Afghan child molester pushed back and forth between Germany, Switzerland and Austria like a hot potato – he abused two six- and eight-year-old children sexuell because his German course was supposedly so stressful

The Afghan Meisam Y. sexually abused a boy (6) and a girl (8). In Germany he was sentenced for the abuse and later deported. But a few months later he was back in Europe. The Germans took him to Switzerland – but the Swiss do not want him. Now he is considered to have disappeared.

After the Taliban took power, no more criminals are being deported there, either from Germany or from Switzerland. And so our German neighbour had no choice but to send him back to Switzerland after the convicted child molester had re-entered from there by train. But the Swiss could not detain him. After all, he had not committed a crime there.

It is unknown where he is now, the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) explained in response to a question from the Swiss newspaper “Blick”. The authority did not provide further details on the specific case. For reasons of data and personality protection, as they say. Only this much: The Afghan had received an expulsion order in which it was made clear that he had to leave Switzerland.
Since he is no longer allowed to enter Germany either, it seems obvious that the construction worker is now on his way to Austria. After all, the route between the two countries is very popular among Afghans, as eXXpress reported.

The entire circumstances of his serious crimes also dumbfound: The Afghan construction worker came to Germany with the wave of refugees in 2015, made his way as a construction worker. In 2018, he was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. The family man had abused two innocent neighbourhood children (6, 8). “It was all so stressful because of the German course and my wife’s third pregnancy,” he justified himself in court.
