In a way, it’s true: Germany is getting the ‘cultural enrichment’ it truly deserves. A country that not only revels in its intellectual and cultural decline but has also become a stronghold of cultural Marxists – and despises nothing more than its own culture – naturally attracts the stars and starlets that match its intellectual pretensions. Thus, our self-proclaimed celebrity scene is teeming with high-and-mighty left-wingers who exist solely for their own sake, public moralists, state puppets, faceless nobodies and professional dimwits, all of whom would be nothing without the appropriate political stance.
One of them is a certain Yasin Mohamed, 35, a self-proclaimed ‘reality star’ simply because he once appeared on RTL2’s ‘Love Island V.I.P.’ – though who actually knows that dating show anyway? Mohamed is tanned, tattooed up to his neck and wears a showy nose ring. Apparently, he was even a professional basketball player at one point. He left the programme with a certain co-star named Sophie Imelmann (30), and their romantic holiday continued in Greece. There, however, the Muslim man became violent; a rape occurred, which ultimately resulted in a trial at Munich Magistrates’ Court.
Before that, Sophie had insisted to him that she did not want to have sex, as she was afraid of becoming pregnant and of contracting diseases. Mohamed did not take her “No!” at face value and penetrated her twice without a condom. Mohamed was sentenced to one year and eight months’ probation and 200 hours of community service; as is so often the case, he denies all the allegations. The judge, however, ruled that this was not a harmless assault.
The prosecution had even sought a sentence of two years and eight months, though this would not have included a suspended sentence. Imelmann had previously made her allegations public on Instagram. After the hearing, she broke down in tears. She was wearing her lucky charm around her neck. Mohamed, on the other hand, has lost several scheduled TV appearances; amongst other things, he is no longer allowed to appear on RTL’s ‘Dschungelcamp’.
