A German YouTuber with over two million subscribers has published a video announcing he has left his home country and is “not coming back”—largely because he no longer believes Germany is safe.
Radical Living said the situation was especially bad for women, and pointed to the difficulties in raising a young girl in his country.
I don’t think Germany is a good place to raise a daughter anymore because women, in general, don’t feel safe walking down the street at night … The stories you hear about what women have to endure in Berlin public transport are just messed up.
If a woman can’t walk down the street at night and feel safe, you have failed as a society.
Data released towards the end of 2024 showed that non-German suspects were particularly overrepresented in sexual crimes at train stations, 59% of which were committed by individuals without German passports.

Famous German Youtuber “Radical Living” with 2 million followers explains why he is leaving his country.
“Once you have children, you also think about where you want to raise them, especially if you have a daughter. I don’t think Germany is a good… pic.twitter.com/GQQQvxgUs5
Polish politician Natalia Kołc responded to Radical Living’s video by telling the “European elites and their political puppets” to “look at what you’ve done to Europe.” She condemned the fact that while “you live in gated communities, ride in limousines, and have security details … ordinary Europeans have been left alone to deal with the problem of plummeting safety on the streets.”
europeanconservative.com’s Javier Villamor also suggested that “we are entering the final stretch of European destruction,” warning:
The State will not be able to provide the necessary protection for what is coming.
What’s more, says Spanish lawyer Begoña Gerpe, is that “all of Europe is the same. It’s unbearable.”
Radical Living also pointed to limits to freedom of speech in Germany, and the country’s economic woes, while explaining his reasons for leaving.
