Germany: The terrorist organization “Islamic State” is calling for explosions in rented apartments

The man with the long hair looked a little emaciated. 58 kilograms were distributed over a height of 1.72 meters. The photo of the Swiss Daniel D. showed the frustrated look of an imprisoned fighter of the terrorist militia “Islamic State” (IS). And yet, according to FOCUS Online information, interrogation specialists from the US authorities set out in the summer of 2019 to interrogate the Swissl extremist in a Syrian prison camp of Kurdish militants.Daniel D., fighting name Abu Mariyam, born 26 years ago in Geneva, was on the American list. The trained construction worker was temporarily part of the unit for IS operations abroad, the so-called “ExOPs group”. His best friend, with whom he left Switzerland five years ago, even became one of the leaders of the terrorist unit.

According to a report by the US Federal Police FBI, D. listed the members of the command level in detail, described planned operations by IS fighters who were said to have traveled to a bomb maker in Germany four years ago and then wreaked havoc in Canada. But nothing came of the project.

According to the Swiss Islamists, plans were also made to blow up oil tanks in Basel later. In December 2018, according to the informant, an eleven-strong troop set out for Turkey. According to the information, the cell wanted to infiltrate from there under the refugee status to Germany in order to blow up a subway here. The Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) took the statements so seriously that the authority initiated a hazard prevention process under the code name “Reuse” last year.

North Rhine-Westphalia state security interpreted the statements of the Swiss IS fighter as evidence that “the sheikhs” of the pushed back IS troops called in 2019 to strike back massively on the old continent. According to notes from the Düsseldorf Public Prosecutor’s Office, the IS command level at “sleeper cells (…) for the territorial losses suffered in Syria and Iraq (…) ordered attacks in Western Europe.”

And so the prosecutors made references to a terrorist cell of Tajik refugees who were arrested mainly in North Rhine-Westphalia at the end of April. It is about murder plans against a Neuss critic of Islam and an Albanian businessman. Two pistols were also seized. When the investigators arrested the alleged head of the group in Wuppertal in March 2019, the so-called Takim cell continued its “holy war” unimpressed.

The initially seven-member force is said to have planned attacks on the US Air Force bases Spangdahlem (Rhineland-Palatinate) and Geilenkirchen (Heinsberg district) in particular. The group is also said to have targeted sporting events.

The methods of attack reminded the Düsseldorf state protectors strikingly of those described by the Swiss IS-man Daniel D. through his ExOps troops: The special unit had tested in Syria with explosive belts and bombs of its own design, with poison attacks, chemical artillery shells and drones that were supposed to drop ammunition.

The methods of attack reminded the Düsseldorf state security forces strikingly of those described by the Swiss IS-man Daniel D. on behalf of his ExOps troops: The special unit had tested in Syria with explosive belts and bombs of its own design, with poison attacks, chemical artillery shells and drones that were supposed to drop ammunition.

The NRW state security drew parallels to their terrorist proceedings. In the course of the investigation in this country, instructions on bombing with drones were found among the Tajik suspects in North Rhine-Westphalia. Telegram also downloaded the “Kitchen Book for Mujahideen” in order to manufacture explosive devices.

At the same time, the terror investigators gradually discovered that members of the group were inquiring about courses on paragliding or flying on the Tegernsee or in Bitburg on the Internet. The city in the Eifel is close to the US base Geilenkirchen, from which the large air space reconnaissance aircraft “Awacs”, which were also active in Syria, Iraq and Jordan, start. In March 2020, a report by a Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) liaison officer from Moscow caused additional alarm at the North Rhine Westphalian security authorities: In it she described new findings about IS attack plans. For example, the emirs of the self-appointed Caliphate Brigades “called on the assassins to carry out targeted attacks with motor vehicles, as has just happened in Berlin. Furthermore, the “holy warriors” sent out were to carry out gas explosions in specially rented apartments”. The attacks were to result in as many victims as possible.

For a long time, state security officials had ignored Tajik extremists. There were virtually no indications of Islamist activities from immigrant communities in the post-communist Central Asian state. Between 2011 and 2017, members of the terrorist cell Takim had come to Germany and applied for asylum.

At the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), they claimed to be victims of persecution by the Tajik secret service. Some openly admitted that they were radical Islamic Salafists who had been persecuted. The German authorities were not suspicious, but granted a temporary residence status. It was not until the turn of the year 2018/2019 that the NRW counter-terrorism noticed that a highly dangerous force had formed from the Tajik community. The participants talked in coded phone calls about football and the desire to become a martyr. Investigators later evaluated the conversation about Real Madrid, the royal, as a synonym for IS. In their opinion, the word “playing football” also stood for attacks.

Soon the authorities intercepted telegram chats with a fighter from Syria. The man, code name “Abu Fatima”, encouraged the Takim group to “do something” in Germany. The NRW authorities now believe to have identified the originator: It is Arsenic M. from the Caucasian republic of Dagestan. He is regarded as one of the planners of the truck attack by an IS supporter in Stockholm City, which left five dead and 14 injured in April 2017.

Little by little, the prosecutors in Düsseldorf and the state security service in Mönchengladbach uncovered a highly effective network that maintained close contacts with Caucasian terrorists in Europe far beyond North Rhine-Westphalia.

On September 11, 2019, they overheard an explosive phone call: One of the heads of the Takim unit in North Rhine-Westphalia called a combatant in Austria. The 24-year-old Chechen Magomed D. was serving a sentence in the Linz prison because he was caught trying to leave Syria and was convicted. They talked about the condition of the Amir (leader), who was also incarcerated in the Alpine republic. How Magomed D. got hold of the cell phone in prison is still unclear. Two months later, the Austrian security authorities exposed a group of Chechens who are said to have planned attacks on the Christmas market on Vienna’s Stephansplatz and in Germany. It is currently not clear whether the NRW cell was involved in such projects.

The Porsche group wanted to dismantle a paint shop in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen over the turn of the year 2019/2020. Once again one of the heads of the Takim group pulled the strings: a relative carried out the work there as a subcontractor. The terror chief organized about 60 workers to collect wages for an “imprisoned brother”. During the observation of the construction site, the terror investigators from the Rhine discovered, according to a note, “numerous Chechens from France, about whom a wide range of state security-relevant findings are available at home and abroad”.The local security forces observed the activities of the Takim cell for over a year before the federal prosecutor took over the case. When the authorities wanted to deport two Tajik jihadists to their homeland in autumn 2019, the troops got into a hectic rush. On the one hand, they sought refuge with “French brothers”, and on the other hand they had to obtain false passports through relevant channels. Ultimately, the responsible government agencies were faster. The two terrorist suspects had to leave the country and fell into the hands of Tajik security authorities.A state that changed soon. According to the investigations, the Takim cell succeeded in freeing its two accomplices through middlemen in exchange for bribes. One of them made his way back to North Rhine-Westphalia. In late April, the jihadist was arrested in Albania. After an extradition request, he arrived in Frankfurt/Main on August 3. Officials of the Düsseldorf police headquarters arrested him. Since then he has been held in custody on remand.

Corpses pave their race circuits: The Testeron Migrants in Germany

Once again, there is collateral damage to be lamented because the future rulers of this country are demanding their right to run free:In Dresden on Saturday evening, a 6-year-old boy was killed because two Syrians aged 31 and 23 years with their luxury cars – a BMW and a Mercedes – engaged in an illegal road race. Both cars were “at very high speed”, according to the police. On the Budapester Street in the direction of the downtown area, the horsepower Syrians roared their engines and stepped on the gas – after all, according to the old fathers’ custom among proud Arabs, it is a matter of clarifying who is the more powerful at the wheel.Negligible matters such as traffic regulations, other road users, or the lives of passers-by, especially children, have to take second place to these really important questions. These adult teenagers know that they are allowed to do whatever they want in this country – and they show it.As reported by the tabloid “Bild”, the Mercedes and the BMW chased towards the intersection with the Schweizer Street. Shortly before the junction, first the Mercedes, then the BMW overtook an uninvolved car that was “significantly slower” (meaning: moving at normal speed). In a breakneck maneuver, the Benz switched back into the right lane in a flash, and the BMW caught up with it in the left lane. Both cars were approaching a bus stop where, according to the police, three children were crossing the road from the central green belt. Two of the children made it to the sidewalk, but the six-year-old – also of Syrian nationality, by the way – was hit by the speeding Mercedes shortly before reaching the edge of the road;he was catapulted several meters through the air into the bus stop, smashed through the glass and landed on the hard pavement. With severe internal injuries, the boy was taken by the ambulance to the hospital, where he died a little later. Both driving licenses of the speeders were seized. As police reported yesterday, the Mercedes driver is under investigation “for negligent homicide and dangerous interference with traffic”. In addition, both drivers are under “investigation for a prohibited motor vehicle race”, according to the tabloid “Bild” – a criminal farce in view of the terrible results. However, if the Saxon judiciary should follow the latest jurisdiction, which classifies the killing of bystanders in car races as murder, then at least the 31-year-old speed killer faces a far harsher punishment – as recently in the so-called “Ku’damm verdict” of Berlin. In the then comparable speeding driver case from 2016, in which a 69-year-old man fell victim to a race between two testosterone Orientals, the deja vu description of the offender had read: “male, early 20s, migration background”.Whether it will come to that, is questionable. Presumably, the Greens, the Left Party and the Social Democratic Party (SPD) will lodge a protest in time against the Dresden police or against the racist judiciary – because of too hard measures against the two Syrians. It will certainly turn out to be a clear case of “Racial Profiling”.

Germany: The Syrian drivers who killed a 6-year-old boy with their car threatened eyewitnesses who wanted to give first aid

Christin R. was just at dinner when she heard a loud squeak and a bang outside the door. She went to the window and saw two cars and an injured person: “There was a little boy lying there,” the witness said. She ran barefoot into the street. “I first checked to see if the boy had a pulse,” she said. But there was no pulse. Then the “guys” got out of the cars “and yelled at me not to touch the kid.” She and a man who came running to the rescue tried to revive the boy and put him in a stable lateral position. “We were not allowed to do that because they were yelling at us and were very violent at us,” she remembers. Her son then fetched a towel to at least cover the child.More and more people came to the scene of the accident after the bang, says Christin R. 40 to 50 people were standing around. Later, the boy’s sister joined them – she had heard this from other witnesses. Her mother is in hospital and is expecting a baby. Christin R. then went back into the house, “to calm the children down, because they have witnessed this.Shortly before 9 pm a Mercedes driver (31) had crashed his car into the little boy – the force of the impact threw him against a bus stop. The child was seriously injured in the accident and taken to hospital. He died there a little later. In the evening he and two other children had run across a busy road. They remained uninjured. In an interview with Radio RTL, Marko Laske, spokesman for the Dresden police, said: “It has turned out, according to witnesses, that there is at least the suspicion that an illegal car race has also taken place here. Accordingly, the investigations into negligent homicide in road traffic against the 31-year-old Syrian have been expanded.” A 23-year-old also Syrian BMW driver who was involved in the accident is also being investigated.

Faced with ‘North African’ delinquency Swiss inhabitants warn they may act

The inhabitants of Neuchâtel are fed up. As the Rts.ch site reported, petty crime incidents are particularly worrying in the Swiss city. Posters have been put up to make the authorities aware of the problem. And the inhabitants have warned that they would enforce justice by their own means if law enforcers fail to do so.

“We are proud, organised and angry. We have the capacity to be dangerous for those who disturb social peace to such an extent,” the posters read. According to the details in the Swiss media, the Neuchâtel police have already intercepted around twenty people over the last two weekends.

Residents have indeed taken action by beating delinquents who sow panic. But for Georges-André Lozouet, communication officer for the Neuchâtel police, the attitude of the inhabitants is unacceptable. “No one can take the place of the police. We are in a democracy and the system put in place is bearing fruit,” he explained.

The police have carried out 500 interventions and 184 arrests in July. These delinquents are young North Africans “wandering around” and are often asylum seekers. “These are young men domiciled in the region, known to our services,” said Lozouet.

Suspects in tumultuous situations in Germany are often foreigners with foreign first names like Ali, Hassan and Mohamed

The majority of suspects in so-called tumultuous situations in North Rhine-Westphalia have foreign roots. This is the result of the Ministry of the Interior’s answer to an inquiry by the AfD member of the state parliament Markus Wagner, which is in the hands of the weekly JUNGE FREIHEIT. According to the answer, 55.6 percent of the suspects do not hold German citizenship. In addition, according to the paper, many of the accused with German passports have a name that indicates a migration background. In total, 74.5 percent of the suspects are foreigners or Germans with foreign first names such as Ali, Hassan and Mohamed.According to the Ministry of the Interior, a situation of turmoil is “a police situation caused by or arising from an aggressive group of people, where the number of people, their role or the status of individuals cannot be determined immediately upon first intervention”. Whether this is the case is determined by the local police. On June 17, such a tumult happened in Cologne when, during a traffic control, the co-driver in the halted vehicle suddenly struck a policeman in the face, so that the latter had to be treated medically. About 150 onlookers, some of them aggressive, then gathered immediately at the scene of the incident, thus temporarily preventing the injured police officer from being medicated and disrupting the police operation. Only massive support forces were able to bring the situation under control.According to the Interior Ministry, 87 Germans and 109 foreigners were among the 196 suspects in the first half of 2020. Among the foreigners, Turks made up the largest group with 20 suspects, followed by Syrians(16). Many of the Germans mentioned above also have foreign roots. In at least 37 cases the suspects have foreign names.Wagner blamed migration and integration policy for the crimes committed by foreigners. “Three quarters of the suspects are foreigners or have an immigrant background. The connection to the failed migration and integration policy of the mainstream parties is therefore unmistakable. Nevertheless, the causes, i.e. the lack of border protection, the failure to deport and the refusal to integrate are not being challenged”.

Do not take a dog with you when you go to the refugee – The German Protestant Church promotes a better welcoming culture

The Protestant Church in Wuerttemberg wants to be ” prepared for refugees”, Bishop Frank Otfried July has repeatedly demanded. But how does that work in practice? The members of the Württemberg Association for World Mission (WAW) have thought about this and have published a book of more than 200 pages (” I have been a stranger. Mission between the causes for fleeing and the welcoming culture”) for everyday church life. The book ends with cultural advice when you spend time with people from, for example, oriental countries for the first time. You should leave your dog at home, he is considered unclean in many cultures. You should never contradict your counterpart directly, but indirectly, it is a question of honour. Physical contact – including shaking hands – with persons of the opposite sex is considered taboo by some people, and here too, according to the authors, a certain restraint is advisable.

Germany: Alleged Moroccan victim of police violence in a Snapchat video alive and kicking (VIDEO)

Ali M. (name changed) seems anything but intimidated after his controversial arrest by the Düsseldorf police. In a short clip via Snapchat, the 15-year-old teenager strolls through a park, thanking all his friends on the net for their wishes for recovery. “I kiss all your hearts”, the dark-haired curly-haired man, the baseball cap casually placed on the back of his head, says. At the same time Ali M. announced another statement about the things that had happened. The German-Moroccan ended the 13-second sequence with a grinning laugh. There is no evidence of the injuries that Ali M. allegedly suffered during an arrest action by police officers on Saturday evening in Düsseldorf’s Old Town. At least he has no visible damage to his head.Local Green politician Samy Charchira had reported after a visit to the family that the pupil had suffered a first-degree craniocerebral trauma as a result of the intervention of officials near the McDonald’s branch at Bolker Stern. The boy had spent a day in hospital for observation. “He suffered multiple contusions to the face, skull, pelvis, thoracic and cervical spine. His mental health, but also that of his parents, is precarious,” said the candidate for the upcoming local elections in Düsseldorf. The video of the “victim”, on the other hand, shows a young man who apparently seems to be barely impaired. FOCUS Online asked the Green politician about the background, but got no answer. The case caused a stir after short clips on the net showed an apparently brutal approach by a police officer to the arrest of the 15-year-old teenager.Ali M. is said to have interfered in a police operation in the old town and to have beaten the officers. He called them “sons of bitches” and is said to have made it clear that he “always hated this police uniform”.Two police officers brought the rioter, who was well known to the police, to the ground after a long struggle. One of them pushed him down with his knee. At this time it is not clear whether the leg was on the head or on the neck. In the latter case, such an action constitutes criminal police violence. Since then, the public prosecutor’s office has been investigating four officers.North Rhine Westphalia Interior Minister Herbert Reul ( Christian Democratic Union, CDU) promised a comprehensive clarification in view of the video fragments circulating on the Internet about the incident. Investigators are currently evaluating the surveillance cameras at the scene of the crime.Afterwards, they are having the scenes evaluated by police trainers in order to separate right from wrong police acting. In the end, the public prosecutor’s office must decide on a charge.Investigations are currently underway, in particular against a 29-year-old police officer. He has taken a few days off in order to work through the accusations, his lawyer Christoph Arnold reports. “What particularly irritates him is the fact that he is lumped together with the violent death of the US-African-American George Floyd caused by policemen in Minneapolis. According to his information, a blood-stained mouthguard was also found on the young man. These utensils are used not only by boxers but also by football hooligans when they get into a brawl with rival groups to protect their teeth. Investigators refused to confirm or deny this when asked. In addition to the proceedings against the police officers, the prosecutors are also investigating 15-year-old Ali M. for resisting law enforcement officers. This is not the first criminal case that is brought against him. More cases can be found in his criminal file. According to Christian Democrat Gregor Golland, the CDU interior affairs politician, “the alleged victim is a violent youth who has deliberately attacked police officers. The hunt and the incitement by Social Democrats and Greens against police officers who are risking their lives every day is unbearable.Apart from that, the police may expect new trouble in the case over the weekend. Supporters of the young man have called for a protest march through downtown Düsseldorf.
