Trans-Identified Male Accused of Murder Admits To Eating Victim’s Testicles

A trans-identified male on trial for murder has admitted to cannibalizing his victim’s corpse after killing him. Gabriella Sears, born Dereck Donald Sears, has been in prison since 2021 for the brutal murder, which took place at his residence in Kelowna, British Columbia.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Sears was first arrested in 2021 and charged with second-degree murder and interference with human remains in the death of 49-year-old Darren Middleton, a friend and occasional employer of Sears.

Middleton’s body was discovered on June 16, 2021, by his partner, Brenda Adams, who went looking for him at Sears’ home after he failed to return from work that evening. Adams found Middleton in Sears’ bathroom, partially undressed and wearing some clothing that did not belong to him. The body was lying next to the bathtub, which had been left running.

Although Middleton reportedly died after receiving a blow to the head, Crown prosecutors revealed that he sustained several additional injuries post-mortem, including the partial removal of his penis and testicles, a deep gash to his throat “so deep Adams could see right inside” and multiple stab wounds. After seeing the dismembered body of her common-law partner, Adams fled the scene screaming.

As she ran from the house, Adams told police that she saw Sears dancing in the middle of the road, “with his eyes closed and his arms in the air,” to no music.

Sears had reportedly begun identifying as a woman just two days before the murder.

Dereck “Gabriella” Sears

The trial began in 2023 but has faced numerous setbacks due to Sears’ lack of cooperation with his counsel. Sears terminated his first attorneys, Jordan Watt and Tom Forss, just 18 days in to the hearings despite their success in having his direct confessions excluded as evidence during the trial. Several months later, Sears parted ways with another lawyer, Mark Swartz, who announced he was no longer representing Sears due to a “fundamental breakdown in the solicitor-client relationship.”

Sears has undergone two lengthy competency evaluations, both of which determined he was fit to stand trial. But the persistent delays resulted in the original judge assigned to preside over the case aging out of her role due to mandatory retirement.

The trial was set to resume in July of 2024, but Sears filed an application to have his legal name changed on the indictment from “Dereck” to “Gabrielle,” citing his “equality rights” outlined in Section 16 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

A new trial officially began on November 4, with Sears once again pleading not guilty.

According to Kelowna’s Castanet, the first court date was spent debating whether a psychiatric assessment Sears was planning to use in his defense could be admitted. The report was prepared last month by Dr. Robert Lacriox, a psychiatrist who concluded that Sears was experiencing psychosis at the time of the murder and may not have understood the gravity of his actions.

Despite previous psychiatric assessments finding that Sears was competent, Lacroix believes that Sears has bipolar disorder and was experiencing a manic episode with psychotic features when Middleton was killed. He said Sears’ symptoms had been escalating in the months prior and were likely intensified by his crystal methamphetamine use.

According to the report, Lacroix’s conclusions were based on interviews with Sears and a review of statements he gave to police after his arrest. In those statements, Sears admitted to striking Middleton in the head repeatedly with a baseball bat, stabbing him in the eye, and removing his testicles.

Sears later told Lacroix that he believed he was following “telepathic instructions from a child ghost” directing him to remove and consume Middleton’s testicles – which had never been recovered by police.

“It would be reasonable to infer that Ms. Sears was incapable of rationally appraising the actual threat that Mr. Middleton posed and incapable of rationally responding to such a threat,” Lacroix wrote, referring to Sears with feminine pronouns. “This incapacity was the direct result of her psychotic symptoms.

“Ms. Sears was similarly incapable of making a rational choice when she removed the testicles. Several of her post-offense statements indicate she lacked an understanding of the moral gravity of her actions.”

Lacroix’s report disagrees with the previous assessments which found Sears had the capacity to understand his actions, and asserts that he should not be held criminally responsible for the murder.

Crown prosecutor David Grabavac is challenging the admissibility of the Lacroix report on the basis that the doctor relied on confessions and statements Sears made to police after his arrest – statements that have already been deemed inadmissible.

Argument over the hotly-contested report is expected to continue through this week, and the trial is scheduled to formally proceed in early December.

The UK Freed Mohammed After He Raped and Killed, So He Killed Another Woman – A country that fails to protect its women has given up its moral right to exist

In 2006, Mohammed Azim tied up a man and drowned him in a canal. He was freed 6 years later and shortly after he got out, he smashed a bottle over a woman’s head, dragged her by the hair and raped her.

8 years later he was out again and is in court for killing Lilly Whitehouse: a 19-year-old woman.

Here’s the last time Mohammed was in court.

Deeply-disturbing footage showed twisted Mohammed Azim, 31, smash the woman over the head with a bottle at a bus stop before dragging her by the hair into a nearby factory.

She was then subjected to a brutal 25-minute rape which was captured on the firm’s CCTV security cameras.

Azim was jailed for a minimum of 16 years at Wolverhampton Crown Court after being found guilty of all three charges.

Judge Michael Challinor branded him a danger to the public who should only be released if a parole board considers it safe.

Mohammed didn’t even spend half of that 16 years in prison. And once out, history repeated itself.

A country that fails to protect its women and exposes them to the assaults of a Mohammed has given up its moral right to exist. Countries exist to protect their people. Especially their women and children. Instead of protecting women from Mohammed, the UK insists on importing Mohammeds and giving them every possible chance because surely the murderers, terrorists and rapists are the real victims.

UK: ‘Free speech victory!’ Judge rules criticism of Islam counts as a protected belief under equalities law

Criticism of Islam qualifies as a protected belief under equalities law, a judge has ruled.

Patrick Lee, 61, has launched a belief discrimination claim against the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) after he was banned by the trade body and fined almost £23,000 last year over posts in which he criticised Islam.

The IFoA’s disciplinary body found Mr Lee guilty of misconduct, ruling that 42 of his posts were “either offensive or inflammatory or both”, with 29 said to be “designed to demean or insult Muslims”.

His posts included referring to the Prophet Mohammed as a “monster” and describing Islam as “morally bankrupt”, a “dangerous cult”, and a “1,300-year-old con trick”.

At a preliminary hearing held via video link at the London Central Employment Tribunal, Judge David Khan ruled that Mr Lee had shown he genuinely held the belief he put forward, therefore meeting the definition of a “protected belief” under section 10(2) of the Equality Act 2010.

Judge Khan concluded: “I do not find that these tweets and the pleaded belief are mutually exclusive. Nor incompatible.

“I find that the claimant’s evidence in relation to these tweets, that he was inveighing against the offending doctrines and practices because they continued to be treated as authentic and officially sanctioned by Islamic leaders, was not inconsistent with the pleaded belief.”

The employment tribunal heard that Mr Lee, who identifies as an atheist, believes Islam “particularly in a traditional form – rather than a reformed, modernised, moderate and Westernised form – is problematic and deserving of criticism”.

Mr Lee said he hoped to prompt discussion and ask legitimate questions, and described the IFoA’s response to his beliefs as “problematic” for western democracies.

A final hearing is set for February, when a tribunal will decide whether his social media posts qualify as an expression of this protected belief.

The Free Speech Union hailed the ruling as a “landmark victory”.

The group said: “It renders the Government’s efforts to roll out an official definition of ‘Islamophobia’ largely pointless.

“If describing Islam as ‘backward’, ‘a con trick’, ‘a dangerous cult’, ‘the root of the evil’ and calling the Prophet Mohammed a ‘monster’ are all expressions of an ‘Islamic-critical’ belief that’s protected by the Equality Act, trying to ban people from saying these things in the workplace won’t be possible.

“The judge in this case has grasped the important distinction between disrespecting a belief and disrespecting a person who holds that belief.

“Too often, robust criticism of Islam is treated as a form of harassment against Muslims and conflating the two has had a chilling effect on free speech.”

Despite enduring a five-year legal battle, Mr Lee said he felt it was important to defend his right to challenge Islamic teachings.

He told The Telegraph: “I’m the wrong person for the Institute and Faculty to have picked on, because I believe really strongly you have to speak up about these things.

“I’m speaking up about the sort of things that many people in the country are concerned about.

“And it’s wrong, as we saw with the Rotherham grooming gang scandal, for people to keep quiet. Because that actually costs lives.”

The 61-year-old had been a member of the IFoA for more than three decades, including stints on the professional body’s council and management board.

UK Conservative Party Conference featured a pro-assisted suicide panel discussion

screengrab youtube

After several busy days of Conservative Party conference lobbying politicians and darting between fringe events, I decided to venture down enemy territory lane and attend the Dignity in Dying (DiD) panel fringe event. Contrary to what the media might have you believe, fringe events were packed, people spilling out like sardines into the corridors, and I often found myself turning up a good half-hour early just to secure a standing spot, never mind a seat sandwiched between two delegates.

Upon arrival at the DiD panel, it was the first room I had walked into where the room was full of empty seats.

On the panel sat the Rt. Hon. Kit Malthouse MP, Dr. Neil Shastri-Hurst MP, David Barker (Chief Executive, Willow Burn Hospice) Nick Hoile (Board Member for Dignity in Dying) and Rebecca Gillanders, a volunteer.

I listened to an hour of repetitive, self-aggrandizing chatter on why helping people die faster is the height of compassion. The usual buzzwords of “choice” and “dignity” were sprinkled in amongst token mentions of mental health. One particularly grotesque remark was made by Nick Hoile himself: “People who are going to kill themselves are going to kill themselves, regardless of what we do.”

As if this wasn’t disturbing enough, some of the panelists began to describe the death of end-of-life patients as beautiful. To have mercy on my ears, I attempted to hold the panel to account by asking whether they were at all concerned that so many professional medical bodies remain opposed to assisted suicide – including the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

Kit Malthouse MP looked me straight in the eye and insisted that the RCOP are not opposed, but merely “neutral,” and that the supposed safeguards of the bill make it “the safest in the world.”

That claim doesn’t stand up to its scrutiny. The Royal College of Psychiatrists are by no means neutral, and as much as the panelists may want to rewrite their history with the bill, the evidence is clear.

Dr. Annabel Price, Chair of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Liaison Psychiatry Faculty, explained:

“The College has spent decades working to prevent suicide. A key part of our response to this Bill has been to highlight that people with terminal physical illnesses are at increased risk of depression.

“Unmet needs can make life feel unbearable. But when these needs are addressed or symptoms treated, the desire to end life early often subsides.

“The Bill fails to clarify whether assisted dying is to be treated as a clinical intervention—an ambiguity with serious legal and ethical implications.”

And if the safeguards were the safest in the world, as Kit Malthouse claims, perhaps there wouldn’t be such a need to bend the truth to defend them. As seen again in the rhetoric of the Assisted Suicide Bill’s committee meetings a few weeks later, the pro-assisted suicide lobby continues to clutch at the straws of “choice” and “autonomy.”

In the same breath, they blatantly ignore the vulnerable – those who actively suffer under their definitions. People who can’t make decisions for themselves due to memory loss, or those who struggle with suicide ideation as part of a mental health diagnosis. Those who suffer from anorexia – a condition which is fully reversible with treatment but told their lives aren’t worth living.

If we are to accept the sentiment expressed by the panel, what message are we sending these vulnerable groups? A eugenics rebrand, disguised as the autonomy of all?

Nick Hoile wasn’t wrong in saying that people will kill themselves regardless of what they do as an organization, but I’d rather be among those who refuse to stand by or contribute to that quiet genocide.

Britons Say Country ‘Changing Too Fast’, Detect ‘Tension’ Between Migrants and UK-Born, Research Finds

Illustration. AI generator

A large academic study of attitudes among those living in the United Kingdom found the vast majority believe the country is “divided”, with many saying the culture is changing too fast and that they want “my country to be the way it used to be”.

A massive majority of 86 per cent of people living in the United Kingdom believe there is either a “great deal” or a “fair amount” of tension between “immigrants and people born in the UK”, research by the Policy Institute at King’s College London claims to have found. This sentiment has increased perceptibly since the last time the question was asked in 2023, when it stood at a very robust 74 per cent.

Remarkably, majorities seeing tension in British society between immigrants and Britons are dominant and evident across the political spectrum. While Nigel Farage’s Reform UK and Conservative voters are most convinced — with up to three-quarters of Reform voters saying there is a “great deal” of tension — even the left-wing parties exhibit the same views.

The Liberal Democrats and Greens, for instance, see agreement for the proposition hovering in the early-80s, while just 15 per cent disagree.

Drawing on an uncommonly large sample size for British surveys, the University’s Institute states there are increasing notions of division in the country. Supporters of every political party and ethnic group agree that the country feels divided, and the proportion of those who support this idea has steadily risen throughout the 2020s.

Contributing to the idea that the United Kingdom is one that is ill at ease with itself, half of voters say the nation’s culture is “changing too fast”, with just a fifth disagreeing. This notion is gaining momentum as the two camps diverge: just five years ago, the for-and-against camps enjoyed a third of support each; now those opposing change dominate by two-to-one.

Concomitant with concern of change running away, a strong plurality also agrees they “would like my country to be the way it used to be” at 48 per cent. This too is rapidly accelerating: just five years ago, Britons were more likely to say they were happy with the way the country is than not.

The King’s College London study particularly noted that this change is being overwhelmingly driven by changes of opinion among white people. In 2020, both white and “ethnic minority” people living in the United Kingdom were very much in parity, agreeing that the country wasn’t changing too quickly and didn’t need to be returned to a previous state.

While there was slight movement in “Ethnic minority” agreement in the results — going from 32 to 35 per cent on the UK changing too fast in five years, for instance — white Britons soared ahead in that time. White respondents, for instance, shot up from that third of people in agreement in 2020 to a majority saying so now, and being twice as likely to agree with the need to stop change than being happy with it.

Reform and Conservative voters are, again, most likely to agree with these ideas. But despite an interpretation that could cast this as a high feeling of dissatisfaction with the United Kingdom, voters for those parties are also most likely to express patriotic ideas like “I am proud of my country”.

The research also drew in a wide range of other areas of interest. Feeling that there is a Brexit divide in the country is fading with time, with Leave and Remain voters more likely to see eye-to-eye. There has been a surge in people saying they believe transgender rights have gone too far, and Britons now perceive the word “woke” to be an insult, which they didn’t five years ago. Some 67 per cent agree there is a “culture war” going on.

Curiously, practically the only metric in the whole study that has shown remarkable resilience to change are sentiments towards the history of the British Empire. While the predominant position is not having an opinion on it at all, of those who feel conviction, feeling the British Empire is “something to be proud of” beats out “something to be ashamed of” by about ten points, something which hasn’t changed in the past five years.

This study follows only by days another such piece of research which, again presented the British public as surprisingly conservative on matters of immigration compared to the perception of the UK as presented by its politics and political class, which remain in the whole overwhelmingly pro-open-borders. That study, by the National Centre for Social Research found that British voters are to the right of even their American cousins, with British Reform UK or Conservative voters to the right of U.S. Donald Trump voters, and British Labour supporters to the left of Kamala Harris voters.

Asked to state whether they agree with the statement “We risk losing our national identity if we are too open to people from all over the world”, 81 per cent of right-wing British voters said they agreed, ahead of just 65 per cent of Trump voters. Again with the statement “It is bad for society if white people decline as a share of the population”, 70 per cent of the British camp agrees, compared to 43 per cent of Trump voters.

German Police Detain Teen Suspected of ISIS Propaganda

In Germany, law enforcement detained a 16-year-old teenager with Russian citizenship who is suspected of spreading propaganda for the Islamic State (ISIS). Searches were carried out at his residence, but he has not been arrested yet. Local media confirm these details.

According to investigators, the teenager allegedly posted on social networks images with Islamist symbolism and weapons, including knives and pistols, with references to ISIS.

A particular Instagram account drew special attention, where extremist content was present. Police believe he could have radicalized within the Islamist movement.

It is noted that police, with the support of special forces, on Friday evening, November 7, conducted searches in the boy’s apartment in the town of Nottuln, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, where he lives with his parents.

The police said that several items were seized, which are now undergoing forensic examination; they refused to comment on whether these were weapons.

At the time of the search, the teenager was not at home. He was detained near a bus stop while returning from training.

Investigators are currently determining whether he had contact with other Islamist networks. A warrant for the teenager’s arrest has not yet been issued.

“Hungary Is Safe Today”: Orbán Celebrates Energy Deal and Exemption from Sanctions

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán described his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday as “historic,” marking what he called “the beginning of a new era” in relations between Budapest and Washington.

Speaking before members of the Hungarian-American community after the encounter, Orbán said both leaders had achieved “all the pragmatic goals” of the summit: renewed military and business cooperation, new investment projects, and crucially, an energy exemption allowing Hungary to continue importing Russian gas and oil. In his speech, Orbán declared,

Hungary is safe today. We reached a fair and balanced deal that secures our national interests and strengthens our friendship with the United States.

The Hungarian leader emphasized that the meeting went beyond symbolic gestures, focusing on concrete results. The agreement paves the way for American investment in Hungary’s energy infrastructure while granting Budapest flexibility to maintain existing supply channels with Moscow.

We need secure and affordable energy. Our nations cannot build their future on ideological dogmas but on real interests. Energy sovereignty is inseparable from national independence.

He underlined that the purpose of foreign policy is not moral exhibitionism but the defense of citizens’ welfare. “Our duty is to make sure Hungary is not trapped between sanctions that harm Europeans more than those they were meant to punish,” he added.

Addressing the significance of the encounter, Orbán noted that it had attracted global attention for reasons that transcend bilateral issues.

It was not just a meeting between a big country and a small one. What is at stake is the very soul of Western civilization.

Reflecting on the ideological battles that have divided the West, Orbán recalled that since 2010, his government has pursued an alternative political model based on Christian and national values, family protection, border control, and peace.

Back then, we decided to do more than just govern. We sought to answer the challenges of our civilization. We believe that only a Christian, sovereign, and strong Europe will survive.

According to Orbán, both leaders share a conviction that the West must rediscover its roots if it wants to overcome its current crisis. “This meeting was not to close a chapter but to open a new one—a new golden age of Hungarian–American cooperation,” he said.

The prime minister also invoked Hungary’s thousand-year-old legacy as a bastion of freedom and resistance in Central Europe:

Hungary has stood in the same place for over 1,100 years, defending its independence against empires of every kind. That spirit still lives in us.

Orbán expressed his gratitude to those who had supported Hungarian-American friendship during the difficult years when, in his words, “the sun was not shining.” He praised President Trump’s understanding of Hungary’s unique position: “President Trump knows the Hungarian spirit. He appreciates our courage and our sense of history. His support is not only political—it is moral.”

Three Islamist women charged with planning Paris terror attack: ‘I want to pay tribute to Bin Laden!’

Three young women have been charged with plotting an Islamist terrorist attack in Paris after they were apprehended by French authorities.

Police acted after an extensive surveillance campaign, where one of the trio declared in a message: “I want to blow everything up there… I want to pay tribute to Bin Laden.”

The three women, identified only by their initials B, 19, K, 21, and A, 18, were placed under formal investigation on October 10 for “criminal terrorist conspiracy” by France’s National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office.

They were arrested three days earlier by officers from the General Directorate for Internal Security (DGSI) after several months of discreet surveillance, telephone interceptions, and tailing.

According to DGSI reports, the women all professed adherence to an ultra-orthodox Islamist doctrine and were rarely seen outside without full face veils.

Investigators say they spent most of their time confined to their homes watching and sharing jihadist propaganda via Snapchat, TikTok, and Telegram.

The DGSI said that a tapped telephone conversation between A and B was among the material that raised an alarm.

While discussing their attendance at the French military celebration, B allegedly said: “I want to blow everything up there… I want to pay tribute to Bin Laden!”

A replied: “If only they (the servicemen at the event) knew there was a terrorist among them,” the transcript reportedly shows.

DGSI officers warned that, although the exchange may have been made in jest, it demonstrated “a certain degree of radicalisation.”

B, the suspected ringleader and the first to appear on counter-terrorism radar, ran a TikTok account with about 20,000 followers on which she posted pro-jihad content and interacted in Telegram groups monitored by intelligence services.

Under the online name “YCC” she allegedly discussed her intention to carry out “an operation with another sister,” sought “equipment for two” and asked for “someone to teach (her) how to use it.”

Prosecutors say she owned a notebook listing steps to fabricate an explosive suicide belt, the price of a Kalashnikov rifle, and possible targets such as concert venues and night-time leisure venues in Paris.

She is reported to have proposed obtaining false identity documents to travel anonymously to the capital and told investigators she was “ready to act” once an explosive belt had been assembled.

In interviews with police, B denied that the scheme was “organised” or “well thought through,” describing herself as “impulsive” and “incapable of seeing things through.”

She also told officers that her ultimate hope had been to be killed by security services and attain “martyrdom.”

One of the three women, K, is paraplegic and uses a wheelchair, according to the French newspaper, Le Parisien.

She has a history of psychiatric treatment and was the subject of an earlier investigation in February 2025 for praise of terrorism, which led to a police search and an interview on June 11.

Her lawyer, Thibault Bailly, told investigators that his client “firmly denies any participation” in the alleged plot and that he is “particularly worried for her physical health; prisons severely lack the means to care for people with major disabilities.”

She converted to Islam in 2023 after reading the Qur’an, a religious experience that her family later also embraced.

A, the third accused, is 18 years old and has been described by defence lawyers as isolated, having left school and withdrawn to her parents’ home on the outskirts of Lyon.

Her counsel, Jean-Baptiste Riolacci, said there was still “little concrete” to suggest the project had been carried through and that the court would quickly establish whether remarks attributed to her amounted to a genuine threat or “the vain and unhappy attempts of a very young woman to escape loneliness.”
