On Thursday night, an Israeli flag hoisted at half-mast was cut in front of the Old Town Hall in Linz. The police were able to track down two Syrians. They are only 15 and 17 years old.
The Upper Austrian provincial police director Andreas Pilsl condemned the heinous act as a “politically motivated crime”. Pilsl stressed that the rapid clarification of the incident sends a clear signal: “We do not tolerate anti-Semitism in Upper Austria.” The suspects will now be reported to the public prosecutor’s office, although further details about their backgrounds are unknown for now.

This incident follows the horrific large-scale attack by the Palestinian terrorist organisation Hamas on thousands of civilians in Israel. In response, Hamas is calling on all Muslims worldwide to fight Jews and their supporters. They declare today, Friday October 13, a “Day of Rage” and announce that today is the beginning of a global terror.
