What was that line about ‘socialism’ and running out of ‘other people’s money’ again?

The UK is currently out to set some sort of world record for having a population on welfare. And having 1 in 10 adults on disability is certainly quite an achievement in the treadmill to running out of other people’s money. Is that a typo? Nope.

In 2019, almost three million working-age adults (those aged 16 to 64) in England and Wales claimed either disability or incapacity benefit – 1 in 13 of the population.

As of March 2025, that had grown to about 4 million or 1 in 10 of the population, according to research from the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).

When there’s no stigma to it and when enough are doing it and when you have no allegiance to the UK or its infidel govenrment, why not?

According to IFS data , the ‘mental and behavioural disorders’ category (which includes conditions such as ADHD) accounted for 44% of all claims in 2024 – up from around 39% in 2015.

While there is some evidence that rising mental health conditions have contributed to the increase in Pip claims, independent researchers remain uncertain about the exact causes behind the upward trend.

It’s a mystery alright. Probably up there with COVID. We’ll never solve it until 1 in 3 are on disability.

A survey conducted by the UK charity, Muslim Youth Helpline. It revealed that 32 percent of young British Muslims have suffered suicidal thoughts at some point; 52 percent have suffered from depression; and 63 percent have struggled with anxiety. By contrast, only 16 percent of people in the nation as a whole report experiencing a “common mental disorder” such as depression or anxiety in any given week.

Uh-huh.

Anjem Choudary laid it out pretty clearly for Muslim settlers and colonists in the UK.

Anjem Choudary was secretly filmed mocking non-Muslims for working in 9-5 jobs their whole lives, and told followers that some revered Islamic figures had only ever worked one or two days a year.

Ridiculing the daily lives of UK workers, Choudary said: “You find people are busy working the whole of their life. They wake up at 7 o’clock. They go to work at 9 o’clock.

We are on Jihad Seekers Allowance, we take the Jizya (protection money paid to Muslims by non-Muslims) which is ours anyway.

“The normal situation is to take money from the [non-Muslims] isn’t it? So this is the normal situation.”

“They give us the money. You work, give us the money. Allah Akbar, we take the money. Hopefully there is no one from the DSS (Department of Social Security) listening.”

“Ah, but you see people will say you are not working. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the Kuffar (non-Muslim) So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”

Choudary, a father-of-four, claims more than £25,000 a year in benefits.

The great irony is that Brits are told they need to import immigrants to do the work for them and then the migrants go on benefits. Or the “Jihad Seekers Allowance.”

The anti-sovereigntist hysteria in Brussels has reached an almost unbelievable level lately. One pro-EU news site went as far as to call for “war” against the Slovak and Hungarian governments, just because they refuse to sign off on the 18th sanction package against Russia until they get guarantees that the EU won’t undermine their energy security.

The furious note was written by foreign affairs editor Andrew Rettman and appeared in the Monday edition of the daily newsletter of EUobserver, a liberal, pro-establishment news site headquartered in Belgium.

Rettman began by calling Slovak PM Robert Fico and Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán “Kremlin shills” for blocking the newest sanctions proposals last week—even though they approved the extension of all previous 17 packages—and then called on the EU not to give any concessions to them, but “take away everything instead.” 

The editor didn’t hold back, clearly calling for Brussels to crank up its politically-motivated lawfare as a means of extortion, without even pretending it’s about the rule of law or democracy:

Hit them with anything you can: frozen funds, infringement proceedings, court cases, intrusive audits, public insults, boycotts.

Rettman had some friendly “advice” to the other member states too: start spying on Budapest and Bratislava in the hope of digging up something compromising that could be further used to blackmail the sovereigntist governments.

“Get your intelligence services to work and put some hard truths in the hands of Hungarian/Slovak/European journalists,” he wrote.

If these two little traitors want a war with the EU—let’s give them one.

While these words are certainly among the most radical examples of public discourse in Brussels, they do not represent an isolated view. In fact, they’ve been enabled by the EU’s endless smear campaigns against anyone who dares go against the mainstream narrative—and that primarily means conservative, sovereigntist governments.

For one, calling democratically elected leaders “traitors” because they prioritize their own national interests over Brussels’ is neither nice nor make any sense—if anything, it should apply to those who sacrifice their nations for brownie points from Ursula—but everyone’s entitled to their opinion.

However, the fact that Rettman calls for full-on institutional abuse, violating every democratic principle that the EU was built upon, is a much more serious—and dangerous—matter. 

The EU has already been steadily eroding member state sovereignty while weaponizing the law and its self-serving interpretation of ‘EU values’ against conservatives every chance it gets. For some, this is not enough, apparently, and they want to economically bleed out two member states until their citizens learn the lesson and replace their governments with ones who understand the party line.

What’s more, the entire argument that Hungary and Slovakia veto the sanctions because they are Russian puppets is incredibly narrow-minded at best, or flat-out evil at worst.

Both countries have already stated they have no problems with the contents of the 18th package. What they do have a problem with is a separate proposal under the REPowerEU instrument that would make it mandatory for all EU member states to completely phase out Russian energy imports by the end of 2027, whatever it takes.

As we explained before, the proposal makes no difference to the majority of Western European countries, which have either already replaced Russian oil and gas or have the necessary infrastructure in place to do so at a moment’s notice. 

For Central Europe, however, the situation is completely different. Simply because of their geography, the landlocked countries of Slovakia and Hungary would be enormously disadvantaged if the legislation was adopted, cutting them off from Russian pipeline gas and forcing them to turn to much more expensive alternatives,—which would cause household energy prices to quadruple overnight.

Instead of decreasing energy dependency, like Brussels says phasing out Russian gas would, the new measures would the Central European member states entirely reliant on a single source of Western LNG, shipped via their neighbors. Hungary would be entirely dependent on Croatia’s LNG terminals (which has increased its transit fees fivefold since the beginning of the war), and Slovakia would have no choice but to buy Norwegian gas via Germany, also losing the vital transit fees it currently earns for supplying Czechia and Austria.

Besides, the current EU treaties (Art. 194 TFEU) explicitly state that Brussels has no business telling any member state who it can or can’t buy energy from, which means the proposal is violating fundamental EU laws. But it’s okay, apparently, if it’s against Russia. 

It would be less of a problem if the measure was presented as a sanction (which it technically is), which falls under foreign policy and needs unanimous approval. But the Commission is trying to circumvent national vetoes by making it a “trade and energy” legislation, requiring only qualified majority support.

This gives Slovakia and Hungary no other choice than to use their veto somewhere else—such as the 18th sanctions package—in an attempt to save their economy and energy security.

Not that all these technicalities would matter much in Brussels. The Commission—or the EUobserver—couldn’t care less if two countries representing just 3% of the EU keep Russian gas flowing, as long as the other 97% cut off their supply. What they care about are governments that refuse to toe the line—and they’re willing to do whatever it takes to bring them down. If that means making 15 million people suffer until they vote for the ‘right’ parties, then so be it. Just “hit them with anything you can.”

Prime Minister Donald Tusk does not back down. On June 1 his candidate for president Rafal Trzaskowski lost the vote to the Conservative Karol Nawrocki. Nobody doubted Nawrocki’s victory. Even the observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe said the election was “competitive and well-managed”.

Nawrocki won, Trzaskowski lost. But Tusk is now trying to block Nawrocki taking office. He won’t back down. Tusk is pitching accusations of electoral fraud – no evidence, just accusations — at Nawrocki. The fight is getting dirty.

Even during the election, Tusk was trying to sink Nawrocki, going as far as defamation and media manipulation. Perhaps sensing the left-liberal candidate was going to lose anyway, Tusk’s ruling coalition tried to pre-rig the post-election legal process. They tried to force through an ad hoc legislative change to alter the composition of the Supreme Court, which sounds shocking in itself. The goal was to transfer the adjudication of electoral disputes to judges who were loyal to the Tusk regime —judges appointed during the communist era and known for rulings against anti-communist dissidents.

In other words, Tusk was getting his political troops in order in case his candidate lost the election. Which he did.

Compounding this, investigative reporting revealed disturbing connections between foreign actors and the left-liberal candidate’s campaign during the campaign, suggesting illicit overseas financing disguised as “civic awareness” campaigns. Among the entities implicated were organisations linked to George Soros’s network and affiliates of former US President Barack Obama.

Why is Tusk risking such a dirty fight? The president of Poland holds far more than ceremonial duties. In Poland, the president holds veto power that can only be overridden by a three-fifth majority in parliament—a threshold Tusk’s coalition does not meet. The governing bloc had hoped that a compliant left-liberal president would retroactively legitimise the unlawful actions by the Tusk government of the past year—such as the illegal takeover of public media and the judiciary—and open the door to full-scale ideological restructuring of the Polish state along left-liberal lines. Nawrocki’s victory has upended these plans, making further governance by Tusk increasingly unviable.

In response, the ruling camp is now seeking to block Karol Nawrocki from assuming office. They launched a coordinated disinformation campaign alleging electoral fraud—ironically, allegedly committed by the very opposition under politically motivated prosecution—based on manipulated statistical analysis and minor, routine counting errors. These errors, which occur in every democratic election, were isolated to a few polling stations (out of over 30,000) and benefitted both candidates.

The Attorney General—acting through a prosecution service seized in violation of legal norms—even attempted to interfere physically with the operations of the Supreme Court. Citing ongoing investigations as a pretext, prosecutors sought to seize documents and suspend the court’s work. This was widely viewed as an effort to block the court from certifying the election results on time and thereby prevent Nawrocki from taking office. Such a manoeuvre would have amounted to a constitutional coup d’état. According to credible reports, a deputy prosecutor general refused to carry out the order.

Additionally, media reports indicated that far-left militant groups had planned to storm the Supreme Court building during mass protests to disrupt proceedings. The plan collapsed when ten times as many conservative demonstrators arrived on site, making it impossible for state-controlled security services to execute the provocation without triggering massive public backlash.

With those efforts thwarted, the government has shifted to attacking the legitimacy of the Supreme Court chamber responsible for validating the election. Their arguments about the chamber’s alleged unconstitutionality are purely rhetorical and politically driven.

The Constitutional Tribunal confirmed the chamber’s legality years ago, and no European court has ever questioned the legal status of the chamber. Nor could they: any such attempt would be ultra vires for two key reasons. First, the European Union has no competence to assess the constitutional organs of member states. Second, electoral matters resolved by the Supreme Court are not matters falling within the scope of the administration of justice—and only such matters, and only insofar as they fall within the scope of European law, fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

According to the Polish Constitution, the president assumes office upon taking the oath before the National Assembly (composed of both the Sejm and the Senate), which must be convened by the Speaker of the Sejm. The next step, therefore, will likely involve mounting pressure on the Speaker—who is a member of a party within the ruling coalition—not to convene the Assembly, under the pretext of questioning the legality of the Supreme Court chamber that certified the election. However, the Speaker has declared that he will convene the Assembly, fully aware that failure to do so would constitute a constitutional delict and a serious offense against the state.

July 2025 will reveal how strong a hand Tusk still holds—and whether he will succeed in preventing Karol Nawrocki from taking office. Yet public sentiment, the shifting political dynamic, and the unravelling of the lawless regime all suggest that Poland will defend the democratic choice of its citizens and begin its march toward the restoration of the rule of law.

The founder of a top LGBT organization in the UK has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for raping a 12 year old boy, along with a plethora of other disturbing offenses related to the sexual abuse of children.

Stephen Ireland, 41, was found guilty in March of raping the boy, who he met on gay “hookup” app Grindr. The abuse took place in an apartment occupied by Ireland and his partner, David Sutton, 27, in April of last year.

In addition to child rape, Ireland was seperately convicted on three counts of causing a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, one count of sexually assaulting a child under 13, one count of conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child, four counts of distributing indecent images of children, six further counts related to their distribution, and one count of possessing extreme pornography.

Sutton was found guilty of distributing four indecent images of children – one of which fell into the most serious category – and of possessing at least 64 indecent images himself.

Both men were also convicted of one count of voyeurism and one count of perverting the course of justice. While Ireland received the harsher sentence – 30 years in prison, with eligibility for parole after serving at least 20 – Sutton was sentenced to four and a half years. Both men will be subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will remain on the sex offender registry for life.

Over the course of the trial, the court heard that Ireland stayed in contact with his 12-year-old victim after the assault, and began to refer to the child as his “secret underage boy” in an encrypted Telegram chat, saying it was “naughty and kinky” that the victim was as young as he was. Ireland reportedly asked the boy if he would have a threesome with him and Sutton.

In other messages exchanged on WhatsApp between the couple, they discussed “snatching” or “kidnapping” schoolchildren. Some of their plans, according to prosecutor Isabel Delamere, involved them pretending to be talent coaches or music managers outside of school gates. Further conversation between the two seen by the court revealed that Ireland labelled himself a “f***-up sick pedo perv,” while Sutton spoke about 14-year-olds making sexual advances towards him.

Despite even more messages indicating they planned to pick up a teenage boy and his younger sister to rape together as a “birthday present” for Sutton, the pair were found not guilty on the charges of conspiring to kidnap children.

In a statement made after the initial guilty verdict in March, Detective Chief Superintendent Debbie White, Head of Surrey Police’s Public Protection Team, said that Ireland was “a sexual predator who targeted a young boy and took advantage of his age and vulnerability for his own gratification.” White paid tribute to the victim of the two offenders “for their courage in coming forward and for giving evidence,” adding that she hopes the guilty verdicts will allow them to start to rebuild their life.

“Both men have demonstrated an extreme sexual interest in children and the fact that the jury has found them both guilty of multiple sexual offenses today means that they will no longer pose that risk,” White continued. “Both men then tried to cover up their offending by intentionally deleting material from their phones once they became aware of the police investigation and following their arrests,” she concluded.

But White’s statement failed to mention that Ireland, as the head of Pride in Surrey, was in close and regular contact with Surrey Police, who repeatedly recommended that people follow his group from their official social media accounts.

Ireland established Pride in Surrey in 2018, and the organization was responsible for arranging the annual Pride festivities, which included activities for children and youth. As a result of his activism, Ireland garnered the support of Surrey Police, who regularly attended events he organized in cars outfitted with rainbow decals.

Ireland was invited to speak at events by Surrey Police multiple times, including at a training day for their LGBT task force. As previously reported by Reduxx, Ireland even accompanied police to speak on LGBT awareness at a local secondary school in June of last year, at a time when police would have already been aware he was set to be prosecuted on child rape charges.

Local women’s rights group Women in Surrey sent representatives to cover the trial, and noted that evidence and arguments presented during the proceedings also suggested that a larger network of predatory men existed within Pride in Surrey. They suggest that these men still have access to children through their activism.

“During the trial we learnt that Ireland was previously married to a man who went on to identify as a woman. Ireland told the court that as a gay man he found this ‘difficult’ as he is ‘not attracted to women,” Women in Surrey wrote.

“In an effort to keep the marriage alive, Ireland and his husband introduced a third person into their relationship: Charlie Watts. Watts and Ireland went on to set up Pride in Surrey. Watts remains the current CEO.” In 2020, then-university student Sam Powell became involved with Ireland and Watts, taking the position of Volunteer Manager at the organisation, which he remains as today.

In August of 2024, Reduxx learned that Ireland had further used his influence in the LGBT community to groom and encourage a teen girl to embrace being a transgender “leather pup.”

The earliest messages between Ireland and “Julie” date back to 2018, when she was just 16. One year later, at the August 2019 Pride event, Julie can be seen dressed in “leather pup” fetish gear, a community most associated with gay males that involve sexually submissive partners roleplaying as dogs. In a photo, Ireland can be seen holding a lead fastened around the teenage girl’s neck. 

Julie eventually took testosterone, and underwent a double mastectomy and hysterectomy. Ireland spent her 18th birthday with her, while she was wearing the pup fetish gear.

Ireland had previously defended minors being involved in the BDSM community, claiming children “inherently understand everything.”

Following a series of events organised by the Islamic University Group Kiel (IHG), the management of Kiel University (CAU) has been strongly condemned. The so-called Islam Week took place on university premises at the beginning of May. One of the speakers was Sertac Odabas, chairman of the IMAN organisation, which is classified by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg as belonging to the Salafist spectrum. As reported by Kieler Nachrichten, visitors were segregated by gender at the entrance. Women and men were told to use different entrances. In the event room, women were instructed to sit at the back and men at the front. Among other things, the content of the event centred on the chastising of women.

The university has so far drawn few conclusions from the outrage – partly because it does not want to recognise the criticism. An employee in the Press and Public Relations department at Kiel University, Ann-Christin Wimber (photo) , said in a video made by YouTuber Tim Schwarz that Islamism is also ‘part of the colour’ of ‘diversity’ and thus defended Islam Week.

When asked to what extent the employee considers Islamism at the university to be ‘not really conducive’, Wimber replied: “Islamism, why not? It’s also a colour”.

In response to the YouTuber’s statement ‘Well, because it just discriminates against women’, Wimber then said: “Yes, but Islamism is also part of the colour, or isn’t it part of the colour? You’re talking about diversity, isn’t Islamism part of diversity?”, apparently as if she thought a negative answer to the question was an absurd answer.

‘Well, if you marginalise other people and that’s what Islamism does, then it’s just not good,’ the YouTuber replies. ‘Well, I don’t know if that’s right,’ Wimber then replies. Shortly afterwards, she is annoyed by the questions: “I don’t want to, so I’m really not up for it and it’s annoying me a bit that they’re now trying to force me to say things that I might not want to say or that you would like to hear,” says Wimber, who claims to be a journalist.
The university management of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität had already commented on the action week a week ago. In a statement from the Executive Board, it said: “After the Islam Week, however, we received critical information about the content of the event. We clearly distance ourselves from all content that is incompatible with the fundamental values of the university. The CAU is a cosmopolitan university that is committed to democracy and diversity. We condemn all forms of discrimination or violence. There is no place for such behaviour at our university.”

Furthermore, responsibility is denied: “Kiel University (CAU) was neither involved in the selection of speakers nor in the organisation of the content. We had no information about which speakers were to be considered,” the statement reads.

Only the use of premises on campus was authorised, as the use of premises is one of the regular options available to university groups, the Executive Board continued. “For this event, we had the topics that were to be dealt with during Islam Week. These did not appear conspicuous at the time of the application for the use of the rooms,” it added.

Architect of the European Migrant Crisis, former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, criticised the current government in Berlin for refusing migrants claiming asylum at the border.

Anyone who appears at the German border and says the word “asylum” should be given “due process”, ex-Chancellor Merkel said this week, in apparent condemnation of attempts by the current government of Friedrich Merz to stem the tide of illegal migration into the country.

Merz, who comes from the same neo-liberal Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party as Merkel, has invoked emergency EU powers to refuse entry of migrants to ensure the safety of the German public in the wake of several high-profile terror attacks committed by alleged asylum seekers over the past year.

This has sparked widespread backlash from leftists in the country as well as from the German judiciary, which has attempted to prevent the government in Berlin from protecting the nation’s borders.

Speaking at a conference with former refugees, Merkel joined the chorus of critics, accusing her successor of bowing to pressure from the anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party on the issue.

“Yes, we have to reduce the number of illegal migration, but we still have to continue to represent our values,” she said.

Continuing, Merkel said: “If someone stands at the German border and says they need asylum, they must receive the proper due process.

“As far as I’m concerned, the process can take place at the border itself, but a process must take place.”

Merkel, who led the country for 16 years, has long faced criticism for her open borders agenda, in which she flung open the gates to over a million migrants from the Middle East and Africa during the European Migrant Crisis of 2015.

Such was the scale of the move that around one in every five people living in the country is foreign-born. It becomes even more stark when looking at those with a “migration background” (either migrants or people with at least one migrant parent), who now account for 30 per cent of the population of Germany.

In addition to negatively impacting working-class Germans, the influx of millions of foreigners has also, at times, come with violent consequences. Just last year, alone, migrants were implicated in the terror attacks in Mannheim, Solingen, Magdeburg, Aschaffenburg, and Munich.

Despite this, Merkel has consistently defended her policies, saying in 2020 that she would “make essentially the same decisions” during the Migrant Crisis.

There was a bloodbath on the streets of Germany after two extended Lebanese family groups fought in a battle that reportedly involved 100 people in the city of Heiligenhaus. The two groups, using machetes, knives and other weapons, led to mass police operation and resulted in at least five serious injuries, including one that is life-threatening. Police made several arrests.

German police forces arrived from cities near and far, including Cologne, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal, Bochum, and the entire Mattmann district was deployed. Special operations units were sent to control the crowd and at least one police helicopter was utilized.

At around 7:50 p.m., large crowds began gathering at Harzstrasse in Heiligenhaus in North-Rheine Westphalia.

The street with the incident was reportedly covered in blood stains, with video showcasing chaotic scenes involving victims being wheeled away in stretchers.

The two groups reportedly punched, stabbed and used impact weapons on each other.

According to a police report, an intended divorce between two of the involved parties is believed to have triggered the incident.

“The situation was very chaotic in the early stages. We have brought in numerous forces to make the situation static and freeze,” said a spokeswoman for the police to Bild newspaper.

Police have locked down the local hospitals where the victims are being treated out of fear of further violence after more family members arrived. Riot police dispersed these family members from the scene and police protection units are guarding patients.

The area is known to be a hotspot for crime. Just a few weeks ago, there were major SEK police operations in Harzstrasse after 35-year-old Mahmoud M., the knife attacker in Bielefeld, was arrested for injuring five people in front of a bar.

Media personality and former Trump campaign operative Steve Cortes has released a video exposing the flaws of using wind turbines as an energy source, which he calls the “wind scam.” Filmed in New Mexico, which generates 38% of its electricity from wind, he revealed how wind turbines still need petroleum to function, and they’re bad for the environment, especially animals. Studies estimate 140,000 to 679,000 birds die annually in the U.S. due to them.

“They are one gigantic, expensive scam,” Cortes said. “There’s nothing clean about this,” they stated, as they cause pollution.

He showed a clip from the show Landman that went viral, featuring actor Billy Bob Thornton going off on a rant about wind turbines. Oil companies own them, Thornton said. He said they need a lot of oil for lubrication and winterizing. Additionally, “In its 20-year lifespan, it won’t offset the carbon footprint of making it.” Thornton listed off multiple items in society that need oil, from everyday products to roads.

Cortes said the only thing Thornton got wrong was stating that we’ll run out of fossil fuels before we are capable of switching fully to clean energy.

Paul Gessing of New Mexico’s Rio Grande Foundation spoke to Cortes about the dilemma. He said the Navajo Nation makes money from their natural gas reserves, but unfortunately lawmakers are trying to end this profitable venture for them. Gessing said wind turbines have a “devastating environmental impact” and leave “a huge footprint.”

Cortes criticized “oligarchs like Al Gore, who grew generationally rich off of selling us this giant myth.” He explained that “wind is by definition unreliable, even in the windiest places on the planet,” which “tend to be geographically very far away from the biggest energy consuming needs.” Cortes said wind cannot serve as a sole source of energy or even a primary source, it always comes down to coal or natural gas for the default system.

The U.S. currently gets 10% of its energy from wind turbines. In countries where they are more heavily reliant on them, they “pay through the roof for power,” Cortes said.

Myron Lizer, former vice president of the Navajo Nation and a Donald Trump supporter who spoke at the 2020 Republican National Convention, spoke to Cortes about his frustration with lawmakers attempting to do away with natural gas on the reservation. He noted that Native Americans supported Trump over Kamala Harris for president. An Edison Research exit poll (NBC News) found that 68% of voters chose Trump compared to 31% who chose Harris. Lizer said the reservation has a 100-year supply of coal.

He expounded, “What most people don’t really realize is those, all those projects are subsidized, right? And there’s nothing free in this world, so it does cost somebody something.”

Cortes stressed that the need for energy continues increasing, ”galloping higher at an exponential rate — data centers, AI, blockchain — all these avant garde cutting edge technologies.” He warned, “We will never beat China in AI if we keep chasing this fantasy of so-called clean energy via the wind.”

Cortes said there are “literally oceans” of fossil fuels, especially natural gas, “beneath our feet.” He contrasted the price per kilowatt hour of coal with wind. The former never changes, “because the supply is nearly unlimited and it is predictable, set far to the future.” Whereas wind is “temperamental, unpredictable and intermittent, even in the best case scenarios.”

He dismissed climate alarmists. “The climate hysteria is massively overblown, and the earth is neither fragile nor in trouble.” He said the increases in CO2 come after temperature increases — not the other way around as the climate alarmists claim.

“As for areas around the world that are burning, it has been “declining steadily for well over a century, and it has nothing to do with climate.” He said the “surface air temperature has almost zero effect upon the temperature of the vast, deep oceans.”

Cortes said experts “believe that the recent rash of giant dead whales washing up to America’s eastern shoreline stems from these turbines being planted in the sea where their noise and disruption wreak havoc upon sea life.”

Elisa Martinez, who ran for Congress in New Mexico, told Cortes, “We have become the second largest oil producing state in the country.” She criticized the Democratic leadership in the state.  “We have tremendous natural gas reserves, coal as well as other natural resources that could be leveraged to lift the state out of poverty, but instead, we see these radical left policies from our governor, Michelle Lujan Grisham.”

Martinez said problems emerged with the state’s 2019 Energy Transition Act, “which is similar to the Green New Deal.” She said it is “a scam and it’s a way for the left to come in again and transition everyone to dependency on the government.” She said it is forcing independent oil producers out of business; family owned businesses that have been operating for many years have left the state. The left is “empowering large corporations to dominate that industry.”

Cortes said eventually the U.S. will transition to renewable energy sources — it just can’t be forced quickly as the left is demanding. Wind power is the largest source of renewable energy in the U.S., and last year, wind and solar combined surpassed coal in electricity generation for the first time, with the former generating 17% to coal’s 15%.

But don’t expect the left to be honest about the issue. They ignore the hundreds of thousands of birds killed by wind turbines, and instead scream in protest after Elon Musk’s rocket damaged nine shorebird nests last year. Ironically, Musk’s goal is similar, saving the planet by moving humanity to Mars, but since he’s a Trump supporter, they have to attack his environmental ventures just like they now hypocritically target his Teslas.
