Libyan runs amok with a knife in Mühlhausen, Germany

Several people were injured by a 32-year-old in the Unstrut-Hainich district on Sunday. At about 5.30 p.m. there was an argument in a betting office on Stätte Street in Mühlhausen. For unknown reasons, the man attacked a 35-year-old and injured him severely. He then went to a nearby snack bar, where he threw a chair from the outdoor area at a 53-year-old woman. The woman was injured. He then attacked the 55-year-old snack bar owner with a knife, but the latter managed to fend off the attack.Even a sales sign of the snack bar was not spared from the 32-year-old’s rioting. The police officers called in filed charges against the drugged man. Barely two hours later, around 7:20 p.m., the man from Libya again caused a police operation.This time he suddenly attacked a 33-year-old man with a knife in the shared accommodation for asylum seekers in Obermehler as the latter rode past him on his bicycle.The victim suffered a slight injury to the neck. When the 32-year-old perpetrator was to be taken into custody, he first jumped out of a window and resisted the deployed police officers. The man was finally taken to a psychiatric hospital.
