‘Palestinian’ Terror Leader Funded by Biden Defends Hitler, Holocaust

“I reversed the policies of my predecessor and resumed aid to the Palestinians”

Mahmoud Abbas, Arafat’s successor as head of the Palestinian Authority attended the USSR’s Patrice Lumumba University. PLU was an incubator for Communist terrorists and aspiring dictators around the world. The lesson that Abbas took away from the Communist influence operation was adopting the Soviet position that the Jews and the Nazis were in it together in the form of his thesis. Abbas has never stopped promoting his thesis, which became a book, and no one has stopped funding with him or meeting with him.

Sometimes organizations like MEMRI translate his speeches and there’s some awkwardness. Like now.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas discussed antisemitism in a speech delivered at the 11th session of Fatah’s Revolutionary Council, on August 24, 2023. He said that the “truth” is that European Jews are not Semites, they are the descendants of Khazars, and therefore their persecution has nothing to do with antisemitism. Abbas added that Karl Marx confirmed that this is so. He continued to say that Hitler and the Europeans did not kill the Jews “because they were Jews,” but rather they fought the Jews because of “their social role, and not their religion.” Abbas explained that Hitler “fought” the Jews because they dealt with usury and money, not because of antisemitism.

All this time later after his studies at PLU and Abbas is still quoting Marx.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board and the New York Times predictably have very different takes on it.

Three days before Mr. Abbas’s speech, his Fatah party’s military wing competed with Hamas to take credit for the murder near Hebron of a Jewish preschool teacher, Batsheva Nigri, in front of her child. If you wonder why the Oslo peace process hit a dead end and stayed there, consider that Mr. Abbas and Fatah have been described for decades as “moderates.”

Moderate terrorists like Marx and Hitler. And the New York Times.

Mr. Abbas’s false claim drew swift condemnation from Israeli and European officials. It also fueled accusations that Mr. Abbas — an architect of interim peace agreements between Israelis and Palestinians in the 1990s — is not genuinely committed to resolving the ongoing conflict.

I can’t imagine why anyone might think that.

The Biden administration restarted the funding pipeline to Abbas which has led to the murder of Jews.

Last year, Biden met with Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas and boasted that, “I reversed the policies of my predecessor and resumed aid to the Palestinians — more than a half a billion dollars in 2021.”

The number of terror victims fell every year Trump was in office, from 15 in 2017, to 12 in 2018, 10 in 2019 and then only 3 in 2020. And the number of terror victims shot up every year Biden was in office from 17 in 2021, to 31 in 2022, and there is every sign that 2023 will top that.

Biden’s half a billion dollars helped fuel a massive surge in Islamic terrorism. While the money is officially listed as humanitarian aid, injecting money into terror zones funds terrorism.

The Palestinian Authority maintains a ‘pay-to-slay’ program which pays salaries to terrorists based on the lengths of their prison sentences. That means successful killers can earn $3,000 a month in a part of the world where the average salary is around $700 a month. It’s five times more profitable to be a terrorist than a teacher.

That’s the price of Batsheva’s life and that is what the Biden administration has been paying for.

Biden met with Abbas. And beyond money, the administration, led by Secretary of State Blinken, provided political support to the Palestinian Authority at every turn, including fighting for its claim to Jerusalem.

Abbas has never hidden what he is. Our political establishment, much like the EU, chooses not to deal with it.
