Victoria L. was only 20 years old, she still had her whole life ahead of her. But then her body lies smashed among parked bicycles, tools and rubbish in the bicycle cellar. The autopsy report will say “massive violence to the head”. Sharif A., a 22-year-old, is a prime suspect. The Libyan is said to have been stalking the young woman in the past and to have been ordered by the police to stay away from the area where Victoria lives. The investigators found out that as early as June 2016, Sharif S. arrived in Hamburg under the name of Sharif A. (22) and was later relocated as a refugee to Plauen (Vogtlandkreis). Sharif A. has a permit to stay until April 6, 2021 and would then be forced to leave Germany.
