He propagated hatred, lured young people to ISIS, radicalised Islamists – and all this in the middle of Germany: the Iraqi Ahmad Abdulaziz A. (40), who calls himself Abu Walaa.
He received ten and a half years in prison for this offence, which he is currently serving in Willich prison. The responsible district of Viersen wants to deport the dangerous Salafist to his home country.
But Walaa does not want to leave Germany and is fighting the deportation – with a lawsuit!
The Salafist is one of the most dangerous Islamists in Europe and is the German head of the terrorist organisation ISIS. For years, he poisoned the minds of young Muslims with his hatred of people with different views and beliefs and recruited them for the terrorist militia.
In 2016, police and prosecutors dismantled his network of hatred. 400 officers stormed the mosque of the “German-speaking Islam Circle Hildesheim” and eight private homes and arrested Walaa. After a trial lasting several years and after the Federal Court of Justice confirmed the judgement, it was clear that the terrorist would have to serve ten and a half years in prison.
After six years in custody, he has now been serving his sentence for two years. It is to be expected that Walaa will be released. He will be allowed to approach young Muslims in Germany again after serving his sentence at the latest.
The district therefore wants to get rid of the hatemonger and issued a deportation order ag
Just a few days later, Walaa sent a complaint and an urgent appeal against the deportation via his lawyer. A spokeswoman for the Düsseldorf Administrative Court confirmed to newspaper BILD that it was received on the 6th of October 2023.
And the chances of him being allowed to stay are good. This is because there is no readmission agreement with Iraq, the number of deportees to Iraq is negligible and Iraq will have no interest in taking back an IS hatemonger who left Iraq in 2001.
And: He has seven children by two wives. He has four children with his main wife and three children with his second wife, all of whom live in Germany …ainst Walaa in September, a spokeswoman told the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung newspaper.
