Germany: Because her daughter resisted being stalked by the Turk Mustafa, he shot her mother in the stairwell

Around 3.35 p.m. shots are heard in the stairwell at Karl-Arnold-Ring in Hamburg. Minutes later, rescuers are fighting for the life of Shakir B. (53)!

The crime: According to information from the newspaper BILD, the woman had returned home with her son. There Mustafa D. (23) was already lying in wait for them.

On the way to the family’s flat, D. allegedly fired three times with a pistol at Shakir B..

She collapsed, the alleged perpetrator fled!

The 53-year-old woman was taken to a hospital in an ambulance, seriously injured. Heavily armed police immediately started the search.They stationed their unit around the street Wittestraße, 2.4 kilometres away from the crime scene. There they arrested Mustafa D. at 5.03 p.m. and took him in handcuffs to a police car. Afterwards, the officers searched his flat in the street Keindorffstraße.

A girlfriend of the victim told BILD: “The man had been stalking the daughter of the injured woman almost every day, following her. But the daughter wanted him to leave her alone.”

But Mustafa D. apparently did not abide by this. Liddy Oechtering, spokeswoman for the public prosecutor’s office: “We are checking whether there has been an attempted homicide.”
