conditions, such as having a permanent address, actively looking for work or undergoing vocational training. Although he was still targeted by the judiciary, investigators believe that he may have organised the hostage-taking and kidnapping of the little boy from Genk anyway.

Khalid Bouloudo was sentenced to five years in prison for terrorism in 2006. At the time, he and twelve other men founded the Belgian cell of the Groupe Islamique Combattant Marocain (GICM), a terrorist organisation allegedly responsible for the attacks in Casablanca in 2003 and Madrid in 2004. 7sur7.be

Austrian schools abolish Christmas for the sake of Muslim pupils

Foreigners in their own country: Austrians are becoming more and more so due to unchecked mass immigration and the asylum chaos. In two Styrian primary schools, it is now even going so far that Christmas is to be celebrated without reference to Christianity because of pupils of other faiths.
It is another sign of misunderstood tolerance and also a retreat from one’s own traditions. As Servus-TV reports in a feature, two primary schools in Leoben, Styria, are celebrating Christmas this year without reference to Christianity. The reason: they do not want to hurt the feelings of pupils of other faiths.

For example, Servus-TV quotes from a letter from the headmasters to the parents: “We will try to keep the reference to the Roman Catholic religion to a minimum and make it an ethical ritual. However, certain terms such as ‘Advent’, ‘Christkind’, ‘Nikolaus’ and ‘Christmas’, for example, cannot be avoided.”
This is causing heated debate. Many wonder how integration, including the teaching of local values and traditions, is supposed to work. Advent celebrations, every Monday lasting 20 minutes with stories and singing, without, however, taking into account the roots that have been handed down in this country for centuries – apart from former pre-Christian customs. Equally embarrassing is the fact that they almost apologise for having to mention certain terms after all.
The Islam researcher and psychologist Ahmad Mansour also finds clear words and warns against sweeping Christian customs under the carpet out of misunderstood tolerance. In the article, he explains: “That is anticipatory obedience, which shows that we are actually dealing with our identity in a completely insecure way. But if we want to integrate people, then we need this security, this self-confidence, to invite people to join in. But if we start to give away our culture, our tradition, and deal with it in an insecure way, then polarisation arises here.”
Claus Kastner, the head of the Upper Styria-East Board of Education, defended the heads of the two primary schools to Servus TV, saying that the proportion of non-Christian children at the two schools was around 80 per cent: “We have a relatively high percentage of pupils at these schools who belong to other religious communities – and now the intentions of the two colleagues were that the topic of ‘Advent’ should nevertheless be dealt with together.”

Parents, even Muslim ones, who also have their say in the article, do not find the procedure in schools okay. They think it is part of tradition and culture and should be accepted. After all, we are in Austria. At least until Father Christmas comes with the Coca-Cola truck.

India: 22-year-old woman raped by two Muslim bike taxi drivers

A 22-year-old woman was allegedly raped by a bike taxi driver and his friend after she hired the services of Rapido, a bike taxi aggregator and logistics service provider, police said on Tuesday.

The Bengaluru Police arrested the driver and his friend based on a complaint filed by the victim. The woman said the incident took place on November 24 after she hailed a bike taxi from BTM Layout to Electronic City. Shahabuddin, the Rapido driver, took the victim to his house, which was close to where she was staying. The police said Shahabuddin and his friend Akhtar raped the victim in the house.

“The woman had hired a ‘Rapido’ bike to go from one friend’s house to another. On the way, the bike driver took advantage and has taken her to his place, where he along with his friend raped her. There was another woman along with them during the crime, who cooperated and then tried to hush it up,” Bengaluru Police Commissioner Pratap Reddy said.

The victim filed a complaint with the police a few days later. Talking about police action in the case, Reddy said they registered an FIR soon after the woman visited doctors for medical help on November 26 after she complained of suffering pain in her body parts.

Bengaluru Police Commissioner further said that evidence has been collected from the spot with the aid of forensic lab experts. The police said the driver worked as a Rapido bike driver while his friend Akhtar was employed at a mobile store. One accused had a criminal case against him in the past, Reddy added.

In addition to Shahabuddin and Akhtar, the police have also arrested their female friend who was present at the house when the incident took place. The woman provided false information to protect the other accused, Deputy Commissioner of Police South-East division Bengaluru, CK Baba was quoted as saying by The News Minute.

Reports also said that Shahabuddin had misbehaved with the victim when he had stopped the taxi at a shop on the way to Electronic City. As per an article published in The Hindu, the police are currently investigating if the accused were involved in similar cases in the past.
