An initially unknown man harassed underage girls present at the gravel pit in Dresden and grabbed at least one of them by her breast. He had also stripped his genitals and used obscene words to urge people present to have sexual intercourse. The officers who were then called in addressed the man, to which he reacted unwillingly and subsequently also struck the police officers. After he was brought under control, he insulted the officials several times.After consultation with the public prosecutor’s office, a blood sample was ordered as the suspect, a 37-year-old Pakistani national, was apparently under the influence of alcohol and refused to undergo a breath alcohol test. After the measures were completed, he was taken to central police custody to sober up.
