Ahmad H. (53 years old) had just been working in the Cologne massage studio for four weeks. When his boss then trusted him to leave him alone with a customer, he took underhanded advantage.
On Wednesday, the local court sentenced the Syrian to two years and three months in prison for rape.
He had first asked the customer (27 years old), who confided in him for a back and neck massage in April 2019, to strip down to her panties. So that the massage oil would not stain her pants, he claimed.
According to the woman’s account, she fell asleep during the treatment – and woke up again when the man was penetrating her with a finger. Ahmad H. then left the massage room, returned a short time later and told her that he had just satisfied himself in the toilet.
In court, Ahmad H. denied the allegations and claimed that the woman had molested HIM. The judge did not believe him.
