WATCH: UK Train Mass Stabbing Suspect Seen Invading a Barbershop, Knife in Hand, Terrorizing Clients on the Eve of the Attack

Williams threatens Barbershop employees and clients on the eve of his alleged mass train stabbing.

On Saturday (1), Anthony Williams was tackled, arrested, and subsequently charged with eleven counts of attempted murder for his alleged stabbing rampage in a London-bound train.

Williams allegedly stormed the train in Huntingdon and wounded 11 people.

The train driver reacted fast and stopped at Huntingdon station, where Williams and another man were detained – the other man  was later cleared and released.

Watch: Police taser the wrong man!

Watch: six armed British cops and one dog pile on the Huntington stabbing suspect. He allegedly screamed ‘Kill me, kill me’ as cops descended on the scene.

Williams about to invade the barber shop.

And today, another video arises showing how the suspect appears to be a repeat offender.

The New York Post reported:

“Terrifying surveillance video shows the moment the UK mass train stabbing suspect stormed into a barbershop armed with a huge knife — just one day before he allegedly carried out his bloody rampage on a London-bound train.

Anthony Williams, 32, was caught on camera pacing outside the barbershop Friday night soon after he allegedly knifed a 14-year-old boy in a separate attack, the Sun reported.

The maniac could be seen whipping out the huge blade and barging into the shop as employees and customers scrambled out of the way just before 7:30 p.m.”

It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone was injured in the attack, that unfolded minutes after Williams had allegedly stabbed a teen nearby – what a prince, right?

“Williams has since been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, one of actual bodily harm and one of possession of a bladed article over the frenzied rampage.”

UK Gov’s BBC Faked Trump Speech Encouraging J6 Violence

The media kept describing footage of Biden stumbling or stumbling over words as ‘cheapfakes’. Meanwhile the media has done plenty of actual faking.

This particular incident is notable because it comes from a foreign government. The BBC is state media. UK residents are obligated to fund it with a license fee. The UK has passed laws forcing smart TVs to prioritize the ‘Beeb’ and its propaganda.

So this particular incident is notable because it’s not just the work of a biased media, but the work of hostile state media.

The BBC “doctored” a Donald Trump speech by making him appear to encourage the Capitol Hill riot, according to an internal whistleblowing memo seen by The Telegraph.

A Panorama programme broadcast a week before the US election “completely misled” viewers by showing the president telling supporters he was going to walk to the Capitol with them to “fight like hell”, when in fact he said he would walk with them “to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard”.

The “mangled” footage was highlighted in a 19-page dossier on BBC bias which was compiled by a recent member of the BBC’s standards committee and is now circulating in government departments.

The dossier said the programme made the US president “‘say’ things [he] never actually said” by splicing together footage from the start of his speech with something he said nearly an hour later.

The report said that Panorama’s “distortion of the day’s events” was so egregious that viewers would ask: “Why should the BBC be trusted, and where will this all end?”

The UK needs its own reforms, but from the American perspective, there are compelling reasons why we should not allow the BBC, Al Jazeera and other hostile state media into the United States.

Foreign propaganda should not be carried by American cable networks.

New study: Violence from third-world migrant children is ‘exploding’

Illustration AI Photo Generator

By Olivia Murray

So much for the lie of assimilation.

Reported by the staff at Remix News, the rising tide of migrant violence across Europe—specifically Germany in the context of a brand new study produced by the University of Cologne and the State Criminal Police—is not only increasing at the hands of adults, but at minors too. It’s “exploding” as they say.

The study found that more and more of the criminal suspects in the German state are children, with attacks on teachers, police officers, and emergency responders reaching alarming figures. In particular, the study shows that children with a migration background are causing significant damage.

Over the course of several months, researchers surveyed 3,800 students in grades seven through nine at 27 different schools in the area of Gelsenkirchen, Marl, and Herten. These are known as especially high-crime areas in the western German state. The same study was conducted in 2015, with dramatically different results this time around.

The study showed that violence, hatred, and disrespect are all increasing among young perpetrators.

The study’s lead suggested the “pandemic” and the “growth of social media” as being likely causes behind the data but interestingly, the violence among “young perpetrators” is a trend that doesn’t hold consistent when looking at actual German children:

However, what the study does not explain is why violence is falling among German youth and rising among migrant youth, even though both groups experienced the pandemic.

As a brief aside: While living in Tucson, Arizona, I had my older boy enrolled in a private Christian school (my youngest wasn’t yet school age, and still at home with me). I opted for private school for a number of reasons, but it really all came down to whom and what my son was exposed. I wanted control around the curriculum, accountability and legitimate oversight for teachers, and I wanted the kids in the class to have similar values and families. But, there ended up being a major problem: that private school also treated the classroom like a charity, and would ship in “disadvantaged” kids from rough homes and bad neighborhoods. Naturally, this student, who changed several times after too many behavioral problems, was always a problem—while I paid full price for tuition, he would get it for “free.”

Now at one point, I was called into the office by the main administrator because “Peter” had hit my son, unprovoked (and my boy wasn’t the only one). As the administrator explained what had happened, attempting to smooth the situation over with me, she emphasized that she was most definitely “not a racist.” I remember being a bit boggled by the comment, because nothing that this woman had ever done would give me that impression…yet…because we were all white and the student was black, consequences for unacceptable behavior in the classroom would no doubt elicit accusations of racism. Shortly after that, Peter was gone, and there was a new black kid, causing new problems.

Anyway, I say all that because not only are the third world migrants flooding into Germany predisposed to violence—that’s the sum of Islam —but perhaps it’s got something to do with an education system that has its hands tied behind its back, for fear of “racism” accusations. If these teachers were to require the same standards of behavior in the class for all students, you could no doubt expect an onslaught of Islamophobia, fascism, and right-wing extremist slurs.

In fact, the study’s main researcher also notes a “lack of authority” in German schools, and gee, I wonder why.

Equal treatment before the (school) law? The horror!

For context for my above comment, here is this, from Pew Research:

Between mid-2010 and mid-2016, Germany accepted an estimated 670,000 refugees, roughly 86% of whom are Muslims.

Like we’ve said ad nauseam, there’s no such thing as magic soil. The third world is the way it is because of the individuals who reside there. If you were to take the people of Japan, or the Brits of yesteryear, and supplant them with the Africans in Eritrea, or the hordes in Afghanistan, you’d have a bustling, productive, prosperous, and safe nation in no time. Just think about what white Europeans can do in a matter of decades: America… Rhodesia…South Africa….

And, when you import third world mobs of low-IQ barbarians, the first world quickly becomes the third world.

Can we all say enough is enough yet? Because I. Have. Had. ENOUGH.

French Presidential Election Polls: Rassemblement National’s Lead Grows

Jordan Bardella and Marine Le Pen. Screengrab X

There are still 18 months to go before the next French presidential election, set to mark the end of the Macron era. Although the candidates are not yet known at this stage, there is a clear trend in favour of the Rassemblement National (RN), which is pulling ahead of its opponents, whoever they may be.

A poll conducted for BFMTV and TF1 now puts the RN, represented by Jordan Bardella—in the event that Marine Le Pen is unable to stand due to a court conviction—in the lead in the first round, with 37.5%. Several other polls also place him at around 35%. In all cases, he is 15 to 17 points ahead of his closest rival. If Marine Le Pen were to stand, she would achieve similar, albeit slightly lower, results.

The other interesting fact shown by this poll is the inability of Macron’s camp to put forward a credible candidate who is likely to exceed the 10% threshold. The survey tests the hypothesis of a candidacy by Gérald Darmanin, the current minister of justice, who barely reaches 7%, competing with the centre-right minister of the interior from the Les Républicains party, Bruno Retailleau, who would get 8.5%.

With a year and a half to go before the election, there is a great deal of uncertainty, especially as it is not yet known who will stand as Emmanuel Macron’s successor, carrying his cumbersome legacy: it could be Darmanin, or one of the former prime ministers, Édouard Philippe or Gabriel Attal.

While Philippe and Attal would fare better than Darmanin, none of them currently appear capable of rivalling the RN. Worse still, Philippe has long been presented by the French press as a ‘favourite’ candidate of the French people, but the momentum in his favour has now passed.

In all the polls currently published, it appears that the Right as a whole is gaining an increasingly significant share of the vote. Bernard Sananès, president of the Elabe polling institute, notes that in 2022, the Right won 32.35% of the vote in the first round. Now, it has more than 40%. “This creates a very strong dynamic for the second round,” he explains.

But the RN’s seemingly unassailable dominance is paralysing many, who are unable to envisage a strategic alliance that could lead to victory. The rivalries that had culminated in 2022 during the previous election have not been overcome, far from it. Alongside the RN, polemicist Éric Zemmour, who had launched his own movement, Reconquête, garnering success with the media but not at the polls, is preparing to run again. In an interview with BFM TV on November 2nd, he suggested that his partner and campaign manager, Sarah Knafo, could run in his place, given the strong support she currently enjoys among part of the right-wing electorate. “It’s quite extraordinary to see this woman, who was unknown to the public 18 months ago, now credited with 6 or 6.5% in the presidential polls,” he explained, not without bias. Sarah Knafo is actually polling better than Zemmour himself.

The essayist also said he was open to the idea of organising an expanded primary within the French right wing in an attempt to reach a consensus on a single candidate. The idea resurfaces with every election and has so far failed every time.

On the Left, at least in rhetoric, the reflexes of unity are much stronger. The figures announced for the RN trigger alarmist rhetoric among activists who are replaying the well-known tune—going on for 90 years—of the need for an “anti-fascist coalition.” Worryingly, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, president of the far-left party La France Insoumise, who had suffered in the polls due to the outrageous and antisemitic remarks made by his party, seems to be holding his own, fuelling his ambitions to once again appear as the leading candidate of the Left.

Germany: Study shows violence from migrant children is exploding higher even as German youth become more peaceful

AI generator

A new study shows that youth in Germany are becoming drastically more violent, which is a finding backed by statistics. However, German children are actually becoming more peaceful, while the complete opposite development is seen in migrant children.

The study, produced by the University of Cologne and the State Criminal Police Office, looks at youth crime in North Rhine-Westphalia and was presented by state Interior Minister Herbert Reul (CDU) on Thursday.

The study leader, Professor Clemens Kroneberg, points to the growth of social media and the pandemic, as many other researchers have done before.

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was more experience of domestic violence, which increases the risk of becoming violent oneself,” said Kroneberg.

However, what the study does not explain is why violence is falling among German youth and rising among migrant youth, even though both groups experienced the pandemic.

The study also cites a lack of authority in the schools.

“Students today experience that rule violations go unpunished. Teachers intervene less and less,” the researcher said.

The interior minister, Reul, said that discipline is no longer a major factor in many schools.

This does not only apply to high-profile violent crimes, but also values, mores and social attitudes.

In 2015, 32.5 percent of students found it unacceptable not to do their homework, while last year, this figure fell to just 15 percent. In 2015, 80 percent of students considered truancy to be wrong, while last year, this figure fell to just under 60 percent.

Teachers are also checking out.

In 2015, 68 percent of students agreed with the statement that teachers take action when there is a fight on school grounds, but last year, this figure fell to only 39 percent.

Respect between teachers and students is also falling. In 2015, 35 percent agreed with the statement that students and teachers respect each other and get along well. Last year, that figure had dropped to only 20 percent. The study also found that students have less fear of being caught, and when they are caught, they have less fear of being punished.

“If children and young people believe they can do whatever they want, that has to change,” he said.

However, crimes among German students aged 11 to 13 actually fell 17 percent between 2013 and 2024. Nevertheless, the growing cohort of foreign students actually saw a triple-digit increase between the same period in the three cities researchers studied.

Reul pointed to an environment where violence is considered a conflict resolution method, saying it is “no coincidence that many of the suspects grow up in problematic environments.”

Reul said he believes this is all leading to a “system of impunity.” Children under 14 cannot be charged with crimes, leaving police and the courts unable to take any action.

Reul wants a debate on lowering the age of criminal responsibility; however, if that were to happen, Germany would once again be confronted with changing the nation’s entire law structure to cater to the growing problem of imported violence.

“If children and young people believe they can do whatever they want without consequences, this must change,” he said. He pointed to the Swedish model, which features juvenile detention centers for problematic and criminal youths.

Another concerning factor is the rise in violence from women. Attacks involving females under the age of 14 have grown by nearly 150 percent in the troubled cities of Gelsenkirchen, Herten and Marl, while for boys, they rose 104 percent.

“Girls seem to deal with aggression more freely – experiencing a kind of equality,” said Kroneberg.

As Remix News reported in July of this year, data shows that foreign youths are astronomically more violent across all of Germany.

German federal government statistics indicated that young foreigners are disproportionately represented as suspects in numerous crimes, with particularly significant differences in street crime and shoplifting.

The suspect burden figure (TVBZ) has been compiled by the Federal Criminal Police (BKA) and published in the Police Crime Statistics (PKS) starting this year. This ratio shows the total number of identified suspects over the age of eight, and is calculated per 100,000 inhabitants per population group. It examines all crimes except for immigration law violations, and the data presents a concerning trend.

For German suspects across all age groups, the TVBZ is 1,878.

In contrast, Syrian suspects have a TVBZ of 8,236, and Afghan suspects are at 8,753 — more than four times higher.

Did Ukraine Just Quietly Attack Two European Countries?

Explosion at Hungarian energy companyMol’s Százhalombatta oil refinery. Screengrab youtube

Questions remain regarding explosions at refineries in Romania and Hungary.
A key plank in the Western strategy to avoid negotiations with Russia and to continue financing and arming Ukraine has been the alarming insistence that Putin is bent on going beyond Ukraine and into Europe, not stopping until he has reestablished the Soviet empire. But simultaneous explosions of two oil refineries in Hungary and Romania raise the question of whether it is not Russia, but Ukraine, that is going beyond its borders and expanding the war to Europe.

From the start of the war, Ukraine, the United States and NATO have motivated Europe to back the war with the warning that if they do not, the war will come to them. In April 2024, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Julianne Smith warned that NATO countries must “help Ukraine push Russia out of its territory… because if they do not succeed, of course, the concern is that Russia will feel compelled to keep going.”

The same warning was consistently broadcast from the very top in the United States, NATO and Ukraine. President Joe Biden told Congress that “If Putin takes Ukraine, he won’t stop there…. He’s going to keep going. He’s made that pretty clear.” Then Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin warned that “Putin will not stop at Ukraine.” And Biden’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken explained that Putin has “made clear that he’d like to reconstitute the Soviet empire.” Then NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg insisted that “if Putin wins in Ukraine, there is real risk that his aggression will not end there.” Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky warned his Western partners that “this aggression, and Putin’s army, can come to Europe.” He said that “at the moment, it’s us, then Kazakhstan, then Baltic states, then Poland, then Germany. At least half of Germany.” “If Ukraine loses the war,” he said, “other countries will be attacked. This is a fact.”

It isn’t “a fact,” and he has never “made that pretty clear.” There is nothing on the historical record that suggests Putin has his sights set on Europe or on anything beyond keeping Ukraine out of NATO and protecting the rights of Ukraine’s ethnic Russians. Putin has repeated from the start that “the Ukraine crisis is not a territorial conflict, and I want to make that clear…. The issue is much broader and more fundamental and is about the principles underlying the new international order.” That Moscow’s goal is keeping Ukraine out of NATO, and not moving Russia into Europe, has been corroborated at the highest levels by Ukraine’s negotiating team, by NATO, and even by Zelensky.

The deceptive fundraising claim is based on cynical misquotations and misrepresentations. It ignores the fact that Putin’s comment that “people in Russia say that those who do not regret the collapse of the Soviet Union have no heart” was followed by the addition “and those that do regret it have no brain.” It ignores that Putin’s comment that “we should acknowledge that the collapse of the Soviet Union was a major geopolitical disaster” was focused, not on the absence of the Soviet Union, but on the economic hardship that followed its collapse.

The actual historical record shows that Putin has never “kept going” but that, when Russian forces have been deployed, they have been limited to specific objectives when they could have easily kept going, as in Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine in 2014, when military conquest could have been accomplished with ease.

The “fact” is that the historical record suggests that Putin went to war in Ukraine, not to go to war with NATO or conquer Europe, but to prevent a war with NATO and with Europe. “Listen attentively to what I am saying,” Putin said just three weeks before the invasion. “It is written into Ukraine’s doctrines that it wants to take Crimea back, by force if necessary…. Suppose Ukraine is a NATO member…. Suppose it starts operations in Crimea, not to mention Donbass for now. This is sovereign Russian territory. We consider this matter settled. Imagine that Ukraine is a NATO country and starts these military operations. What are we supposed to do? Fight against the NATO bloc? Has anyone given at least some thought to this? Apparently not.”

Just three days before invading Ukraine, Putin said “the reality we live in” is that if Ukraine is “accepted into…NATO, the threat against our country will increase because of Article 5” since “there is a real threat that they will try to take back the territory they believe is theirs using military force. And they do say this in their documents, obviously. Then the entire North Atlantic Alliance will have to get involved.”

While the mainstream media in the West has been broadcasting the false warning that Russia will expand the war to Europe—though it may “be hugely consequential in the long term,” as Richard Sakwa, Emeritus Professor of Russian and European Politics at the University of Kent, suggested to me—they have utterly ignored the real concern that Ukraine already is.

On the morning of October 20, there was an explosion at Romania’s Petrotel-Lukoil refinery. In the evening of the same day, there was an explosion at the Danube Refinery, Hungary’s largest oil refinery.

Neither the date nor the targeted refineries appear to be random. That same day, European Union energy ministers advanced an EU proposal to ban new contracts for importing Russian gas by 2026 and all contracts by 2028. Hungary and Romania both still import Russian oil. Both refineries process Russian crude oil. The Petrotel-Lukoil refinery in Romania is owned by a subsidiary of Lukoil, one of the large Russian oil companies that was just sanctioned by the Trump administration. The Danube refinery in Hungary receives oil from Russia through the Druzba pipeline and also supplies oil to Slovakia.

Assuming that unexplained explosions at two European oil refineries that receive and process Russian oil occurred within a few hours on the very day that the EU moved to ban imports of Russian oil is not a coincidence, the questions of whether it was sabotage and who perpetrated the sabotage arise.

Certainly, Russia has no motive to blow up its own oil customers at a time when its oil companies are being sanctioned and its own oil refineries are being targeted by long-range Ukrainian missiles and drones.

The Hungarian media has speculated that it is Ukraine that attacked the two European countries. And there is a broad consensus among analysts that Ukraine is the likely source of the attacks. There is also suspicion that Ukraine could not have executed the strikes without American, British, or European assistance. Ukraine has offered no comment on the explosions. The complete omission in the Western media of what could be very consequential attacks on two European countries only fuels the speculation that the West does not want to draw attention to the attacks or to shed light on who did it.

The Danube refinery in Hungary receives its Russian oil via Russia’s Druzba pipeline, which has, itself, been the target of repeated Ukrainian strikes, to the great anger of Hungary.

The explosions have created acrimony in Europe, especially between Hungary and Poland, the latter of which is simultaneously refusing to extradite to Germany a Ukrainian citizen who is suspected of playing a role in the blowing up of the Nord Stream pipeline. Poland seemed to celebrate, and even condone, sabotage of Russian pipelines. Radoslaw Silorski, the foreign minister of Poland, posted that he is “proud” that the Polish court “ruled that sabotaging an invader is no crime” and expressed a wish that Russia’s Druzba pipeline would be successfully “knocked out.” Poland’s Prime Minister Donald Tusk added that “the problem of Europe, the problem of Ukraine, the problem of Lithuania and Poland is not that Nord Stream 2 was blown up, but that it was built.” Péter Szijjártó, Hungary’s minister of foreign affairs, responded with outrage at the assertion that “if you don’t like infrastructure in Europe, you can blow it up. With this, they gave advance permission for terrorist attacks in Europe. Poland has not only released but is celebrating a terrorist.”

It has not been proven that it is Ukraine who attacked the oil refineries in Hungary and Romania. But the circumstances force the question of whether it is not the false threat of Russia attacking other European countries that is pushed by the Western media that threatens expanding the war to Europe, but the threat of a desperate Ukraine attacking other European countries that is completely ignored by the Western media.

Germany cannot deport Somalian killer due to ‘risk of re-entry’

A Somali man who stabbed three women to death in Würzburg, Bavaria, cannot be deported from Germany and will remain in psychiatric care in the country indefinitely.

The Attorney General’s Office in Munich’s prosecutors told German news site BR24 on October 31 that a release for his deportation over the 2021 atrocity was not possible “for the protection of the general public”.

The decision came after an expert opinion had concluded that a deporting the perpetrator came with a high risk of his re-entry to Germany, which might enable him to commit “further serious criminal offences”.

The prosecutors added that the Somali man would probably be set free in his home country and would be at liberty to re-enter Germany.

Previously, the Bavarian State Office for Asylum and Repatriation had confirmed it was investigating the possibility of deporting the man. That, though, would have necessitated the consent of the prosecutor’s office.

The Somali will now remain in the forensic psychiatric ward at a hospital in Lohr, a small town 30km northwest of Würzburg. He remains a danger to society, according to the Munich prosecutor’s office.

Hanjo Schrepfer, the man’s court-appointed defence lawyer, told press agency dpa: “I consider the decision of the Attorney General’s Office to be correct in terms of content and in my view this discretionary decision is also appropriate.”

He added that the progress of the man’s therapy must be monitored, although “strictly speaking” therapy could not yet be started because the defendant still had not admitted guilt.

On June 25, 2021 the then-24-year-old man, named as “Abdirahman Jibril A”, took a knife from a shelf at a department store in the centre of Würzburg, a city of 130,000 people, and started stabbing people seemingly at random.

He killed three women aged 25, 49, and 82, and injured at least nine other people. One of the victims died defending her 11-year-old daughter who the assailant also tried to stab. Witnesses later said the man had yelled “Allahu akbar” during the rampage.

The perpetrator reportedly arrived in Germany from Italy in May 2015 during the height of the German refugee crisis. He requested asylum, claiming he was persecuted by Islamist militias in Somalia. His request for asylum was denied but he still received subsidiary protection and was allowed to remain in Germany legally.

Before his killing spree he was living in a homeless shelter in Würzburg where he reportedly exhibited strange behaviour including threatening other people with knives multiple times.

He was briefly committed to a psychiatric ward but released after a short stay a couple of months before the attack.

Illegals Scamming UK Voluntary Returns Scheme, Pocketing Thousands Before Coming Back to Britain: Report

AI generator

Illegal migrants are reportedly taking advantage of Britain’s self-deportation compensation scheme, pocketing thousands in taxpayer cash to leave only to return to the UK while bragging about their exploits online.

The Home Office’s ‘Assisted Voluntary Return Scheme’, which offers thousands and a free plane ticket to illegals to voluntarily return to their homelands, is being taken advantage of by unscrupulous migrants, as some have outlined specific steps on how to defraud the British taxpayer on social media, the Mail on Sunday reported.

In one instance, a migrant received £3,000 to return to his country in the autumn of last year, only to return by January illegally to work as a grocery delivery driver. A friend is quoted as remarking: “Effectively, he went back home for Christmas on the taxpayers’ dime.”

In a similar occurrence, an entire family was paid £12,000 collectively to help rebuild their home in Brazil, yet the father of the family returned illegally to the UK half a year later to again work as a delivery driver.

The MoS found that hundreds of migrants have taken advantage of the returns payouts only to return to Britain illegally. The paper went on to claim that Brazilians appear to be on the frontlines of the scheme, with one man quipping: “There are jokers who come back as soon as they set foot in Brazil… hahaha!”

According to the report, scammers openly detail the best methods to return to Britain after receiving the money in posts on social media and on online forums.

The paper noted that many pointed to Ireland as a means of easily returning, given the ease of travelling to Britain from Belfast, which, as a Northern Irish city, is a part of the UK.

“Go to France, from France you go to Dublin. In Dublin, you take a bus to Belfast, from there you take a bus to Glasgow, and finally to London,” one online post explained.

Openly bragging about his success at returning to Britain after receiving thousands in taxpayer cash, one man said, “I entered through Dublin. I spent three hours in immigration.

“They called me a liar and said I wouldn’t be allowed in, but I told them I wasn’t going back to London, only visiting Ireland. They gave me a five-day visa and let me in. God knows why, haha. But my real goal was to get to London.”

The report comes just days after the British government drew rebuke for paying £500 to child molesting migrant Hadush Kebatu to return to his native Ethiopia.

This followed a shambolic sequence of events after he was mistakenly released onto the streets by the prison service, sparking a nationwide manhunt, despite Kebatu attempting to turn himself in to authorities on multiple occasions.

Despite entering the country illegally earlier this year, the government also provided Kebatu with hotel accommodation, as has become customary for illegals who claim asylum once on British soil. Just days later, he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl near the hotel, sparking months of protests across the country against the migrant hotel scheme.

Commenting on his removal and payout, head of policy for Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party, Zia Yusuf, reflected: “What odds Kebatu uses the £500 Starmer just paid him to return to the UK by boat?”

The Home Office said: “Very few people re-enter the UK after a voluntary return, and we crack down hard on those who try. Our message to anyone thinking of abusing voluntary returns is clear: if you re-enter this country illegally, you will face arrest, prosecution and enforced removal.”

Supreme Court of Canada Scraps Mandatory Minimum Sentences For Child Pornography Offenses, Claims It Amounts To “Cruel and Unusual Punishment”

The Supreme Court of Canada has struck down the federal government’s one-year mandatory minimum sentence for possession and accessing child pornography, ruling that the penalty violates the constitutional protection against cruel and unusual punishment. The decision upholds a 2023 judgment from the Quebec Court of Appeal that found the law unconstitutional under section 12 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

The appeal stemmed from two separate criminal prosecutions in Quebec, both of which involved men who had hoarded massive amounts of child sexual exploitation files.

The first case related to a 28-year-old soldier named Louis-Pier Senneville who was convicted of possessing and accessing child pornography. Evidence presented at trial showed that Senneville had amassed a digital collection of 317 images, 90% of which depicted children between roughly three and six years old.

The images were of a highly sadistic nature, and were described in court as featuring depictions of the toddlers being sodomized and violated. During his 2018 trial, Senneville claimed that his motivation for hoarding the images was that he had intended to track down the men responsible for creating them as a “vigilante.” The prosecution easily poked holes in his defense, noting that he had accumulated and accessed the files over the course of 13 months and had never made a single complaint to police.

Senneville later pleaded guilty, expressed remorse, and participated in therapy while awaiting sentencing.

Despite there being a one-year minimum sentence, Judge Tremblay of the Court of Québec sentenced Senneville to just 180 days in jail, to be served intermittently on weekends, along with two years of probation and a 20-year order requiring registration as a sex offender. Tremblay refused to apply the one-year mandatory minimum, deciding that it was unconstitutional and stating it would impose punishment “disproportionate” to Senneville’s circumstances.

Judge Tremblay described Senneville as “genuinely remorseful” and claimed that he had no “pedophilic or hebephilic sexual interests” despite hoarding the trove of child pornography.

Louis-Pierre Senneville

In the second case, Mathieu Naud was convicted of possessing and distributing child pornography under the same Criminal Code provisions in 2020.

Police investigators found 531 image files and 274 videos on Naud’s devices depicting children between approximately five and ten years old being raped. Naud had attempted to hide the evidence of his crimes, and used specialized software to conceal it, access it, and make it available to others.

Judge Dalmau of the Court of Québec similarly refused to apply the mandatory minimum one-year sentence, and instead imposed consecutive sentences of nine months for possession and eleven months for distribution, plus two years’ probation, mandatory therapy, a DNA order, and sex-offender registration. Dalmau justified the reduced sentence by describing Naud as having “low self‑confidence, a tendency to be avoidant, an inability to define his identity and a defeatist attitude.”

The Attorney General of Quebec appealed both Senneville and Naud’s sentences to the province’s highest court, arguing that Parliament’s mandatory minimum reflected the seriousness of crimes involving the sexual exploitation of minors and that uniform penalties were necessary for deterrence and denunciation.

In June 2023, the Quebec Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal in 2023 QCCA 731, holding that the mandatory minimums for possession and accessing child pornography were unconstitutional because they could capture “lesser” offenders, such as first-time offenders who possessed small collections or teenagers who sent intimate images of themselves to other teenagers, and compel sentences far harsher than appropriate.

Taking its case to the Supreme Court of Canada, the province of Quebec urged the reinstatement of the minimum, maintaining that child exploitation crimes demanded automatic imprisonment of at least one year to reflect societal condemnation. But Defense counsel and several interveners, including the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, countered that the law was too broad, creating potential for extreme injustice in marginal cases.

The Supreme Court agreed with the lower courts, finding that while the offenses are serious, the mandatory minimum prevents judges from imposing “proportionate punishment tailored to each offender.” While acknowledging that child pornography offenses are among the most serious in the Criminal Code, the justices concluded that Parliament’s fixed one-year minimum risked being “grossly disproportionate” in rare or hypothetical cases. The Court insisted that sentencing must remain flexible enough to consider “the circumstances of the offender,” even in crimes of clear moral gravity.

The ruling, which was published just hours ago, has drawn sharp criticism from legal observers and victims’ advocates who argue it weakens accountability for crimes involving child sexual abuse material, and has sparked a wave of backlash on social media from Canadians outraged at the decision.

“Enough. This is immoral and insane,” wrote Member of Parliament Michelle Rempel Garner, while Member of Parliament Frank Caputo wrote: “My heart goes out to victims today.”

The Supreme Court of Canada’s decision echoes a similar judicial controversy that erupted in Germany last year.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Germany’s Parliament (Bundestag) voted in 2024 to amend its Criminal Code, effectively removing provisions that classified possession of child sexual-abuse material as a felony and substantially reducing the minimum sentences for related offenses.

Like with the reasoning advanced before Canada’s Supreme Court, the German government justified the reform on the basis of ensuring “proportionality” and “judicial discretion” in sentencing. Officials cited situations such as parents or teachers who accessed illicit material to report it to police, or teenagers exchanging explicit content among themselves, as examples of cases where rigid minimum penalties could lead to unfair convictions.

However, instead of creating narrow exemptions for such limited circumstances, lawmakers opted to broadly reclassify possession of child pornography as a lesser offense, a decision that drew immediate international controversy.

The change was publicly welcomed by a fringe pro-pedophile activist organization known as Krumme-13, which has long campaigned for the normalization of adult-child sexual contact. The group issued statements online praising the Bundestag’s move as a “step forward,” prompting backlash from child-protection advocates and legal experts who warned that the reform risked weakening deterrence for serious sexual-exploitation crimes.

Fled Isis to live, murdered in Europe for believing

by Giulio Meotti

The West always likes refugee stories. Not all of them. Not this one. Not the story of a Christian who fled from the East to live and died in the West for believing.

It was 10:30 p.m. when the Assyrian Ashur Sarnaya returned to the apartment he shared with his sister in Lyon, in a quiet neighborhood where public housing stands alongside student campuses, corporate offices, and a few shops. The 45-year-old Iraqi Christian refugee from the Assyrian-Chaldean community was disabled from birth and used a wheelchair. That evening, as usual, he went live on TikTok to talk about his faith. Ashur made his videos in Arabic or Aramaic. During the livestream, Ashur Sarnaya was slit in the throat and lay dying in his wheelchair.

His only pleasure was wandering around the neighborhood, where everyone liked him; his main occupation was sharing his faith on TikTok. For this, he was martyred with machete blows by a coward. He read the Bible and recited Hebrew Psalms-something unthinkable for radical Islamists.

Sabri B., an Algerian citizen suspected of the murder and linked to ISIS, turned off his phone right after killing Ashur and left Lyon that night, heading for Italy. He passed through Milan, Rome, and then reached Puglia. His escape ended ten days later, in a house in Andria, where another Algerian hosted him.

Investigations now describe in detail the threats Ashur had been subjected to, both online and in person.

We know that the killer, Sabri B., had connected to Ashur’s livestream 30 minutes before the crime, without speaking. Ashur’s livestreams were regularly watched by hostile users. A user claiming to be Palestinian Arab living in Lyon often joined the livestreams, insulting and threatening Sarnaya: “I’m coming, get ready.”

Another, claiming to be Tunisian, asked where the Christian influencer lived, saying he would find him eventually: “We’ll kill you.”

In the summer, someone sent him a message reading: “We know where you are, this won’t continue.” It was accompanied by a photo of Ashur near his home.

His sister now feels “in danger” in France. Madlin Sarnaya told BFMTV that she and her brother had come to France “because we needed protection.” They had fled Iraq in 2014 after “an armed Islamist ordered them to convert or leave.” “Killing my brother because he spoke of Christian faith-do you think that’s normal?” the sister asks.

Many in the West, yes-they think so.

Dozens of exiles from the Islamic world like Ashur have found death or conflict in Europe.

Iranian exile Afshin Ellian, now at Utrecht University, is guarded by bodyguards-it looks more like a bank than a law department.

Iraqi exile Salwan Momika was murdered during a live broadcast in Sweden-“screaming like a pig,” reported Expressen. A Syriac Catholic from Nineveh, Iraq, he had witnessed ISIS’s persecution of Christians and the murder of his family.

Somali journalist Kadra Yusuf infiltrated Oslo’s mosques and lives under protection.

In Germany, Mina Ahadi, founder of the Council of Ex-Muslims, lives under constant threat for committing “apostasy”-a crime punishable by death in dozens of Muslim countries, including many “Western allies.”

Fatma Bläser, victim of a forced marriage and author of “Hennamond”, lives under police protection.

In Paris, Mohammed Sifaoui, a journalist who fled Algeria, is under guard.

In Berlin, Turkish-born Seyran Ates is protected by five heavily armed agents.

In the Netherlands, Turkish writer Lale Gül lives under protection.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali had to flee Europe.

Yesterday in the East, today in the West.

And now, in the murky silence of our Western conscience, echoes this unheard-of tragedy: a refugee who had sought safety and hope was slaughtered here, on soil that proclaimed hospitality but revealed its darkest wound. His crime? His faith. The freedom to bear witness to belief.

The death of this man-who crossed the desert of persecution to reach the promise of a European homeland-becomes a symbol of the crisis of the West. A West that has lost courage and yielded to the blackmail of violence and silence.

We have entered the night of the spirit, the twilight of an identity dissolving as witnesses of faith are struck down in the name of hatred.

If even the broken voice of a refugee in a wheelchair doesn’t shake us, then truly the twilight of the West has already begun-and no one can say they didn’t see it coming.
