Germany: After shouting “Allahu Akbar” and attacking children with a machete, an investigation into Islamism takes place in the case of a detained asylum seeker

The man with the machete in Gorbitz (see tweet above) and the shouts of “Alluah Akbar”. The judiciary wants to “take a closer look at possible Islamist backgrounds”, senior public prosecutor Jürgen Schmidt (45) told the newspaper BILD.

The Eritrean Ismail S. (25) had threatened drunken children with a machete and a knife on Monday evening. An Iraqi (26) intervened, hit the machete man and was injured in the leg.

On the internet, S. posted Koran verses, wrote in German: “I am afraid only of Allah”. Senior public prosecutor Schmidt: “We definitely want the accused to remain in custody.”

The tolerated asylum seeker is known to the police and the judiciary: In March 2018, he sexually harassed a woman in the Neustadt district and hit her in the face with a beer bottle. She lost a tooth. Sentence: eight months on probation.

Before that, Ismail S. had already been fined for theft, fare evasion and drug possession.

Austria: Afghan gang rapists of murdered 13-year-old Leoni boasted of ‘escalated sex night’

After the violent killing of a 13-year-old girl in Vienna, investigators have apprehended a third man allegedly involved in the crime. “The newspaper Oe24” reported that the 23-year-old man is said to be the roommate of the 18-year-old suspect and, like the two men already arrested (16 and 18), is said to be from Afghanistan.

They are accused of first raping and then killing the girl. The police are currently searching for a fourth suspect with a European arrest warrant. According to “heute.at”, the suspect is a 22-year-old Afghan.

The two arrested are currently being questioned in the presence of an interpreter. The 16-year-old has so far remained silent, the older one denies the accusations. Meanwhile, more and more information about the arrest of the two is coming to light. One of the perpetrators is said to have bragged to an acquaintance about an “escalated sex night”. According to “Oe24”, his description was so detailed and gruesome that he called the police. When he was arrested near a skate park, the 16-year-old suspect was said to have been calmly eating a pizza.

The two suspects were transferred from police custody to a prison on Wednesday. The 18-year-old suspect had already been convicted of drug offences and theft. Therefore, his status as a person eligible for subsidiary protection was revoked, against which, however, he appealed. The 16-year-old was an asylum seeker.

What is clear, however, is that the 13-year-old was drugged before her violent death. According to the police, ecstasy was used to make her compliant.

According to initial investigations, the 13-year-old girl went voluntarily to the flat of the 18-year-old suspect. The details of what happened afterwards are still unclear. Forensic experts determined death by suffocation and many bruises. The girl’s body was discovered on a grass verge in a residential area on Saturday.

UN demands that France use ethnic statistics to defeat ‘systemic racism’

France must “collect and publish complete data broken down by race or origin,” according to a report by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. But this practice would be contrary to the French Constitution.

Is the French Constitution obsolete according to the UN? The text which founded the Fifth Republic established that “France is an indivisible Republic [and that it] ensures equality before the law of all citizens, without distinction of origin, race or religion” but the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the United Nations in a report of June 28, called for the establishment of ethnic statistics to fight against “systemic racism”.

A lack of data according to ethnicity in this regard is “worrying” said Michelle Bachelet, a physician who has studied military strategy, referring for example to the United Kingdom where over a year (from April 2019 to March 2020), it noted six arrests with searches for 1000 white people versus 54 per 1000 black people.

The report therefore stated that it was necessary to analyze “the cumulative effects of laws, policies and practices on certain racial and ethnic groups in particular”. The High Commission also examined 190 cases of deaths of Africans or people of African descent in contact with the police.

It delved into the details of seven “representative cases”, including that of French criminal Adama Traoré. “With the exception of the case of George Floyd, no one was held responsible for these murders, and the families are still waiting for truth and justice,” noted Mona Rishmawi, head of the Rule of Law Service at the High Commission, which deplored the “slowness of justice” in the Traoré case.

The fight against racism requires selective memory, underlined the report, because it was “high time to face the consequences of slavery, of the transatlantic slave trade of Africans and colonialism, and to aim at restorative justice”.

“I call on all states to stop denying racism and start dismantling it, end impunity and build trust, listen to the voices of people of African descent, face the legacy of the past and offer reparations,” concluded Bachelet, for whom “the status quo is unacceptable”.

France: Man armed with knife overpowered by police in the centre of Rennes

It was shortly before 6pm on Thursday July 1, 2021 when police officers from the Crime Control Unit (BAC) had to intervene to stop an obviously disturbed person. It was a very aggressive offender who was walking around Saint Helier Street in Rennes with a knife in his hand. A resident who was on his balcony at the time of the incident told the newspaper Ouest France that the person was “screaming as he walked along the pavement” and that he “did not seem to be in a normal state”. “A disturbed person? Perhaps, but the fact remains that his appearance on the street had a great effect on a shopkeeper. With tears in her eyes, she confided her fears: ‘It happened right there on the pavement,’ she said. I was so scared.

“She explained that she had closed the glass door of her shop in a hurry on the suggestion of a customer. “I was panicking.” The man was hit by police Taser shots and, stunned by the shocks, was arrested. “It happened very quickly,” the shop assistant said.

Each stabbing is a reminder that France is under threat from terrorism. The attack in Würzburg, Germany, on June 25 brought back vivid memories of the terrorist attacks that have hit Europe in recent years. Knife attacks continue to dominate the headlines, such as on Wednesday June 30, when a 36-year-old man armed with a knife was shot dead by SNCF train security guards.

Switzerland: Convert to Islam wanted to slit ex’s throat to redeem herself

A 22-year-old Swiss woman converted to Islam for love. In a new relationship, however, the ex became her doom. The woman therefore tried to kill the Afghan and his mother. Now she is facing a 13-year prison sentence.

She wanted to kill her ex-boyfriend and his mother to “erase” her past. The case concerns a 22-year-old Swiss woman who converted to Islam. She is now on trial before the criminal court in Schwyz. The prosecutor is demanding 13 years in prison for the young woman.

At the age of 16, she fell in love with a Shiite Afghan. In order to marry her chosen one, the Christian converted to Islam, writes the newspaper “Bote der Urschweiz”.

Four years later, she travelled alone to Lebanon and fell in love again, this time with a Sunni Lebanese. Back in Switzerland, she separated from the Afghan, but the ex-relationship became more and more of a burden for the woman and her new partner. The sexual component even became a “disgrace”.

So the Swiss woman decided to kill her ex and his mother. With the honour killings, she was supposed to “redeem” herself. In September 2019, she visited the Afghan’s 65-year-old mother, hoping to encounter the man there. But as he was not at home, she went after the senior citizen. She pulled a thermos jug over her head, hit her with a pan and choked her. A neighbour who had been rushed to the scene was able to defend the 65-year-old.

A voice message from the woman to her Lebanese boyfriend was presented at the court. “I don’t love him, I swear I wanted to kill him, I wanted to kill his mother,” she said.

It did not remain with this attempted murder. In Benken in the canton of St Gallen, on February 6, 2020, she instructed a strange man to beat the Afghan unconscious so that she could then slit his throat. Shortly before the crime, however, the stranger backed out. The next day she hired someone again in Schwyz. She promised 500 dollars compensation. However, the police were there in time.

In court on Thursday, neither the woman nor the three co-defendants – a Syrian (20) and two minors at the time – commented on the incidents.

The prosecutor demanded a prison sentence of 13 years for the woman for attempted murder, attempted incitement to murder and criminal preparatory acts to murder. She is also to pay a contractual penalty and a fine of 100 francs for further offences. “She lost all inhibitions. She was convinced that her former boyfriend was a virus that had to be destroyed,” he said and pleaded for an inpatient measure.

For the 20-year-old Syrian, the prosecution demands a suspended sentence of eight months imprisonment and a five-year expulsion from the country. For the other two co-defendants, six months’ imprisonment suspended. The defence lawyers will have their say on Wednesday.

Swedish policeman executed in Gothenburg’s immigrant district

Colleagues trying to revive the dying officer, Andreas Danman. Twitter

A Swedish police officer Andreas Danman, 33, was shot to death in the immigrant-dense Biskopsgården in Gothenburg on Wednesday evening. The police held a press conference after the cold-blooded execution.

A police patrol was talking to a couple of people at Höstvädersgatan in Biskopsgården when the shooting broke out. One of the policemen was hit and taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. Just before three on Thursday night, it was announced that he had died.

“This is a tragic event. It affects us all, it’s a colleague who has died on the beat. We have made a national decision to have a minute of silence at 12 and the flags at half mast throughout the country, said Klas Johansson, regional police chief, during the press conference.

Several people were taken in for questioning during the night.

Videos from the murder that are spread on social media showed how police colleagues administered first aid while saying “Fight, fight” and “Come on now old man” to the dying policeman.

The officer was shot in cold blood

The police were on site in the immigrant-dense area because conflicts had broken out there. “It is one of the areas where there is special supervision,” explained Erik Nord, head of the Greater Gothenburg police area.

Danman arrived at the murder scene in the Biskopsgården ghetto alone on his electric moped. Shortly before, a group of young immigrant gang members had fled the scene after a masked and armed man approached them.

As Danman met the perpetrator, he is said to have fired several shots at the policeman, who then died of his injuries. Nord told Svenska Dagbladet however that it was probable that the target for the shooting was not the 33-year-old police officer. “In the initial stage, we are looking for several alternatives, but we find no other indicators. Other than that it is a shooting where the policeman has come in the firing line, so to speak.”

An immigrant is implicated in the murder

The perpetrator who shot dead police officer  in Gothenburg this week is described as a “dark-skinned teenager” wearing a Corona mask, according to information from Fria Tider.

The investigating officers confirmed that this was a “young man in his teens with black clothes, dark skin and a mask over his mouth”. The man is also said to have worn a garment of the luxury brand Gucci – possibly a bag – and gray workwear gloves.

An insider police source described the officer’s murder in the Gothenburg ghetto as “an execution”, contradicting Nord’s version of events. “What I can say is that they aimed straight at this policeman. It was like an execution,” the police source said.

According to the source, the policeman was certainly not shot by mistake, accidentally hit nor killed by a dangerous ricochet.

Mattias Irving, political secretary of the Social Democrats’ controversial union Faith and Solidarity, took the opportunity to point out that people in other professions are dying as well, but on social media Irving was summarily accused of trying to relativize the murder.

“In the last ten years, about 450 people have died at work in Sweden. Wish we took everyone’s deaths equally seriously. No one has more than one life to give. Every loss is a tragedy that could have been prevented.”

This is what Mattias Irving wrote on Twitter after the execution of Danman. His non-sensical comment sparked a heated discussion on the social media platform and has received hundreds of comments. “Not even half a day after a disgusting murder of a police officer and now it must be relativized,” one used noted.

“Faith and Solidarity ‘excels’ again … that was probably the most stupid and insensitive comment I’ve read on Twitter. But it may reflect the mother party’s view of victims of crime vs. perpetrators,” another opined.

Mattias Irving defended his comment, however. “Anyone who wants to interpret this as relativism shows most how little they value certain lives next to others. I think that all five hundred who have died in the last decade deserve to be mourned. That is my Christian opinion,” he responded in a follow-up post.

The Social Democrats for Faith and Solidarity (STS), formerly known as the Brotherhood Movement and united Christians, have in recent years been particularly noted for their association with Islamists.

Murdered officer’s father rejects PM’s message as insincere posturing

The murdered policeman’s father Per Danman received a text message from Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven after his son’s death. The father harshly criticized Swedish authorities. “The whole Swedish society is in chaos and now it was my boy who happened to end up in the chaos. The kindest nicest man. He was going to be a father.”

Per Danman told Nya Riks: “I received a text message from the Prime Minister and some party leaders who apologized for the grief but they are sitting on Lidingö [a wealthy island in the inner Stockholm archipelago] in their palaces. We have a boy who has passed away. That is the difference.” Danman’s pregnant wife is also a police officer.

When Stefan Löfven commented on the murder on Thursday, he claimed that the government had worked “very purposefully” to “increase security” in Sweden. Löfven was asked by a journalist what the government was doing to aid the police in their work. The Prime Minister replied: “Since we took office in the autumn of 2014, we have worked very purposefully to increase security and with it also ensure that the police tools, the number of police officers and their resources are constantly strengthened.”

On Twitter, Swedish Democrat leader Jimmy Åkesson denounced the growing insecurity: “There is much to be said about the political betrayal of Sweden’s security in general and the disrespectful view of the Swedish police in particular. Right now, however, my thoughts go to the victim’s family and other relatives, but also to all police colleagues in external service.”

The Arab party leader Krar Al-hamede, meanwhile, promised to start a “violently armed civil war” if the Sweden Democrats win the election.

Raped a pensioner six years ago: Afghan (23) still lives in Austria, no deportation!

Almost all parties are now in favour of a tougher deportation policy. But this case shows how it works in practice: The Afghan Wahab M. (23) cruelly raped a female pensioner (72) in Traiskirchen. He served only a small period of his prison sentence – and has been living in Bad Vöslau ever since.

“I have had enough of these soapbox speeches: Every time something is committed by an asylum seeker, Austria’s politicians firmly affirm that everything will now change, that deportation will now be more consistent. That’s not true at all,” the Viennese lawyer says, providing pretty good evidence for his opinion: His client, a pensioner (72) living near Traiskirchen, was attacked, injured and raped by an Afghan asylum seeker (23) on September 1, 2015. “The perpetrator was quickly identified and sentenced to 20 months in prison at a trial,” the lawyer reports.

But the rapist only had to serve a small period of the sentence – he was free again after 12 months. And he then – despite this crime – did not have to leave Austria: The Afghan Wahab M. still lives in Bad Vöslau today, as an enquiry to the Central Register of Residents has revealed.

So the criminal was not deported, although he had massively abused the right of hospitality. The Viennese lawyer told eXXpress: “It was outrageous that the public prosecutor accepted the lenient sentence at the trial. And because of such lax prosecution, violent bogus asylum seekers are motivated to commit such crimes.”

The victim of the Afghan suffers from severe post-traumatic stress syndrome to this day. The pensioner was only awarded 5,000 euros in compensation for pain and suffering at the trial before the Wiener Neustadt Regional Court. . .

The Ministry of the Interior emphasises that everything is done to get criminal asylum seekers out of the country as quickly as possible. Unofficially, officials told eXXpress: “However, due to the extensive legal advice provided by NGOs, the procedures drag on for years.”

The most recent figures on the deportations of Afghan citizens: From 2017 to May 2021, a total of 2164 Afghans left the country, of which 1316 were forced to do so. 848 Afghan citizens left Austria voluntarily.
