Germany is toast: Court orders release of Moroccans caught carrying burglary loot and wanted for deportation

While poor senior citizens who can no longer pay their broadcasting fees are mercilessly locked up, things went differently for criminals residing illegally in Germany. Especially when these criminals are North African thieves or dealers.
Here obviously an agenda must be implemented, namely to flood Germany with such people, because otherwise it is not to be explained that one lets even persons, against whom already a warrant for deportation exists, immediately again release, if they are caught in the course of a police control with more than 20 (!) stolen cell phones before. And this is done by court order, not exactly to the delight of the police.

Obviously, the “march through the institutions” has already arrived in the courts, where appropriate action is now being taken. For all those who think that this smacks of conspiracy theory or fake news, we quote from the newspaper Berliner Zeitung:

“Tuesday evening at Zoo station: federal police officers checked a man because he was smoking on the platform. Since he could not identify himself, they searched the backpack of the 27-year-old Moroccan. They found 20 cell phones. Twelve of them had been put on the wanted list after a business burglary in North Rhine-Westphalia. The officers now checked the man’s companion. The 25-year-old Moroccan also had a stolen phone from the burglary. There is a deportation order against both of them. The 27-year-old is known for property crimes and the 25-year-old for theft, receiving stolen goods, trespassing and drug offenses. The Berlin police responsible for the case decided to release both men. There is no great sympathy for this among the federal police.”

The hysteria against the then Austrian Interior Minister Herbert Kickl ( Freedom Party), who wanted to implement a ” detention pending deportation” for imprisoned criminal migrants, shows how doggedly the political system fights against efforts and politicians who want to put an end to such abuses. However, this did not happen – Chancellor Kurz let the coalition with the Freedom Party burst, a continuation with the Freedom Party would have been allowed only under the condition without Kickl as Interior Minister.
