Two blocked lanes, 30 cars involved – wedding car convoy alert on the motorway A620 in Germany’s Saarland region!
The police have already recorded 17 vehicles. A witness had called the police on Saturday at about 2.45 pm. At that time the wedding parade with 30 cars was on the motorway A620. The cars were coming from Völklingen and drove to the Wilhelm-Heinrich-Bridge in Saarbrücken.
Some of the cars were at only 50 km/h driving, thus stopping the traffic almost completely. The cars blocked both lanes so that nobody could overtake. Turkish flags were attached to the windows of the cars.The police deployed a number of police patrols and checked the wedding crowd.
