Transgender Killer Accused of Raping Female Inmates Sues Billionaire Trans Activist Governor and DOC, Seeking Over $1 Billion

A trans-identified male who pled guilty to second-degree murder of his former cellmate has filed multiple lawsuits against officials with the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), as well as the state’s governor, seeking over $1 billion in compensation for “medical neglect.” Andre Cashmere Patterson, also known as Janiah Monroe, is also seeking a reduction in his sentence.

Despite being recorded under his birth name and sex within the IDOC records, Patterson is currently housed in a women’s prison. His transfer to Logan Correctional Center was secured in 2019 after his legal challenge, filed by Chicago-based legal group the Uptown People’s Law Center, was supported by the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois (ACLU).

Within months of his transfer to Logan, Patterson was accused of raping a female inmate. In June of 2019, a woman who was made to share a housing unit with Patterson filed a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) report alleging that he had raped her. Under the protection of anonymity, “Jane Doe” also accused prison officials of attempting to coach her to lie about her ordeal.

While multiple allegations of sexual misconduct were mentioned in the court case, Patterson remains in the women’s prison due to a court-ordered stay – though attempts have been made by IDOC authorities to have him transferred back to a men’s facility. However, Patterson has proven to be a vexatious litigant who actively files legal claims contending that he is the victim of discrimination.

At least ten legal complaints have been filed by or on behalf of Patterson since 2017, of which seven remain open, and three were filed within the past two months.

According to one of these recent legal complaints, filed on May 14, Patterson names as defendants Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker, director of the IDOC Latoya Hughes, IDOC Chief of Women and Family Services Division Melinda Eddy, several prison wardens, and the state of Illinois.

Notably, governor Pritzker – who is a vocal trans activist known for introducing gender identity measures into legislature, has, according to Patterson, sent staff to visit Logan Correctional Center.

In one complaint, Patterson alleges that he “has written to governor Pritzker several times, and spoken with his staff on tour of the facility.”

Patterson was sentenced to a total of 73 years for a combination of separate convictions, including multiple accounts of aggravated battery, attempted murder, attempted arson, and a guilty plea for second-degree murder in the killing of his former cellmate in 2006 while in a men’s prison. Patterson, after being presented in court with DNA evidence linking him to the killing, pled guilty to strangling to death 31-year-old Kimani Muhammad at Cook County Jail.

His recent spate of lawsuits contest the length of his combined sentences and argue that he ought to have been released more than ten years ago, in 2014, for time already served in prison. Patterson claims to be a victim of “insufficient and defective procedures,” which have caused him “atypical and significant hardship.”

Patterson has named correctional officers, prison-affiliated doctors, current wardens and former prison directors, the head of the IDOC, and billionaire governor J. B. Pritzker in a series of lawsuits.

Patterson also has demanded financial compensation to the tune of $1.1 billion, alleging his 8th amendment rights against cruel and unusual punishment have been violated, and, that as a man who claims to be a transgender woman, he has a disability which requires special protections.

According to one of the several claims, Patterson argues that governor Pritzker and IDOC authorities “have been deliberately indifferent to [his] serious medical and mental health needs,” which he says violates a “constitutional duty” to provide him with mental health care.

Perhaps bizarrely, governor Pritzker, a wealthy billionaire who routinely champions the belief in “gender identity” and who has used his political position to enshrine the belief into law, has not mentioned the legal complaints against him by Patterson, nor has he advocated for his clemency.

The Pritzker family has an estimated net worth of over $43 billion, of which a large portion is related to real estate and the Hyatt Hotel chain. Governor Pritzker’s cousin, a trans-identified male formerly known as James Pritzker, but who calls himself “Jennifer,” has donated millions to promote gender ideology, both to universities and to hospitals, and has been described as “the first transgender billionaire.”

One of governor Pritzker’s most significant contributions to gender identity policies in state legislature was the passage of a 2023 law which allows residents to change their recorded sex on demand. Within the law, a discount was provided for convicted criminals who had been either released on parole or discharged from prison.

Within his legal complaints, Patterson has admitted that he has regularly been placed in segregation while at Logan, separated from female inmates. Though segregation is reserved as a punishment for inmates who act out, Patterson suggests that he is being discriminated against and is inappropriately being treated like a “predator.” He claims this punitive measure has caused him to attempt suicide more than 30 times.

Among his several demands, Patterson has requested to be transferred to a residential treatment unit (RTU), in addition to “compensatory damages” totaling $1.1 billion. The enormous sum, Patterson implies, should be at the cost of taxpayers and presumably Pritzker himself.

“Defendants were and are aware of the Plaintiff’s suicidal tendencies when isolated. Petitioner has informed all Defendants that placement on Housing Unit 15 triggered Plaintiff to become suicidal, and that Plaintiff would kill herself if placed back in Housing Unit 15. Plaintiff states that all Defendants ignored this declaration and continued to place Plaintiff in Housing Unit 15 despite Plaintiff’s constant attempting to kill herself,” one of Patterson’s complaints reads.

He goes on to claim that his placement in segregation constitutes discrimination on the basis of gender identity: “[the] lack of adequate treatment was and is deliberate and intentional and filled with and or performed with malicious intent where all defendants are discriminating against plaintiff because she is a trans female and even labeled her as a predator without any justification.”

He adds that he believes he should be “immune from such discriminatory practices and afforded even greater protection” on the basis of legislation designed to protect inmates with physical and mental disabilities.

However, Patterson’s claims of victimhood conflict with statements made by female inmates at Logan. Reduxx has spoken exclusively with one woman, under the condition of anonymity, who has stated on the record that he has “sexually harassed multiple women” and he “makes a joke of the fact” that he hasn’t been required to take feminizing hormone supplements.

“He has sexually assaulted quite a few different women,” said Holly, whose name has been changed to protect her identity.

“The facility sweeps it under the rug. They say it’s unfounded. He has hit many women. He has been caught having sex on the yard so many times and has been placed in segregation (restrictive housing).”

Holly added that she had also seen Patterson acting out when she was confined in close quarters with him. “When I was in seg [sic] he threatened me in front of the [guards] and nothing was done about it. When he wants something he just threatens [prison staff] and gets it. He flashes his penis at everyone, me included, which is a PREA [violation], but a PREA is denied when you try to file.”

“it is scary knowing that a man can put his hands on you and not have any repercussions other than going to seg,” Holly said.

As Reduxx reported earlier this month, IDOC officials have repeatedly attempted to have Patterson returned to a men’s prison – efforts that have been stonewalled by the Illinois court system.

During a lawsuit filed anonymously by a female inmate who filed a PREA complaint against Patterson, alleging he had raped her within months of being transferred into Logan, legal counsel for “Jane Doe” mentioned that several women had stated they were sexually violated by Patterson.

While discussing the rape allegation in court, attorney Louis Meyer stated that “the individual that assaulted the plaintiff here, who as I said is a transgender inmate… there have been multiple allegations against this inmate for similar sexual assaults.” Meyer was seeking to obtain records regarding Patterson’s behavior while incarcerated in order to substantiate the woman’s allegations of sexual abuse, but was denied access to the information by the court.

UK: Muslim found guilty of murdering wife after stabbing her to death while she pushed their baby in pram

Masum, 26, (centre) on a bus prior to him attacking his wife PA

A “violent, jealous, controlling” husband who stabbed his wife to death as she pushed their baby in a pram after tracking her to a women’s refuge has been found guilty of murder.

Habibur Masum launched a “ferocious” knife attack in broad daylight on Kulsuma Akter before leaving her “bleeding to death in the gutter” and calmly walking away, leaving their seven-month-old son behind.

A court heard Masum, 26, followed Akter, 27, to a refuge in Bradford where she had been staying to escape him after he held a knife to her throat following an assault at their home in Greater Manchester.

After finding her through her phone location, Masum was seen on CCTV in the days leading up to the fatal attack “loitering, watching and waiting” in streets around the hostel, jurors heard.

He sent her messages threatening to kill her family members if she did not return to him, before trying to lure her out by sending her fake messages from a local GP practice pretending their son had an appointment and warning of “increasingly dire consequences” if she did not attend.

Bradford Crown Court heard Akter eventually felt safe enough to leave the refuge on April 6 last year after Masum updated his Facebook page falsely claiming to be in Spain.

As she was walking in the city centre with a friend, pushing her baby in a pram, Masum confronted her, the trial heard.

He was seen on CCTV trying to steer Akter and the pram away before pulling a knife from his jacket and launching the “brutal attack” when he realised she was not coming with him, prosecutor Stephen Wood KC told jurors.

CCTV footage of the attack, played during the trial, captured Akter’s screams as Masum stabbed her at least 25 times, put her on the ground and kicked her “as a final insult” before lifting her head and deliberately cutting her throat.

Wood said the “smiling killer” then calmly walked through Bradford city centre and was seen on CCTV grinning as he got on a bus, “believing at that point he was getting away”.

Jurors heard Masum travelled almost 200 miles south to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and was arrested in the early hours of April 9 in a car park near Stoke Mandeville Hospital, where he had gone to be treated for “lockjaw”.

During the trial, Masum, who gave evidence through a Bengali interpreter, refused to watch footage of the attack but jurors heard that during his first police interview he requested to see it, with Wood saying he wanted to see what officers “had on him”.

He broke down in tears as he claimed to have “lost control” when Akter told him there would be no shortage of people willing to replace him as a father to their son.

But Wood said his tears “were as fake as his claims of self harm” and that “the only person Habibur Masum feels sorry for is himself”.

He said antagonising Masum was “the very last thing Kulsuma would do” as she knew what he was capable of.

Wood said the relationship between Masum and Akter was “an abusive relationship characterised by his jealousy, possessiveness and controlling behaviour”.

Jurors heard the couple met and married in Bangladesh, and came to the UK in 2022 after he obtained a student visa and enrolled on a Masters course to study marketing.

The defendant told the trial they initially had a long-distance relationship as he lived in Aylesbury while studying and she lived in Oldham with her brother.

Jurors heard that in August 2022 Masum was found by police at a tram station, where he had stayed all night after an argument with Akter.

He was taken to hospital where he told a doctor that “when he fights with her he feels like he is going to kill her”.

They moved into a house in Oldham together in September 2022.

Jurors heard that in July 2023 Akter went to stay with her brother because of Masum’s controlling behaviour, leading him to threaten to harm himself with a knife before she returned.

On November 23 he became jealous over a “completely innocuous” message she received from a male colleague and was accused of assault by grabbing her face, slapping her and pulling her hair. He was cleared of that charge.

The court heard he told her: “I am going to murder you, and the police will be taking me.”

The following day he went into their bedroom carrying a knife and held it to her throat, jurors were told. Akter’s sister-in-law called the police and Masum was arrested, with Akter deciding to leave him and being moved to the Bradford refuge by Oldham social services in January 2024.

The court heard that while Akter was at the refuge, Masum sent her a photo of the front of the building with a message saying: “I know that you are living in this place. I knew from the first day you moved here.

“If I had any wish to kill you, I could have from the first day. You do not know what you have lost but one day you will understand. Nobody will love you like I do.”

The court heard Akter’s social worker arranged for her to be rehoused and she was due to move on April 8, but in the meantime she heard from Masum’s brother that he was in Spain, and “felt safe to leave the refuge” on the day she was killed.

Masum had pleaded guilty to manslaughter but denied murder. On Friday he was found guilty of the more serious charge, as well as one charge of assault, one count of making threats to kill and one charge of stalking. He pleaded guilty to possession of a knife in public.

Masum did not visibly react as the verdicts were read out. He was told by the judge Mr Justice Cotter, that he will be sentenced on July 22, when the minimum term for his life sentence will be determined.

Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Stacey Atkinson of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team said: “Kulsuma suffered a brutal attack in broad daylight whilst her baby son was in his pram.

“Masum carried out the murder then calmly walked away as if nothing had happened. He left the scene and made his way out of the city to try and escape justice.

“A nationwide manhunt for Masum was launched, and he was subsequently arrested and charged with Kulsuma’s murder.

“Kulsuma’s family have been left absolutely devastated by her death, I hope today’s conviction will bring them a sense of justice in knowing that the man responsible for her death has been found guilty.”

Ivorian illegal on trial in France after 10-year-old boy sent to strangers by African mother to be ‘reeducated’ died from brutal belt beating

A 10-year-old boy died in France after being sent by his African mother to live with strangers in a bid to be “reeducated,” only to be fatally beaten with a belt.

The man accused of delivering the blows, a 40-year-old Ivorian national named Gouassouh who was living in France illegally, is now standing trial at the Seine-et-Marne Assize Court in Melun for “violence resulting in death without intent” on a minor by a person in authority. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison.

As reported by Le Parisien, the boy, Aboubakar, had been living with his parents in Bondy, Seine-Saint-Denis. Concerned that he was becoming involved in drug-related activity, his mother decided to remove him from the environment and sent him to stay with a couple in Saint-Germain-Laval, over 100 kilometers away. The couple were not family members, although during the investigation, the mother falsely claimed they were Aboubakar’s uncle and aunt. She reportedly instructed them not to hesitate to physically punish her son if necessary.

Gouassouh, the man now on trial, had been living with the couple since 2012. He has no legal immigration status, no income, and no job. The presiding judge, Charles-Andor Fogarassy, expressed incredulity at the defendant’s situation, remarking: “You are welcomed by a family you vaguely know… You don’t work, you don’t have resources, you don’t have a diploma, and you’re in an irregular situation.”

Aboubakar arrived at the house on Aug. 30, 2017. On the first day of school, he reportedly told false stories about filming rap videos, dealing drugs, and engaging in sexual activity. His schoolteacher later confirmed that none of these claims were credible. Nevertheless, the adults convened a “family council,” including the boy’s mother by phone, and decided he would be punished. Initially, he was forced to bend and kneel. When the behavior continued the next day, Gouassouh took him to a garage while the couple were out shopping and beat him with a belt. He later admitted to hitting the child “from the shoulders to the ankles, always from the back.”

The abuse continued. On Sept. 6, 2017, the boy reportedly began banging his head in the bathroom. Gouassouh said he tried to soothe him with cream and gave him paracetamol, but the boy became unresponsive. The couple and Gouassouh rushed him to a hospital in Montereau-Fault-Yonne, where he was pronounced dead less than an hour after admission.

An autopsy revealed extensive bruising up to 25 centimeters in size. The belt used in the beating was allegedly thrown away and never recovered.

During the trial, Gouassouh’s defense attorney, Romuald Sayagh, requested further documentation, including the criminal records of Aboubakar’s biological parents, implying that others may have shared responsibility for the child’s fate.

Gouassouh was released during initial police investigations into the boy’s death, but has since spent a year in pre-trial detention.

The trial is expected to conclude on Friday.

Migrant drugs gang in Sweden ‘act as Iranian operatives’

Screengrab youtube

Notorious Swedish migrant drugs gang Foxtrot has been looking for drone pilots for missions in Sweden, Denmark and Germany at the behest of the Iranian regime, Swedish media reported.

According to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, local police had information that the Foxtrot network has been actively seeking out recruits via encrypted chats.

Those who did not want to be involved were said to have been threatened and also told they would be seen as enemies of gang leader Rawa Majid, public broadcaster SVT reported.

A series by the broadcaster connected at least seven completed and planned acts against Israeli interests in Sweden, Denmark and Belgium to the Foxtrot network.

Sources from within Foxtrot stated that Majid, through his network, had carried out acts against the Iranian regime’s enemies in return for being allowed to stay in Iran.

The Foxtrot Network has been described as a transnational criminal organisation primarily based in Sweden, known for trafficking illicit drugs and carrying out violent attacks. The gang has been involved in various criminal activities, including shootings, contract killings and assaults.

Majid, the Kurdish leader, has been a fugitive and is known to have co-operated with the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).

It was already suspected Foxtrot worked with Iranian intelligence in attacks on Israeli embassies and Jewish targets in light of the war in Gaza.

Now it was thought the Foxtrot network was again working with Iranian intelligence to strike US and Israeli/Jewish targets.

On June 24, the US Embassy in Sweden issued security alert over threat of Iran-backed gang attacks, fearing reprisal attacks over the recent US bombing of its nuclear sites.

“Swedish media reports that Iran may be pressuring local criminal gangs, including the Foxtrot Network, to carry out attacks in Sweden against US and Israeli interests,” the notice said.

“US citizens in Sweden are advised to exercise increased caution and maintain awareness of their surroundings, particularly near the US Embassy.”

In late January 2024, there was an attempted terror attack on the Israeli embassy in Sweden, when an explosive device was found outside the Embassy in Stockholm. It was destroyed by the national bomb squad in a controlled detonation.

An investigation conducted by US newspaper Washington Post in September revealed that Iran had engaged at least five criminal organisations, including the Hells Angels, to execute attacks targeting dissidents, Jewish individuals and Israeli interests across the West.

Syrian Charged over ISIS Terror Plot to Attack Taylor Swift Vienna Concert

Wikimedia Commons , UltimateWarrior13, CC-BY-SA-4.0

A Syrian national identified only as Mohamed A has been charged by German authorities with supporting a foreign terror group over a foiled plot to attack a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna last August.

The BBC reports the accused, who is described as a juvenile, is alleged to be a follower of the ideology of jihadist terrorists Islamic State (ISIS) and is also accused of helping another suspect to prepare the terror attack.

He is not in custody, prosecutors said. The court must now decide whether to bring the case to trial and when.

According to a statement from the prosecutor general seen by Reuters on Friday, Mohamed A allegedly assisted the would-be attacker by translating Arabic bomb-building instructions and facilitating online contact with a member of the ISIS.

“Mohammad A has adhered to the ideology of the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) since April 2024 at the latest,” the statement said.

As Breitbart News reported, Taylor Swift’s management canceled three sold-out gigs on the eve of the first show at Vienna’s Ernst Happel Stadium last year, disappointing tens of thousands of fans during her Eras Tour.

Authorities arrested several suspects at the time saying they appeared to have been inspired by terrorist outfits ISIS and al-Qaeda.

Event organizer Barracuda Music said in a post on its Instagram channel “we have no choice but to cancel the three scheduled shows for everyone’s safety.” It cited government officials’ “confirmation” of a planned attack at the stadium.

Austria’s coalition government earlier this month agreed on a plan to enable police to monitor suspects’ secure messaging in order to thwart militant attacks, ending what security officials have said is a rare and dangerous security blind spot.

In 2017, an attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killed 22 people.

Suicide bomber Salman Abedi set up a knapsack bomb in Manchester Arena at the end of Grande’s concert as thousands of young fans were leaving. More than 100 people were injured. Terrorist Abedi died in the explosion.

An official inquiry reported last year that Britain’s domestic intelligence agency, MI5, didn’t act swiftly enough on key information and missed a significant opportunity to prevent the bombing, the deadliest extremist attack in the U.K. in recent years, AP reported.

Berlin University Hospital Silent on Islamic Segregation

The Charité Hospital in Neuköllln, Berlin
By Neuköllner – Own work, CC BY 4.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=164770015

A prominent Berlin university hospital is under fire after a Muslim student group hosted gender-segregated events on its campus, raising fresh concerns over growing tolerance for illiberal practices at German universities. The events, which took place at the prestigious university hospital Charité, involved a Muslim student group called Medislam Collective. Men were seated on one side of the room, and women on the other—without exceptions. Meanwhile, the university has remained silent.

Neither the Islamic group nor the administration of Charité has been willing to clarify whether the segregation is a matter of free choice or an imposed rule. While similar practices at other German universities have at times been described by organisers as “spontaneous” or “voluntary,” the silence of Charité could be interpreted as a tacit form of approval.

This is not the first time something like this has happened in Germany. In early May, the University of Kiel hosted a controversial “Islam Week,” also organized by a Muslim student group. According to witnesses, men and women were required to use different entrances and sit separately, with women relegated to the back rows of the auditorium. Antisemitic stickers were also spotted, and a speaker with links to Salafism took part in the event. Public outrage was widespread, but official action came late. Only after political pressure, particularly from the CDU and the FDP, was it announced that the regional parliament’s education committee would discuss the case on July 10.

Meanwhile, in Berlin, the Medislam Collective continues to promote openly segregationist activities. In June, for instance, they organized an ‘Activity Day for Brothers’ with sports and a picnic. In another social media post, only women were invited to an Islamic calligraphy workshop. In November, they held an event titled ‘Run for Gaza,’” the proceeds of which were meant to go to Asunya, an organization that claims to provide humanitarian aid to Gaza. The event included a speech by influencer Abed Hassan, known for publicly downplaying the atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7, 2023, calling them “unproven.” Once again, Charité refused to answer journalists’ questions.

This situation has raised concerns about a possible double standard. The rectorate of Kiel stated that it “clearly distances itself from any content contrary to the values of the university.” However, in reality, such statements fall short. As politician Wolfgang Bosbach warned, one cannot “promote extremism under the umbrella of religious freedom.”

UK: MP Rupert Lowe had his 17-year-old suffering dog shot so it could be put out of its misery, causing pro-abortion leftists to flip out

MP Rupert Lowe Screengrab youtube

On June 20, the UK Parliament voted to legalize assisted suicide. Over 300 amendments and safeguards to Labour MP Kim Leadbeater’s bill were rejected.

The bill passed over the objections of a staggering array of opponents, from former prime ministers to the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Even high-profile interventions from top medical authorities did not stop the bill. Despite losing scores of votes on third reading, it retained enough support to head to the House of Lords.

It was the second death vote in a week. On June 17, the UK Parliament voted to decriminalize abortion until birth. On Tuesday, the young. On Friday, the vulnerable and the elderly. The former received less than an hour of debate.

On June 22, a debate broke out over euthanasia. Furious discussions on television ensued, and social media feeds were filled with angry comments; but not because the House of Commons had just legalized butchering babies or euthanizing the elderly. Instead, it was because independent Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe, in a revelation that apparently constitutes news, had his 17-year-old suffering dog shot so that he could be put out of his misery.

My first thought upon seeing this genuinely frivolous debate is that anyone professing shock or outrage by this banal fact has clearly been carefully insulated from the basic facts of life for a very, very long time. Anyone who lives in the country knows that sometimes animals need to be put down, and that there is no more humane way to do so than instant death by gunshot. The idea that it is necessary to spend exorbitant amounts of money at the vet is ridiculous and indicative of an urban cocoon.

Lowe himself appeared boggled that his very ordinary act had turned into a story. “How is this news?” he wrote on X. “No apologies from me. I’d do the exact same tomorrow if required. I am a farmer. This happens on a farm. I wouldn’t expect Londoners who trap their dogs in a tiny flat for 12 hours a day to understand. They know nothing about life outside the M25, let alone what actually happens on a working farm.”

But the debate, one TV host noted, went on for an entire week — the same week in which Parliament had approved butchering full-term babies in the womb and putting down the vulnerable.

The contrast between MPs professing to be horrified at the specter of an ancient suffering dog being put out of his misery while cheering brutality against the human helpless is a grim but perfect microcosm of what that once great country has been reduced to.

As Mary Harrington put it: “the broadly Christian anthropology that, for a long time, underpinned and guided England’s common political life is now simply gone. It feels a bit like that weird interlude after a tooth extraction, when you can’t stop nudging at the gap with your tongue.” The United Kingdom is a different country today than it was last month, she argues, adding:

It felt like a metaphysical attack because it was a metaphysical attack. The passing of these two policies of death signals England’s definitive institutional transition to a worldview other than Christianity: one for which perhaps the politest and least denunciatory term we could use is ‘extremist bio-libertarianism.’ It’s a worldview that rejects out of hand the idea that anything about our embodied life as human beings should be regarded as given, from our form, our development, our natural history, or our relations to others. For bio-libertarians, every means possible should be used, whether financial, political, judicial, or technological, to liberate us from anything that might be experienced, residually, as beyond our individual choice and control.

Harrington is right. In a country where dismembering babies who can survive outside the womb gets less than an hour of parliamentary debate, the death of an old farm dog can still trigger outrage. Shooting a dog is horrifying; putting down grandma like a household pet is, apparently, not.

UK: Pro-Palestine protester sparks two-tier policing row after dressing up as Holocaust victim

Gallastegui replaced the Jewish star, worn by inmates in Nazi Germany during the 1930’s and 40’s, with an Islamic symbol GB NEWS

A Palestine protester who dressed up as a Holocaust victim has sparked further claims of two-tier policing in Britain.

Maria Gallastegui, 66, replaced the Jewish star, worn by inmates in Nazi Germany during the 1930s and 1940s, with an Islamic symbol, in what critics claimed was a “religiously aggravated” attack.

Scotland Yard were accused of ignoring the protester after Jewish leaders and MPs condemned him for wearing the outfit that was “clearly designed to cause distress”.

Faith leaders highlighted a contrast between the police’s treatment towards Gallastegui and men “waving Israeli flags” at a Palestine Action march.

Other critics called for a similar prosecution and fines to those imposed on Hamit Coskun, who was found guilty of a religiously aggravated public order offence after he burned a Koran outside the Turkish consulate in London.

The now full-time protester joined a march against plans to ban the group Palestine Action after its members vandalised an RAF aircraft with paint.

Gallastegui, who gave up her job as a coach driver nearly 20 years ago for a life of activism, has been arrested previously over the past two decades, including during a protest for the right to protest in Parliament Square in August 2005.

Defenders of free speech have also highlighted the alleged hypocrisy in decisions made by the police regarding Islamic protestors in comparison to other religions.

Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick said: “We appear to have a two-tier blasphemy law in this country, which protects Islam from offensive references, but not others.”

Alex Hearn, of Labour Against Antisemitism (LAAS), added: “Dressing as a concentration camp inmate, with the yellow patch replaced by an Islamic symbol, has caused many people upset.

“This religiously aggravated performance appropriated and distorted the Holocaust and was clearly designed to cause distress. It’s shocking that while police act swiftly on less obvious public offences, this blatant display went unchallenged at the heart of our democracy.”

The group has sent a letter to the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, requesting that he begin an investigation into the incident.

The LAAS argued that the religiously aggravated offence had “appropriated and distorted the Holocaust” and risked “trivialising the suffering of six million Jews and other victims of Nazi persecution”.

Gallastegui was pictured carrying a placard that said: “We are all Palestine Action,” which could lead to 14 years imprisonment if the group becomes proscribed.

One Jewish observer told the Telegraph: “One cannot help but conclude that if the police do not stand with us against this hatred, then they stand with those who hate us. There is no middle ground when it comes to abusing the memory of the Holocaust. It is done as a deliberate act of provocation and religious division.”

Gallastegui has since issued a statement comparing the horrors of the holocaust to the Israeli strikes on Gaza and strongly denied that her outfit was antisemitic.

Referring to the Liberation of concentration camps following the Second World War, the activist wrote: “The world was shocked and horrified at the appalling sight of the starving, emaciated prisoners and the piles of decaying bodies in their stripped uniforms.”

“Afterwards, the international community affirmed never to let this happen again. ‘Never Again’. Fast forward to now, and the same scenario is being carried out again – but this time the concentration camp and the people being deliberately starved are the people of Gaza.

“This is a history lesson for now, and by no means is it meant to be antisemitic. Changing the symbols of the yellow star to the crescent and star is simply to illustrate that point.”

A Met Police spokesperson said: “The team that investigates public order offences was made aware of this individual following Monday’s protest and an investigation is ongoing.

“Officers were informed of the incident outside Parliament but the individual had left the area by that time.

“Our investigation continues.”

European wimps want Israel to do the dirty work so they can then blame it

Iranian airports attacked by Israel IDF Spokesperson

by Giulio Meotti

While American B-2s were dropping fourteen-ton super bombs on the Iranian nuclear facilities, on magnificent Lake Geneva there was a meeting between the foreign ministers of France, Germany, England and Iran. Also present was Kaja Kallas, the high representative of EU foreign policy and the only woman there. The Iranian foreign minister, Abbas Araghachi, did not shake her hand.

No European diplomat seemed upset. Remember when Erdogan left President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Leyen without a chair and former president Charles Michel shrugged? And Ursula, without a chair, muttered: “It’s regrettable, but I chose not to make the situation worse”.

A few hours later, the British foreign minister, David Lemmy of the Labour Party, addressed Iran in this way: “We did not participate in the attacks (by Israel and America).”

In other words, we British ostriches have nothing to do with it.

When Trump took out Iranian general Soleimani, German foreign minister Heiko Maas was quick to distance himself from the raid (“it will not help reduce tensions”) and to point out that “as Europeans, we have reliable channels of dialogue with both sides”.

In mid-June, Israeli forces launched an unprecedented offensive against Iran, targeting military and nuclear infrastructure. The message from Jerusalem was unmistakable: Israeli deterrence is real and not subject to diplomatic concessions from anyone.

The European Union issued ritual calls for “moderation on all sides”, carefully avoiding any statement that might offend Tehran, always expecting the liquidation of the Iranian nuclear threat to be carried out by others.

The exasperating European inertia is the result of impotence, which in turn is the result of a great misunderstanding that grew in the shadow of US military and political tutelage, progressively eroded since 1989 and now openly under discussion.

If Israeli pilots hadn’t bombed Iran’s nuclear project, who else would have? The RAF? The French? The Germans? After all these years and all these “talks,” the only country that finally intervened was the one with the most at stake: the one that Ayatollah Khamenei and his predecessors always said they wanted to annihilate like a “tumor.”

Israel acts because it must, because its survival demands it and as Melanie Phillips wrote, it has become the moral compass of the free world. America acts from principle because Trump wants to protect Western ideals. And he has secured his place in history, as has Benjamin Netanyahu. Europe doesn’t act because it no longer knows what it stands for.

And the implications are clear.

Some European leaders have “Das Houellebecq-Problem”, as Die Welt calls it: Emmanuel Macron is siding with the Islamists and against the Jews because of “French demographic dynamics,” not to mention the trade surplus with Iran.

“Recognize the Palestinian state to appease French Muslims”: this is the recommendation contained in a dossier from the Ministry of the Interior in Paris.

Clear?

It’s not about Gaza, it’s about us, in Europel

Along the corridors of the Paris Air Show, the French air show, the stands of Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael, Uvision, Elbit and Aeronautics were fenced off with two-meter-high fences covered in black cloth, preventing access (and even a view) of the Israeli stands, at the same time that the Israeli air force was bombing Iranian atomic sites.

Brilliant, these French.

Those black panels reminded me of others.

The ones used by the Italian government to cover the statues of the Capitoline nudes in Rome during the visit of Iranian President Hassan Rohani. At the time, in Le Figaro, I called it “the little Italy that submits to Iran”.

In 1976, Saddam Hussein’s Iraq purchased a nuclear reactor from France. While Iraq and France claimed that the reactor, called “Osirak” by the French, was intended for “peaceful scientific research”, Israel rightly saw it differently and destroyed the reactor in 1981. Thank God.

European dhimmitude was also atomic.

From Swiss President Alain Berset to German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, European chancelleries specialize in congratulatory telegrams for the anniversary of the Islamic Republic.

In the European squares these days there is not a single demonstration for Israel or even one from the Iranian diaspora: only Islamic flags and slogans of submission. And Israeli flags are burned, in Italy, not in Tehran.

In what imaginary world do Europe’s statesmen live – under the blackmail of multiculturalism, fear of their own shadows and their own cultural cowardice?
