France: Towards a Year of Uncertainty?

It is still too early to decide how French President Emmanuel Macron might be remembered by history. But one distinction he is unlikely to win is that of “master of timing.” Yet his entourage claims that his decision to call an early general election was a master stroke in good timing.

This is how the argument goes:

With the ultra-right National Rally topping the polls in the European Parliament election earlier this month, Macron saw the danger that it would also win the next presidential election in 2027. So he decided to bring the parliamentary election forward so that the ultra-right’s youthful standard-bearer Jordan Bardella would get the premiership and more than two years in which to be exposed as a disagreeable and incompetent figure, thus allowing Macronists to keep the presidency with a new candidate of their own.

But what if things don’t happen the way Macron the super-strategist fantasized?

In the European election, Bardella’s list won what many see as a “stunning victory” with over 31 percent of the votes and 30 of the 81 French seats in the European Parliament.

Macron’s coalition received only 14.6 percent of the vote, translated into 13 seats. A normal reaction would have come in the form of “too bad, but so what?”

European Parliament elections have never been part of the mainstream of the French political process. These elections are held on a single-round proportional representation basis, which magnifies the rewards.

Held under a different electoral system, parliamentary elections in France do not mirror Euro-elections.

Here, a two-round voting system means 577 separate constituency elections affected by a variety of factors beyond a straight ideological duel.

To win a majority and thus get to name a prime minister, a party or coalition of parties must win at least 289 seats.

No party or coalition of parties has won that many seats in the first round of any parliamentary election in France.

That means you need coalition partners to secure a majority in the second round. Without that, the votes you get in the first round are simply wasted ballots.

Throughout the Fifth Republic, that is to say, since 1958, the system has favored the non-ideological “parties of government”, that is to say, groups that simply wished to govern rather than impose what the French call a “projet de société”

Gaullists and their centrist allies along with Social Democrats and radical party associates were the main beneficiaries of the system, while the ultra-right National Front, now renamed National Rally, and Communists were the losers.

In the 1969 presidential election, the Communist candidate Jacques Duclos won almost 22 percent of the votes. But the party’s share of parliamentary seats seldom rose above five percent.

In the 2002 presidential election, National Front founder Jean-Marie Le Pen won almost 18 percent of the votes. But in the following parliamentary election, his party ended up with only two seats.

His daughter and successor as party leader, Marine Le Pen, steadily increased the party’s share of votes in presidential and European elections, but it was not until 2022 that the National Rally won 89 seats in the National Assembly, still far from the 289 majority needed to get a majority.

Can Bardella increase the 31 percent he has won in European elections to the 51 percent he needs to cohabit as prime minister with Macron?

Most bet that he can. I am not so sure.

Bardella himself says he won’t accept the premiership unless he gets the magical 289 seats.

If we add the 5.3 percent won by the now vanishing Reconquest Party, Bardella would still remain below 40 percent. Supposing he gets a further 4 percent from the badly split Republican Party’s 7.3 percent share in the European vote, he would still not reach the 51 percent needed to win in 289 constituencies.

All that however is mathematical rather than political reasoning.

In the first round of the European elections, the Bradella-Le Pen party never broke the 51 percent glass wall in any constituency. Thus, the fight will have to take place in 577 constituencies, many of which are held by well-entrenched old Gaullist, Socialist, and Communist barons who may not be easy to dislodge.

The creation of a new left coalition named the New Popular Font, after the 1936 coalition of French Communists and Social Democrats, this time also including the environmentalists, makes Bardella’s task more complicated.

Both the National Rally and the New Popular Front get much of their votes from the working-class electorate. This makes it difficult to guess how that electorate might split in the second round of voting if a National Rally candidate faces a New Popular Front adversary.

Waving the Palestinian flag and adopting an anti-Israel posture, the New Popular Front also heavily depends on Muslim voters, who may not choose the anti-Muslim National Rally over Macronists in the second round.

Couldn’t Macron woo those voters in the second round by anti-Israel gesticulations?

Anticipating that, Macron has already excluded 74 Israeli firms from the annual Eurosatory defense industry trade fair held near Versailles. He has also hinted at a formal recognition of a putative “State of Palestine.”

Projections are that in at least 100 constituencies, a second round would pit either a Macronist or a Popular Front candidate against a National Rally one. Will Macronists not try to make a deal with the Popular Front to defeat the National Rally?

The New Popular Front is already split over whom to suggest as prime minister, and its chances of winning a majority of seats are already smaller than that of either the National Rally or the Macronist coalition.

In a further 80 constituencies, the National Rally candidate may face a Popular Front challenger in the second round. Will Bradella’s dyed-in-wool anti-left voters not see Macronists as the lesser evil?

The smaller parties, including most of Les Republicains may also prefer either a Macronist or a Popular Fronter to a Le Penist whom they have designated as “the enemy” for decades.

If Macron’s calculation was to bring Bardella into the tent to destroy his political future, he may end up with a big disappointment.

The election he unnecessarily provoked could produce a hung parliament in which no party has a majority.

That could make France ungovernable for at least a year, as the president cannot dissolve the parliament within a year of a previous dissolution. Macron could be hoisted by his petard.

France is the only European Union nation with a system in which the president has virtually unlimited powers when he enjoys a majority in the National Assembly. With that, the president can play polo or even politics, but certainly not poker as Macron has done.

Without that, the French presidency isn’t worth a bucket of lukewarm spit, as President Harry Truman defined vice presidency in the United States.

“Young people” shout Allahu Akbar during church service in a German church

Caliphate goes church: an incident has disturbed churchgoers and the parish priest in the Bavarian town of Donauwörth. During mass, “young people” had shouted their cheerful “Allahu Akbar” loudly at the terrified infidels. The priest of the Catholic church, which is oh so liberal in every respect, then called in the police.

Oops, what a shocking moment it was on Saturday in the eve of mass at the Catholic parish church of St John the Baptist in Rain near Donauwörth (photo), when Islam briefly revealed its very disturbing side. The parish priest, Jörg Biercher, was celebrating the service when he made an observation from the chancel that the Catholic staff considered very strange and therefore a disturbance of religious practice.

For, as the far-left agitating Augsburger Allgemeine reported from behind the Pay Wall, two presumably Muslim youths sounded the battle cry of Islam, the heart-rending “Allahu Akbar”, across the infidels’ Obviously not entirely convinced of the alleged peacefulness of Islam, which is also supposed to be a religion of peace, both the worshippers and the priest were “disturbed”, as the newspaper AZ reported. So disturbed, in fact, that Mr Biercher called in the police.

In the comments forum, however, people are certain that this can only be an overreaction on the part of the priest and is due to the “first moment of shock”.

If the Muslim mass migration continues at this rapid pace – and everything indicates that it will – such “incidents” will soon also be part of Germany and could give the one or other do-gooder a “moment of shock”.

France: Intruder in church shouts Allahu Akbar and beats worshippers

On Saturday June 22, at around 7pm, a very drunk man was sleeping in Notre-Dame Cathedral in Bourg-en-Bresse, where early Sunday mass was being celebrated.

The man, a homeless man, was woken by the arrival of the worshippers and is said to have started shouting, among other things, that this was “not his religion”. He is also said to have shouted “Allah akbar” several times.

A member of the congregation tried to bring him to his senses and asked him to leave. However, she is said to have been slapped in the face and fell to the ground. The staggering homeless man is said to have stepped on her foot. On the forecourt of the church, he is said to have brutally beaten her again. The man was arrested by the city police before being handed over to the state police.

He was taken into police custody for “glorification of terrorism” and “serious violence”. The victim announced that, like the priest, he intended to press charges. Le Progrès

J.K. Rowling Says Left-Wing Labour Party ‘Abandoned Women’

The left-wing Labour Party has “abandoned” women to appease its increasingly woke base on the issue of transgenderism, Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling said.

Rowling, previously a darling of the liberal left for her success as an author and leading feminist voice, suggested that even though she would like to see the Tories lose at the July 4th general election, she cannot support a Labour Party that goes against women’s rights.

Rowling wrote in The Times: “I’ve been a Labour voter, a member (no longer), donor (not recently) and campaigner (ditto) all my adult life. I want to see an end to this long stretch of chaotic and often calamitous Tory rule. I want to want to vote Labour.”

However, she said that “as long as Labour remains dismissive and often offensive towards women fighting to retain the rights their foremothers thought were won for all time, I’ll struggle to support them,” she said.

“The women who wouldn’t wheesht [be quiet] didn’t leave Labour. Labour abandoned them.”

The Harry Potter author cited recent comments from Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer during an appearance this week on BBC’s Question Time, in which an audience member pressed the frontrunner to become the next prime minister whether or not he still believed that Labour MP Rosie Duffield was wrong to say that only women can have services, which Starmer previously described as a “toxic” position to state.

Duffield, like Rowling, has largely been ostracised since and has claimed to need security guards to protect her from potential violence from far-left transgenderism advocates.

In response o the audience question on Thursday, he said: “I agree with what Tony Blair said the other day in relation to men having penises and women having vaginas on the biology, that doesn’t help on the gender. There are some people who don’t identify with the gender that they’re born into um and they go through a lot of anxiety and distress and my view in life is to is to respect and give dignity to everyone.”

The Labour leader had previously come under criticism for being unable to say whether women could have penises or not, though he later admitted that women are “adult females“.

Responding to the Labour leader’s latest stance on the issue, Rowling said: “The impression given by Starmer at Thursday’s debate was that there had been something unkind, something toxic, something hard line in Rosie’s words, even though almost identical words had sounded perfectly reasonable when spoken by Tony Blair.”

“For left-leaning women like us this isn’t, and never has been, about trans people enjoying the rights of every other citizen and being free to present and identify however they wish.

“This is about the right of women and girls to assert their boundaries. It’s about freedom of speech and observable truth.”

Starmer attempted to defend himself from the critiques from Rowling, saying on Saturday: “I’m really proud of the long history of the Labour Party in making real progress on women’s rights, passing landmark legislation that has changed millions of lives.

“I’m also determined that one of the changes that we will bring about if we win the election is a reset of politics, to make sure that as we make progress, we do it in a context that brings people together, and all dialogue, all debate, is always done with respect for the views of everybody involved in those progress and in that discussion.”

Teens charged in France for allegedly planning to attack Jewish targets

French prosecutors have charged a 19-year-old man and a youth in the Paris region with planning a “terrorist” attack on Jewish targets, a judicial source told AFP on Friday. 

While no details on the pair have been released, French anti-terrorist investigators have expressed increased concern over the young age of some suspects detained in recent months for planning militant attacks.

The 19-year-old has been charged with “terrorist conspiracy” to commit attacks and the “acquisition and possession of arms for a terrorist enterprise,” said the judicial source, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The youth aged under 18 was detained on June 13, the source said.

The pair made contact on social media and were planning a “a violent action notably aiming at Jewish targets,” said the source without giving details on the plot. 

Anti-terrorism investigators say a growing number of youths have been held in recent months for preparing attacks.

“This is a necessarily worrying phenomenon,” senior anti-terrorist prosecutor Olivier Christen said at an evidentiary hearing on Wednesday.

French politicians have also condemned a growing number of attacks on the country’s Jewish community, the biggest outside Israel and the United States.

Outrage has been expressed over the rape of a 12-year-old Jewish girl in a park in the Paris suburbs last Saturday. Two 13-year-old boys have been charged with rape and making anti-Semetic insults.

Several protest rallies have been held in Paris and other French cities over the case which comes as France prepares for a national election in which the far-right National Rally party is tipped to make major gains.

Indian man accuses hospital of getting his sex-change surgery done without his knowledge, hospital releases video of him consenting to the procedure

A strange case of sex-change surgery has come to light in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. A person named Mujahid has accused another person named Omprakash of coercing him to visit a hospital, where Dr. Farooqui allegedly removed his genitals as part of sex-change surgery. However, the hospital released a video where Mujahid could be seen giving his consent for the surgery.

After getting information about the allegations by Mujahid, members of the ‘Bharatiya Kisan Union’ came out in support of Mujahid. They staged a protest on Wednesday (19th June) to demand action against Omprakash and Dr. Farooqui. However, the hospital released a video featuring Mujahid, where he expressed his desire to undergo the sex-change operation willingly and without coercion.

As per reports, the matter pertains to the Begrajpur Medical College. Mujahid alleged that Omprakash coaxed him into being admitted to the hospital, where Omprakash allegedly colluded with doctors to perform sex-change surgery on him. He also accused Omprakash of committing ‘indecent acts’ with him over several months.

After Mujahid made these allegations, the Medical College released a video in which he gave consent for the operation, asserting that he wanted to undergo sex-change surgery willingly. In the video, Mujahid stated that he desires to change his gender and has been informed about all the complications of the surgery. He also acknowledged that he understands that after this operation, he will not be the same as before.

Mujahid emphasized in the video statement that he was neither mentally ill nor under any duress, stressing that he chose to undergo the operation without any pressure.

In the video, Mujahid also states that he is undergoing the operation voluntarily, and in case of any incident during this time, neither the hospital, doctor, nurse nor anyone else will be held responsible. He asserts that he himself takes full responsibility.

Kirti Goswami, the CMS of the Medical College, stated that Mujahid had been visiting the plastic surgery department for one or two months. He underwent various tests and then chose to undergo the sex-change surgery on his own accord. Accordingly, Dr. Raza Farooqui of the hospital performed the sex-change surgery on Mujahid.

The Swedish Tragedy

For Westerners to denounce their own cultural inheritance became a provocative, embarrassing, and ill-conceived political ritual in the late twentieth century. A case in point is the Swedish social democrat Mona Sahlin.

A Western counterpart of anocratic movements from the Third World, e.g. the Institutional Revolutionary Party of Mexico, Sahlin’s democratic party has ruled Sweden for nearly a century on end. Without any substantial interference from the center-right opposition, it has had ample time to create a modern myth, which goes by the name “Folkhemmet” (i.e. the “People’s Home”), and effectively appropriates the state apparatus, educational institutions, and public news media. In addition, state subsidies have provided a reliable means of managing trends in cultural life. Instilling the tripartite idea of (a) social justice, (b) redistribution, and (c) social democratic government in the citizens, the party has achieved an ideological dominance comparable to that of the communist parties before the fall of the Berlin Wall. The former Prime Minister Olof Palme, if any single person, symbolized the arrogance of power; he took government for granted and loathed his political adversaries.

A rising star in the social democratic party, Sahlin accepted her first appointment as a minister in 1990. A series of scandals, however, suggesting a fearless person with an insatiable appetite for power and privilege, compelled her to leave office in 1995. She had not entirely run out of luck yet, though. In 1997, she was nominated as chairperson of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance. It must have looked as if she were born for that position, a person so perfectly void of judgment and fidelity. Then she became minister again in 1998. Finally, as the crowning glory of her career, she became party leader in 2007. Having nothing to show for it, given the traditional party expectation of infinite government, she resigned as leader in 2011.

A champion of the socialist cause, Sahlin would be expected, if only for ceremonial purposes, to show interest in the living conditions and expectations of ordinary workers. However, she left the impression of a shallow person whose sole purpose in life could have been her own narcissistic gratification. She did not foster any original thoughts on any subject. She had no depth of spirit. A genuine opportunist, she was prepared to adopt the hypocritical-fashionable, if also, at least occasionally, rather extreme, attitudes of her time. Whenever she appeared in public, she revealed an astonishing ignorance of — and indifference to — Swedish history. She made it obvious that she did not love her own country. Instead, she indulged in ridicule and depreciation of national rites, including Maypole.

Characteristically, Sahlin displayed a complementary fascination of foreign habits as if they represented a richer, worthier culture. They intrigued her. In short, she cultivated a romance of sorts: “Malignant exoticism” — a phenomenon implying more than an escapist interest in everything alien and mysterious, i.e. the additional willingness to sacrifice your own culture for another.

An opportunist, but not necessarily a coward, at heart, Sahlin consistently avoided criticizing the barbarism, including street and family violence, introduced to her home country as a way of life by non-Western immigrants. In a Europe tormented by terrorist actions, she similarly refused to acknowledge jihadist responsibility but turned the charge against the Europeans whom she blamed for “Islamophobia” and provoking hostility from extremist circles. So an opportunist, yes, but not without a cause: “The Fall of the West”.

Eventually, the self-willed socialist darling lost everything because of a behavior pattern raising the suspicion of unbridled narcissism (bordering on the antisocial). She acted as if the rules that governed the lives of everybody else in her social democratic society, i.e. the model “welfare state” par excellence, did not apply to her personally. Thus, she — the epitome of hypocrisy and falsehood — thought that she could get away with everything and (a) abuse her working-expense credit card, (b) ignore her parking tickets (altogether nineteen at the time), (c) hide parts of her salaries and exempt herself from income tax, refusing to pay some of the highest income taxes of the world, and (d) commit document forgery without penalty. Promoting the socialist cause of “redistribution,” income taxes in particular, but also taxes and charges in general, form the basis of the Scandinavian welfare state: The “millennial kingdom” of the social democratic party.

Hypocrisy on a grand scale pervades the social democratic movement. In October 2014, having formed his cabinet in the wake of the parliamentary election, former Prime Minister Stefan Löfven declared his government the “first feminist government” in the world. With a puffed-up sense of self fit for a Third-World head of government (bent on ruling indefinitely), he thought it would become a “global role model.” However, Sahlin’s feminist sisters showed their true colors in Teheran, February 2017. To the amazement of the world press, they were all seen wearing headscarves and accepting the denial of handshakes in front of the Iranian hosts — a sickening picture of submission!

In a display of privileged, drama-seeking egocentricity, Western feminists — seconded by equally aggressive “anti-racism” and “LGBT+” activists — may engage in furious attacks on alleged “inequality” and (white) “male privilege.” Fortunately, this belligerence in public debate — or even extended to public space as in connection with street protests — does not carry any particular risk. (By contrast, you literally risk your life by fighting for women’s rights in Afghanistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, etc.)

It is a foregone conclusion that nobody should seriously expect violent reprisals from the declared archenemy (i.e. the “white man”). In fact, from a security point of view, it is perfectly safe to proceed with increasingly fanciful accusations as they are in fashion these years. Hence, it does not require any real courage to speak up for “gender equality” in the West, if not so-called “equity.”

As indicated, the demand for “emancipation,” “liberation,” or whatever is exclusive. Far from expressing true sisterly solidarity, it is usually limited to “white women” who benefit from Western rule of law as long as they narrow the scope of their polemical interference to purely Western affairs. In reality, the feminists — Swedish or otherwise — do not have to move far away from the (safe spaces of) auditoriums, newsrooms, or cafes to see the true misery of this world for themselves.

As a rule, however, the same polemicists, who surpass each other in accusations against the “straw man” of white maleness, are reluctant to interfere publicly in the living conditions of their veiled sisters. They simply dare not condemn the enslavement of women in the suburban enclaves because interference is associated with, not only accusations of “bigotry,” “racism,” and “intolerance” (i.e. the standard heresy of today, preceding “cancellation,” “peaching”, and other social sanctions), but also an imminent, credible risk of violence.

Sweden, the self-perceived role model of social engineering, is disintegrating. The experiment failed. “Demography is destiny.” Now, demographic changes are taking their toll. It is for all to see.

Sweden is not Sweden any longer. The Swedish people have primarily their elected rulers to blame. Swedish streets belong to immigrant gangs. Hence, Swedish women are losing their personal freedom in public space; they cannot move freely for fear of faith-based molestation (e.g. catcalling, groping, and rape), considered second-rank persons as both women and infidels.

Robbery, homicide, and gang rape are skyrocketing. Leading to unsuspecting victims, the use of automatic weapons and grenades is now commonplace in the gang wars. Sweden is becoming the horror example of a homogenous, civilized, and peaceful society that collapses in the face of cultural-moral decadence, self-denial, and hostile mass immigration in conjunction. Division replaces social cohesion.

With cold contempt for Christianity, patriotism, and the plight of Swedish workers (i.e. the “deplorables” of Hillary Clinton), Sahlin and like-minded people from the political elite have staged the suicide of a nation.

Folkhemmet, the myth from the foundation of the welfare state, is irretrievably dead. Worse yet, Swedes have lost their only “home” in the world.

Poland’s new government slaps massive fine on hospital for refusing to perform abortion

The Polish government under Prime Minister Donald Tusk has imposed a hefty fine on a hospital in Pabianice near Łódź for refusing to perform an abortion. This fine marks the first such case since Poland’s anti-life government introduce a bill to weaken protections for unborn children.

During a press conference this week, Health Minister Izabela Leszczyna declared that the Pabianice Medical Centre was fined 550,000 zl. ($135,943 US) on June 17. According to the left-wing news site Notes From Poland., she added that audit proceedings on two other medical facilities were in the “final stages” and that they would most likely be punished as well,

Since the end of May this year, changes to regulations on the general conditions of healthcare service contracts materialized, obliging Polish hospitals who obtain public funds for obstetrics and gynecology to ensure that at least one doctor on staff can perform abortion-related procedures, on the pretext of saving the life of the mother. The government has implemented a contractual penalty of up to 2 percent of the contract’s value for each verified breach of its new requirements, and permits for partial or total termination of contracts without notice should medical centers fail to comply.

Poland’s Ministry of Health claimed that as some doctors relied too much on the conscience clause under Article 39 of the Doctor and Dentist Professions Act, women who qualified under the law to terminate the lives of their unborn babies could not do so.

However, Poland’s Ordo Iuris, a conservative legal group, pointed out that this recent anti-life regulation violates the 2010 Resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which stipulates that “no person, hospital or institution shall be coerced, held liable or discriminated against in any manner because of a refusal to perform, accommodate, assist or submit to an abortion, the performance of a human miscarriage, or euthanasia or any act which could cause the death of a human fetus or embryo, for any reason.”

Moreover, in its January 15, 1991 ruling (ref. U 8/90), the Polish Constitutional Court ruled that “freedom of conscience does not only mean the right to represent a certain worldview, but above all the right to act in accordance with one’s conscience, to be free from compulsion to act against one’s conscience.”

According to an article by Remix, Poland’s National Health Fund’s (NFZ) control department has been zealously organizing audits linked to abortion refusals under the aforementioned new pro-abortion requirement introduced by the current left-liberal government.

In October 2020, Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, the country’s highest court, decreed it was unconstitutional for women to opt for abortions in the case of fetal abnormalities, declaring that aborting babies with fetal abnormalities amounted to “eugenic practices.”

As per Ordo Iuris, apart from violating the Polish Constitution in terms of ensuring “freedom of conscience,” the recent government regulations to liberalize abortion laws threaten hospitals that refuse to perform abortions with a withdrawal of funds, thus driving pro-life doctors into a corner. This is because doctors who opt to preserve the lives of unborn children would face government reprisals in the form of financial penalties for the medical facilities where they work, eventually impacting the availability of health services for patients in need.

Evidently, the Tusk government, pursuing its anti-life ideologies, has stooped so low as to threaten to deny healthcare facilities funds to serve the very patients for whom these anti-life politicians allege to advocate.

Additionally, the leftist lie claiming that pro-life advocates endanger the lives of mothers in need of medical attention to save the lives of unborn babies must be repeatedly debunked and exposed.

As Ordo Iuris noted:

It is unjustified to use the term “abortion” in relation to medical management of very difficult clinical situations, which in Poland have been the cause of death of several mothers. The term is used consciously in public debate as a means of achieving political and ideological goals. In obstetrics, during complications of pregnancy or childbirth, a child sometimes dies amid procedures undertaken to save the mother. This is not an abortion, as such medical interventions are not intended to take the child’s life. Such practices therefore do not fall within the legal and medical realm of abortion. They are undertaken to save the endangered life of the mother and belong to the realm of medical necessity. The death of the child, if it occurs, is unintentional. Abortion is defined in reputable dictionaries as a procedure aimed at terminating a pregnancy at an early stage to prevent the birth of a living child. It is therefore inherently directed against the life of the child and is intended to kill [him or her], which is not the reality in cases of necessary medical measures performed to save the life of the pregnant woman.

Professor Bogdan Chazan, a gynecologist and obstetrician as well as the medical director of MaterCare International and Vice-President of the European Federation of Catholic Physicians Associations (FEAMC), referenced the Dublin Declaration to refute the false dichotomy between saving the life of a woman and killing her unborn child:

The Dublin Declaration states that the purposeful destruction of the unborn child is not medically necessary to save the life of a woman. There is a fundamental difference between abortion and medically necessary treatment to save the mother’s life, even if such treatments result in the unintentional death of the child. In no way does putting a ban on abortion affect the ability to provide health care to pregnant women.

Under Poland’s current law, abortion is only permitted if the mother’s health or life is threatened by her unborn child or in cases of rape.

While Biden unleashes another illegal alien amnesty, the invaders he’s freeing keep murdering Americans.

A migrant from El Salvador has been busted for the brutal 2023 rape and murder of mom of five Rachel Morin on a Maryland hiking trail, cops said.

Martinez-Hernandez was in the US for six months before he allegedly targeted Morin while she was walking alone on the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in Bel Air.

Her naked body suffered such severe trauma that family said it looked as though “her head had been smashed in with a rock.”

About a month after the killing, police matched Martinez-Hernandez’s DNA to a sample recovered at the scene of a home invasion and assault of a young girl in Los Angeles.

And now this week.

Police in Houston have arrested two migrants from Venezuela for the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was lured away from home, then strangled and dumped in a bayou.

One of the suspects crossed the border illegally less than a month before the shocking murder, and was released into the US after claiming he feared for his life if he was sent back to his home country, sources told The Post.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, were charged Thursday with capital murder.

Remember that Biden’s commitment to open borders was such that he has sued every state that attempted to stop the tide of invaders, refused to make any meaningful increase in the number of detainees, and has continued sending invaders across the country with nothing more than a rubber stamp.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sources said Pena Ramos crossed into El Paso, Texas, on May 28. He was released soon after his interaction with border agents.

He told authorities that he planned to live with his cousin in Houston until his court appearance in July, sources said.

Agents put a GPS tracker on Pena Ramos, which was only set to monitor his location for 21 days, sources said.

Americans are being murdered by Biden’s open border invaders. And it’s getting worse.
