Germany: Transgender Pedophile Threatens Judge With “Misgendering” Fine For Revealing His Criminal Record In Court

Regional Court of Dresden Landgericht Dresden – Google Maps

A transgender pedophile in Germany is using the country’s new anti-misgendering laws to threaten a judge after the judge referenced the man’s past criminal history. In Germany, revealing a trans-identified individual’s former identity or misgendering them can result in criminal charges and fines up to €10,000.

Martin H., whose full name has not been released, was sentenced in Saxony in 2024 to 9 years and 4 months in prison for the aggravated sexual abuse of children, among other offenses. During his trial, Martin changed his name to “Chihiro Mirjam Bella” and started identifying as a woman.

Since being incarcerated in the Dresden men’s prison, Martin has been a difficult inmate, racking up over 40 different violations since his admission. In the most recent incident, a routine cell search turned into a legal battle after Martin began verbally abusing the male correctional officer who was sent in to search his cell and pat him down. The child sex offender was handed a €400 fine for his behavior, but refused to pay it, resulting in the case being referred to a regional court for adjudication.

In court, Martin claimed that the insults had only been a reaction to the officer’s “defamatory groping.” Martin went on to argue that because he is legally female, he should have either been provided a female prison guard for the search, or be moved to the Chemnitz women’s prison.

Judge Andreas Feron, presiding over the appeal, argued that it would be “unreasonable” to move Martin to a women’s facility due to his extensive sexual criminal history. Martin lashed back that the judge was “humiliating him,” and that being “biologically male… shouldn’t matter,” because he was legally female.

The male sex offender further objected to Judge Feron reading out his criminal record during the appeal. He argued that there was a “prohibition on the use of evidence,” referring to legislation in the country on transgender individuals. “You mentioned my old name and my former gender,” Martin said to the judge. “There’s a fine for doing that.”

In April 2024, the German federal government passed the Self-Determination ACT (SBGG), which established “gender identity” as a protected characteristic. Along with allowing parents to change the sex marker on their children’s documents from birth, the SBGG created the potential for citizens to be fined up to €10,000 for referring to a transgender individual’s birth name or sex without their permission. The legislation went into force in November of that year.

While there is a carve-out for “special reasons of public interest,” including prosecution and linking someone to former convictions, for the disclosure of a trans-identified individual’s former identity, it is still technically possible for a judge to fall foul of the law. If they revealed the identity without relevancy, excessively, or outside the proper context, such as in casual remarks or comments to the media, they could potentially face the fine.

However, Judge Feron insisted that the child sex abuser can’t just erase his past.

“How is that supposed to work? Erase 38 years? You didn’t just fall from the sky,” Feron remarked during the appeal hearing. Lasting six hours, the defense attorneys attempted to move the discussion around the definition of what a woman was, with court-appointed lawyer Bert Albrecht arguing the term “sex” was legal not biological, and that therefore “a woman must search another woman.”

The prosecuting team focused purely on the insults, an argument that Judge Feron agreed with, rejecting the appeal.

Martin has now lodged his intention to take his case to the Federal Constitutional Court.

Multiple state justice ministries in Germany have allowed for the transfer of trans-identified male inmates to women’s prisons, resulting in reports that these inmates have sexually harassed or assaulted female prison guards and inmates.

In Vechta, a women’s prison in Lower Saxony, three sexual assaults were reported to have taken place by the same transgender perpetrator between 2023 and 2024. While the trans-identified male was not identified, it is known he had been convicted of the possession of child sexual abuse material. In North-Rhine Westphalia, another trans-identified male was involved in a physical assault on a female inmate.

One of the most egregious incidents that the survey learned of had first come to public attention in December of last year, when the Saxony state government finally admitted that throughout 2023 and early 2024, a trans-identified inmate had repeatedly ambushed and stalked multiple female inmates in the Chemnitz correctional facility, demanding sex and threatening to beat them if they didn’t comply. The man also repeatedly forced both female inmates and female correctional officers to watch him masturbate. According to the Freie Presse, the male inmate was eventually transferred back to a men’s prison.

The Islamization of Catholic Charities: Meet the ‘Mohammeds’ running the Church’s migration agenda

The Catholic News Herald, “Connecting Catholics in North Carolina”, bragged that the refugee case coordinator for the Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte, had been recently honored.

His name? Ashir Haji-Mohamed. The latter part of the name meant that he had made a pilgrimage to the Islamic holy city of Mecca.

Haji-Mohamed, a former Somali refugee, had previously been in the news for helping resettle Syrian Muslims, as well as Jordanians and Turks, in North Carolina. After the Biden retreat, Catholic Charities of Charlotte had also worked to bring Afghans to North Carolina.

The Islamic Center of Asheville doubled in size as Catholic Charities dispatched Afghans there, and then working with “a Catholic Charities volunteer—a Muslim from Pakistan” transported Afghan Muslims back and forth from their growing mosque in the Blue Ridge Mountains in what an article described as an “island surrounded by bright red, Trump-voting counties.”

When the Trump administration in its first term imposed a temporary travel ban for Muslim terrorist states, Mayada Idlibi, a Syrian Muslim who worked for Catholic Charities in Charlotte, and had previously taken part in World Hijab Day, attended a protest in support of Muslim mass migration to America and against President Trump’s efforts to stop Islamic terrorism.

The troubling events in Charlotte are just one example of the Islamization of Catholic Charities.

Last month, Front Page Magazine+ exclusively reported on how refugee services at the Catholic Community Services of Utah is actually run by Aden Batar, a Somali Muslim refugee imported by the organization, who also serves as the president of the Islamic Society of Greater Salt Lake. The case manager supervisor for refugee resettlement there is named Khalid Al Hachami.

The story shocked many people and received over 100,000 views on Twitter, but has become all too typical of Catholic refugee programs that are run by Muslims to bring Muslims to America.

And dual roles at a Catholic refugee group and an Islamic mosque are not even unusual.

The Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston Houston employs Samira, a Muslim ‘refugee’ from Afghanistan, as a case manager. This information was put out as a press release as the Archdiocese declared that it was expecting to import hundreds of Afghan families to Houston.

Also working as a case manager at the Archdiocese was Umarfarouk Omaru Lolleh who also appears to be the chairman of the board at the United Muslim Association of Houston (UMAH).

Catholic refugee groups aren’t just bringing Muslims to America, they’re also transporting them to local mosques and even providing leaders for those mosques being set up in America.

Muslims have become so ubiquitous at Catholic Charities that you can count multiple Mohammeds in a single local operation. And that represents only a percentage of the total Muslim employees.

At Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri’s Refugee and Immigration Services two out of three case managers are Muslim. Yusuf Mohammed, one of the case managers, is a Somali Muslim who was resettled in Columbia, Missouri. He’s one of at least two Yusuf Mohammeds who works at this particular Catholic Charities center.

When the first Muslim migrant from Afghanistan arrived in Columbia, Missouri, he was welcomed by the Islamic Center of Central Missouri and the Catholic Charities of Central and Northeastern Missouri. Representing Catholic Charities was Ismat Rashid Kaakar, the Catholic Charities Afghan Program Coordinator, and Frishta Aslami, the Case Management Supervisor at Catholic Charities, whose name means ‘Submission to Allah’: both of them from Afghanistan.

Catholic Charities of Central and Northeastern Missouri had helped make Missouri the eighth largest recipient of Afghan migrants.

At the Refugee and Immigrant Services of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, Zaki Mohammad Ahmadji serves as the director of refugee services while Sajjad Jawad works as the Supervisor of Employment Services. The archdiocese directory also shows two other employees named some form of Mohammed. That’s a lot of men named after Islam’s founder working at a Catholic organization. But many of these Catholic organizations now have more Islamic priorities.

The Archdiocese of Indianapolis’s fanaticism had previously made headlines when it sent out press releases boasting that it had defied then Indiana Gov. Mike Pence to resettle a Syrian ‘family.’ “We welcome this family during Advent, a time when the Christian community asks God to renew our hope,” then Archbishop Joseph Tobin declared in the press release.

Since much of the Catholic Charities resettlement business focuses on Muslim migrants, employing Muslims from those same parts of the world to act as case managers and interpreters to usher in more of their fellow migrants has become routine around the country.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma posted a picture of its refugee case manager Maleeha Siddique waving an Afghan flag and bragged that “because of our recent work resettling 1,800 Afghan refugees in Oklahoma, it provided Maleeha the opportunity to serve those from her home country” and announced how happy it was that she was “able to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with others, a festivity that marks the end of Ramadan.”

Basira Faizy, the Afghan case worker at Catholic Charities of Arkansas, became a celebrity after she appeared on Hillary Clinton’s short lived TV series Gutsy. Faizy came to the U.S. along with 15 members of her family.

How is Catholic Charities being so rapidly Islamized?

The story of Hekmatullah Latifi, an Afghan who used to work for USAID, is instructive. Latifi went from working for Catholic Charities at the Arlington Diocese to becoming the Assistant Director at the Resettlement Academy in D.C. for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The Biden administration’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), the engine for the mass invasion of the United States, signed a $65 million contract with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) to resettle ‘refugees’. Among other programs, PRM funded the  Refugee Resettlement Academy. The Director of Recruitment for the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of D.C. is Afghani Barakzai who used to work as a senior administrator at USAID and worked at a USAID funded program for Afghanistan.

At this rate, Catholic Charities could just as easily change its name to Islamic Charities.

Austria’s media regulator sanctions its state broadcaster ORF over pro-Hamas reporting

Wikimedia Commons, Wikiolo, CC-BY-SA-4.0

Austria’s state broadcasting behemoth ORF has come under criticism for what regulators call its one-sided reporting on the Gaza war.

In a recent ruling, the country’s communications authority KommAustria found the media company had “violated its legal principle of objectivity” in its self-made documentary on the war.

The documentary misconstrued facts and favoured Islamist terror organisation Hamas, said the regulator.

The decision – originally taken in February – was published by KommAustria on its homepage at the end of March.

A spokesperson for the communications regulator told Brussels Signal it had published the decision due to heightened public interest.

Both ORF and the plaintiff, the Jewish Community of Vienna (IKG), have appealed the verdict, meaning it is not yet legally binding.

ORF is Austria’s state-owned broadcasting company – taking in more than €700 million from Austria’s 9 million inhabitants through a mandatory household TV tax.

The IKG filed the complaint against ORF in October 2024 – a month after the state broadcaster aired a documentary entitled “War in Gaza – Hell on Earth”.

The documentary was part of its Weltjournal (Global affairs) documentary series, and promised “an uncompromising perspective of Palestinian journalists and doctors”.

The hour-long film mainly showed bloody children, corpses, and a purported Israeli attack on a refugee column, juxtaposed with soundbites from Israeli politicians calling for Gaza’s destruction.

The IKG called the documentary “the most scandalous propaganda production on Israel and Gaza yet”, and accused ORF of disseminating “long since debunked Hamas propaganda”.

Many ORF viewers also criticised the documentary as one-sided and anti-Israeli.

After almost a year and a half of deliberations the media watchdog has now found that ORF did not report objectively on the war for three reasons.

First, the filmmakers presented the documentary’s protagonist, Gazan ‘journalist’ Hind Khoudary as a neutral narrator, concealing her open support for Hamas and denial of Israel’s right to exist.

Second, the documentary made unsubstantiated claims Israel was behind an attack on a Gazan refugee column – without also presenting evidence suggesting the contrary.

Third, the filmmakers mistranslated statements in Arabic by translating the word ‘Yahud’ (Jew) as ‘Israeli’, potentially misrepresenting the anti-Semitic character of the remarks.

KommAustria ordered ORF to air a statement detailing the factual errors – on both live TV and its on-demand streaming platform.

ORF spokesman Michael Krause told Brussels Signal: “The ORF has lodged an appeal against KommAustria’s decision, and we ask for your understanding that we cannot comment further on an ongoing case.”

Brussels Signal also approached the IKG for comment but had not heard back at the time of writing.

Now Austria’s Federal Administrative Court will have to rule on the appeals.

ORF has long been accused of ideological bias in its reporting on Israel and Palestine. Austrian publicist Thomas Eppinger commented on the decision, saying “Now it’s practically official. But hasn’t the anti-Israeli bias in the Weltjournal reports that ORF broadcasts on the Middle East been obvious for years?”

ORF had previously come under fire repeatedly for reports by its Middle Eastern correspondent Karim El-Gawhary, which critics called biased. In December 2025, ORF finally cut ties with El-Gawhary – opting not to continue his correspondent contract.

Pollster and media pundit Bernhard Heinzlmaier commented on the decision, saying “Karim El-Gawhary has turned the Austrian public broadcaster into a bastion of anti-Zionism and hostility towards Israel in Europe. He has accomplished his mission. Now he is moving on to turn the next Western, enlightened institution on its head. Who actually controls this man? Iran, Qatar, or even the Muslim Brotherhood?”

Globalists Rage as National Rally Mayors Remove EU Flags From French Town Halls

Globalist liberals in France have reacted with rage over the move by several National Rally mayors to remove the European Union flag from their town halls following victories at last month’s municipal elections.

Several town halls controlled by Marine Le Pen’s National Rally party sparked controversy this week by ensuring that the French flag reigns supreme on French government buildings, rather than the European Union flag. This included the town halls of Carcassonne, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and Harnes this week, Europe 1 reported.

The recently elected mayor of Carcassonne, Christophe Barthès, told CNews this week that “the only flag that is valid in my eyes is the French flag”.

The simple gesture, which despite attempts from globalists to prohibit, remains lawful in France, sparked fierce backlash from establishment liberals, including Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot.

Barrot, a French-Swiss politician in the Macronist centrist camp, said that the move represented a “betrayal of who we are.”

“There is no dissolution of national identity in European identity, no more than our local identities fade behind our national identity. Our affiliations are multiple; they strengthen, complement, and enrich one another,” he claimed.

Rather than France being subsumed and losing its identity and sovereignty to the supranational EU bloc, Barrot attempted to assert that the battle between Communist China and the United States of America was the actual threat to French sovereignty.

“It risks dragging us into wars we did not choose. Europe embodies a possible third way to which many countries in the world aspire. This flag is that of a possible hope; it is the flag of freedom, justice, and democracy. Like an assertion of our fierce will to master our destiny. Like an act of resistance to the brutalization of the world,” he said.

The flag, which bears a striking resemblance to that of the brutal Belgian Congo Free States colony, symbolizes the “ideals of unity, solidarity, peace, and harmony among the peoples of Europe”, the European Commission claimed.

“Today, it is also the symbol of our shared aspirations. Of our values. Of our shared ambitions. And of what we have accomplished together,” the unelected federal EU branch added.

National Rally leader Marine Le Pen said that mayors in her party will have “freedom of choice” over whether they keep the EU flag on their pediments. She said that in the 2005 French European Constitution referendum, voters specifically rejected the idea that town halls should be forced to fly the EU flag.

“A certain number of mayors consider that respect for the vote and the will expressed democratically by the French requires decorating municipalities exclusively with the national flag,” she told Le Parisien.

Meanwhile, National Rally MP Jean-Philippe Tanguy accused Brussels of “stealing” from the French public, given that Paris is typically contributes more to the EU budget than it takes back, at around €9 billion per year.

However, some on the political right argued in favour of keeping the EU flag, including Le Pen family scion Marion Maréchal, who noted that it was originally designed by a Frenchman, Arsène Heitz, and therefore represented “one of the rare references” to French civilization within the European Union.

She also noted that Heitz later revealed that the twelve yellow stars on the flag were intended to symbolize the Virgin Mary’s halo, rather than a representation of member states of the bloc.

“Our task must be to restore an identitarian dimension to the European project: the European flag is therefore not a symbol to be eliminated, but one to be reclaimed in the face of the soullessness of the technocratic EU,” she said.

The Trump administration is investigating human rights failures in Spain following the death of a rape victim and euthanasia

The administration of President Donald Trump has launched a formal investigation into alleged systemic human rights failures in Spain, after 25-year-old Noelia Castillo died following a euthanasia procedure.

Noelia had previously been the victim of a gang rape, an event that has generated international outrage and raised serious doubts about the protection of victims and the effectiveness of the Spanish judicial system .

According to a leaked cable from the U.S. State Department, there are “serious concerns” about the actions of the Spanish authorities.

Among the points highlighted are the lack of prosecution of sexual assaults, the possible pressure on Noelia before authorizing euthanasia, and the apparent inefficiency of legal mechanisms to guarantee justice and security for victims of sexual violence.

The focus of the investigation is not limited to Noelia’s individual case. The Trump administration will also review the legal framework regulating euthanasia in Spain and the response of law enforcement to serious sexual offenses.

According to US experts consulted, this case reveals a worrying pattern: young women exposed to legal systems that do not guarantee effective protection, while euthanasia is facilitated as a way out of the lack of institutional responses.

State Department officials have explained that they will be analyzing judicial procedures, administrative protocols, and the way in which assault complaints are processed.

The investigation could lead to diplomatic pressure, formal recommendations and warnings about respecting human rights, as well as generating an international debate on how certain countries apply euthanasia laws and victim protection.

In Spain, the news has generated controversy. The European left has defended the current legislation, arguing that the procedures aim to guarantee individual autonomy.

However, from the perspective of the Trump administration and international human rights standards, this case reveals serious institutional failures, where victims are left unprotected and the legal system appears unable to guarantee justice and security.

President Trump has defended the investigation as an act of international responsibility, emphasizing that the United States cannot remain indifferent to systematic violations of fundamental rights, especially when they affect young and vulnerable women.

For the administration, the action reflects a commitment to transparency, justice, and the protection of life and human dignity, in the face of legal systems that may be failing in their most essential functions.

This episode also has clear political and diplomatic implications. It shows how certain laws, applied without proper oversight and control, can expose the most vulnerable citizens to serious risks, and how left-wing ideology can prioritize political narratives over security and the protection of human life.

For the Trump administration, this case is a stark reminder that defending life, family, and justice cannot depend on policies that ignore the reality of human suffering, and that the legitimate authority of governments must intervene when fundamental rights are at risk.

Hungary Report Claims Ukraine Interference in 2026 Vote

GROK

A Hungarian think tank has accused Ukraine of interfering in the country’s upcoming parliamentary elections, citing what it describes as a coordinated network of social media accounts shaping the online debate.

The report, published by the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) and written by Philip Pilkington, says its findings “strongly suggest” that foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) is already taking place around the election—and that most of it is from Ukraine and, to a lesser extent, Serbia and Georgia.

Brussels has spent years using the concept of FIMI to describe campaigns attributed to Russia or China. However, the HIIA is now accusing Ukraine, an EU ally and the main recipient of European political and financial support, of conducting a similar operation.

This is not a minor allegation. In January, Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán accused Kyiv of attempting to interfere in the elections and summoned the Ukrainian ambassador. By late March, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó had sharpened the rhetoric further: “Never before have foreign intelligence services intervened in Hungarian parliamentary elections in such an open, crude and blatant way.”

The accusations come as Hungary has become the principal obstacle within the European Union to full-scale involvement in the war in Ukraine. In Brussels, Orbán is widely accused of being Russia’s main ally inside the bloc, while in Budapest, officials argue external pressure is aimed at replacing Fidesz with a more compliant government.

The report highlights several X accounts active against Fidesz and supportive of the opposition, including @splendid_pete, @SzabadonMagyar, @fridayfella1, and @NAFO_Hungary. According to the HIIA, these accounts display a pattern very different from that of “organic” Hungarian accounts such as opposition journalist Panyi Szabolcs or the anonymous account @KMediaEng.

Organic accounts draw most of their followers from Hungary or neighbouring countries. The others do not.

“With the exception of NAFO Hungary, all these accounts have an enormous number of followers from Ukraine,” the report says. The most striking case is that of @splendid_pete, a highly active English-language account discussing Hungarian politics. According to the HIIA, it has almost as many followers in Ukraine as in Hungary and follows more Ukrainian accounts than Hungarian ones.

The authors argue that this suggests an effort to link Hungary’s online debate to Ukrainian political networks. The report adds that @SzabadonMagyar has an unusually high number of followers in Serbia, while @fridayfella1 appears to be more closely linked to Georgian and Ukrainian users than to Hungarians.

The investigation also examines the language used by these accounts. While accounts such as Panyi Szabolcs focus on corruption, domestic politics, or government decisions, the others rely on a far more aggressive tone, dominated by insults, personal attacks, and repeated references to Russia and Ukraine.

“Pete appears to be primarily a trolling or abuse account,” the report concludes. According to the HIIA, the accounts are closely connected to one another and consistently hostile toward the Hungarian government.

That point matters because it suggests a relatively closed structure. The accounts analysed are far more connected to each other than to the broader Hungarian political debate. They are not part of a normal conversation, the report argues, but rather of a parallel network attempting to influence it from outside.

The 2026 elections will not be ordinary elections. Orbán faces his greatest political challenge in years, while the opposition led by Péter Magyar has succeeded in consolidating a broader protest vote than in previous campaigns. But the real issue goes beyond who wins.

With the election approaching, the dispute is no longer just about online activity, but about who shapes Hungary’s political direction—and whether external actors are playing a role in that process.

‘Britain is months away from civil war’: How a conflict would play out; Dr David Betz

{YouTube CC-BY 4.0}

Britain is on the edge of civil war, argues Kings College Professor Dr David Betz, who lays out how he believes a conflict would take place in the UK between migrant communities in the cities and a British population who have been impoverished over the last twenty years at the same time as a widely unpopular mass migration project has been pursued by an elite class perceived as out of touch.

Betz predicts unrest may begin in Ireland, though Irish author Eoin Lenihan tells GB News he believes widespread anger in the country would sooner turn to apathy.

Maitre Thibault de Montbrial counters, saying France is one large riot away from a total societal breakdown. Montbrial says daily riots in the migrant-dominated suburbs of French cities go largely covered up by local media.

Political researcher Ralph Schoelhammer, however, argues Europe, and especially Britain, could expect an uprising against elites fuelled by a demand for regime change, rather than interethnic conflict.

All agree, however, that Europe is entering a time of profound change and upheaval.

While in Brussels, GB News’ Nick Dunning learned migrants had begun crossing from Belgium to the UK and went to speak with some of those hoping to seek asylum in the West. The GB News crew were harassed and threatened by local gangs, who demanded they leave. Locals in Brussels said they no longer ventured out at night and avoided whole areas, even in the day, because of a migrant crime wave, which could reach Britain if its borders are not secured.

Belgium records almost 4,500 assisted suicide deaths in 2025: report

Medforth AI

A record 4 percent of all deaths in Belgium were by assisted suicide in 2025, a sharp increase from the previous year.

In 2025, 4,486 people died via assisted suicide, representing 4 percent of the population of Belgium and a 12.4 percent increase from the previous year. Almost a quarter of these people were not expected to die in the short term from natural causes.

Right to Life UK summarized the government data, which shows 2025 was the year with the most euthanasia deaths since the practice was legalized in 2003. In the first year after it was made legal, 235 deaths by assisted suicide were recorded. Those numbers have steadily increased over the years, reaching almost 4,500 in 2025.

Around 24.9 percent who died by assisted suicide were not expected to die by natural causes in the short term, i.e., in the coming months. These individuals suffered from depression, PTSD, blindness, and other ailments, but were not terminally ill. There were 151 assisted suicide deaths among those with “cognitive disorders” or “psychiatric disorders” as their underlying condition in 2025, representing a 36 percent increase from the previous year. Over 92 percent of those people with cognitive or psychiatric disorders were not expected to die in the coming months, i.e., they were not terminally ill. Every year since 2018 over 90 percent of people with these disorders who were killed by assisted suicide were not terminally ill.

Since legalization in 2003, over 42,000 people in Belgium have died by assisted suicide.

The Belgian law does not require those seeking “assisted dying” to be near the end of their lives. Since 2014, age restrictions have been removed, allowing minors “with capacity of discernment” to legally end their lives as well. One minor died in this way in 2025.

Catherine Robinson, spokesperson for Right to Life UK, commented on the figures:

It is heartbreaking to hear of the increasing number of people who are ending their lives in Belgium as a result of assisted suicide or euthanasia.

It is particularly distressing to hear that so many of these people did not have deaths that were to be reasonably expected to occur in the short term, and that a number of these individuals ended their lives due to cognitive disorders or psychiatric conditions.

People with physical or psychological suffering deserve to receive the care and support necessary to reduce their suffering while allowing them to continue living. The state should not be enabling their suicide.

Syrian minister says diaspora in Germany a ‘strategic asset’, rejects repatriations

A Syria’s minister has rejected calls for large-scale repatriations of Syrians living in Germany, calling the community a “strategic asset” for his country.

Foreign minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani said the Syrian Government prefers working to create conditions for voluntary repatriation, describing engagement with the diaspora as central to national reconstruction efforts.

He said Damascus has proven it is a reliable political partner and is building genuine strategic partnerships with other countries.

Crucially he added: “The issue concerning our people abroad was strongly present in all our discussions. We reaffirm once again: Syrians in exile are strategic national assets, not burdens.

“We categorically reject any attempts at forced deportation, and we are working diligently with our partners to prepare the infrastructure and provide a safe environment befitting those who choose a dignified and voluntary return,” he added.

Al-Shaibani said the presence of Syrians in other countries “is a message to the world that Syrians are one people undivided by distances, and building the Syria of the future is a national project par excellence”.

The remarks come days after German Chancellor Friedrich Merz claimed that around 80 per cent of the approximately 900,000 Syrians in Germany were expected to return home within three years to aid reconstruction.

Merz initially attributed the figure to Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa before appearing to backtrack, telling German media that the Syrian leader had cited it as a wish.

Al-Sharaa has since denied using the 80 per cent figure.

Germany, which hosts the largest Syrian diaspora in the European Union, has signalled a tougher stance on migration under Merz’s government, citing improved conditions in post-Assad Syria.

NGOs and parts of the German administration, though, have warned against hasty deportations, citing ongoing instability.

Political sociologist Professor Ruud Koopmans in Berlin said Syria sees its diaspora as a “source of remittances, a bridge for chain marriage migration across generations, and political capital gained through voter blocs”.

He called for a resolute halt to naturalisation and the possibility of family reunification.

The Syrian President has been on tour in Europe, which included high-level talks in Berlin with Merz and in London with King Charles III and the British Prime Minister Kier Starmer, focused on lifting sanctions, economic partnerships and reconstruction.

In 1977, France Used a Guillotine to Execute a Muslim Pimp Running a Sex Grooming Gang; imagine if European governments had this kind of courage today

Wikimedia Commons, Unknown author, PD Switzerland (Individuality 50 years)

National decline is a choice.

France joined the UK and other European ‘Islam First’ governments in condemning Israel for passing a bill calling for the death penalty for terrorists. Along with the rest of the EU, France condemned the death penalty as unacceptable. Here’s a flashback to when France not only used the death penalty, but implemented it with a guillotine.

Hamida Djandoubi, a Tunisian Muslim migrant, had decided to set up his own sex grooming gang in France. Using fairly typical Islamic tactics, he befriended young women and girls, and then forced them into prostitution.

But after multiple abuses of young girls, he ran into trouble when he tried to force Élisabeth Bousquet, an order nurse, into prostitution. She defied him and went to the police, so he kidnapped her, brutally tortured her and then killed her.

After his arrest and eventual release from custody during the spring of 1973, Djandoubi drew two other young girls into his confidence and then forced them to “work” for him.

The idea of taking revenge on his accuser never left his mind, however, and in July 1974 he kidnapped Bousquet and took her into his home where, in full view of the terrified girls, he beat the unfortunate woman mercilessly before stubbing a lit cigarette all over her breasts and genital area. Despite this Bousquet survived the ordeal, so Djandoubi took her by car to an outskirt of Marseille and there strangled her.

On his return Djandoubi warned the two girls to say nothing of what they had seen, and it was not until Bousquet’s body was identified one month after its discovery in a shed by two children on 7 July 1974 that the girls finally found the courage to take their story to the authorities.

Imagine if the UK and France still had the courage to put down monsters like this and make an example out of them. How many thousands of young girls were raped in the UK because of the cowardice and appeasement of European leaders?
