“Take Your Revenge”: Posters in Berlin Invite Germans To Fight in Ukraine

A poster calling on Germans to “take their revenge” on Russa and join the International Legion of Ukraine on September 26, 2025
@Haintz_MediaLaw on X

In several streets of the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, posters appeared in late September showing the image of German prisoners of war from the Second World War alongside the slogan “Nimm deine Revanche” (“Take your revenge”). Accompanied by a QR code, the posters direct readers to the official website of Ukraine’s International Legion, a unit created by President Volodymyr Zelensky in 2022 to host foreign fighters against Russia.

What at first glance looks like a simple propaganda call is, in reality, an action that poses a serious political and legal dilemma for Germany. The use of German war memory as a recruitment tool is not only offensive to many citizens but could also constitute a crime under §109h of the Penal Code, which prohibits the enlistment of nationals in foreign armies without a bilateral treaty, as explained by lawyer Marcus Haintz on his X profile.

The use of images of defeated soldiers in 1945 points directly to the deepest trauma of German identity. Turning that memory into propaganda fuel for a conflict that is not their own is perceived as a cynical and calculated gesture. “I feel offended. I have nothing against Ukraine, but it is not acceptable for them to try to recruit our citizens with this historical manipulation,” declared a resident who photographed several of these posters before they were removed.

The implicit message—that Germany must “avenge” its dead by fighting Russia today—not only trivializes a national tragedy but also threatens to reopen wounds in a society that for decades has tried to reconcile with its past.

Haintz has filed a complaint with the Berlin prosecutor’s office to investigate the case. In his statement, he said: “In Berlin, soldiers are being recruited in a criminal way for the International Legion of the Ukrainian army.” The journalist and lawyer recalls that no agreement between Germany and Ukraine allows such a recruitment campaign, so any action in this direction violates current legislation.

The Prosecutor’s Office must now clarify whether these posters are a direct initiative from Kyiv or part of a covert propaganda operation. It would not be the first time that the information war has used clandestine channels on European soil: in 2022, the Ukrainian embassy in Berlin itself denounced the circulation of fake recruitment letters attributed to Zelensky’s army.

Regardless of its authorship, the episode reflects the growing impact of the Ukrainian war on European political and social life. Berlin already allocates billions of euros in military and economic aid to Kyiv, while German taxpayers endure an unprecedented energy and fiscal crisis. Now, in addition, there is an attempt to drag its citizens directly to the battlefield.

This strategy undermines public trust and feeds the perception that Zelensky’s war is also being waged on German soil, but without democratic debate or parliamentary authorization.

If the involvement of official Ukrainian bodies is confirmed, we would be facing a serious case of foreign interference.

Eurostar adds skirts for men in new gender neutral uniform collection

Eurostar has introduced a new, gender neutral uniform for its employees, including skirts for men.

The European international high-speed rail service operator unveiled its “inclusive” and “versatile” uniforms at Paris Fashion Week that ends on October 7. It said the uniforms were co-created with its teams and “reflects who we are today. One Eurostar, United in Diversity”.

“Unveiled at Paris Gare du Nord on a one-of-a-kind onboard catwalk, this 54-piece collection was designed with comfort and sustainability in mind,” Eurostar said on its social media pages.

“It reflects who we are today and is a celebration of the #diversity of the teams who will wear it.”

In a reply to Brussels Signal, a spokesperson for Eurostar said today: “All the 54 items of the uniforms were discussed with 80 staff members during two and a half years. They all approved and tested all pieces. The idea is really that they can wear them all the way they like.”

Regarding the use of male skirts, which might be controversial with some passengers, the spokesperson added: “For the skirt particularly, it was worn by staff at Paris Nord station. Customer feedback was extremely positive, with passengers appreciating the nod to British culture and Eurostar’s quirky chic.”

All 2,600 train and station staff of the rail service company, which is controlled by French State railway group SNCF, started wearing the uniforms from yesterday.

They were designed by Emmanuelle Plescoff, with the contribution of 80 colleagues.

Next to the male skirts, they also feature green Dr Martens boots and graffiti-print neckerchiefs.

Emmanuelle Scemama, the chief of staff of the Eurostar group, said that the new look was “chic, elegant and iconic” and that they included “a twist you did not expect”.

“Our new uniform tells the story of 30 years of Eurostar heritage, the trust from our customers, represented by the navy blue. Navy chic is suddenly awaked by the Eurostar twist: Iconic metropolitan accessories, that makes the look unmistakably Eurostar.”

She said: “The new look brings together the best of the European spirit – French elegance with the navy monochrome, street-art inspiration from Brussels and Amsterdam with the graffiti twilly and British icon of self-expression with the green Dr Martens”.

Eurostar said it had aimed for its most inclusive and versatile uniform collection ever, “suitable for all genders, body types and personalities”.

Travel trend outlet Globetrender noted: “Eurostar has emphasised sustainable manufacturing, with production taking place in factories within the Euromed region meeting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards with verified worker welfare and sustainability certifications.”

What neither Eurostar nor Globetrender mentioned was that most Dr Martens shoes are now made in China and South-east Asian countries, with only some “premium” lines, about 1 to 2 per cent of total shoes, being made in the UK.

The report continued: “Fabrics were selected for durability and environmental credentials, prioritising recycled polyester and organic cotton.”

Eurostar also recycles its old uniforms, repurposing them into products such as mattresses and hanging basket liners.

Yom Kippur Attack: Police Shoot Suspect at Manchester Synagogue Mass Stabbing

An alleged knifeman was shot multiple times by police outside a synagogue in Manchester, England, on Thursday morning as officers responded to an automobile and stabbing attack.

Several people were hit by a car and stabbed by an alleged knifeman at Heaton Park synagogue, on Middleton Road. City mayor Andy Burnham told local media that he had been told by police that a car had been driven by a man at members of the public and that he had dismounted and attempted to stab people.

A picture has emerged of a man suspected of being the attacker | GB NEWS

Sadly we now know that two people targeted in the attack have been confirmed as dead. The total number of victims has risen from four to five, with three others in “serious condition” in hospital, from car ramming injuries or stab wounds.

We don’t have any meaningful updates on the suspect as, given he was wearing a suspicious item around his waist that police fear could be a bomb, he can’t be approached by officers or paramedics. He’s being dealt with by an Army bomb-disposal robot instead. Social media images from the scene, however, show a well-built man dressed all in black with a large bushy beard, holding a knife.

The BBC states the man was seen by witnesses passing on the road using his knife to try and stab his way through a window at the Synagogue to get inside. The witness told the broadcaster: “Within seconds, the police arrived, they gave him a couple of warnings, he didn’t listen so they opened fire… [he] started getting back up and they [the police] shot him again”.

North Carolina Pride Event Being Sponsored By Child Sex Offender-Lead LGBT Chamber Of Commerce

A North Carolina LGBT pride festival is attracting controversy after advertising sponsorship from a non-profit lead by a convicted child sex offender. Chad Turner is the President and CEO of the Carolinas LGBT Chamber of Commerce, which this year is providing sponsorship to Union County Pride.

North Carolina’s Union County Pride is set to take place on October 11 in Indian Trail. The festival includes a number of events that are listed as both “adults only” and “family friendly,” including a meet-and-greet with local politicians.

On its website, the event lists a number of sponsors, including the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce (CLGBTCC). The organization describes itself as providing “programming and services designed to help member businesses succeed and grow, including monthly networking mixers, educational and professional development workshops, government contracting opportunities, and partnerships with other community and business organizations.” The CLGBTCC boasts of having extensive government and community partnerships.

But unmentioned on the website is the disclosure that the current President and CEO of the CLGBTCC is a convicted child sex offender.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Chad Severance Turner was first accused by three boys of sexual abuse in 1998.

According to a GoUpstate report on the case from 2000, all of the victims who had come forward had met Turner through his position as the music director at the New Harvest Church of God in Gaffney, South Carolina. The cases were tried separately due to the nature of the charges, and Turner was ultimately only convicted on one offense.

Of the incidents Turner was convicted on, a 14-year-old boy had testified that Turner had invited him to spend the night at his house in the nearby community of Bessemer City, North Carolina. The victim stated that during the visit, Turner had questioned him on how he’d feel about a man performing oral sex on him.

“I thought he was joking,” the boy told the court. He explained that Turner frequently questioned him about sexual acts between men and women, which upset him because of the man’s position in the church. The victim continued that, following a revival meeting, he and Turner stayed overnight at the home of one of the other alleged victims.

The teen says he awoke to find Turner fondling his genitals, but didn’t immediately report it due to shame.

The second minor, who said he was 15 when the incident occurred, stated he was invited to Turner’s home where the older man showed him a pornographic video of a man and a woman having sex. He then said that later that night, after he and Turner went to sleep in the same bed, he woke up to find Turner fondling him.

The third alleged victim, who was also 15 at the time, said Turner had made the same advances to him over a three-week period when he stayed in the boy’s home. The minor said Turner had fondled him several times.

“He told me if I ever told the pastor, he’d make me look like a fool and a liar,” the boy said.

During the trial, Turner’s defense attorney, Thomas Shealy, accused the boys of perpetrating a “witch hunt,” and asserted that it was suspicious that there was a few month delay between them being sexually abused and them going to their parents.

Turner was ultimately convicted on the charges related to the first victim and sentenced to 10 years in prison for committing lewd acts on a minor under the age of 16. He served only 2 years behind bars before being released on parole and being ordered to the sex offender registry.

Since being released from prison, Turner has become an active and notable member of the Charlotte LGBTQ advocacy community.

Turner was first elected the head of the Carolinas LGBT Chamber of Commerce in 2012, and has had his post renewed repeatedly despite the information on his sex offenses being widely known. In his tenure, Turner had spearheaded efforts to push for an expanded “nondiscrimination” ordinance which many complained would have prevented businesses from maintaining spaces such as washrooms as single-sex.

He was named “Person of the Year” by LGBT news outlet QNotes in March of 2015, but would resign from his Chamber of Commerce post in 2016 after his history as a child sex offender came to light. He would once again join the LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce as its inaugural CEO in 2021, a position he has held since. Under his leadership, the Chamber has secured partnerships with prominent organizations like Fifth Third Bank, NASCAR, Duke Energy, Wells Fargo, Sonoco, and Novant Health. He was also recently appointed by Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles to serve on the city’s Business Advisory Committee.

Turner has previously been awarded an honor by the Human Rights Campaign at their annual gala, though at the time, HRC officials refused to state whether they were aware of his child sex offender status prior to giving him the award.

Most recently, Turner was honored with the Harvey Milk Award by Charlotte Pride in a controversial move that was quickly reversed after Reduxx reported on his pedophile past.

Alleged Hamas Members Accused of Plotting Assassinations Arrested in Germany

Federal prosecutors arrested a cell of alleged Hamas terrorists, who are said to have acquired firearms and a “significant” quantity of ammunition for assassinations against Jewish and Israeli figures in Germany.

Three men, identified in line with Germany privacy law as German citizens Abed Al G. and Ahmad I, and Lebanese-citizen Wael FM, have been arrested over an alleged plot to assassinate prominent Jews in Germany. They are due to make their first court appearance in the city on Thursday when a judge will rule if they are to be held in pre-trial detention or released on bail.

It is alleged the men spent Summer of this year procuring weapons, which are said to include an AK-47-type rifle and several handguns, and a “significant” quantity of ammunition so they could launch “assassination attacks on Israeli or Jewish institutions in Germany”.

They are accused of being members of a foreign terrorist organisation, Hamas.

The three are not the only alleged Hamas arrested by German security services of late. In 2023, seven men were arrested across Germany, Denmark, and the Netherlands over an alleged plot to locate and excavate a lost Hamas weapons cache buried underground and then use it to launch attacks against the European Jewish community.

As reported in December 2023, the group had allegedly made several attempts to locate and dig up the claimed cache but had been unsuccessful. Responding to the arrest at the time, Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency said of the plot that the men intended to “kill innocent civilians on European soil… to attack Israeli, Jewish and Western targets at any price”.

The trial of that group is still ongoing.

Telegram owner Durov accuses French of interference attempt in Moldovan elections

Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, has accused French intelligence services of pressuring him to censor certain Telegram channels, allegedly in exchange for leniency in his French legal case following his 2024 arrest.

Speaking with popular US podcaster Lex Fridman in an episode released yesterday, Durov said the intelligence services wanted him to censor opposition-linked Telegram channels ahead of Moldova’s elections.

Durov alleged he was approached by an intermediary regarding the elections in Moldova and was given names of accounts that were deemed problematic.

Telegram found that some named groups and bots that were sent to him were problematic and in violation of Telegram’s rules.

Durov said his company received another “list of dozens of channels” but that there was nothing wrong with them and there were no justified reasons to ban them, despite what he alleged were the wishes of the Moldovan and French governments.

He claimed that giving his co-operation to block them was explicitly linked to leniency in his Paris legal case and more leniency from the judge. He framed that as a quid pro quo to silence anti-government voices at the behest of the French Government. He said he refused, citing Telegram’s commitment to free speech and user privacy.

“Interestingly enough, the French intelligence services that were asking us to do this in Moldova, let me know through the contact that, after Telegram banned the few channels that were in violation of our rules in Moldova, they talked to my judge,” he alleged.

Durov said it was “confusing” and “shocking” that his co-operation regarding Moldova might have influenced his court case in Paris because “the two matters have nothing in common”.

He alleged the same had happened during the Romanian elections, where he was urged to “silence Conservative voices” and channels critical of pro-European Union candidates.

Durov also disclosed that the French Government has demanded Telegram take down a far-left group on his social media app, despite its members not calling for anything antisocial or violent.

The French-Russian tech entrepreneur warned that those who have never lived in countries without fundamental freedoms often fail to grasp the danger of gradually compromising values, principles, rights and liberties — not realising what is truly at stake.

Durov’s spat with France follows his August 2024 arrest in Paris, which he frames as retaliation for his earlier refusal to comply with government demands.

Durov, a French citizen since 2022, was arrested on August 24, 2024, at Le Bourget Airport near Paris.

Charged with six offences, including “complicity in criminal association” and failing to co-operate on issues such as child exploitation and drug trafficking, he was interrogated by numerous investigators over a five-day period.

Released on €5 million bail, Durov remains under judicial supervision, barred from freely travelling without official permission.

In the Fridman podcast, Durov describes his arrest as a calculated move, leveraging his citizenship to pressure Telegram into compliance with French authorities.

In an earlier reaction, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, labelled Durov’s claims as “unsubstantiated”, accusing him of creating publicity stunts.

On September 28, the French Government retweeted a post by French Response, which stated: “Durov likes making accusations while elections are ongoing.”

With more than 900 million users, Telegram is a critical platform in regions like eastern Europe, where it hosts both pro and anti-government voices.

Its end-to-end encryption and minimal moderation make it a haven for free expression but also a target for regulators.

France: Afghan man charged with raping 80-year-old woman to death in the city of Niort

Wikimedia Commons, Niort, CC-BY-SA-2.0

An Afghan man has finally been arrested for raping an 80-year-old woman so violently that she died due to the rape, with the incident happening three months ago, on the night of July 5-6, in the French city of Niort.

Police have been investigating the incident and finally made an arrest on Sept. 27, with the Poitiers prosecutor’s office confirming the suspect was born in Afghanistan and arrived in France in 2005.

He has been placed in pre-trial detention, as reported by French newspaper La Nouvelle République and later confirmed by prosecutor Rachel Bray.

The case sparked fear and anger in the region of Deux-Sèvres, especially due to the woman’s advanced age.

The police do not have an exact age for the suspect, but he is believed to be 20 years of age.

Police are still investigating why the man assaulted the woman.

The Afghan man has been charged with “rape resulting in death without intent to cause it.”

The town and region remains stunned by the case, which involved a rape so severely violent that the woman succumbed to her injuries.

So far, the prosecutor has left details of the case under wraps, but more information could come out during the man’s trial.

According to French newspaper France Bleu, “on the streets of Niort, some residents speak of an ‘abandoned’ neighborhood, where fear is taking hold. The contrast between the victim’s advanced age and the brutality of the attack is particularly shocking. Voices are being raised to denounce a growing sense of insecurity, with many feeling ‘left to their own devices’ and regretting that ‘the state has failed to protect the most vulnerable.’”

Notably, the city, with close to 60,000 residents, is known for its beautiful architecture and proximity to the Deux-Sèvres Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park.

As noted by the French media, violence and burglaries in Niort have increased substantially since 2016, even if the small city is far safer than cities like Paris.

More recently, the year 2023 was marked by an overall increase in delinquency, rising 4.8 percent compared to 2022. Despite a 22.54 percent drop in drug trafficking, categories such as home burglaries and sexual violence saw their figures increase by 15.77 percent and 6.14 percent, respectively.

The elderly being targeted for rape by foreigners in France is nothing new, with a wave of such attacks occurring in recent years. In many cases, the victims have been in their 80s, but some have also been in their 90s, and in one case, the victim was 102.

UK Muslim Home Sec Warns English Threaten Multiculturalism – Multiculturalism will wither

AI generator

Why are thousands of English people being arrested for opposing Muslim mass migration?

Listen to Shabana Mahmood, the Home Secretary, explain that the English threaten “multiculturalism” by which she means turning the place into Pakistan.

And the English threat will not be tolerated by the post-English regime.

Mahmood, who supports a definition of Islamophobia that would ban any mention of violent Islamic history and grooming gangs, urged the Labour movement to “fight for our belief in a greater Britain, not a littler England” and once again tried to play victim claiming that her family members were being called ‘Pakis’.

While PM Keir Starmer boasts of creating some Greater Britain, both England and Britain are disappearing beneath the tide of Islamic mass migration.

The Shariafication of Britain

Some people are so allergic to the truth you’re better off assuming they’re always lying, merely in the interest of time. Keir Starmer is, I believe, one of those people. Despite a successful career as a human rights lawyer, the British prime minister appears to have missed the ‘Lying for Dummies’ module at the University of Leeds. Thus, when the Labour leader during his inauguration address referred to “a return of politics to public service,” I naturally inferred ‘raging authoritarian.’ When Starmer and the authorities assured us that Southport killer, Axel Rudakubana, was a Welsh choirboy with no known terror links, I feared the opposite was the case, fears Starmer would eventually corroborate. And when Donald Trump recently commented that London “wants to go to Sharia law”—remarks the PM described as “ridiculous nonsense,” I knew which of the two I was more inclined to believe.

Of course, Trump is no stranger to hyperbole, but he has been known to be ‘on the money’ from time to time. It is not for nothing that Britain has been described as “the Sharia capital of the West”. More to the point, I suspect Trump has less reason to lie about the Islamisation of Britain than our own prime minister does.

An interesting test of the influence of Sharia law in the capital was the attempted murder which took place outside the Turkish Embassy in Knightsbridge in February of this year. An activist, Hamit Coskun, was burning a copy of the Koran while yelling “F**k Islam” when he was suddenly attacked by Moussa Kadri. Brandishing a bread knife (initially referred to as a palette knife), Kadri proceeded to slash repeatedly at Coskun while screaming, “this is my religion … I’m going to kill you!”

Coskun (the victim) was convicted of a religiously aggravated public order offence back in June. Meanwhile, Judge Adam Hiddleston appeared less concerned about the attempted murder and took Kadri’s defence—“I protect my religion”—to heart. Sparing Kadri jail last week (in lieu of a 20-week suspended sentence), Hiddleston’s summing up was notable for its obvious self-contradiction:

This case clearly crosses the custody threshold, The use (of) blades is a curse on our community. There cannot be separate standards based simply on the type of person who chooses to behave in this way. There has to be, it seems to me, a clear message, that these courts take this type of offence extremely seriously and that prison sentences will be imposed.

And yet, in the next breath:

That said, in your case, I see no reason for that sentence to result in immediate custody. I have already observed that your mitigation reflects a highly respected and valued individual. I accept your remorse and I accept that there is an almost non-existent chance of repetition of this behaviour. The effect of your incarceration now on others would be wholly disproportionate.

Contrast this verdict with the 31-month sentence Lucy Connolly got for an ill-judged tweet, and you start to think Trump has a point.

Anecdotally, it is obviously the case that Islam is treated with kid gloves by the British authorities. Whichever metric you care to examine—the policing of pro-Palestine protests vs. Unite the Kingdom marches; arrests for saying “we love bacon”, looking “openly Jewish”, or opposing the terror group Hamas; and school children facing death threats for accidentally damaging a book some consider holy—we all know there is only one religion that has the power to send blasphemers running for cover. Remember the Batley schoolteacher, hounded into witness protection for showing cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad? Yep, he’s still in hiding

A two-tier society is quite evidently at play in Britain; that much is undeniable. But Sharia law is another matter entirely. Is it possible that the authorities are turning a blind eye to the incorporation of Sharia, or is this overstating the matter?

According to the Civitas report in 2009 (The Institute for the Study of Civil Society think tank), there are around 85 Sharia courts operating in Britain—the practice going back to the early 1980s. Sharia councils operate in a legal grey area in the UK, as the Arbitration Act of 1996 allows religious institutions to settle disputes “according to their beliefs.” Almost two decades ago, it was obvious that the councils were overstepping their remit, for instance, in terms of marriage:

“About two-thirds of Muslim marriages are not being registered under the Marriages Act, which is illegal,” said Neil Addison, a barrister specialising in the law on religion. “A woman with such a marriage would have no choice but to go to a Sharia tribunal … But it’s not the way arbitration is supposed to work.”

Fast forward to 2025, and it is clear that the influence of Sharia is far more widespread than the authorities might care to acknowledge:

Sharia-compliant food:

Sharia-compliant or halal food must not contain prohibited ingredients such as pork or alcohol and must be processed and prepared using clean equipment and procedures that adhere to Islamic law—this includes non-stun slaughter. It is widely apparent that Britain has been force-feeding the population such food secretly in schoolssupermarketscanteens and even to the military

Polygamy:

While illegal in Britain, polygamy is common in Islam. It used to be the case that Muslim men could claim additional benefits for their extra wives in Britain. After public outcry, successive governments believed they had solved the problem by allowing the practice only where the marriages had taken place in countries where it was legal. But seeing as polygamy wasn’t legal in Britain in the first place, this appears disingenuous in the extreme.

While official estimates of polygamy in Britain stand at fewer than 1,000, the website secondwife.com (designed to help Muslim men extend their harem) claimed to have 25,000 users in the UK—and that was back in 2017. So either the British government is dramatically understating the issue, or the private sector is mysteriously rushing to accommodate a non-existent need. Draw your own conclusions.

Sharia-compliant dress:

Islamic schools in Britain are forcing girls as young as 11 to wear burkas, full-face veils and headscarves during lessons as part of strict uniform policies. These ‘modesty demands’ also extend to teachers, leading a Christian teacher to be dismissed from a state-funded Islamic school after she refused to comply.

Misogyny:

According to a Home Office review, over 90% of those seeking advice or rulings from Sharia courts are women seeking an Islamic divorce. It is widely reported that religious texts are used to control the women, that elders suggest religiously sanctioned ‘pleasure marriages,’ and that cases of abuse are either excused (“A man should not be questioned why he hit his wife because this is something between them. Leave them alone. They can sort out their matters among themselves”), or are often referred to extremist clerics (e.g., Anjem Choudary).

Clearly then, there is a discord between the official position on Sharia and the reality. Successive governments have failed to grasp the nettle, and we are now living with the consequences—a dilemma perfectly summarised by the Home Office independent review in 2018:

Sharia councils have no legal status and no legal binding authority under civil law. Whilst sharia is a source of guidance for many Muslims, sharia councils have no legal jurisdiction in England and Wales. Thus if any decisions or recommendations are made by a sharia council that are inconsistent with domestic law (including equality policies such as the Equality Act 2010) domestic law will prevail.

So far, so good. Except that moments later, the report acknowledges the problem:

A key finding was that a significant number of Muslim couples fail to civilly register their religious marriages and therefore some Muslim women have no option of obtaining a civil divorce.

Precisely. There is no need to work in opposition to or in parallel with English law if you do not recognise its legitimacy in the first place. Having identified the problem, the Home Office weasels its way out of taking responsibility:

It should also be noted at the outset that those proposing a ban on sharia councils provide no counter proposal or any solution for anyone seeking a religious divorce. It is clear from all the evidence that sharia councils are fulfilling a need in some Muslim communities. There is a demand for religious divorce and this is currently being answered by the sharia councils. This demand will not end if the sharia councils are banned and closed down and could lead to councils going ‘underground’, making it even harder to ensure good practice and the prospect of discriminatory practices and greater financial costs more likely and harder to detect. It could also result in women needing to travel overseas to obtain divorces, putting themselves at further risk.

Of course, it would never occur to the Home Office that it could simply enforce the law!

This political double-shuffle on behalf of the authorities—refusing either to regulate or to ban—played out in plain sight two weeks ago in Parliament. Reform UK MP Sarah Pochin asked the Secretary of State for Courts Sarah Sackman whether she recognised Sharia law and Sharia courts in the United Kingdom. Sackman replied with a straight face:

Sharia law forms no part of the law of England and Wales, but in common with Christian, Jewish and other courts of faith where people choose to put themselves before those councils—that is part of the religious tolerance which is an important British value.

The fact that the widespread influence and implementation of Sharia law in Britain is denied by Keir Starmer tells you everything you need to know: Labour is already operating de facto Islamic blasphemy laws. Things are set to get even more controversial, however, thanks to Labour’s manifesto commitment to impose a definition of ‘Islamophobia.’ While Starmer is currently under pressure to walk this back (over fears of ‘social unrest’), that leaves him the problem of the huge number of MPs whose constituencies are likely to be swayed by the Muslim vote.

The question, then, isn’t whether the British government is tolerating Sharia. The question, instead, is how much longer before the adherents of Sharia stop tolerating the British government?

UK: Asylum seeker ‘raped schoolgirl, 15, in alleyway before boasting of attack to friends’

An ‘asylum seeker’ raped a 15-year-old girl in an alleyway, Oxford Crown Court has been told Oxford Crown Court – Google Maps

An asylum seeker raped a 15-year-old girl in an Oxford alleyway before boasting of the “attack” to his friends, a court has heard.

Amin Abedi Mofrad, now 35, has been accused of forcing the child to the ground and raping her while referring to her as his “sex doll”.

Mr Abedi Mofrad then allegedly sent a picture of himself kissing the 15-year-old to his contacts, and is accused of circulating “triumphant” messages of how he “f****d two different p*****s tonight”.

Prosecutor Patrick Upward KC told Oxford Crown Court of how the alleged victim had been drunk with a friend in Oxford city centre at around 10.30pm last February.

The 15-year-old, allegedly “unable to walk straight”, and her friend walked towards a car park – from which they thought they would be picked up and taken home.

But at 11.30pm, the underage pair were “cat-called” by two men on a bench.

Mr Upward told the court: “The defendant, the prosecution says, was the older man. He was at that time 34 and was nearly 20 years older than the girls.

“As the girls walked towards the bench, he got up and approached them, saying: ‘Hi, how are you? What are you doing?’

“The men went on to make admiring comments about how nice the girls looked. Initially, the girls thought they were just being nice, possibly even flattering.

“There is no doubt the amount of alcohol influenced their initial reactions.”

After a brief kiss, the migrant then allegedly grabbed the teenager’s bottom and attempted to put his hands down her trousers.

She tried to stop him.

“The next thing the defendant started to do,” Mr Upward said, “was run his hands over her breasts and bottom.”

“This is not what she expected, and she made this clear. He pulled on her jeans and her top.”

The prosecutor told a jury of how the 15-year-old “struggled” before “making it plain, verbally, she did not want it to happen”.

He added: “His reaction was to force her to the ground, beside the bench, and say: ‘I want to f*** you… I want you to be our sex doll.'”

The “increasingly aggressive” asylum seeker then allegedly led the girl down an alleyway before raping her – and told the pair that he wanted them to go home with him and his friend.

Both teenagers then fled the scene, and were able to reach the car to safety.

A few months later, the 15-year-old told an advice line of her ordeal before her case was passed on to police.

Mr Abedi Mofrad was arrested in September before being detained again in February this year.

There, he told police he had “never raped anyone”.

Oxford Crown Court heard how police found two contacts saved in his phone, both with a misspelling of the alleged victim’s name, with two phone numbers one digit out from hers.

Police also uncovered the “triumphant” text messages allegedly sent to a friend named Ali.

One, sent just before 1am the day after the alleged rape, is said to have read: “I have never f*****d a p***y like that.”

Another, a few hours later, read: “I have just f****d two different p*****s tonight.”

Mr Abedi Mofrad denies rape and sexual assault.

The trial continues.
