A minor attacked a homeless man in Dortmund on Thursday evening and killed him with several stab wounds. “After the investigations carried out and in particular the evaluation of a video”, it is clear that the perpetrator was a ” minor under the age of criminal responsibility”, the police announced.
The boy and three of his friends, all from Bulgaria according to the Bild newspaper, had previously got into an argument with the Polish homeless man at Dortmund harbour. According to the newspaper, all those involved were extremely aggressive. In the end, one of the Bulgarians killed the homeless man with at least three stab wounds.
The police arrested the four youths. However, as the identified perpetrator is under the age of criminal responsibility, the investigation was closed immediately. The police were able to rule out the involvement of the other Bulgarians.
