Swiss government to militarize ‘pandemic management’

The militarization of the Corona crisis is advancing in Europe. On December 7, 2021, the Swiss Federal Council ordered the armed forces to become involved in distributing jabs.

Some 2500 members of the Swiss army are being deployed and their tasks involve the care sector, logistics and the “vaccination” process. They are following the example of their German colleagues.

In a press release it stated: “The support is provided by a maximum of 2500 members of the army, who can support the hospitals with care or patient transport and the cantons with vaccinations. The armed forces are deployed when the cantons request it and if their civilian resources are insufficient.”

The justification for this military build-up in the civilian sector is the supposedly high “case numbers” and the “situation” in the hospitals. As a result, the cantons could “reach their limits with their available resources,” speculated the Federal Council. For this reason, a third military “assistance service” with up to 2500 members of the army will be “available” in the health care system.

According to the Federal Council, the details of the deployment are as follows:

Personal support in the civil hospital facilities in the area of general basic and treatment care (“low-level care”)

Vaccination support under civilian command and cantonal medical responsibility

Support for the transport of infectious patients with suitable transport vehicles and drivers

Support of intensive care units in civil hospital facilities by means of additional staff in the relocation of intensive care patients (training and certification must be ensured by the service recipient) as well as material support (ventilators and monitoring)

The decision is valid until March 31, 2022. Since the assistance service lasts longer than three weeks, the Federal Assembly has to approve it. To this end, the Federal Council passed a “message for the attention of parliament”.

The government continues to claim that “subsidiarity” criteria must be met. For this reason, the cantons are requested to show in their applications that they have exhausted all civilian means and instruments available to them. These are funds from civil defense, community service and fire brigade as well as from the private sector.

The Federal Council believes hospitals will be overrun

“Among other things, proof must be provided that no additional staff can be recruited on the labor market, that the opportunity to employ the unemployed has been exhausted and that medical students as well as Samaritans and other volunteers have been contacted and are no longer available. In addition, it must be shown that other health facilities cannot take on patients and that non-medically urgent interventions are postponed, provided that this frees up capacities.”

The Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), as chair of the “Federal Civil Protection Staff” , will be responsible for checking these requirements and for the “handling of applications”. In consultation with the conference of cantonal health directors, the federal staff examines whether the requirements for “subsidiarity” have been met and answers the cantons’ requests.

The Armed Forces Coordination Office (SANKO) is responsible for allocating the armed forces’ resources. The army will conclude a “service agreement for the scope and duration of military services with the civilian institution to be supported”.

In addition, the Federal Council specified which members of the army take part in this military operation in the civilian sector: The “support services” are therefore primarily provided by formations that are in the “refresher course” as well as by “volunteers with medical training” and “medical servants”.

And the government leaves no doubt that the militarization of the Corona crisis can be intensified at any time: “If the need exceeds the available stock of medical specialists, the deployment of non-serving formations with a high level of readiness may be necessary.” Curiously, civil health workers will not take part.

The increasing militarization in the ministries, be it in Germany or Switzerland, must be viewed with concern. The use of uniformed soldiers in the health service, participating in “vaccination” events and logistics, is most unusual.

Germany to deploy 40 000 soldiers clad in a ‘population-compatible design’

In Germany, Operation Sunrise is being prepared in which the Bundeswehr will deploy some 40 000 soldiers to keep pandemic management under control. Eva Herman and Andreas Popp provided interesting information on this topic in a podcast on November 22, 2021 on their Telegram channel.

They learned from whistleblowers that the German federal government has been planning an escalation scenario for the beginning of 2022 with the aim of provoking chaotic conditions in the country. Above all, this means escalating threats against the unvaccinated, and blaming them for the “dramatic” situation.

This fear campaign provides for the suspension of supply chains, blackouts of more than a week or other worst-case scenarios. The reconstruction could take years, says Popp, who assumes that during this time we will to a certain extent “fall back to a pre-industrial standard of living”. Other scenarios could include wars and hyperinflation.

In phase 1 of Operation Sunrise, basic care for the unvaccinated will still be maintained, according to Popp, with visits to the supermarket, pharmacy and so on, still permitted. The decision-makers are well aware of the potential for escalation that their strategy entails. Therefore, the media propaganda will be coordinated accordingly. By December 9 at the latest, however, “more draconian measures” will take effect, and an armada of lawyers has already been tasked with justifying this legally.

Popp suspects that the population will be intimidated by uniforms in order to ensure the implementation of Operation Sunrise. Soon all legal data protection and technology hurdles will be removed to target vaccine critics.

“That is what people will face in the next three months,” said Popp. The Federal Ministry of Health hopes that scare tactics and Operation Sunrise could induce another two to four million people to “voluntarily” submit to the jabs.

To achieve this, the unvaccinated will be framed as the guilty party.

The Bundeswehr will have extensive decision-making power with a “central decision-making body that is above all ministries and departments to direct ‘rescue logistics organization’ at short notice,” said Popp.

On December 2, the “legal review of administrative assistance by the Bundeswehr” was completed and finally approved by the Federal Constitutional Court. This means that the Bundeswehr can now officially be deployed “extensively inside” the country. “Probably to protect the government from the people,” Popp added.

Although this is officially limited to the “pandemic situation”, at least “three years have been approved”. It is explicitly stated that “high investments and sums” are made available so that the booster operation can be “stable and permanent”.

Officially, it is said that the aim is to relieve the pressure on family doctors, since a “permanent vaccination up to three times a year” is being planned and there us talk of 180 million vaccinations per year. More than 28 000 soldiers plus civilian employees are to be deployed for these “booster shots”.

The fact that all of this was planned before the virus emerged is shown, among other things, by the fact that the soldiers will wear new uniforms as part of this action. This has already been developed and has a “population-compatible design”, explained Popp. The plans for this were drawn up by the management and strategy consultancy McKinsey in 2018 and 2019.

Particularly perfidious is that special vehicles and mascots were created for child vaccination and “absolutely neutral clothing” was ordered for the staff concerned.
