24 Women Drop Out of Australian Football Division After FIVE Trans-Identified Males Dominate Women’s League, Leave Female Players Injured

Recent landslide victories secured by a women’s football team with five trans-identified male players have sparked controversy, leading one club manager to reveal that at least 20 female players have excluded themselves from the sport in recent weeks in order to avoid competing against the men.

Frank Parisi, president of St. Patrick’s Football Club, spoke with Reduxx and revealed a range of problems that had arisen as a result of men playing in women’s football matches, as well as an incident in which a female player’s leg was broken in two places.

The Flying Bats Football Club in North West Sydney, Australia, has on its team five males who identify as transgender. The team was awarded a $1,000 prize after winning the North West Sydney League pre-season Beryl Ackroyd Cup on March 24, following a season of winning every game they played in the Women’s Premier League matches, 10-0.

As previously revealed by Reduxx, one of the five men on the women’s football team is trans activist Riley Dennis, who was previously accused of severely injuring women while participating on another women’s team. However, the problems created by the male players on The Flying Bats team aren’t limited to safety risks and fair sport for women. Female players have been self-excluding from the sport by the dozens, says Parisi, in order to avoid competing against the trans-identified men.

The information first came to light when an audio recording of Parisi speaking during a meeting on the evening of March 20 was leaked on social media.

The meeting, held at Christie Park, was organized by the Northwest Sydney Football Association in response to an informal discussion among football club presidents that had taken place three days prior. That initial gathering was convened on March 17 in order to address “concerns around how implausible it has become for any team to win against the Flying Bats as well as physical safety concerns.”

In the audio clip, Parisi can be heard describing an incident that took place “a couple of years” prior in which a female player was so severely injured by a trans-identified male player that she was no longer able to participate in the sport.

“A couple of year ago, one of the Flying Bats players broke one of our players’ legs in a game. It was a clumsy tackle from behind. Our player had her leg broken in two places and she’s no longer playing football. It was a direct result of a real bad, tall player… he didn’t get a red card. Accidents happen, but this could have been avoided,” Parisi said at the meeting.

“One of our players rushed over to try to help her, she was screaming in so much pain. At that time, she made a derogatory remark to the Bats player, which we apologized for. [She was] suspended. The Bats player, nothing happened to [him].” Parisi clarified that following this incident, the player was suspended from matches for a total of eight weeks.

Parisi further revealed that 24 women had recently withdrawn their registration with his football club as a “direct result” of the possibility of competing in a match against the males on the Flying Bats team. “They’ve all said to me, ‘Frank, we do not want to play against the Bats players.’ I’m going to say it straight, there’s men playing in a women’s competition. And that’s wrong.”

Speaking with Reduxx, the president of St. Patrick’s Football Club confirmed that the player who had broken the female player’s leg was a male playing on a Flying Bats team in the 2022 season, but was unable to provide the personal identities of those involved. He emphasized that the male player could not have been Dennis, despite his history of injuring female opponents, as at the time he had not yet transferred to the Flying Bats from Inter Lions, and that the injury occurred in a different division.

Parisi also explained that of the total of 24 women who deregistered from the St. Patrick’s Football Club within the past several weeks, at least 20 stated that they had done so in response to becoming aware that they would be expected to play against The Flying Bats’ male team members.

“There’s a massive impact. I’m a very small club, we’ve only got seven teams in my club, and now I’ve lost both my women’s teams, and it was a direct result of members of The Flying Bats who were male playing in a female competition,” Parisi told Reduxx, though emphasizing that he was hopeful for an eventual resolution.

There are a total of at least nine trans-identified males playing football within the women’s leagues, “not just the five” in The Flying Bats Women’s Premier League, Parisi added, citing a comment made by another of the club presidents in attendance at the March 20 meeting.

According to regulations put forward by the North West Sydney Football Association (NWSFA), “players may register and participate on the basis of their gender identification.”

“This is not about the sexuality of the players, because I have had a lot of players on my team who are lesbians. So it’s got nothing to do with that. It’s the fact that there is a number of males… It’s more than five. And everyone is just remaining silent on this, and it’s just so wrong in so many ways.”

Last year, after winning a title, one of Parisi’s women’s teams turned down the opportunity to be promoted to the Women’s Premier League, the highest level before players can enter state-based competitions.

A Flying Bats Club Committee Member accepting the award with a Fair Play award following the severe injury of a female player in 2022.

“Our girls played in Women’s All Age One, where there were no Flying Bats players. We then by winning that competition should have been promoted up to Women’s Premier League, and our girls rejected that. They didn’t want to play up in the women’s Premier League, because there was that Flying Bats team stacked full of male players.”

He continued: “I told the association, no, that I’ve lost a lot of players, and we can’t do that. They said, Okay, we’ll put you into H1, which is the next level down, a competition that we won last year.”

In 2022, the year in which a female player for St. Patrick’s FC had her leg broken by a trans-identified male associated with The Flying Bats, club president for the latter group, Jen Peden, was honored with a Fair Play award presented by the NWSFA – a fact announced to the club’s Facebook page with the comment, “We play nice.”

Last week, massive public outcry ensued after news broke of the five trans-identified players on the WPL Flying Bats team. In response, LGBTI Rights Australia, a Facebook community with over 250,000 followers, made a public statement mocking “TERF Nazis.”

“Congratulations to The Flying Bats Women’s Soccer Club who recently won the Beryl Ackroyd Cup! Transgender women have been proudly part of the Bats for 20 years, yet it took TERF Nazis up until this week to take notice,” reads the post. An image accompanying the statement is captioned, “To all the transphobes complaining, we suggest you train a bit harder.”

Flying Bats president Jen Peden told Daily Mail Australia last week: “As a club, the Flying Bats FC stand strongly for inclusion, and pride ourselves on safe, respectful and fair play, the promotion of a supportive community for LGBTQIA+ players, officials and supporters, and the significant physical, social and mental health benefits that participation in sport brings, especially to marginalized members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We are a club that values our cisgender and transgender players equally.”

She continued: “We strongly support the Australian Human Rights Commission’s guidelines for the inclusion of transgender and gender diverse people in sport.”

During the March 20 meeting, which was attended by CEO of Football NSW John Tsatsimas and convened by CEO of NWSF, Matthew Geracitano, attendees were told that a decision to boycott participation by forfeiting matches against The Flying Bats would result in “disciplinary action” being issued.

“If there was a concerted effort by teams to forfeit games against a particular opposition that would be viewed as an act of discrimination,” said Chris Salmon, Chair of the Board of Directors for NWSF. While incidents of discrimination are weighed on a case-by-case basis, possible penalties include suspensions, from as little as two months to two years.

Football Australia’s Anti-Discrimination Policy defines “excluding people on the basis of their sex and / or gender identity status from participation in a competitive sporting activity” as a prohibited form of discrimination.

The Batmen and their bat boxes

By Olivia Murray

Don’t count the Brits out just yet because there’s still a lot of rebelliousness left in them, and it’s directed against the system and politicians of the globalist New World Order.

Sure, Muhammad has been the United Kingdom’s “favorite” name for baby boys since 2016, and yes, London is jokingly referred to a “Londonistan” with its Muslim mayor who infamously quipped that the probability of jihad terror was just “part and parcel” of big-city living, but… there’s also this, from James Saunders at GB News:

Ulez vigilantes dress up as Batman as they thwart Sadiq Khan’s enforcement cameras

Anti-Ulez activists dressed as Batman have been spotted installing a ‘bat box’ to block an enforcement camera in South London in what marks the latest protest against the controversial scheme.

Footage posted online shows two men in full superhero garb affixing a box to a pole which they believe is set to support a Ulez camera in Chessington – accompanied by the theme tune from the classic Adam West TV series.

I’ve written about the ULEZ debacle here and here, but for anyone who doesn’t know, it’s a surveillance network to enforce London’s “Ultra-Low Emission Zone” through the imposition of heavy-handed fines for non-compliant vehicles (in other words, New World Order “green agenda” slavery); the scheme has faced serious opposition from a group of anti-ULEZ activists nicknamed the “Blade Runners” who have conducted a rather successful campaign of vandalism. Anyways, the antics of these “Batman” vigilantes are endearing enough, but get a load of what they’re actually doing:

But this specific act of protest invokes animal conservation rules to prevent officials from removing the camera coverings; bat roosts have legal protection across the country, and attempts to disturb, destroy or block access to the boxes can be classed as offences [sic].

That “box” they’re “affixing” to the pole and around the ULEZ camera is… a bat box! And, beside the little “roost” there is an official posting:

Alongside the temporary habitat, the caped crusaders appear to have attached warning notices to the pole, which read: ‘STOP! This is a BAT BOX. Bats have been observed to be using this bat box as a resting place.’

Per the government’s own rules, removing such a “roost” requires going through… the dreaded bureaucracy.

Now of course, “checkmating” the globalists isn’t going over well with… the globalists, and never ones to remain principled, they’ve stated that, “Unless bats have moved in, TfL can just take them down.” (TfL stands for the Transport for London, or the local government agency responsible for the ULEZ system.)

Yet, checkmate again:

[P]rotestors said the installations were ‘positively contributing to London’s biodiversity and ecosystem’.

Kingsley Hamilton, from Action Against Unfair Ulez, told the Sun: ‘A number of bat boxes are being put up across London by unknown sources.

I’m sure whoever is behind it is extremely grateful to TfL for providing the poles to house this protected species.

Sadiq Khan will not want to be seen to be tampering with their homes after claiming to care so much about protecting the environment.’

Wink, wink.

A brilliant little spot of vigilantism to brighten your day.

British ‘Conservative’ Supports Killing Old People To Save Money

Granny really is a burden, and ought to accept she must be killed in order to save the state some cash.

That is the outrageous proposal from Matthew Parris, a former Tory MP who wrote in the nominally conservative Times newspaper last week that “it will be a healthy development” for the old and infirm not just to consider undergoing assisted suicide, but to be “urged” to do so.

His article came shortly after Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said he will push to legalise assisted suicide if—or, rather, when—he wins the next general election.

Parris has given sharp focus to an issue that has been quietly gaining momentum in British politics. During the Covid lockdown citizens were advised “don’t kill Granny,” even as elderly hospital patients reported receiving bullish medical requests about them signing “Do Not Resuscitate” forms (DNRs).

Alistair Thompson, a spokesman for Care Not Killing, which campaigns for improved palliative care and against assisted suicide, told The European Conservative that the narrative running through Parris’s article “shows the spirit of the 1930s eugenics movement lives on and can be pushed by someone who claims to be progressive.”

In his revoltingly life-denying column, Parris wrote:

I don’t dispute the objectors’ belief that once assisted dying becomes normalised we will become more apt to ask ourselves for how much longer we can justify the struggle. Is life still giving us more pleasure than pain? How much is all this costing relatives and the health service? How much of a burden are we placing on those who love us? How much of a burden are we placing upon ourselves? We will notice others asking themselves these questions and we’ll feel empowered by changing social norms to ask them ourselves. Discussion will become more open. It will become common practice to pose this question without embarrassment, and to weigh the answer up.

In a doubling-down article for the supposedly ‘conservative’ Spectator magazine, he added that assisted suicide “is not a novel desire” and accepted that it is rooted in “Darwinian” thinking.

“All credit to Matthew Parris for making the honest case for assisted suicide,” responded Danny Kruger of the New Conservatives group of MPs in a sarcastic post on X. He joked that the bodies of those who believed themselves too burdensome could perhaps “then be turned into green energy? A modest proposal,” Kruger tweeted, referencing Jonathan Swift’s 1729 satirical essay that suggested the starving Irish solve their problems by selling their children to be eaten.

Dominic Cummings, who for some time served as former prime minister Boris Johnson’s chief aide, added that it was “on brand that a pundit bang in the heart of [the] Tory Establishment now campaigns to kill old people to save £.”

It’s a logical development for the rancid [Conservative] party—anti-growth, higher taxes, let out the worst criminals … cheer on the trans child abuse madness, collapse emergency health system—then when youre about to be destroyed by voters tell them the old must be killed to save taxes for the Tory rentiers.

Care Not Killing’s Thompson told this publication that while Parris’ argument is “appalling,” in that it “pushes a chilling and well-worn narrative that says some lives are simply not worth living, because of age, disability or illness and therefore should be ended,” it is by no means unique.

Indeed only a couple of years ago two Scottish academics published a paper on the economics of so-called assisted dying [and] highlighted the savings to health budgets if the law was changed. In the same paper, the academics also claimed that another benefit would be increased organ harvesting from those whose lives were ended.

While just last year a senior politician in Guernsey echoed an economic argument for assisted dying, suggesting there could be “considerable savings … if assisted dying was to be introduced here in the island.”

Labour is gunning to push this approach to the forefront—though likely not with Parris’ level of directness—when it gains power at the next election, while the Tories have already signalled they will take a back seat on the issue.

Men who claim to be ‘transgender’ have won nearly 300 titles in female sports

screen grab youtube

Gender-confused men have won nearly 300 titles in female sports, according to the website SheWon.org.

But a leading Democratic congressman denies not just biological reality, but this reality as well.

“Men do not compete in women’s sports,” far-left New York Democratic congressman Jerry Nadler claimed during a congressional hearing several weeks ago. “Transgender women [sic] may compete in women’s sports,” he said. However, it is a biological fact and moral truth that no one can change his or her gender.

He said he objected to entering “mistruths” into the congressional record.

Republican congresswoman Harriet Hageman of Wyoming wanted to enter into the record stats on females injured by male athletes as well as stolen titles. SheWon.org has cataloged the stolen titles, proving that men, in fact, do compete in women’s sports.

Suzanne Bowdey commented on Nadler’s denials in an article for The Washington Stand. “That’s news to the 25 (going on 26) states who’ve stepped in to stop this madness from overtaking their girls at the pool, track, court, field, and gym,” she wrote. “If it wasn’t happening, then this was sure a monumental waste of legislative time.”

There are at least 12 examples in 2024 alone of female athletes losing out to men who claim they are women.

In 2022 and 2023, there were numerous other examples. Male athletes beat out women in sports where physical differences would clearly make a difference, including cross country running, track and field, and golf.

SheWon.org calculates that beyond titles, men have taken nearly 900 awards, scholarships, or other honors from female athletes across 428 competitions in 29 sports.

The website currently lists 297 stolen first place titles, 263 second place titles, and 250 third place titles.

This happens in Nadler’s home state, where a male runner has dominated collegiate track meets.

The male, who now goes by the name “Sadie” Schreiner, won the 200-meter dash while running for Rochester Institute of Technology at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in early March. Just this weekend, Schreiner won first place at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational in both the 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash. That makes the total of stolen first place titles at least 299.

Schreiner’s wins in early March led the leader of Houghton University, a Christian school in New York, to say “Enough is enough.”

“Too many leaders, parents, professional athletes, and people of good will have been silent as female athletes are humiliated, silenced, and robbed of hard-earned opportunities,” president Wayne Lewis stated. “That silence is complicit with the fringe agenda that threatens to dismantle girls’ and women’s athletics.”

UK: Civil service staff network given £200k of taxpayers’ money despite comparing gender-critical activists to KKK

A civil service staff network has been given at least £200,000 of taxpayer money after their training programme compared gender-critical activists with the Ku Klux Klan.

Last year, a:gender – a network for transgender civil servants – received £82,000 from the Cabinet Office.

The Home Office gave the same group more than £110,000.

According to gender-critical group, Sex Equality and Equity Network (Seen), a:gender’s training created a “culture of fear” in government which resulted in the bullying of staff who do not agree with the trans rights agenda entirely.

The training presentation said: “Racism won’t come into your workplace as hoods and burning crosses but as ‘nationalism’ or ‘patriotism’.

“Transphobia is the same: ‘I’m just protecting women and girls’, ‘This undermines women’s hard-fought-for sex-based rights.’

“What rights do women have that men don’t? None, because we have the Equality Act.

“There is no such thing as women’s sex-based rights and even if there was, how would a man transitioning and getting that right stop women from having that right? So switch your ears off.”

It comes after Kemi Badenoch, the Minister for Women and Equalities, said that the UK’s diversity drive had been “counterproductive” and the equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) training.

Tory MP, Nick Fletcher who asked the Cabinet Office how much it spent on the a:gender network, has called for a “shut down” of funding for EDI networks in the Civil Service.

“Members of the public would imagine that Civil Service ‘EDI networks’ are purely there to provide connections for staff who might enjoy it. Monthly after-work drinks, for example,” he told The Telegraph.

“They would be appalled to hear that these networks now receive taxpayer funding – and paid staff positions.

“We need to shut down all funding for EDI networks within the Civil Service. Let’s get all of our civil servants back into the office to work, impartially. Then, if they so wish, they can network in our fabulous pubs and restaurants after work.”

Maya Forstater, from the women’s rights group Sex Matters, added: “Unfortunately the Civil Service is using our taxes to pay its own staff to deliver unlawful and inaccurate training under the guise of ‘inclusion workshops’ but what these workshops really do is encourage civil servants to bully and silence anyone who understands that sex is real and sometimes it matters.”

On Sunday night, a government source said: “The current funding arrangements for a:gender will cease with effect from April 1 2024.”

Nosta Lgia

by Giulio Meotti

There were shameful scenes at a Women’s Rights Day demonstration in Munich’s Marienplatz. Palestinian flags everywhere. Israeli flags were not welcome. Left-wing and pro-Palestinian groups insulted and pushed several Jewish women. Among the participants was also the president of the Jewish community of Munich Charlotte Knobloch (a Holocaust survivor).

Same scenes in Paris. Insults, attempted aggression, threats and throwing of projectiles, the pro-Israeli collectives had to be exfiltrated from the Paris demonstration organized on the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day. “We heard slogans like ‘dirty Jews’, ‘Nazis’, ‘Israeli murderers’,” Mélanie Pauli-Geysse, president of No Silence, told Le Point.

Eggs, broken bottles, rubber bullets. “It was then that the situation worsened, we were only able to walk a few minutes before being exfiltrated by the police for our safety.

In L’Express, Sarah Barukh wrote: “There were Iranian, Afghan, Israeli, Pakistani, Yazidi and others, we denounce the devastation of apartheid imposed by radical Islamism. We stand alongside women who are victims of barbaric traditions such as excision, in France and elsewhere”. Next to her, Mona Jafarian, who fled from Iran, and Father Desbois, a Catholic priest who returns from Ukraine and recounts his life with Yazidi women, his arrest in Iraq and his death sentence in several countries designated as lands of Islam because “I expressed words of sympathy towards the Jews”.

Meanwhile, the Algerian writer Kamel Daoud writes that no media or feminist organization in Europe is following the testimonies reported by the survivors of the family of Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, the caliph of Daesh. His daughter, his wives, his sexual slaves are interviewed on Saudi TV to talk about the caliph.

“No relaunch in newspapers or platforms, no analysis, no echo” writes Daoud. “Western neo-feminism, crumbling into particularisms, is indifferent to this ‘Muslim’ scene where the condition of millions of women parades, beyond digital screens and the effects of ideological bubbles”.

A forced tour should then be immediately organized to the Hamas cages under Gaza where Hamas is holding Israeli female hostages. And for those who don’t feel like it, there is still the exhibition in London in which the conditions of imprisonment of the Israelis were recreated based on the testimonies of those who were exchanged in November.

There is a pathological reluctance across the West to believe that Hamas has raped and mutilated women. “It didn’t happen” or “where is the proof?”. The speed with which these people went from saying “believe women” and #MeToo to “show the rape photos or it didn’t happen” is mind-blowing.

Rape denial is so widespread that some have felt compelled to take to the streets to raise awareness of Hamas’ sexual crimes. British Jews and their (few) allies gathered near BBC headquarters to say “rape is not resistance”. Some wore jogging bottoms with stains between the legs, in solidarity with Naama Levy, the 19-year-old Israeli woman seen in that very state shortly after the Hamas pogrom.

The West went from “believe women” to “believe terrorists”.

Nothing seems to interfere with the ideological excitement that these old and perverse peacocks derive from a barbarism that they mistake for rebellion in an unholy marriage of Western self-loathing and Islamic Jihad. They are willing to do anything to save the most squalid moral vanity and be able to continue selling us their “goodness.” Except that it is really evil.

Free expression advocate Salwan Momika, who burned Qur’an, reportedly found dead

Yesterday this news started circulating on X, with jihadis and their allies gloating openly, despite the fact that if a jihadi murdered Salwan Momika, this would confirm everything Momika warned about the Qur’an and Islam. In any case, yesterday the news was only on X. Today it is being reported on news outlets in India and Pakistan, but nowhere else. Might it be false? It might. But whether he is alive or dead, Salwan Momika has given Sweden, and all of Europe, and indeed all the world a warning that it would do well to heed, but will not heed. After all, Momika himself was just forced to flee Sweden for Norway, as the witless and suicidal Swedish authorities were about to deport him to Iraq, where he would certainly have been killed. Sweden should have been giving this man the highest-quality protection, and standing for the freedom of expression. Instead, this.

Excluding election-winning populists merely acts as rocket fuel for their poll ratings: This is what Portugal’s Luis Montenegro is about to learn

Portuguese Prime Minister-designate Luis Montenegro faced a hard decision after narrowly winning last month’s elections.

Commanding only 80 seats in the 230-member parliament, he could either join forces with the national populist Chega or his party’s traditional foes, the Socialists, to obtain a working majority. His apparent decision to rely on the Socialists will likely come back to haunt him.

Montenegro’s quandary arose due to his party’s inability to capitalise on his nation’s discontent. The Socialists were unpopular because of multiple corruption investigations that arose during their eight years in power. As leader of the largest opposition party, the Social Democrats, Montenegro should have been able to win going away.

Instead, the populist Chega captured the desire for change. Led by the brash and charismatic Andre Ventura, it more than quadrupled its number of seats, rising from 12 to 50.

Montenegro’s Democratic Alliance (AD) – a joint ticket formed with two small Rightist parties – lost vote share from the 2022 election and only gained three seats. The AD almost lost to the Socialists, who managed to win 78 seats even as their vote share collapsed by nearly a third.

Montenegro could have turned to Ventura and formed a stable coalition not dissimilar to that often formed in Scandinavian countries.

But he had campaigned actively against that during the campaign, apparently hoping that excluding a coalition with Chega would force voters who really wanted change to turn to him. That strategy’s abject failure should have convinced him to change course and hope to tame Chega by giving them governing responsibility.

That’s what the Scandinavian centre-Right parties have learnt. Norway’s Conservatives, for example, have effectively made the populist Freedom Party their smaller ally, giving them important cabinet seats and stanching their popular support.

Conservative parties in Denmark, Finland, and now Sweden have all found that treating populist parties as legitimate parts of the national discourse helps stabilise the country while also shifting policy to the right.

That’s not the course Montenegro seems to have chosen. Last week AD and the Socialists cut a deal to elect the parliament’s speaker. Both parties agreed that a conservative would hold the chair for two years, to be followed by a Socialist for the next two years.

That arrangement was, of course, opposed by Ventura, who said Chega would now be mostly an opposition party.

That’s likely to work in Chega’s interest. The Socialists are not in government, but they clearly will use their tacit support to obtain concessions from Montenegro’s minority government. That means that Chega will be the only large party free to criticise the government at will.

It’s not likely that the Socialists will let Montenegro make too many dramatic changes, lest they rue his possible success at charting a different course. That means Ventura can now credibly claim to be the voice of an unhappy people upset at a ruling duopoly.

This type of arrangement is how Giorgia Meloni rose from obscurity to become Italy’s Prime Minister. Her Brothers of Italy party won only a little more than 4 percent in 2018’s parliamentary vote. She nevertheless played the long game, keeping Brothers out of government when the two populist winners, Five Star Movement and Lega, formed a government.

Brothers also stayed out of government when the populist government was replaced by a centre-Left coalition in 2019, and she even kept Brothers out of a 2021 government that contained all other parliamentary parties.

The result was that Italians who wanted real change shifted toward the only party that could plausibly deliver it, Meloni’s Brothers. It easily finished first in 2022’s elections with 26 per cent of the vote and now dominates a cabinet with its once-stronger center-Right competitors.

This is what usually happens with grand coalitions. Germany’s CDU-SPD grand coalition failed to halt populism’s rise there, while the parties in Denmark’s current grand coalition have lost vote share in the polls to other parties to their Left and Right.

Similar establishment-dominated cross-party consensus governments in Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium have also facilitated rather than halted populist parties’ advance.

Montenegro should recognize that a crucial set of Portuguese want real change, not a perpetuation of the status quo. That desire is identical to those expressed across Europe for the past decade and will not be allayed by temporary grand coalitions.

It can only be ameliorated by actually delivering some of the change these voters demand. That, however, is exactly what grand coalitions are intended to prevent.

Perhaps Montenegro will prove more adaptable and wilier than he appears. If not, don’t be surprised if Chega becomes Portugal’s leading centre-Right party in the near future.

‘The CDU is pursuing a migration policy against its own people’ — Berlin to build 16 new migrant container villages

Local mayors in Berlin are breaking ranks against a state Senate decision to build 16 new container facilities to house over 6,000 asylum seekers across the German capital, and the Alternative for Germany (AfD) is quick to point out that the ruling government in Berlin is supposedly led by supposedly conservative Christian Democrats (CDU).

“The CDU is pursuing a migration policy against its own people: in CDU-governed Berlin alone, the Senate wants to build a total of 16 new asylum accommodations with more than 6,000 places. No wonder, because CDU Mayor Wegner has approved a stop to deportations. With the CDU, you get a policy of mass migration in all federal states. You get crime, parallel societies, asylum abuse and neglect,” wrote the party in a statement.

Berlin’s state legislature recently approved plans to construct container villages in several locations where local politicians have already sounded the alarm over saturated public services.

Up to 6,130 new arrivals will be housed in the accommodation to be built by 2026, suggesting state lawmakers have no intention of tackling the spiraling asylum applications gripping the nation, but local mayors are at least putting up some resistance to the plans.

“The districts already doing the most will be put under additional strain,” said Lichtenberg Mayor Martin Schaefer, the CDU politician whose district will play host to four of the new container villages.

Speaking to the Berliner Zeitung, Schaefer expressed his concern that infrastructure and public services are not being enhanced at the same speed as the increasing population and, as such, the proposed locations are “not suitable for [asylum] accommodation.”

“Without schools, daycare centers, midwives, doctors, and social, integrative offers, living together cannot be successful. This only encourages radical forces and damages social cohesion,” he told the local newspaper.

Migrant container village instead of school

One of the container villages in Schaefer’s district will reportedly be built on a site previously earmarked for a school, the construction of which will now be canceled. “I can no longer justify this to anyone in my district,” the local mayor said.

Emine Demirbüken-Wegner, another CDU district mayor representing the north-east borough of Reinickendorf, revealed she had found out about state plans to install more asylum accommodations in her constituency from the press, claiming that an “uncoordinated advance at the state level was not even communicated with the districts in advance.”

Reinickendorf already encompasses Berlin Tegel Airport, home to the largest asylum village in the German capital, with emergency accommodation housing over 13,000 migrants.

Demirbüken-Wegner also raised the saturation of public services in the area and lamented the decision to impose a greater burden on local residents.

“The district office is of the opinion that the existing locations cannot be expanded further for reasons of social infrastructure, the lack of daycare places and youth facilities, and the noticeable overload of the intercultural population mix,” she said.

However, concerns have fallen upon deaf ears in the Berlin Senate, with plans approved to increase the Tegel container village by another 1,000 migrants.

The German capital spent almost 3 percent of its budget on migrants last year, totaling €1.1 billion, official figures show, while the government told residents it had no funding for the renovation of schools or the improvement of transport infrastructure.

The party is pointing to the pre-migration policies pursued by CDU mayor Wegner in Berlin as foreshadowing to what will occur if the CDU gains power at the federal level.

“Only with the AfD will the current asylum law finally be implemented, only with us will the CDU asylum chaos be ended. Anyone who does not have the right to asylum is not allowed to come to Germany. And anyone who stays here illegally must have consistently deported them. However, nothing will change with the CDU, which repeatedly feigns criticism of mass migration, only to then do the complete opposite,” wrote the party.

In December, a Freedom of Information request by the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) parliamentary party in the Berlin Senate revealed the state government was spending €1.5 million per day to house migrants in just 12 buildings, consisting of 10 hotels and 2 migrant arrival centers, in the city.

German Establishment Parties Unite To ‘Protect’ Constitutional Court from ‘Extremists’

The German Union parties (CDU/CSU) are again considering backing an initiative by the left-globalist ‘traffic light’ coalition to amend Germany’s constitution in an attempt to keep the anti-establishment Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party from influencing the Federal Constitutional Court.

Negotiations between the Union and the governing parties concerning the latter’s proposed draft law—framed as necessary to ‘protect’ the court from ‘extremists’—began in late January but concluded shortly thereafter when the CDU and CSU stated that they found no compelling reason for the constitutional amendment.

At the time, politicians from the traffic light parties sharply criticized CDU leader Friedrich Merz’s decision to withdraw from talks, accusing him of “naivety,” “negligence,” and failing to take what they regard as the necessary action required to protect Germany’s constitutional state.

The Union, for whatever reason, has since reversed its position, with parliamentary group leader Merz last weekend asking Federal Justice Minister Marco Buschmann (FDP) to draft a proposal to ‘protect’ the Federal Constitutional Court from ‘extremists.’

“We are open to talking about anchoring a core of proven structures of the Federal Constitutional Court in the Basic Law,” Merz told the German press.

The Federal Ministry of Justice on Thursday, March 28th, made a draft of the proposal available to the Rheinische Post. According to the 12-page draft law, the following points are to be enshrined in Basic Law: the independence of the court, the existence of two senates, the election of eight judges each by the Bundestag and the Bundesrat, office term limits of twelve years, and an age limit of 68 years.

Most notably, the draft law proposes that changing a judge, which presently requires a simple majority, should only be possible with a two-thirds majority. This would prevent judges from being removed from office relatively easily after a change in government, and make it far more difficult for the AfD to appoint judges.

If implemented, the proposed alterations to the Basic Law would be “exempt from change with a simple majority in the future,” solidifying the party proportional representation system for appointing judges and rendering any further changes to it next to impossible through coalition efforts following the next election.

The Union faction will now scrutinize and assess the draft before further discussions. Negotiations should be finished after Easter, the faction said. Given that amendments to the German constitution require a two-thirds majority in both the Bundesrat and Bundestag, the traffic light coalition needs the Union’s support to push this through.
