A trans-identified male has gone viral after winning a women’s longsword medal on Sunday in a tournament that had multiple male participants competing against females in the women’s category.

The Spring Fechten was held at the Soccer City sports centre in Oklahoma City this past weekend, organized by the Cymbrogi School of Western Martial Arts. The event serves as a “feeder” for their larger annual “Gesellen Fechten” championship to be held later in the year. Along with longsword competitions, the event also featured mixed sword and dagger competitions, being styled towards more traditional, medieval martial arts.

During an event titled the “Women’s+ Steel Longsword,” Beatrice, formerly Brice, Lostracco walked away with the gold, and boasted of his win on X in a celebratory post. His post immediately gained viral attention, with many expressing outrage at Lostracco for taking a medal intended for women.

Lostracco fought back accusations that he stole the title from a woman in a sarcastic follow-up post, writing: “at great cost to myself and my personal relationships, I changed my gender to participate in women’s events for a niche combat sport. I’ve been taking estrogen for 2 years so I could get a little metal circle. They’re just letting me get away with it.”

However, Lostracco was not the only trans-identified male in the event, revealing that he competed against both “cis women and trans women” in the longsword competition. In the published results on the Hema Scorecard website, six other “women” are listed, some of whom are biological males.

Fox Graves, formerly known as Michael, placed third in the event. Graves appears to have started identifying as a woman very recently, while the fifth-placed competitor, Mikela Bonner, is another openly trans-identified male.

As reported byHeCheated.org on X, Bonner, who works as a nurse in Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, spoke during a hearing at the Kansas House Committee on Health and Human Services against HB 2792 in February of 2024. The bill would have banned “gender transition surgery on minors, authorizing professional discipline against a physician who performs such surgeries and adopting a standard of care for gender transition care services.”

In 5th place was Drew "Mikela" Bonner. Bonner has previously spoken out in opposition to House Bill 2792 in Kansas, a bill which would protect minors from medical abuse.

Bonner claimed that the “scientific consensus is overwhelmingly in support of gender-affirming care, and pretending as if the medical community does not already have a well-established, evidence-based standard of care regarding the care of genderdiverse children, adolescents, and adults is disingenuous at best and malicious at worst.” Bonner went on to reference the guidelines from WPATH, the trans health authority that recommended reducing the age at which children can receive “puberty-blocking” drugs and cross-sex hormones to 9 years old, and cited forums founded by a convicted paedophile.

“As a transgender person, these bills that are sweeping the country are signs of a coordinated and persistent attack on my population,” Bonner said. Following his testimony and the testimony of others, who said that “blood” would be on the hands of anyone who voted for it, the bill never passed the committee.

The Spring Fetchen is not the only HEMA event that allows males to compete against women. As reported by HeCheated.org on social media, trans-identified males have previously taken home women’s titles at the Icebreaker HEMA tournament. One such incident involved Roman “Romana” Shemayev, who topped the podium in every HEMA event he entered in both 2023 and 2024.

Although the results for the very recent 2025 Icebreaker Open have not been made public yet, we can almost be certain there were a few men taking part in the "women's and underrepresented genders" division again this year.

The Icebreaker HEMA tournament features a “women and underrepresented genders” category which explicitly allows males who identify as “women” to enter.

While the official results of the most recent Icebreaker HEMA tournament have not been released, competition officials did issue a statement to their Facebook condemning a “bigoted and misogynistic” attack on a player who did compete in the “women and underrepresented genders” event. While Icebreaker did not name the player who had been “targeted,” some have speculated it was a trans-identified male who participated in the category.

The issue of men participating in women’s sports and taking athletic titles continues to be a significant issue raising concerns from women’s rights advocates. Reduxx has reported on a number of trans-identified males who have taken awards from females in various women’s sporting competitions.

At the end of April, Ana Caldas, formerly known as Hugo Caldas, took home multiple titles at a national swimming championship held in Texas. A spokeswoman for the Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS) told Reduxx that Caldas’ latter gains were “absolutely insane” for short sprint races. “He’s just laughing at these women,” she added.

One week later, it was discovered that a trans-identified male high school student had been competing as the star starting pitcher for his high school’s girls’ softball team, leading them to easily dominate against the state champions. According to one female player who had previously played with him, Charlie Rothenberger, now known as Marissa, regularly used the female bathrooms, even rooming with other girls when the team travelled across the country, while none of the girls he shared facilities or bedrooms with was aware that he is male. “Looking back now, it disgusts me and is just scary,” she said.

The player described Rothenberger’s athletic performance compared to the other girls as being “completely unreal,” saying he is able to do “so much more” than girls who train with the exact same coaches. “He is able to be relied on as a pitcher, and took opportunities away from girls who deserved them most,” she said.

On the same day as he took a lead in polls, Polish PiS presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki pledged to block Ukraine’s entry into NATO.

According to latest polls, Nawrocki now enjoys a definite if narrow 2 to 3 percentage point lead over his rival Rafał Trzaskowski, who has the backing of PM Donald Tusk’s centre-left government.

With the second round of the election slightly over a week away on June 1, Nawrocki appeared May 21 on the YouTube channel of his defeated right-wing Confederation party rival Sławomir Mentzen, who polled 15 percent in the first round May 18.

Nawrocki agreed to support Mentzen’s position on Ukraine, that Poland should not send troops to the country and that it should block its bid to join NATO.

“It would be dangerous for Ukraine to be allowed into NATO as it would mean that the whole of the alliance would straight away be in a war with Russia”, said Nawrocki. 

Nawrocki also expressed doubts whether Ukraine was even ready for EU accession, because of what he called its refusal to face up to its Second World War history, and its high levels of official corruption.

In response, Poland’s foreign minister Radosław Sikorski criticised Nawrocki for “undermining national unity in support for Ukraine”.

“If Nawrocki doesn’t understand that Ukraine’s membership of NATO is in Poland’s interests, he shouldn’t be president,” Sikorski told state-owned broadcaster Polskie Radio.

Sikorski added past Polish presidents from Nawrocki’s own political camp, such as Lech Kaczyński and Andrzej Duda, had backed Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations.

He added in 2008, “with Lech Kaczyński, shoulder to shoulder, we fought at the NATO summit in Bucharest for a membership plan for Ukraine.” 

In fact, the Tusk government had resisted Kaczyński’s push for Ukrainian membership of NATO, as it conflicted with Warsaw’s policy of improving relations with Russia.

Tusk himself criticised Nawrocki for his position on Ukraine, saying it was “aligned with the Kremlin’s demands”, and asked whether Nawrocki would in turn support “Ukraine’s capitulation and division”.  

Nawrocki dismissed the suggestion he was pro-Russian and revealed, in his YouTube conversation with Mentzen, he had been granted a private firearms licence precisely because he was on Russia’s wanted list. 

This was because as head of the Polish Institute of Remembrance he had ordered the taking down of Soviet monuments in Poland, he said.

Nawrocki, who is not a member of the PiS but has received its backing, also used his meeting with Mentzen to distance himself from PiS policies which proved unpopular with Confederation party supporters and the electorate in general.

Nawrocki agreed with Mentzen the PiS had been too willing to admit legal migrants from Middle Eastern and African countries, and said its tax reforms had caused problems for entrepreneurs.

He also distanced himself from the previous PiS government’s initial support for the EU’s Green Deal. 

The policies, which the Confederation party attacked, played a contributing role in the PiS’s failure to win a parliamentary election in 2023.

A PJ Media post alleges that there is an Evangelical Fellowship of Canada “brochure” from 2024, still circulating, that is in opposition to that nation’s Medical Assistance In Dying (MAID) program.

That sounds right on its face, but there’s more. 

The brochure reportedly states:

A special committee of MPs and senators studying MAiD has recommended allowing MAiD for mature minors. A mature minor is a child or teen who is deemed capable of making a decision for MAiD. This would essentially remove the minimum age of eligibility.

The committee also suggested parents may not be consulted and wouldn’t need to consent to their child’s death via MAiD.”

So, the government could kill your child without even consulting you?

Would this be a hallmark of an “advanced” society? Or the mark of an utterly depraved one? I’d say this might be a slippery slope, but in truth there wouldn’t be any slope left, because the society would then already be at rock bottom.

The West is flogging itself and cannot — or will not — produce enough kids to maintain its population. (And a disturbingly high percentage of the rest of the world seems to be in a death cult, be it Islam, Arab, or otherwise.)

This does not bode well for the future of humanity.

That even an essentially socialist government is reportedly considering this is beyond repulsive.

No government has the right to decide who lives or dies based on the health of its citizens. And it certainly doesn’t have that right when it comes to young children. But that’s what happens when the concept of natural rights granted by our Creator is dismissed.

One pictures a scene like this in a Canadian household a few years hence:

“Where’s Timmy, hon? He’s never late for dinner!”

“I don’t know, dear, but frankly I’m getting a bit nervous. I hope he wasn’t killed by the state!”

Guy Edward Bartkus, the FBI’s sole suspect in the recent Palm Springs, California, fertility clinic car bombing, would appear to be a good fit for the Canadian government, as he is an avowed “anti-natalist.” Bartkus, who reportedly had an explosives lab in his home, allegedly had an online manifesto in which he stated: “The end goal is for the truth (Efilism) to win, and once it does, we can finally begin the process of sterilizing this planet of the disease of life.”

“Sterilizing this planet of the ‘disease of life.’” He thinks life is a “disease.” May God help us.

A 46-year-old Egyptian man has been found guilty in France of 12 counts of sexual assaults committed between September 2024 and January 2025 in the towns of Nice and Cagnes-sur-Mer. Eight of the victims were children. Despite the verdict and a lengthy criminal record for similar offenses, the convicted man will not serve a single day in prison—unless he reoffends.

Identified as Arnaud Y., the man stood trial before the Criminal Court of Nice, in the presence of numerous victims and their families. The victims ranged in age from 11 to 16. According to authorities, Arnaud Y., born in Cairo, has a long history as a repeat offender specialized in assaults, with 12 previous convictions and six stints in prison. His criminal pattern has earned him the label of a “sex nomad,” roaming various regions of France. However, he clearly prefers the French Riviera during the summer, when youth presence on the beaches increases.

One of his methods involved pretending to be a reflexologist and offering foot massages to gain physical access without raising suspicion. On multiple occasions, he would approach individuals, often minors, and persuade them to remove their shoes, taking the opportunity to touch the soles of their feet.

Some hearings during the trial were held behind closed doors due to the presence of minors. In one such session, the court was shown a video of the defendant assaulting one of his victims—footage considered crucial in understanding his modus operandi. “This will help us understand how this man operates,” said the defense attorney, shortly before the courtroom was cleared.

The defendant admitted to the acts. A psychiatric report diagnosed him with “schizoid behavior with perverse tendencies.” Ultimately, the court handed down a  suspended prison sentence of three years, to be enforced only if he reoffends. He was also placed under judicial and social supervision for ten years. Prosecutor Maître Jennifer Salles was firm: “If he fails to comply, he will go to prison for three years.”

Arnaud Y. is prohibited from working with minors or residing in the Alpes-Maritimes department for the next five years. After that period, assuming he has not reoffended, he may resume working with children.

“We are dealing with a highly concerning individual suffering from a serious disorder. All his convictions have been for sexual assaults, each time more severe. It was vital to stop him from causing further harm,” said the lawyer representing two of the victims. One of them, just 13 years old at the time of the events, read a powerful statement in court. The other, who was 17 when she was assaulted, could not attend: now an adult, she reportedly attempted suicide shortly after the events due to the psychological toll, according to Salles.

The Metropolitan Police arrested a Jewish protester after displaying a satirical placard of the leader of the terrorist organisation, Hezbollah.

The British man, who has requested anonymity for safety reasons, was detained and charged last September over a cartoon depicting the Lebanese terror chief, Hasan Nasrallah, with a pager and the words “beep, beep, beep”.

The placard satirised a targeted Israeli attack known as Operation Grim Beeper, in which explosives planted in pagers and walkie-talkies killed 42 people, primarily Hezbollah terrorists.

Revealed by The Telegraph, the case has raised concerns about police handling of different protest groups, with Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp describing it as an example of “two-tier policing in action”.

Nasrallah survived this attack but was later killed in an air strike.

During police questioning, officers repeatedly asked the man if he thought the image would offend “clearly pro-Hezbollah and anti-Israel” activists.

The decision by police to permit pro-Palestinian demonstrations in London since the October 7 massacre has been highly contentious, particularly when marches have passed through areas with significant Jewish populations and near synagogues.

He said: “Two police vans and six officers turned up at our house to search for ‘offensive material’, which was quite invasive. It was a horrible experience.

“They put me in the lounge and asked my partner to go with them around the house.

“They weren’t very pleasant to her and even went through her knicker drawer. It was totally ridiculous.”

Philp told The Telegraph: “In recent times, the police have failed to act when confronted with protesters calling for jihad and intifada in London.

“Yet this man was apparently arrested because he might have offended supporters of a banned terrorist organisation.

“This is two-tier policing in action. The law is rightly clear that supporting banned terrorist groups, inciting violence, inciting racial hatred or harassing people is illegal. Beyond that, free speech applies to everyone.”

The Shadow Home Secretary criticised the inconsistency from the police, noting they “sometimes turn a blind eye when applying the law might be difficult, yet over-police at other times”.

He added: “The law should be applied equally to all, robustly and without fear or favour. That is not what happened here.”

A Met Police spokesperson said: “A man was charged following a careful consideration of the evidence. We will reflect on the CPS decision not to proceed with the case, applying any learning to future investigations.

“The officer who interviewed the man clearly misspoke when she described those in the protest as pro-Hezbollah instead of pro-Palestinian.

“We take support for proscribed organisations very seriously. Since October 2023, we have made 28 arrests under the Terrorism Act for offences at protests, including wearing clothing or displaying symbols that indicated support for such groups, including Hezbollah. This is in addition to the hundreds of arrests made for other offences.”

A historic Protestant church in Heidelberg has been hosting Taylor Swift-themed services that blend pop music with worship.

Held at the Church of the Holy Spirit, the so-called “Taylor Swift Gottesdienste” have drawn large crowds, including families and young people, with all 1,300 seats reportedly claimed within hours of opening registration.

Live renditions of Swift’s songs and reflections on her lyrics form the core of the services, which are promoted as spiritually enriching by organizers.

Pastor Vincenzo Petracca, of the Protestant Church in Germany, led the services, and said Swift’s music offered a way to “address topics that concern young people.”

He claimed her lyrics, such as the reference to praying to Our Lord in Soon You’ll Get Better, could be tied to spiritual themes and real-life experiences. “She connects human experience with spirituality,” he said.

“We weave the classic liturgy with the songs and the lyrics,” he said. “We follow the classical liturgy, but the only text that remains unchanged is the Lord’s Prayer.”

Services also involve the exchange of friendship bracelets – a new development since the first service, Petracca noted.

The pastor explained that leading the Swift-themed services had turned him into a “Swiftie,” and that the experience gave him “a deeper insight into the U.S. cultural struggle.”

“Taylor Swift gives you a glimpse into the heart of the American public,” he claimed.

Swift identifies herself as a Christian. However, she has expressed support for leftist causes, and endorsed Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 U.S. election, particularly for their promotion of abortion and LGBT ideology.

She has also made music videos portraying Christians negatively for being against such causes.

In 2023, a Dioceses of Nashville exorcist warned against attending Swift’s concerts, saying that one of her songs promoted witchcraft.

Music in divine worship

The Catholic Church has issued her own instructions on liturgical music over the centuries.

In 1955, Pope Pius XII reaffirmed that sacred music must remain free of anything “profane and foreign to divine worship,” recalling the Council of Trent’s condemnation of anything “lascivious or impure” in liturgical music.

He denied imposing “laws of aesthetics” about music, as if he were outlawing non-sacred music. Instead, he taught, the Church was obliged “to protect sacred music against anything that might lessen its dignity,” because of the importance of the liturgy in the sanctification and salvation of souls.

While allowing for musical development, Pius warned that instruments must “play nothing profane, nothing clamorous or strident,” lest they undermine “the dignity of the place” or the sacred purpose of divine worship.

Don Milan says that the young people hurled insults against Christianity. “They shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ and repeated to us several times: ‘We will return and burn your church'”.

In Rouen, Normandy, other “young people” entered during Mass and slaughtered the priest, Jacques Hamel.

There are countless churches under police protection in France, from Indre to Yvelines.

A few hours later, another man enters the Jewish Museum in Washington to kill two Israeli officials, an engaged young couple, murdered while he is shouting “Free Palestine.” This time, the terrorist is the classic representative of the left that has devastated Western streets in recent months: Black Lives Matter, woke, radical socialist, against Amazon, “Free Gaza” (not from Hamas, obviously) and pro-Islamist.

Twelve people have been injured in a knife attack at the main railway station in the German city of Hamburg, local media is reporting.

Three of the victims are reportedly in critical condition, with three others seriously injured.

Police say they have arrested a suspect and a major operation is under way.

The attack is understood to have happened at Hamburg’s Central Station at around 18:00 local time (17:00 BST) on Friday.

A spokesman for the Hamburg fire department told AFP news agency that 12 people had been injured and that some of the injuries were life-threatening.

In a post on X, Hamburg Police said: “According to initial findings, a person allegedly injured several people with a knife in the main station.

“The suspect was arrested by police.”

Local media has reported that the attack happened near platforms 13 and 14 – which are accessible via a busy main road – while a train was on one of the platforms.

Some of the victims were treated inside trains, local media has reported.

Pictures from the scene show a number of emergency service personnel and vehicles on the ground, and barriers that seem to be hiding the injured from public view.

One photograph used on local media sites shows a man being taken away by paramedics on a stretcher.

Hamburg Central Station is one of Germany’s busiest transport hubs, with more than 550,000 travellers per day according to its website. It is often crowded during Friday rush hour.

This is the latest violent attack in Germany in recent months.

A former councillor who posted a picture of himself holding an AK-47 rifle on Twitter has been been removed from his role as a magistrate.

The photograph of Ajit Atwal, who used to represent the Liberal Democrats on Derby City Council, was taken on holiday in India last year.

In April, Mr Atwal apologised but was still suspended as a magistrate.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said his behaviour “amounted to serious misconduct”.

Labour colleagues in Derby made calls for Mr Atwal to resign as a councillor when the photo appeared in a national newspaper, external in March.

Later, he apologised if he had “caused anyone any alarm or distress” but refused to resign as a magistrate.

Mr Atwal lost his other role as a councillor in May’s local elections.

A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said: “Mr Ajit Singh Atwal JP, a Magistrate assigned to the Derbyshire Bench, uploaded photographs of himself holding an automatic weapon, which is illegal in the UK, on his Twitter account.

“The photographs were deemed by a conduct panel to have brought the magistracy into disrepute.

“The Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice concluded that this behaviour amounted to serious misconduct and have removed Mr Atwal from the magistracy.”

Mr Atwal has yet to comment.
