This anti-Israel protest did not take place in Afghanistan or Iran, but in the very heart of Germany. 1500 demonstrators marched through the streets of Essen on Friday evening, waving terror flags of al-Qaeda and the like, strictly segregated by gender. Observers are stunned: why is Germany allowing this to happen?

These are not scenes from Afghanistan or Iran, but from the very heart of Germany. On Friday evening, another anti-Israel demonstration started in Essen under the title “Gaza under fire”. More than 1500 very agitated demonstrators marched through the streets – strictly segregated by gender. They also waved terror flags of the Taliban and IS. One could also speak of a call to jihad. A large contingent of police was deployed, but did not intervene.

“How can this be allowed in Essen, Germany?” asks an account on X.. “When are you going to arrest them, put them in detention centres and deport them?”

The German journalist Jan Fleischhauer commented on X (Twitter): “If you can’t call it ‘imported anti-Semitism’, then what? Migrant antisemitism? Anti-Semitism with an Arab migration history?”

Even in the Middle East, the march caused consternation. The well-known journalist, commentator and author from Bahrain Amjad Taha commented: “They fled Syria and Iraq to escape the clutches of ISIS and left Afghanistan because of the presence of al-Qaeda. But when they reached Germany, they raised the flags of ISIS and al-Qaeda and supported the ISIS-Hamas terrorists in Gaza against Israel.” Amjad Taha is also Regional Director of the Bahrain-based British Middle East Centre for Studies and Research.

Nearly two-thirds of all German citizens want the country’s federal government to impose a ban on migration from predominantly Muslim nations, a damning survey has revealed.

Polling conducted by INSA on behalf of the Bild tabloid newspaper showed that 61 percent of respondents now advocate refusing any more migrants from Islamic countries with many explaining they no longer feel safe in their own country and believe an increasing number of new arrivals despise German society.

A majority of voters from every political party except for the German Green Party supported a ban on Muslim immigration.

The survey was conducted amid the ongoing pro-Palestine demonstrations witnessed in several German cities following the Hamas terror attack in Israel on Oct. 7 and the retaliatory measures carried out in Gaza by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

A total of 60 percent of respondents admitted the ongoing protests, attended by large numbers of foreign nationals sympathetic to the Hamas cause, concern them, while 77 percent of Germans believe that a growing contingent of the country’s migrant population resents German society and Western values.

In a damning indictment of the federal government’s longstanding liberal migration policy adopted by both the current coalition government and the previous administration led by Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union (CDU), a total of 72 percent of respondents said they no longer agreed with the former chancellor’s remarks from 2015 when she told the nation, “We can do it!” in relation to taking in an unprecedented number of refugees.

Hermann Binkert, INSA’s founder and managing director, told Bild: “The clear stance documents the Germans’ farewell to Angela Merkel’s migration policy.

“Citizens expect a noticeable turnaround. These numbers should shake up politicians,” he added.

The INSA survey is consistent with similar polling recently conducted on the issue of immigration across Germany, with a shift in attitude also evidenced by the surge in popularity of the anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, which is currently polling in second place nationally.

A state-run ARD-DeutschlandTrend poll from earlier this month showed that 64 percent of Germans wanted the country to take in fewer immigrants, with the same number believing that Germany faces more disadvantages than advantages when it comes to immigration.

Five members of a child rape grooming gang in Rochdale have been jailed collectively for over 70 years for sexually exploiting two young girls in the northern English city.

Mohammed Ghani, Jahn Shahid Ghani, Insar Hussain, Ali Razza Hussain Kasmi, and Martin Rhodes, who were convicted earlier this year on a range of sexual offences against two girls, aged 13 and 14 at the time, have been sentenced to prison terms ranging from eight to 20 years behind bars.

The two girls, who remain anonymous due to court restrictions, were routinely taken to an apartment in Rochdale known as the “butcher’s flat” where they were plied with alcohol and drugs, including ecstasy and marijuana, before being passed from man to man, the Daily Mail reported.

The abuse, which began in 2002 and continued until 2006, started when Girl A was lured into the grips of the grooming gang by Mohammed Ghani, who would have sex with the girls before passing them on to his fellow groomers.

In addition to being repeatedly raped, one of the girl victims also suffered the “degradation” of being filmed by the men when she passed out after drinking too much vodka. The men sexually assaulted the young girl with a bottle as they laughed. The video was subsequently widely shared around Rochdale.

The abuse was first revealed in 2015 when Girl A told parenting course workers that she had been “beaten and raped” as a child, saying: “I was abused daily for six years. I was 12 when they began to abuse me, feeding me alcohol and drugs, abuse me and pass me on to their friends.”

She said that the men would do “as they pleased” with her, using the explicit videos they made of her to blackmail her into further sexual abuse. She added that if she refused, they would physically beat and rape her.

In one grim incident, she told the Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester that one man urinated on her as she was force to perform oral sex on another.

The court heard that the two young girls were often picked up from their schools, while still in uniform, by members of the grooming gang, who even were said to have sexually assaulted them on school grounds as well as in public parks, cars, and flats in Rochdale.

During the sentencing this week, Judge Tina Landale told the defendants: “Your cases, together and individually resulted in appalling abuse of two young women who were children when you offended against them.

“They were both, immature, naive children, who were loved by their families. Each girl was a child, ripe for exploitation by unscrupulous older men.

“Your behaviour was highly predatory, controlling and manipulative. You each hooked them and used them for your own sexual pleasure.”

Jahn Shahid Ghani, 50, was sentenced to 20 years in prison on six counts of sexual assault and one count of causing a child to engage in sexual activity. Mohammed Ghani, 39, was sentenced to 14 years for five counts of sexual assault. Insar Hussain, 38, was sentenced to 17 years behind bars for one count of rape and two counts of sexual assault. Ali Razza Hussain Kazmi, 36, was sentenced to eight years for one count of rape and two counts of sexual intercourse with a child. Martin Rhodes, 39, was sentenced to 12 years and six months on four counts of sexual assault.

The Irish town where my mother was born and raised, very much Christian, held its annual gay pride parade this year.  With children holding banners and waving flags, with store windows displaying enthusiastic support, this second-year march was bigger and “better.”  It is sad to see a town I have grown to love over the years slide down that slippery slope.  What was confined to bedrooms is now thrust is everyone’s face.  I keep wondering…do those parents with their participating or observing children sit them down to explain how sodomy works?

That aside, could another progressive idea be slowly crumbling?  Last week, many Buncrana residents locked arms to prevent migrant buses from dropping off 66 unvetted men in their town.  There was no notice from county or town officials, and the residents found out about it only through a Facebook group opposed to the opening of further migrant centers.

“The Department of Integration have adopted a de facto policy of avoiding consultation with local people before opening centres for migrants and asylum seekers in towns across Ireland.”  The town’s proposed accommodation center had only 19 beds available.

While the local Sinn Féin councilor, Jack Murray, understood the frustrations of the townspeople, he stated that “the scenes in Buncrana this week were the actions of  a very small minority who have manipulated this issue within the community.”  A necessary political utterance, for sure.

This was done in the dead of night, which raises the question: who benefits from the dispersal of migrants?  Not the community, which doesn’t have enough police to monitor matters.  Not the schools, which are overburdened now.  Not the health services, which are struggling to provide for their own in a timely manner.  The lack of housing plaguing Buncrana’s native people only adds to the problem.  Any empty facility may be “requested” for temporary housing — but then what next?

Those fighting back will be called racists, ignoring that the look of Ireland has changed, with many different nationalities and colors evident already in their town.  To get Irish citizenship, you must have five years of residence in the state.  If you are married to an Irish citizen or are a declared a refugee, you can apply after three years.  As of 2011, the foreign-born make up 28.8% of the population in Buncrana.

Buncrana’s population is 5,911.  Buncrana job opportunities requiring skilled personnel as of 2023 are exactly 16.  None of the migrants will fit the bill, so the taxpayers are left footing the bill for housing, food, medical, and any transportation costs.  And what would the migrants do to occupy their time?  Some menial labor hired by whom?

Donegal is often referred to as the Forgotten County, as it is the northernmost county in the Republic.  However, it is not forgotten when it comes to dispersing migrants.  According to government figures, some 1,239 migrants seeking asylum were being accommodated in Donegal at the end of August 2023, while almost 6,000 Ukrainians are also being housed.  County Donegal has a population of 167,084.

It is estimated that 30,000 Ukrainian refugees have entered Ireland since the conflict began.  While this is a generous gesture to those in despair, the three counties bearing the burden of support are Dublin, Kerry, and Donegal.

Ireland stands out as “the land of a thousand welcomes.”  Seared in my memory is the first time I visited Ireland.  As I walked up her path, my cousin’s next-door neighbor called out, “Welcome home.”

Cordial as she has always been, I fear that Ireland is being used.  In conversation with my cousin in Buncrana this week, her caregivers related that many Ukrainians were putting in for travel permits to go home to Ukraine for Christmas, afterward to return to their holidays in County Donegal.  They know of several women who travel to Ukraine periodically for their Botox treatment.  Life is good. 

America continually welcomes unvetted illegals — except if you are a resident of Martha’s Vineyard.  You are allowed to reject them with a smile and a hug.  I guess that’s as close to an arm-in-arm protest as we’ll ever get.

A new anti-Semitic attack in Savoy. A 30-year-old woman was arrested and taken into police custody on Thursday November 2 after she violently insulted and attacked a driver in an antisemitic manner, reports France Bleu Pays de Savoie. The offences of which she is accused took place at around 5.30 pm on the same day near a Jewish religious school in Aix-les-Bains.
A car driver was parking near the school when the 30-year-old approached the woman on the carriageway and began to insult her and call her a “dirty Jew”. This led to an argument between the two women.
After a few minutes, the woman pulled out a can of pepper spray and sprayed it in the driver’s face. Several witnesses observed the incident. The police were quickly called and tracked down the perpetrator 30 minutes after the incident at her home in Tresserve.

The 30-year-old was taken into police custody and is known to the police for another case of violence and threats, as was reported by our journalists. An investigation has been opened into racial offences and serious religiously motivated violence. The victim was taken to hospital that evening. She was slightly injured and was given a sick note.

First an illegal firecracker exploded in his accommodation in the Vienna Landstraße district and injured him, then the police discovered an explosive grenade from the Second World War in the possession of a teenager (14) from Afghanistan. The hostel had to be evacuated.
Officers from the Landstraße municipal police command and the Vienna professional fire brigade were called due to a fire alarm in the sheltered accommodation in the Landstraße district of Vienna.
However, no fire could be detected on site. The young Afghan stated that he had set off a pyrotechnic object in his room, which is apparently why the alarm went off.
The teenager suffered injuries to his hand and thigh and complained of brief hearing and sight impairment. Emergency services from Vienna’s professional rescue team provided him with emergency medical care and were then able to discharge him to home care.

Several pyrotechnic items were found in the room, which the boy said he had recently bought abroad. In addition, an explosive grenade, presumably from the Second World War, was seized, which the Afghan claimed to have found in Klosterneuburg a few months ago.

The accommodation was evacuated due to the grenade and the war material and pyrotechnic objects were removed by an explosives authority (SKO).
According to the police, the man faces several charges.

NatWest’s online feature has been telling customers to stop eating meat and has started trawling through their accounts to calculate their carbon footprint.

The bank’s mobile app is using transaction data to make recommendations about reducing carbon production under its new “Carbon Footprint Tracker”.

It even suggested customers could mend clothes rather than purchasing new outfits and swap dairy milk for plant-based alternatives.

NatWest’s mobile app enables customers to switch from “my spending” to “my footprint”.

One message from the app said: “If you spend £15 on a dress at a high-street shop, that could equate to a footprint of 16kg CO2.”

Customers receive personalised carbon footprint scores in kilograms of CO2 monthly.

A message on the app added: “The UK’s average monthly carbon footprint is approximately 1,000kgs [of CO2].

“To help reduce the impact of climate change, scientists recommend that by 2030 we should aim for our carbon footprints to be around 180kgs.”

Suggested changes are categorised under different areas of spending, such as transport, groceries, bills and shopping and each comes with its own personalised carbon footprint rating based on how the customer has spent their money that month.

NatWest, which is 38.6 per cent owned by the taxpayer following the 2008 financial crash, developed the feature through New Zealand tech firm Cogo.

Cogo offers retail banks a “personal carbon manager” for customers, the company’s website has revealed.

NatWest’s former chief executive Alison Rose, who resigned from her post following the Nigel Farage’s Coutts debanking scandal, previously said the feature would “empower our customers to understand their carbon impact”.

Santander also uses the Cogo carbon tracking software and TSB trialled the feature but decided to drop it in July.

A NatWest spokesman said: “Customers tell us they want to take action to live more sustainably, and to save money at the same time on things like energy bills, but they don’t always know where to begin.

“The Carbon Footprint Tracker is an opt-in feature in our app that helps customers to see the carbon impact of their spending, at an aggregated level, and provides tips and suggestions to reduce this and to help them to save money too”.

Not that the world can expect Pakistan, of all countries, to be humanitarian in its treatment of humans. But for a people who had no remorse about snatching India’s land in order to form an Islamic state, it does make one wonder why Pakistan is kicking out its own brethren now.

A mass exodus of Afghan refugees from Pakistan was reported on 1st November after Pakistan gave the refugees a deadline on 26th October ordering them to leave the country or face detention. Pakistan has been cracking down on an estimated 1.7 million Afghans residing in the country without legal status owing to the dire situation in Afghanistan under Taliban rule, and had ordered them to leave the country by 1 November.

Schools teaching Afghan children in Pakistan are being closed down leaving no scope for Afghan girls to pursue education. These girls and their families had sought shelter in Pakistan for the very education they were denied from pursuing by the Taliban in Afghanistan and now Pakistan is mirroring the terrorists.

The terror-backing nation has reportedly set up deportation centres for Afghan migrants who, it claims, entered Pakistan illegally. Those who fail to leave are to be sent to the deportation centres. According to the Times of India, more than one lakh Afghans have left Pakistan since October.

Similarly, in June this year, Pakistan deported some 531 Afghan refugees including women and children. Reports from January this year brought to light the ordeal of Afghan migrants who were jailed in Pakistani prisons as their cases were stuck in courts on various pretexts.

Pakistan is facing flak worldwide for the forced expulsion of Afghan refugees. Videos on social media are going viral showing the Pakistani establishment bulldozing camps and houses of refugees, women and children sleeping under trucks that are transporting them to the border like cattle. Many of these refugees have lived in Pakistan for decades.

Another video shows Afghan refugees being robbed of thousands of rupees by Pakistani security officials at the border before they are allowed to cross into Afghanistan.

It is ironic that anti-Israel Pakistan – an economy in tatters with exploding gas and fuel prices – is supporting Hamas in the name of supporting Palestinians but is deporting Afghan refugees who stand to lose everything, including their life, under the Taliban. Palestinians are Muslims, Afghan refugees are Muslims, and Pakistan is a Muslim state and yet its treatment of the two nationalities is hypocritical, to say the least.

The terror-sponsoring state can validate its existence only at the behest of its religious identity, which it needs to keep its masters in the Muslim Brotherhood assured of. This explains Pakistan’s infamous role in birthing and nurturing terrorists and abetting terrorism. The existence and growth of the terror-backing group Jamaat-e-Islami, considered to be Pakistan’s own Muslim Brotherhood, is a fine example.

Moreover, Pakistan has used Afghan refugees blaming them for terrorist attacks in the country. While the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has perpetrated several attacks on Pakistani soil, the credit for the existence of the Taliban primarily goes to Pakistan itself. Pakistan was one of the three countries to recognise the Taliban government when it took over Afghanistan in 1996. It is sending Afghan civilians back to the land ruled by the radical terrorist group which Pakistan created.

The TTP is considered to be an anti-Pakistan terrorist group which is dedicated to restoring a complete Sharia law in Pakistan based on the tenets of fundamental Islam. In other words, terror-nurturing Pakistan is not terrorist enough in the TTP’s view. And yet, while Pakistan pretends to play victim at the hands of the Afghan Taliban backed-TTP, the ISI for one does not have a single anti-terror operation to its credit. So much for a self-declared “victim” who is able to send herds of terrorists into Kashmir, does not combat TTP, and instead is blaming Afghan refugees for the madhouse that Pakistan is.

And yet, an eerie silence prevails in Islamabad over the alleged genocide of Uyghur Muslims in China, which is currently feeding Pakistan quite literally. Bathing in the pleasures and luxuries bestowed upon them by China, Pakistan is oblivious to its own realities. It has no history before 1947. It was formed purely as an Islamic state. But by failing its own people, its Muslim neighbours across the border in Afghanistan, supplying terrorists into Indian territory, and openly calling upon the global “ummah” to back Hamas, Pakistan is exclusively a terrorist nation.
