St. John’s Church at Feuersee in Stuttgart has been vandalised by unknown persons. The perpetrators demolished more than twenty windows, some with high-quality stained glass, as the police reported on Sunday. In addition, they tore benches from their anchors, knocked over shelves, broke open cupboards and sprayed a fire extinguisher.

The door to the gallery was also destroyed. The unknown persons broke four windows between Friday evening and Saturday morning and thus entered the house of worship, according to initial findings. The police estimate the damage at several tens of thousands of euros.
