On today’s show host Rafe Heydel-Mankoo is joined by one of the world’s most famous heterodox economists, Prof. Steve Keen, Honorary Professor at University College London and one of the few economists to have correctly predicted the global financial crisis of 2008.
He warns that the world is teetering on the edge of a once in a lifetime global crash. It could be brought on in a matter of weeks due to energy crisis brought about by lack of supplies through the Straits of Hormuz combined with one of the strongest El Ninos on record. Added to this is the risk of an epic financial meltdown when the US AI bubble bursts.
