Laurence Fox has broken his silence after his home was raided by police.
The former actor turned politician was taken into custody yesterday (4 October) after Metropolitan Police said that a 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit criminal damage to ULEZ cameras and encouraging or assisting offences to be committed.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told LADbible: “On Wednesday, 4 October, officers arrested a 45-year-old man on suspicion of conspiring to commit criminal damage to ULEZ cameras and encouraging or assisting offences to be committed.
“He was arrested in Stockwell and taken to a south London police station. He has since been bailed to return on a date in mid-December pending further enquiries.”
This comes after Fox live-streamed officers searching his home.
In the clip, the 45-year-old said: “Coming after Lozza.”
The camera then turns to a number of uniformed officers in his home.
“What? Look at how many coppers there are in my house,” he said.
“That ladies and gentlemen is the country that we live in.”
He then smokes his cigar after putting a thumbs up to the camera.
Fox also said: “There’s another three [officers] upstairs stealing and going through my house to intimidate me.
“This is what the police are, they do not police with consent anymore.”
Earlier today (5 October), Fox broke his silence on X, formerly known as Twitter, confirming the police raid.
He wrote: “Hello. I’m back. Had to get a new phone as the 6 police who were sent barreling into my house yesterday have taken every electronic device, including my boys iPads. Which is just plain malicious.
“I have a lot to say about the last few days.
“Speak in a bit. Never give in.”
In what has been an eventful few days for Fox, he was also sacked by GB News following his ‘unacceptable’ comments about Ava Evans.

During the controversial exchange, Fox told Wootton that he wouldn’t want to go anywhere near Evans, and neither would any man.
He said: “Show me a single self-respecting man that would like to climb into bed with that woman ever… who wasn’t an incel… who wasn’t a cucked, little incel.”
Fox then branded her a ‘little woman’ who he finds ‘pathetic’ and ’embarrassing’.
GB News said yesterday (4 October) that it had ‘ended its employment relationship’ with the pair.
A spokesperson for the channel said: “Laurence Fox and Calvin Robinson were both suspended last week pending internal investigations that have now concluded.
“As of today, GB News has ended its employment relationship with Laurence Fox and Calvin Robinson.
“The internal investigation into Dan Wootton continues.”
