The EU Commission’s Fake Consultation To Justify LGBT Policy

The European Commission has embarked on a phoney “consultation” for its LGBT strategy for 2026-2030. Under the guise of collecting evidence, the process more likely serves to rubber stamp predetermined outcomes.

In a less ideologically-orientated society, a consultation process would have indeed meant getting feedback from the populace on a controversial topic before a policy is drawn up, so that the politicians responsible would be able to carefully weigh the evidence and develop a strategy that addresses actual needs.

But this is not the case in the EU anno 2025. For its LGBT policy, the European Commission has opted for an ideology-based approach. The consultation starts from the premise that alternative sexual orientations are unfairly discriminated against, and asks for evidence to this effect. This used to be called circular reasoning, not conducive to a functioning democratic society or good government. It is, in fact, very similar in approach to the late Pope Francis’s synodal process that allegedly involved the view of the people, but only invited certain people to speak in support of a document prepared in advance, which was then only finetuned by the participants.

The result is predictable. In practice, the Commission calls on homosexuals and transgender people to confirm that they experience inequality. As all submissions that are approved are public, not many would dare offer evidence that is not called for, as it could unleash the wrath of pressure groups and could expose those who submitted it to harassment, as was the case with lesbian professor Kathleen Stock.

The way in which the European Commission frames the discourse on sexual orientation is as questionable as the consultation process itself. LGBTIQ is a social construct. It is neither an organisation nor a coherent category, but a neo-Marxist linguistic descprition of reality that wants us to believe that there exists such a clearly defined segment of society that presents itself as one. Also, it suggests that there is a physical basis for this ‘community’ and its orientation, even adding intersex to the mix, an extremely rare physical condition, which is totally unrelated to the other five, which are psychological and social perceptions of personal identity or sexual orientation.

That the EU Commission has opted for this sham consultation process to justify its policy is a sign of that latter’s vulnerability. If the normalisation of LGBT were desirable, wholesome, and based on facts, the European Commission should not be afraid to open up its consultation process for all evidence. The Commission also went well beyond its policy’s initial focus on hate-motivated harassment and violence, transforming it into an attempt to normalise LBGT and ban conversion practices. The question arises: why is there no intent to ban the most controversial conversion practice, transgender surgery, altogether within its borders? An expensive lifelong medical treatment with associated complications and the removal of healthy body parts, seems to be the most radical conversion therapy of all.

One could also ask: is such a strategy even necessary, considering that there are already existing laws in the member states that protect LGBT people: the need to have legal means to prevent the hate-motivated harassment and violence against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) people is something that all EU countries subscribe to.  Why more bureaucracy and yet another expensive strategy?

The EU Commission would do well to have another look at the desirability of its premise that aims to normalise LGBT in countries of the European Union and abroad. The European Parliament has poured vast amounts of money into promoting the mainstreaming of LGBT through the political agenda of Sustainable Development Goals in many countries that are averse to this normalisation for cultural and religious reason.

The issue also arises whether normalising LGBT promotes medical health, prosperity and social cohesion. Let us, for a moment, put the ideology aside and consider the actual facts.

Research figures from many Western countries, take liberal Scotland as an example, show that the health status of LGBT people in general is considerably worse than that of non-LGBT individuals, and this is particularly true for those who consider themselves non-binary or transgender. There is mounting evidence that men with a ‘minority sexual orientation’ experience an elevated risk of premature death from multiple causes. For some time, it was thought that these health risks only applied to homosexual men and transgenders. Last year, however, extensive research among more than 100,000 nurses by Harvard University proved incontrovertibly that sexual minority women have a considerably lower life expectancy than women who live in a monogamous relationship with a man. The researchers found that bisexual women’s lifespan was 37% shorter, while that of lesbian women 20% shorter than heterosexual women’s in general.

This should not have come as a surprise. Already in 2017, the American Journal of Public Health published findings by the University of Washington. Using two-year survey data of 33,000 heterosexual and gay and bisexual (LGB) adults aged 50 and older from a probability-based study of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, researchers reported noticeable health disparities between LGB and heterosexual adults. Lesbian and bisexual older women were more likely than heterosexual older women to suffer from chronic health conditions, experience sleep problems, and engage in behaviours like excesse drinking. In general, lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) older adults were found to be in poorer health than heterosexuals, specifically in terms of higher rates of cardiovascular disease, weakened immune systems, and low back or neck pain.

Even research by the Dutch Rutgers Institute, a government sponsored and ideologically aligned partner of the present European Commission, points to the difference in health outcomes for people with an alternative sexual orientation.

It would be ideological blindness if the European Commission rashly concluded that these poor health outcomes for LGBT individuals can be put down to illegal discrimination. Even more so, it is an illusion that these outcomes would change if only all Europeans adopted the EU Commission’s views on minority sexual orientations.

It should certainly not be the intent of the Commission to make EU citizens surrender their cultural traditions on the normativity of traditional marriage, or to dictate which of our religious values on sexuality are acceptable and which no longer are. The Commission should rather base its LGBT strategy (if it must have one) on the psychological, physical and social components inherent to a minority sexual orientation, rooted in biological reality.

Watching Britain’s decline is like rubbernecking a car accident

By Andrea Widburg

My parents were Anglophiles. Therefore, I was an Anglophile, gobbling up Masterpiece Theater, majoring in British history at college, and spending an utterly delightful junior year abroad in England a long, long time ago. Of late, though, I’ve come to revisit my fondness for England. That’s because England doesn’t really seem to exist anymore. Instead, it’s an increasingly Third World country, complete with blasphemy laws, and a likely collapse of its power grid.

The trigger for this, my latest in a series of essays I think of as illustrating that “there won’t always be an England,” is a paywalled article in the Daily Mail that looks at the city of Leicester.

This Midland city is linked to major events in British history. The Celts were there, as were Romans, Anglo-Saxons, Danes, and Normans. The Lancaster dynasty, which gave rise to the Tudors, had a power base there, and Richard III’s body was uncovered in a Leicester parking lot. Because of water, railways, and nearby coal mines, Leicester became a major industrial center in the 19th century.

In sum, Leicester is interwoven with the warp and woof of British history. It’s currently the 11th largest city in Great Britain. And, as the Daily Mail reports, Leicester, “is now among the first of our cities to have a majority non-white population…”

While the City still has classic British architecture, that’s just a remnant. The non-British part of the population is primarily Muslim, with Hindus following behind:

According to the 2021 census – the most recent – Leicester is roughly split in two between white and Asian populations, with 43.4 per cent identifying as Asian and 40.9 per cent as white. Within that, 23.5 per cent of the population are Muslim and 17.9 per cent are Hindu.

But there is another striking trend.

Only 57 per cent of Leicester residents were born in England, down from 65 per cent in 2011. More recently, a mid-2023 estimate calculated that 3.6 per cent of the city’s total population had arrived from abroad in a single year.

[snip]

Among 34 Leicester neighbourhoods, at least a fifth of the population can’t speak the language, according to census data. It is almost as if parts of this city now are British in name only.

[snip]

In last year’s general election, the sitting Labour MP, Jonathan Ashworth, lost his thumping 22,000 majority to independent candidate Shockat Adam, who ran on a single issue: Gaza.

It’s not just that the most important issue to the residents is a country thousands of miles away that shows Muslim preeminence. Storefronts advertise Halal food or give themselves names with the words Gaza or Jerusalem in them.

And of course, there are always the myriad women dressed like tents. Women are not welcome in any of the Muslim restaurants (which is the same thing that happened to a friend of mine who thought she could have a coffee break at a Muslim-run coffee shop in London). Given that Leicester now has a surplus of people from the non-Western world, it’s incredibly impoverished and violent.

Looking at Leicester, it’s no surprise that, in 2023, the most popular boy’s name in the UK was Mohammed. Admittedly, while non-Muslim boys can have a variety of names, there’s a rule that Muslim boys must have Mohammed somewhere in their name so that the numbers will add up quickly. But still…

It also shouldn’t surprise any of us that the British government is moving in the direction of Sharia blasphemy laws, which are the antithesis of the free speech and worship we’ve come to expect in the West since the Enlightenment. Thus, a Turkish man who burned the Koran was charged with “harassing Islam.” He should be grateful, I guess, that he wasn’t in Pakistan or Bangladesh, where a vigilante mob would have beaten or burned him to death. Soon, perhaps…

And as Britain lapses ever deeper into Third Worldism, it seems appropriate to note that a grid operator says that Britain’s push to Net Zero, which imagines the nation reliant solely on wind and solar renewables, is not only insanely costly as Britain tries desperately to shore up a grid increasingly dependent on unreliable renewables but that it could also lead to “months-long” blackouts as whole power grids collapse. In other words, what happened to Spain and Portugal could happen in the UK, only on a grand, back-to-the-pre-modern-era scale.

The image below is a reworking of a famous British WWI recruiting poster portraying John Bull, Britain’s symbolic version of Uncle Sam. Bull embodied both Britain’s self-assessment of its virtues (honest, plain-dealing, bold, and country-based) and its vices (choleric and temperamental). I’ve reworked the image because I see modern Britain as a Zombie country, still clinging to the trappings of the past (a few historic TV dramas, the tatty Royal Family, etc.), but mostly just a dead country walking.

UK: Pensioner arrested over ‘thought crime’ tweet as officers examine ‘Brexity books and wife’s shopping list’

A retired special constable has spoken out about free speech being under attack after he was detained over a social media post warning about anti-Semitism in Britain.

Julian Foulkes, from Gillingham in Kent, was handcuffed at his home by six officers from Kent Police – the force he had served for a decade.

The officers arrived after Foulkes challenged a supporter of pro-Palestinian marches on X.

During the search, police scrutinised his collection of books by authors such as Spectator columnist Douglas Murray, describing them as “very Brexity things”.

Officers also raised concerns about a shopping list containing bleach, tin foil and gloves drawn up by Foulkes’s wife, a hairdresser.

The incident took place in November 2023, following Hamas attacks in October that led to pro-Palestinian marches in London.

Foulkes had responded to a post from an account called “Mr Ethical” featuring a Palestinian flag, writing: “One step away from storming Heathrow looking for Jewish arrivals”.

His post was intended as a warning about where anti-Semitic hate could lead.

Without warning, the Metropolitan Police Intelligence Command had referred his post to Kent Police, citing “concerns around online content”.

Foulkes was locked in a police cell for eight hours and questioned on suspicion of malicious communications.

Fearing that further escalation could impact his ability to visit his daughter in Australia, he accepted a caution despite having committed no offence.

The case comes just months after Telegraph columnist Allison Pearson was questioned at home by two Essex Police officers over an X post following pro-Palestinian protests.

In March, Hertfordshire Constabulary separately arrested parents of a nine-year-old after they complained about her school in a WhatsApp group.

This week, Kent Police admitted the caution was a mistake and deleted it from Foulkes’s record.

A Kent Police spokesman told The Telegraph that the force had “concluded that the caution against Mr Foulkes was not appropriate in the circumstances and should not have been issued”.

The spokesman added that a further review would be carried out “to identify any learning opportunities”.

However, Foulkes voiced his concerns about threats to free speech in the UK.

“Free speech is clearly under attack,” Foulkes told The Telegraph. “Nobody is really safe – the public needs to see what’s happening, and be shocked.”

He added: “I never saw anything like this when I was in the force. But this woke mind virus infecting everything has definitely infected the police.”

Foulkes, who described the emotional damage as like PTSD, also revealed that the incident cost money that he cannot afford as a pensioner.

He described the experience as “trashing” his decade of police service memories.

Former Home Secretary Suella Braverman condemned the police action as “outrageous” and a “shameful waste of time, money and resources”.

“We live in dangerous times when the police investigate speaking the truth,” Braverman said. “This sorry episode shows not only that freedom of speech is under attack in the UK, but that it’s in crisis.”

Foulkes’s solicitor, Matthew Elkins, added: “Julian’s case highlights a need for the police to take stock, and to make freedom of expression their starting point.”

Responding to the incident, a Home Office spokesman said: “This incident occurred under the previous Government. The Home Secretary has made clear that she believes all police forces should be focused on the central priorities of the Government’s Safer Streets Mission.”

GERMANY: Family Of Slain Woman Begs Prosecutors To Re-Open Case Against Clinic Which Allowed A Psychotic Transgender Killer To Stay On Ward With Females

The family of a 40-year-old woman who was brutally murdered by a trans-identified male while receiving psychiatric care has filed a motion at the Munich Higher Regional Court to compel further legal action. Kamilla Nagy was killed in May 2022 at the Isar-Amper Clinic in Haar, near Munich, by Jayson David B., a transgender Brazilian national who had been involuntarily admitted to the facility just one day earlier.

At the time of her death, Nagy was voluntarily receiving treatment at the clinic. Her family is now calling for accountability from the clinic’s staff, after a preliminary investigation into potential negligent homicide was closed without any charges being pressed against the transgender killer.

According to police reports, 32-year-old Jayson David B. had been detained by Munich authorities in the city’s old town after displaying signs of severe psychological distress. As Münchner Merkur reported, Jayson was deemed a danger to himself and others and was subsequently admitted to the clinic.

Prior to his admission, Jayson had killed his own dog, repeatedly stabbing it with nail scissors and strangling it to death. While being transported to the clinic, he allegedly told officers he had acted on divine orders and intended to kill a human next. Despite this, he was admitted to the facility on a ward with vulnerable women.

According to Stephan Beer, head of the homicide division, the suspect was described as “male by sex, female in appearance.” Jayson was placed in a secure ward of the clinic after being detained by Munich police, who had found him in a mental health crisis and deemed him a danger to himself and others.

The next day, the gruesome killing took place. According to BILD, which initially reported the case under the misleading headline “Patientin tötet Patientin” (“Female Patient Kills Female Patient”), Jayson tore a stainless steel shower rod from the wall of his bathroom and entered Nagy’s adjacent room. He struck her at least 20 times before strangling her with a sweater. He then piled clothing, mattresses, and furniture on her body and set the heap on fire. When firefighters arrived to extinguish the blaze, they discovered Nagy’s body. Jayson was found nearby, still holding the metal rod and a lighter.

Police revealed Jayson had previously come to their attention eight times, four of those for violent offenses. Due to the particularly brutal nature of the attack, prosecutors initially charged him with murder. However, in July 2023, the Munich I Regional Court ruled that Jayson was not criminally responsible due to severe mental illness. A psychiatric expert diagnosed him with paranoid schizophrenia, accompanied by religious delusions. In court, Jayson’s lawyer stated his client believed Nagy was “a witch” and that God had commanded him to kill her. He was committed to a psychiatric hospital for manslaughter.

In parallel, the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into possible negligence by clinic staff, following concerns that prior warnings about Jayson were ignored. Police and health authorities had reportedly flagged him as dangerous, but the clinic’s operator—the Upper Bavaria District—claimed there was “no indication of an immediate threat.” As a result, no restrictions were placed on Jayson’s movement within the ward.

This lack of oversight allowed Jayson to remove the iron shower rod and move freely through the facility unnoticed. Reports indicate the attack lasted over an hour before a fire alarm was triggered. A mother of another patient, speaking anonymously to Münchner Merkur, claimed that dangerous objects such as scissors could easily be brought onto the ward. Her concerns echoed broader criticisms of inadequate staffing, substandard care, and poor safety protocols.

Despite these issues, the investigation into clinic staff was dropped in January 2024 after prosecutors determined there was no criminal wrongdoing. A complaint filed by Nagy’s family was dismissed in March 2024.

At a press conference this week, Nagy’s mother, Eleonora Nagy, spoke emotionally about the ordeal: “My child was killed by a monster,” she said. “She wasn’t hit by a truck on the street—she was killed in a protected space, a place where she sought healing.” The family accused authorities of trying to “sweep the case under the rug” and is demanding a full legal inquiry.

Their lawyer, Jella von Wiarda, stressed the need for a proper investigation under the rule of law: “The circumstances of why this horrific crime occurred—and why Kamilla had to die—remain unresolved.” A private expert report commissioned by the family concluded that “clear and serious treatment errors” had been made by the clinic in handling Jayson’s case.

The family has now filed a motion with the Munich Higher Regional Court to compel prosecution and clarify the clinic’s responsibility.

The case has also drawn attention amid growing scrutiny of crimes involving trans-identified male offenders in Germany. In a separate case reported by Reduxx, Henrico Hilton G., a 38-year-old trans-identified male from South Africa, was charged with manslaughter at the Potsdam Regional Court in February 2025.

Henrico stabbed a 33-year-old security worker to death at an asylum shelter in Potsdam, fleeing the scene immediately after. Hilton was arrested after brazenly calling police to report he had been misgendered at a nearby grocery store, thus revealing his location to investigators.

While in pretrial detention at a women’s prison in Luckau-Duben, Hilton reportedly threatened and terrorized female inmates, leading to criminal complaints.

Hilton was ultimately sentenced to 13 years in prison in April, but has announced plans to appeal the verdict, claiming innocence.

UK: Teenage councillor blasts Labour ‘betrayal’ in first interview since quitting over taxi racism row – Daily Blakemore-Creedon, 19, was accused of racism after calling for CCTV to be installed in minicabs that are mostly driven by Pakistanis

Daily Blakemore-Creedon quit Labour after a racism row left her with a sour taste GB NEWS

One of Britain’s youngest councillors has hit out at the Labour Party after a taxi racism row forced her to leave.

Daily Blakemore-Creedon, 19, was accused of racism after calling for CCTV to be installed in minicabs.

She has since quit as one of Labour’s local councillors alleging she has “sustained bullying and marginalisation within the group”.

The councillor, who joined Labour aged 14, joined Charlie Peters and Miriam Cates for her first interview since her departure.

She admitted the ordeal “hurt” her, but has vowed to continue her CCTV campaign.

“I have felt very hurt about the situation and the way the Labour Party regionally have treated me”, she said.

“I feel as though I was considered to be naive and underestimated but I think my resignation shows that is not the case.

“I will fight for injustices and things I feel are truly right.”

Speaking about some of the reactions she had after proposing the motion in Peterborough, she said: “The responses weren’t great from the Labour group.

“It went to a licensing committee. We had a message put in saying ‘well done, we are going to lose our seats in Park East and so-forth’, it’s true they are all Pakistani taxi driver heavy.”

Blakemore-Creedon alleged that fellow Labour members were more concerned about losing votes than they were engaging with local concerns.

She continued: “I received a message the other day after my resignation which said, ‘you have been betrayed for votes’. That hurts. My morals have always been with the Labour Party.”

The 19-year-old comes from a Jewish background and despite never commenting publicly on Israeli politics, she was accused of “being on [Benjamin] Netanyahu’s payroll”.

Asked how those sort of jibes felt, she said: “It was an awful experience. I have never commented on the Middle East because I don’t know about it enough.

“It was a very awful situation. I reported it to the police and it came back as a non-crime hate incident.

“The guy that accused me of it is a convicted vote rigger. I voted it to the Labour Party’s regional branch and because he is no longer a Labour member – they could not investigate it internally.

“He is still a Labour Party activist in Peterborough making those allegations publicly.”

Blakemore-Creedon’s time in politics has been relatively short and she admitted to Charlie the experience has left her with a sour taste.

“A lot of people have reached out to me with their own experiences in politics – that’s not just in Peterborough”, she said.

“Nationally, people have reached out with their own experiences.”

Asked if she will continue her bid to get CCTVs installed in taxis, she said: “Yes. Definitely. I will be putting out a petition so we can hopefully get national government to have a discussion about a national proposal to have CCTV in taxis.

“It safeguards not only the taxi driver, but also the passenger.”

The youngster told GB News that she has been approached by other political factions in her short time as an independent councillor.

Despite members of her family backing Reform UK, Blakemore-Creedon said she will be continuing without ties to a political party for the time being.

Speaking to the Local Democracy Reporting Service, leader of the council and of the Labour group, Dennis Jones, said he was “disappointed”.

“Nevertheless, the Peterborough City Council Labour Group will continue to work hard to deliver for local residents as we always have,” he said.

A Labour Party spokesperson also said: “All complaints are assessed thoroughly in line with the Labour Party’s rules and procedures.”

Germany: “German-Lebanese” man races through the city in an illegal car race and has almost 800,000 euros in counterfeit money with him

On Thursday evening ( May 8), there was an illegal motor vehicle race in Oberhausen. The driver and the vehicle were located by the police officers.

According to the current state of the investigation, the following facts are assumed: At 8:14 pm, the control centre was informed by a witness who was on Bebelstraße at the time of the call. The reason for the call: there was a white Golf car behind him which appeared to be in a great hurry. This was reflected in the fact that the driver was extremely close to the witness. The driver then continued to overtake repeatedly via left-turn lanes and also in a risky manner through oncoming traffic, always exceeding the speed limit. During the ensuing manhunt, the Golf was spotted parked in Ebertstraße. As the suspect was about to drive off again, a patrol car crew managed to block the Golf’s path. During the subsequent check, another witness appeared on the scene who had already noticed the 19-year-old (nationality: German-Lebanese) on Mülheimer Straße. Here, the suspect also exceeded the speed limit enormously, overtook at high risk through oncoming traffic and attracted attention with further risky driving manoeuvres.

The police officers therefore seized both the suspect’s vehicle and driving licence. In addition, counterfeit money totalling 750.00 euros was found on the suspect, which was also seized. The 19-year-old is now facing two criminal proceedings.

UK Officially Imposes Islamic Blasphemy Law – A man has been charged for a crime against the “religious institution of Islam”

Over the winter, the UK arrested a man who burned a Koran and freed on bail the Muslim man who stabbed him making it official that burning a Koran was considered worse than stabbing a human being.

Now the UK has charged him while revealing that it’s officially implementing Islamic blasphemy law.

A man who burned a copy of the Koran has been charged with “harassing” Islam, which risks creating a “back door blasphemy law” in Britain, Robert Jenrick has warned.

The shadow justice secretary has claimed that the charge against Hamit Coskun, 50, for harassing the “religious institution of Islam” is a threat to free speech.

Harassing the “religious institution of Islam” is notably not a crime against any individual, but against the “religious institution of Islam”.

A man has been charged for a crime against the “religious institution of Islam”.

For all the claims that warnings about Sharia law were “alamist conspiracy theories”, it’s officially here.
