Germany: A special treatment for Islam in Rhineland-Palatinate – No lessons for Muslim pupils during Ramadan

Once again, the red-green state government of Rhineland-Palatinate is ensuring the exact opposite of integration and the privileging of minorities with maximum potential for division and resentment: as reported by ” Tichys Einblick” (TE), Muslim pupils can be granted exemption from school lessons during Ramadan on certain occasions – “exams, written exams, performance tests”. So practically all the time. “Free on Eid… Schools should organise class tests and sports lessons in such a way that they harmonise with Ramadan… Malu Dreyer’s Rhineland-Palatinate is adapting to the requirements of the Islamic month of fasting,” comments TE.

In a leaflet published by the state government entitled “Muslim children and young people at school”, the approach to religious holidays such as Ramadan is presented in the “usual euphemistic singsong”, writes the magazine: “Modern democracies are characterised by the diversity of cultures, tolerance, the exchange of experiences and the willingness to trust one another”. And the authors qualify the standard-setting character of their writing: “The suggestions … are intended as a basis and guide for developing solutions that teachers … pupils and parents must work out together for their school.”

As a further example of a fundamentally misunderstood tolerance, which manifests itself not only in proactively “halal” canteen food, in appeals (recently made in North Rhine-Westphalia) for non-Muslim pupils to refrain from drinking during Ramadan or in the cheering of headscarves as a sign of alleged “diversity”, but also in the ingratiation with religious and traditional everyday rules, a policy of submission is once again presented here, which above all sends out a message: Muslims, do what you want here and when you want… we will not put obstacles in your way for ANYTHING! Rules that apply to everyone are suspended for you in case of doubt! Whatever you want and demand, we say yes to everything and no more amen and refrain from doing anything so that you can live here according to the prophet! But please, please, please don’t think of us as being racist or discriminatory!

Of course, the special circumstances should not only be taken into account by completely suspending compulsory schooling during the month of fasting, but also in school sports: “The workload in sports lessons should also be adapted to these conditions.”
The Ministry of Education in Mainz formally informs TE that there is no complete and continuous exemption for the 30-day Ramadan; however, firstly, there are almost always ” tests to be passed” and secondly, special restraint should be exercised in case of doubt. In addition, according to the brochure for schools, “when planning school trips and organising work placements, school festivals and the like, schools should also take Ramadan into account where possible.” TE summarises the result of this supposed recommendation for action presented in a brochure: ultimately, Dreyer’s state government is putting pressure on schools to adapt to Ramadan – even if it disguises this with its wording.

SCOTLAND: Trans-Identified Male Suspended From Scouts Position After Sharing Pornography On Public Social Media Profiles

A trans-identified male from Galashiels has been suspended from his position with the Scouts after it was learned that he was sharing hardcore pornography and drug promotions on his public social media profiles. Gabby Smith, 41, operated the profiles under his own name, doing nothing to obscure his curation of inappropriate content.

While it is unclear how long Smith had been a volunteer with Scouts, he acted in the capacity of a leader with youth ages 10 to 15 years old. Scouts is the largest mixed volunteer-led organization for young people in Scotland, with over 35,000 youth as young as 6 involved in the various programs being offered.

Smith was involved at the Melrose branch of Scouts in the Scottish Borders, and had just recently been awarded the Wood Badge, which is issued to adult volunteers once they have completed their leadership training.

Gabby Smith as seen in a 2021 X post.

Smith, whose real name is Gavin Horstead, came under scrutiny by Scouts after they discovered he was sharing inappropriate content under his own name on social media. Smith operates multiple Facebook and X profiles which appear to be almost exclusively dedicated to circulating pornography and advertising himself for sex.

On his X account, which was first established in 2019, almost every single post shared by Smith is pornographic in nature, primarily featuring young men in erotic positions or exposing their anuses or genitalia. Smith appears to have made no effort to obscure his identity in his explicit online profiles, proudly using his name and photos across all platforms, along with a number of other pieces of identifying information.

Some parents noted that if an adult was easily able to find his social media accounts, so would tech-savvy youth.

Speaking to The Sun, a Scouts spokesperson said: “The safety of young people in our care is our number one priority. Gabby Smith is prohibited from all contact with Scouts whilst inquiries are conducted.”

This is not the first time a trans-identified male has been removed from a youth organization in the UK for inappropriate public conduct. In 2022, a frenzy was sparked in the United Kingdom after a trans-identified male with a disturbing social media history became the lead Commissioner for the Southwell division of Girlguding, the nation’s Girl Guides franchise.

Monica Sulley, a male who identifies as a woman, became the lead Commissioner for the Southwell division of Girlguiding in July of 2021, but came to widespread attention later on in the year after concerning social media posts emerged.

Sulley had made posts on multiple platforms of photos of himself posing with weapons, dressed in bondage gear, and referring to himself as “Mistress.”

Some members of the public who attempted to contact Girlguiding to submit complaints about Sulley were later contacted by police and threatened with arrest.

UK: ‘Woke’ Oxford college pulls down 18th Century painting ‘in case students are offended’

Henry Somerset, Duke of Beaufort  bbc.co.uk

An Oxford college has removed a portrait of an 18th-century duke following concerns it would offend students.

The painting of Henry Somerset, the 5th Duke of Beaufort, normally hangs in the Senior Library of Oriel College in Oxford.

However, the painting shows a young black servant in the background, which has raised concerns over whether it would offend students.

The duke was a direct descendant of King Henry IV of England and graduated from Oriel in 1763. He died in 1803.

In the portrait, the Duke can be seen wearing ermine robes, a powdered wig, stockings and breeches, while in the background a small black boy holds his coronet.

Now, it has reportedly been moved from the college to Badminton House, Gloucestershire, the ancestral home where the 12th Duke currently resides

A college source told MailOnline: “It’s of a black page boy or servant. That’s why it had to be banished – in case it offended a student.

“It’s a fine way to treat one of Oriel’s great benefactors, the first to endow scholarships for poor scholars since the Middle Ages.”

The college says the portrait has been loaned to Badminton House as a temporary measure while there is work ongoing at the college.

The portrait will be returned to the Senior Library once those refurbishments are completed, according to reports.

GB News has approached The Beaufort Estate, Oxford University and the college for a comment.

Oriel College has been embroiled in a row over its past benefactors, with students campaigning to remove a statue of coloniser Cecil Rhodes.

Rhodes, a mining magnate and politician, left the college £100,000, about £10million in today’s money, in his will in 1902, which has funded many scholarships.

However, a campaign group, Rhodes Must Fall argues the statue is a symbol of colonialism and the violence that accompanies it.

An explanatory plaque has been set up saying Rhodes was a “committed British colonialist” who “obtained his fortune through exploitation of minerals, land and peoples of southern Africa. Some of his activities led to great loss of life and attracted criticism in his day and ever since.”

It adds: “In recent years, the statue has become a focus for public debate on racism and the legacy of colonialism. In June 2020, Oriel College declared its wish to remove the statue but is not doing so following legal and regulatory advice.”

UK: Met Police Officer Tells Jewish Woman Swastikas Should Be ‘Taken in Context’ at Anti-Israel Rally (Video)

The photo features a child holding a sign with the flag of Palestine and the words ‘Save Our Children!’ Twitter

London’s Metropolitan Police has come under criticism after footage emerged showing an officer telling a Jewish woman that swastikas seen at a pro-Palestinian protest should be “taken in context”.

A clip shared widely online appeared to show a London police officer suggesting that under certain circumstances swastikas paraded in public could be legal, despite Britain’s tough restrictions on so-called hate speech.

In the clip filmed at a pro-Palestinian rally on Saturday, the officer was heard telling a Jewish woman: “I don’t have an in-depth knowledge of signs and symbols. I know the swastika was used by the Nazi party during their inception and the period of them being in power in Germany in 1934… I’m aware of that.”

“So under what context is a swastika not disrupting public order? Could you just explain under what symbol that is not disrupting public order?” the woman asks.

“I haven’t said anything about it that it is or it isn’t. Everything needs to be taken in context doesn’t it,” the officer replied.

“I’m confused about in what context a swastika is not anti-Semitic. This is what I want to know,” the exasperated woman shot back.

“Why is a swastika not immediately anti-Semitism? Why does it need context? This is what I’m confused about. This isn’t even about Israel. In what context is a swastika not anti-Semitic and disruptive to public order?” she questioned.

“I suppose to some I don’t know how everybody would feel about that sign. Now if you came up to me and you felt mass alarm and distress about a symbol that someone was…” the officer responded.

The officer then told the woman that he would not leave his position and that it was not his responsibility to “walk down the road” to where the woman claimed the Swastika was being displayed.

After the publication of the interaction, the Metropolitan Police claimed that in the full conversation, the officer had told the woman that the person in question had been arrested by another officer. A total of four people were reportedly arrested during the pro-Palestinian demonstration on Saturday.

A Met spokesman said: “We’re aware of an online clip from today’s protest in central London showing an interaction between an officer and a woman during which there is an exchange over concern around protestors displaying offensive banners, including swastikas.

“The online clip is a short excerpt of what was a 10-minute conversation with the officer. During the full conversation, the officer establishes that the person the woman was concerned about had already been arrested for a public order offence in relation to a placard.

“The officer then offered to arrange for other officers to attend and accompany the woman to identify any other persons she was concerned about amongst the protestors, but after turning to speak to his supervisor, she then unfortunately left.

“We take hate crime and public order offences very seriously and a number of people were arrested during today’s protest for hate crimes, public order and terrorist offences. We are also gathering and assessing evidence with a view to making further arrests where we identify any other offences.”

Nevertheless, the exchange has sparked a furious backlash, including from the Campaign Against Antisemitism, which described the interaction as “absolutely gobsmacking”.

A spokesman from the campaign group told the Daily Mail: “The very notion that a British police officer could imagine a context in which the Nazi swastika is an acceptable image to be displayed in public is distressing enough, but for him to be uncertain about its meaning in the context of a march oozing with anti-Semitic rhetoric and signage is an indictment of the Met.

“This is less the fault of a solitary officer than it is of Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, who has bent over backwards to rationalise and ‘contextualise’ calls for violent Jihad and genocidal chanting.

“If Sir Mark disagrees with this officer’s assessment, he should come out and say so and explain what training he will provide to his officers to ensure that they are clear that Nazism is bad.

“But if he agrees that the swastika is context-dependent, let him tell that to the hundreds of thousands of Britons who gave their lives to prevent that despicable symbol from ever being flown on the streets of London.”

Russia is not an Aggressor, and Ukraine is not a Victim

Image: Vladimir Putin by AI.

By Alexander G. Markovsky

It is widely accepted that the Ukrainian crisis erupted into a military conflict on February 24, 2022, with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Contrary to conventional wisdom, the seeds of the hostilities were planted about thirty years earlier by President Clinton and, later, by George W. Bush, both of whom recklessly pushed for NATO’s eastward expansion.

Over the years, Gorbachev, Yeltsin, and Putin repeatedly warned that Moscow would not tolerate continuing NATO’s “Drang nach Osten” (“drive to the East”), particularly Ukraine’s membership and the subsequent establishment of NATO military bases along the Russian border.

On February 25, 2024, The New York Times published an article confirming Moscow’s fears. The article revealed that US intelligence not only played a crucial role in Ukraine’s wartime decision-making but also established and funded advanced command-and-control spy centers long before the Russian invasion on Feb. 24, 2022.

The newspaper exposed how, over the last decade, the CIA has operated a network of twelve bases in Ukraine. These bases, which enable the interception of Russian military communications and monitoring of spy satellites, are utilized to launch and monitor drone and missile attacks on Russian soil. With American biological weapon facilities scattered across Ukraine, it is understandable that Moscow perceived this as a significant threat to Russia’s national security.

Would the United States accept the presence of Russian military bases on its borders? As a matter of fact, it did not accept them even 1,500 miles from its borders. In 1983, President Reagan ordered the invasion of Grenada due to concerns that the construction of an airport by Cubans could potentially be utilized by Soviet forces.

It is essential to note that Putin’s case was much more compelling than Reagan’s. Unlike Ukraine, Grenada did not share a border with the United States, and there was no Russian military presence in Grenada, making Reagan’s concerns mostly hypothetical. It is worth mentioning that, despite dubious justification for the American invasion, the United States was not labeled as an aggressor, nor was Ronald Reagan referred to as a war criminal.

In fact, Putin tried to avoid the current conflict. On September 7, 2023, as NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told a European Parliament joint committee meeting:

President Putin declared in the autumn of 2021, and actually sent a draft treaty that they wanted NATO to sign, to promise no more NATO enlargement. That was what he sent us. And [that] was a pre-condition for not invade [sic] Ukraine. Of course we didn’t sign that.

Russia’s geographical vulnerability has been a concern for Russian leaders since the time of Peter the Great. Stoltenberg should have been mindful of Russia’s sensitivities if he wanted to avoid a conflict.

Stoltenberg did not elaborate on why he did not accept the treaty draft, why negotiations were not pursued, or why all the alternatives to conflict had not been explored. Ultimately, his unwillingness to engage in talks put the matter beyond the power of diplomacy.

Diplomacy was not given a chance because NATO needed to restore its image and validate its continued existence following a 30-year history of failure. The pursuit of “nation-building”—replacing authoritarian stability with democracy in countries that do not conform to the Bill of Rights—has accomplished neither. Instead, it has resulted in the loss of millions of lives and the devastation of many countries.

Furthermore, after a disastrous 2021 retreat from Afghanistan, the alliance lost the adversary that had long defined its purpose. Since a military alliance cannot exist without a rival, NATO’s need for a credible enemy was an existential necessity. The Russian incursion into Ukraine could create the perception of a common threat and portray NATO as an indispensable pillar of global security, especially if NATO emerged victorious.

This being the case, the Europeans lacked the capability to seek revenge independently for centuries of military defeats and humiliations at the hands of the Russian Empire. After the empire’s fall, the Soviet Union discerned an opportunity for retaliation without direct military involvement.

Moreover, for President Biden, who was desperate to escape the Afghanistan disaster, a victorious conflict would be a pivotal moment in his presidency. Additionally, he never made a secret that he aspired to bring about a change in leadership in Moscow.

And, of course, there was Ukraine. Never in the realm of international relations was there a state that acted so consistently against its national interests. It put itself in grave danger when it announced its intention to join NATO in 2004, violating the 1997 Treaty on Friendship between Ukraine and the Russian Federation. This Treaty specifically addressed Ukrainian neutrality, stating at section 6, page 148:

Each High Contracting Party shall refrain from participating in, or supporting, any actions directed against the other High Contracting Party, and shall not conclude any treaties with third countries against the other Party. Neither Party shall allow its territory to be used to the detriment of the security of the other Party.

Ukraine’s leaders never grasped that Moscow saw this treaty as a key element of Russia’s security and would not allow Ukraine to violate its terms with impunity. Zelensky could have avoided the war by renouncing his NATO membership request and meeting Moscow’s demands, thus saving the country from destruction. However, the corrupt leaders in Kiev were driven by financial and military aid and were seeking conflict for personal gain.

Truth in politics involves various viewpoints and analyses, which are often influenced by one’s ideological background. However, facts matter.

The preceding facts illustrate a common overriding interest among NATO leadership, its member states, and Ukraine in instigating the invasion, albeit for varying reasons. Russia was the sole party that attempted to prevent the conflict.

Vienna: Islamists besieged St Stephen’s Square without permission – police looked on

Despite a clear ban, hundreds of Islamists and Hamas fans gathered yesterday evening, Wednesday, for a pro-Palestine demonstration on St Stephen’s Square in Vienna. It was once again proof that these immigrants do not respect our laws and represent a danger to society.

Police allowed unauthorised assembly

On this evening, it once again became clear how many people are already in the country who despise our society and live according to their own laws. And this sub-society is growing by a three-digit number every day because illegal immigrants from Islamic countries are being allowed into the country and cared for by ÖVP Interior Minister Gerhard Karner. This is particularly serious: The police seem to have been instructed to allow a breach of the law instead of preventing it and nipping resistance in the bud. The hundreds of police officers stood idly by for a long time until they finally surrounded the demonstrators to arrest them. A capitulation of the constitutional state to a (still) violent minority.

“Alahu akbar” at Stephansplatz

Shouts of “Alahu akbar” echoed around St Stephen’s Square in the middle of the night. A Muslim battle cry on a square that symbolises our society, which is characterised by Christian values, like no other. The question is how many more warnings are needed to reverse the disastrous trend of Islamisation in Austria and all its consequences. The proportion of Muslims in Austria in 2021 was 8.3 per cent. Compared to 2001, their share has doubled. An estimated 200,000 of them were already living in Vienna in 2021. Hundreds of them gave free rein to their hatred of Israel on Wednesday and brought the Middle East conflict into our country. Integration into our liberal social system has not been successful and, as this evening showed, the number and brazenness of those who pose a threat is increasing.

France: A 15-year-old secondary school pupil suspected of radicalisation carries a knife into his school. The teenager, who was born in Yemen, is taken into police custody

A Yemeni-born teenager was arrested on Friday for “carrying a prohibited weapon” and “possession of images of a terrorist content” and taken into police custody, according to judicial sources quoted by Valeurs actuelles.

He was caught with a knife in the schoolyard of the Collège Albert-Camus in Brunoy (Essonne), which he attends, as it was suspected that he was radicalised. The school management alerted the authorities.

The young man is also suspected of having numerous photos and videos with an Islamist-terrorist background on his mobile phone. During the house search, the investigators discovered that the phone had been reset to factory settings.

As a result, all photos and videos had disappeared. However, law enforcement officers were able to confiscate some computer hardware during the search.

The student is unknown in the law enforcement database. He is said to suffer from mental health problems. On Saturday, he was brought before the juvenile court judge for possession of a weapon (…).

Thanks to the audio and video files that the young man kept in his computer equipment, the procedure should allow the questioning of other minors whose participation was established. (…)

Transgender YouTuber Who Injured Female Athletes Among Five Males On Australian Women’s Soccer Team

Reduxx can confirm that a trans activist YouTuber is among five trans-identified males currently participating on a women’s football team in North West Sydney, Australia. Riley Dennis, who was previously accused of severely injuring women while participating on another women’s team, is now playing for The Flying Bats, which has been dominating women’s football in the region.

The Flying Bats Football Club secured a 4-0 victory against the Macquarie Dragons on March 24, and of their five trans-identified players, the highest goal-scorer is a male trans activist who injured two female players during a match last year.

The team was awarded a $1,000 prize after winning the North West Sydney League pre-season Beryl Ackroyd Cup, following a season of winning every game they played in the Women’s Premier League matches, 10-0.

Reduxx has now learned the identities of the five trans-identified male athletes, and among them is a former YouTuber who drew criticism last year after injuring at least two female players. Riley Dennis, born Justin, 31, currently plays for The Flying Bats, but last year was a member of the Inter Lions team in New South Wales.

On May 21, 2023, during a game between the Inter Lions and the St. George football clubs at the Majors Bay Reserve, Dennis launched his smaller female opponent towards a metal fence using an aggressive tackle as the two chased down the ball.

Reduxx was provided footage of the match, which showed the female player laying on her side, unmoving, as the transgender player casually walked away.

The month prior, Dennis was said to have injured another female player, who reportedly had to seek hospital attention as a result of her injury. A letter-writing campaign was launched by Kirralie Smith, a spokeswoman with Binary Australia, encouraging concerned individuals to contact Football New South Wales, which reportedly then received over 12,000 submissions.

For her role in bringing awareness to the injuries sustained by female athletes, Smith was visited by New South Wales Police and handed an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) on March 30 that year requiring that she neither discuss nor approach Dennis. The AVO was withdrawn by authorities in September.

According to information seen by Reduxx and obtained through the application Dribl, which was created “to elevate grassroots football,” currently Dennis’ personal information has been set to “Riley Riley,” and his profile is the only one out of all the team members to lack a photo.

A similar cover-up occurred last year. Following the controversy surrounding the injuries. Football NSW scrubbed Dennis from their website, replacing his name with “Inter Player.”

An anonymous source close to the situation explained to Reduxx that Dennis left the Inter Lions team following last year’s controversy. The source stated that Dennis then submitted at least three applications of interest for other teams, which were not accepted. The Flying Bats, however, approved his application to join the team. The football club’s official website states it is “the biggest LGBTQIA+ women’s and non-binary football club in the world”, having been founded in 1985.

Reduxx has also been reliably informed that the four other males playing for The Flying Bats are Raili Haagensen, Josephine Massingham, Mattie Noble, and Lian Sinclair.

Josephine Massingham as seen in a Flying Bats Facebook post from 2022.

In response to the landslide victory by The Flying Bats due to its decision to include male players on a women’s team, six other football clubs who had competed against them organized an informal meeting to be held on March 17 at the Ranch Hotel in North Ryde.

According to John Ruddick, the Parliament Member for New South Wales, the intent of the meeting was to “discuss their concerns around how implausible it has become for any team to win against the Flying Bats as well as physical safety concerns.”

Among the proposed solutions included boycotting games scheduled to be held against The Flying Bats.

The Northwest Sydney Football Association became aware of the conversation and scheduled a formal meeting. An email was sent out to the club presidents from the CEO of North West Sydney Football, Matthew Geracitano, instructing them to attend a meeting on the evening of March 20 at Christie Park.

“Over the past few days, we have had a number of clubs reach out to the association to discuss the eligibility of players across a number of competitions,” read the message.

“We have been in contact with Football NSW about this matter. While there is a Football NSW Gender Diversity Policy, this is only applicable to the NPL NSW Womens, FNSW League One and FNSW Girls Youth League One Competitions … Football NSW have reiterated that they adhere to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission guidelines which states players in grassroots football are free to play in competitions where they identify.’ Given that NWSF compete in Football NSW sanctioned competitions we adhere to these guidelines.”

During the meeting, which was attended by CEO of Football NSW John Tsatsimas, attendees were told that a decision to boycott participation by forfeiting matches against The Flying Bats would result in “disciplinary action” being issued.

“If there was a concerted effort by teams to forfeit games against a particular opposition that would be viewed as an act of discrimination,” said Chris Salmon, Chair of the Board of Directors for NWSF.

The Football New South Wales Gender Diversity Policy prohibits “discrimination against a person on the basis of their sex or gender identity,” and defines gender identity as: “The gender related identity, appearance or mannerisms or other gender-related characteristics of a person (whether by way of medical intervention or not), with or without regard to the person’s designated sex at birth.”

“Discrimination or harassment of players engaging in Football is not tolerated at any level of the Game. Australian Federal and State legislation prohibits discrimination against a person on the basis of their Sex or Gender Identity, including in sport,” reads the policy. “However, an exemption arises under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 to permit discrimination in sport on the basis of sex, gender identity orintersex status where the relative difference in strength, stamina or physique of a player is significant in the sense that it has a considerable effect on their ability to compete.”

Also included in the email sent to football club presidents was a packet titled “Online Hate Speech” produced by the eSafety Commission. Above the attachment, the following sentence was highlighted in yellow: “If individuals responsible for posting seriously harmful material do not comply with a removal notice, we can seek civil penalties or fines against perpetrators (up to $111,000).”

The eSafety Commission has repeatedly targeted statements made online which it has deemed to be acts of “discrimination.” For identifying Dennis as the individual responsible for multiple injuries to female players, Reduxx was contacted by the Australian government and advised to delete the article.
