Dutch minister who financed Palestinian terror to speak at Kristallnacht commemoration

Jewish communal leaders in the Netherlands are facing tough questions after inviting to the country’s annual Kristallnacht commemoration a government minister who sent millions of euros to a terror-linked Palestinian nonprofit.

Dutch Finance Minister Sigrid Kaag, who previously served as the European country’s minister for foreign affairs and development cooperation, admitted to parliament in 2020 that her ministry had paid part of the salaries of two terrorists involved in the murder of an Israeli teenager.

Rina Shnerb, 17, was killed, and her father and brother seriously wounded, in an August 2019 bombing near the Samaria community of Dolev.

The terrorists implicated in the attack, Samer Arbid and Abdul Razeq Farraj, were employed by the Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC), which has close ties to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terror group.

Ignoring multiple warnings from Israeli watchdog groups, Kaag, who is married to Anis al-Qaq, a former Palestinian Authority deputy minister and PLO ambassador, continued to support the UAWC, contributing some 11.7 million euros (nearly $12.3 million) between 2017 and 2020.

Adding insult to injury, Kaag was caught in a lie when she claimed in an interview that the Dutch ambassador had visited the mourning family. In fact, the ambassador never contacted the Shnerbs, and while it eventually terminated its relationship with the UAWC, The Hague has yet to issue an official apology.

Nevertheless, Dutch Jewish leaders invited Kaag to speak at next month’s Kristallnacht commemoration alongside Central Jewish Board chairman Chanan Hertzberger, U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands Shefali Razdan Duggal and Auschwitz survivor Mirjam Weitzner-Smuk.

‘I wish the community better friends’

Kristallnacht, also referred to as the “The Night of Broken Glass,” was a massive anti-Jewish assault that occurred on the night of Nov. 9-10 in Germany, Austria and the German-occupied region of Czechoslovakia. In 48 hours, Nazis destroyed synagogues, looted and vandalized Jewish businesses, homes and cemeteries, killing Jews on the spot.

In an exclusive statement to JNS, the Shnerb family said it was “outrageous” that Kaag would be invited to participate in any event connected with the Shoah.

“Kaag was in a position to decide whether to fund homicidal terrorists who, like the Nazis, were trying to murder Jews simply for being Jews. Kaag ignored all the warning signs and insisted on funding the PFLP terrorists. Those terrorists then murdered Rina,” the family said.

“Having actively supported terrorists murdering Jews, how can she genuinely condemn the actions of the Nazis?” concluded the statement.

The opposition to Kaag’s presence at the Nov. 9 event was kickstarted on Tuesday by Geert Wilders, the leader of the right-wing Freedom Party (PVV). Wilders, a staunch supporter of Israel, has lived in the Jewish state and is married to a former Hungarian diplomat of Jewish descent.

“Kaag will speak at the Kristallnacht commemoration?” tweeted Wilders in a post addressed to the Central Jewish Board. “She was photographed with terrorist [Yasser] Arafat and financed Palestinian terrorists. I wish the Jewish community better friends,” he added.

Wilders’s jab referred to a family picture from the 1990s that showed Kaag, her husband and their four children posing with the PLO chairman. At the time, Kaag worked for the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

Meanwhile, the Jerusalem-based research institute NGO Monitor, which spearheaded the investigation into Dutch support for Palestinian terrorism, said Kaag “has a history of supporting disinformation campaigns that demonize Israel through the facade of human rights.”

Prof. Gerald Steinberg, NGO Monitor’s founder and president, told JNS on Wednesday that while the Dutch Jewish community was free to invite whoever it wished to the event, the choice of Kaag was “difficult to understand.”

“As development minister, she ignored NGO Monitor research reports of funding for the network of terror-linked Palestinian NGOs. An independent investigation mandated by parliament later verified the evidence showing that Kaag’s ministry paid the NGO salary for the PFLP terrorists who murdered … Rina Shnerb, and only then was the funding ended,” he added.

The Central Jewish Board of the Netherlands, which was founded in 1997 and counts among its member organizations some of the country’s most prominent Jewish religious and pro-Israel interest groups, claims to “represent the interests of the Jewish community with the government and in society.”

Central Jewish Board chairman Hertzberger did not respond to multiple JNS queries for comment.

India: Islamia College of Siwan orders strict segregation of genders on campus, bans interaction among boys and girls

ZA Islamia PG College in Bihar‘s Siwan district has issued a controversial order, stating that students of opposite genders cannot sit together or interact on the campus. The directive, issued by Principal Idrish Alam on 3rd October, has stirred a major debate in the region.

The order explicitly states, “Let it be notified that if male students and female students are seen together (sitting together/laughing) in the college premises, their enrolment will be canceled. This is a minority college established under Sections 29 and 30. The authority of all its management is vested in the Governing Body.”

The decision comes on the heels of a recent altercation between two female students, which was caught on video both in the classroom and on the street. In response to the controversy surrounding the order, Principal Idris Alam explained that it was issued to deter similar incidents but acknowledged that it should not have been framed in such a manner.

Critics, however, have likened the order to a draconian measure, questioning the college’s stance on students interacting with their peers within the same institution. Educationists and intellectuals have urged the college administration to focus on improving the academic environment and increasing student engagement rather than imposing such Taliban-style restrictive measures.

The controversial directive has caused an uproar among students and the public alike. While the college administration claims it aims to instill discipline, concerns are growing about the impact of such a decision on the overall educational atmosphere at ZA Islamia PG College.

What ‘transwomen’ and car accidents have in common

Image: Pexels — Godisable Jacob

By Nick Lopez

What do “transwomen” and car accidents have in common?  (No, this question isn’t the setup for the obvious joke punch line being, “everything.”)

Where on earth could people have gotten the idea to call a man in a dress a trans “woman”? Before, it was just “transsexual,” “crossdresser,” or “transvestite.”  But then they slipped the word “women” in there… and muddied up the conversation with confusion.

Someone on the Alphabet Mafia side did their homework. They studied language switcheroos and understood exactly what to do. They not only slipped the word “woman” in, they made you change your language… and you fell for it.

It’s not the first time you’ve fallen for language switching either. You call car crashes, car “accidents”; why is that?

It’s because the fledgling automobile industry in this country wanted their dangerous products to be perceived as safe.  “Car crashes” made the product sound dangerous, whereas a car “accident” made mishaps seem more rare, less serious, and limited liability by simple language implying that there was no bad intent.

Of course, car crashes are rarely intentional, but some are.

We have allowed this intentional misuse of language to go so unchecked that we have inaccurately named an entire industry; “Accident Injury Attorneys.”  The purpose of these lawyers is to prove negligence happened… the irony being that the word “accident” automatically implies that there was no negligence.

The problem is; that there has never been a car accident in all recorded history. Because in every car crash, someone did something wrong.  Most often it’s the drivers, but sometimes the manufacturers cause crashes with defective products.  Sometimes highway departments cause crashes with faulty infrastructure.

Perhaps nobody “intended” to have a crash, but the drivers, manufacturers, or road departments did or didn’t do something.  Most likely the intent is to get to work on time… but actions undertaken in aim of that goal (like speeding) are intentional and negligent… in other words, not an “accident.”

Just like a man in a dress has never been a “woman.”

If a man shoots up artificial hormones, has bags of goo shoved into his chest, and gets his genitalia removed; he is simply a man who shot up artificial hormones, got bags of goo shoved into his chest, and had his genitalia removed… not a “woman.”

By the way, the alphabet mafia has already admitted that they know that men can’t become women.  They have done this because their language twist has a flaw.  That flaw is “feels like.”

When asked what constitutes a “woman,” rather than list characteristics attributed to females, liberals say “whoever feels like a woman.”  This is flat-out admitting that they know men are not women, because there’s no such thing as a “woman feeling.”

Stop letting them get away with this nonsense. Don’t let people call car crashes or wrecks “accidents” (at least not until an investigation has happened with no blame assigned).  Don’t let them call a transvestite “woman.” “Man” will do.  Not “man in a dress” unless you’re discussing what he is wearing.  (See also: “that guy, dude, sir, brother, bub, Joe, Jack, Tom, Dick, and Harry… and sometimes John when employing a hooker).

Our car wreck concerning language isn’t accidental (it was manipulated), but we can correct it by mindfully ditching inaccurate terms like “car accident” and “transwoman.”

Norway: Trans-Identified Male, Former WPATH Gender Clinician, Nominated for Girls’ Prize

A transgender physician who recently had his medical license suspended for malpractice has been nominated for a Norwegian award intended to honor those who have contributed to improving the lives of young girls. Esben Esther Pirelli Benestad recently came under professional scrutiny after one of his minor patients committed suicide, and has previously stated that “we’ve all been pedosexuals, once.”

Benestad was included amongst the nominees for the Jenteprisen, or Girls’ Prize, by Plan International Norway. Plan International purports to advance international children’s rights and equality for girls.

“Every year, Plan International Norway awards the Jenteprisen to a person or actor who has made an important effort for girls’ rights and equality conditions, in Norway or outside the world,” reads the contest’s description.

“The winner is chosen by an independent jury and awarded on the UN’s International Day of the Girl on 11 October. This year is the twelfth year in a row that we have awarded the Jenteprisen.”

According to Plan’s statues and criteria for nomination, “The Jenteprisen goes to a person or actor in Norway who has made an important effort for girls’ rights and equal conditions, or who has made an extra effort to stop violence, abuse and discrimination against girls – either in Norway or outside the world. People of all genders can be nominated.”

Plan International nominated 75 candidates this year, the vast majority being women’s rights campaigners or organizations which provide services for women and girls.

Among the nominees are a health center for women, the NGO Save the Children, and the Dina Foundation, which provides aid to girls who have been sexually abused in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Yet despite referring to itself as “a fearless champion of child protection” with a “focus on girls and safeguarding their rights,” Plan International has caused controversy for including Benestad.

Esben ‘Esther Pirelli’ Benestad, a former gender clinician registered and associated with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), is bizarrely listed as a possible recipient for the Girls’ Prize – despite having had his medical license suspended at the start of the year following multiple investigations by the Norwegian Health Authority.

Because he has been repeatedly investigated for privately administering puberty-blocking drugs and hormones to minors, some Norwegians expressed disappointment at his nomination for the prize and subsequently found themselves subjected to public humiliation by Plan International Norway.

In a post made to their Instagram on September 22, Plan International Norway compiled a number of critical comments from social media, and published them in a slide-show in an effort to condemn those who had expressed concerns.

“Oh my god what a ridiculous human rights group you have turned into. A good reason why myself and many I know have stopped supporting you financially,” said one individual.

“Didn’t realize the ethical guidelines of Plan International was to castrate children and make them permanently ill. Lobotomizers of women next on the list of nominees, maybe?” said another.

“Maybe you could announce Andrew Tate as the winner next year? Heard he has made a solid contribution towards getting women into employment,” read another comment.

On social media, some targeted by Plan International Norway attempted to defend themselves, stating they felt “publicly shamed.”

Comments on the Instagram post were similarly critical, with many pointing out that former professor of religious studies at the University of Stavanger, Anne Kalvig, ought to have been nominated instead of Benestad.

Kalvig is the deputy chair of WDI Norway, a women’s rights organization which focuses on the impact gender ideology has on women and girls. She recently resigned from her post as a professor in a show of protest against what she has called a “smear campaign” being leveled against her for her views.

“You have nominated a secluded male doctor who has prescribed hormones to minors for the Jenteprisen, but disregarded the nominations of women’s advocate Anne Kalvig, who is one of the few brave women who dare to speak out critically against the new view of gender, where gender is reduced to being an emotion,” one woman replied. Several other concerned commenters accused Plan of “censoring” their input nominating Kalvig for the prize.

Speaking with Reduxx, Kalvig said she did not believe in gender ideology, which she called harmful.

“The belief system of sex being a soul essence, spread in Norway by Benestad in particular, is detrimental to the safeguarding of children and in direct opposition to girls’ and women’s rights. Nominating a frontman for this harmful, cultural practice shows that Plan does not know what a woman nor a man is, or what sex discrimination means – a deterioration of knowledge they share with multiple NGOs.”

Responding to the comments supporting her nomination, Kalvig told Reduxx she appreciated the consideration, but would not have accepted had she been selected.

“I appreciate the nominators’ wish to include me, and what I perceive as their wish to get focus on how sex self-identification harms women and children. However, I would not have accepted the prize, in the unlikely instance that I might have won, due to how they [Plan] treated Kari Jaquesson as a nominee in 2019.”

Jaquesson, a fitness instructor, was removed from nomination after a trans-identified male who had also been shortlisted raised complaints about her past criticism of him.

Christine Marie Jentoft, who refers to himself as a “lesbian,” had been criticized by Jaquesson for his conduct, specifically involving him inviting children to hug him and call him “mother.”

Jentoft initially withdrew his own nomination in protest of the criticism he had received from Jaquesson, but Jaquesson was later removed from the prize running, with Plan International Norway’s general secretary Kari Helene Partapuoli telling VG that Jaquesson’s views “contradict the value basis of Plan.”

This year’s trans-identified male nominee, Benestad, has recently been the subject of controversy in Norway following an investigation by the Norwegian Health Authority (NHA) which ultimately resulted in the suspension of his medical license.

In January, the NHA handed down a 42-page report detailing the motivation behind their decision to revoke Benestad’s license to practice as a clinician. The health authorities stated that Benestad was declared “unfit to practice responsibly due to a substantial lack of professional insight, irresponsible activity, and substantial breaches of duty.”

Though the report acknowledges that Benestad has had support and praise from some of his clients, the inspectors pointed to several specific cases which were made known to them through complaints lodged by either family members or unnamed individuals.

Of particular concern to the health authorities was Benestad’s tendency to neglect both the opinions of colleagues and nationally recommended protocols. “We consider that you do not cooperate with other health personnel to a sufficient extent,” stated the authorities in their report.

“The National Health Inspectorate has also assessed that you do not follow the Norwegian Health Authority’s national guidance in your treatment of patients with gender incongruence. We consider it worrying that you justify this by saying that no one else has enough expertise or resources to provide this treatment, or that they advocate a method of treatment that you do not agree with.”

Benestad had been giving puberty-halting drugs to adolescents under questionable circumstances.

The ages of the patients were redacted to protect their identities, and therefore it is unclear how young the children were at the time that medical intervention was initiated. However, in the past, Benestad has indicated that he has prescribed puberty-halting drugs to a boy that he began treating at the age of nine, an incident that spurred the first investigation into his practice by health authorities.

The former general practitioner was previously investigated twice by the NHA for disregarding recommended safe practice policies in his medical treatment of minors. In 2021 it was revealed that he had privately administered puberty-blocking drugs and hormones to a teenager who went on to die by suicide.

Benestad has recently estimated the number of patients he has seen in his 37-year-long career to be between approximately 1,800–2,000 in total. Prior to administering puberty-blocking drugs to under-18’s, Benestad was treating child sexual abusers, which he has referred to as “pedosexuals,” and insisted pedophilia was a common human trait.

“We’ve all been pedosexuals once,” Benestad told VG in 1997, and cited “prevailing taboo notions” around pedophilia as a cause for child sexual abuse.

Swiss commentator jailed for 60 days after calling critic a ‘fat lesbian’

A far-right commentator has been jailed for 60 days in Switzerland for calling a journalist a “fat lesbian” who is “unhinged” — a sentence that has been hailed by LGBT activists as a victory over intolerance.

Alain Bonnet, a French-Swiss dual national more commonly known as Alain Soral, was handed a custodial sentence by a court in Lausanne on Monday after being convicted of defamation, discrimination, and incitement to hatred.

The offensive remark dated back more than two years ago when Soral took aim at the body image and sexual orientation of Catherine Macherel, a critic of his and journalist for the Swiss French-language newspapers Tribune de Geneve and 24 Heures.

Soral described Macherel in a Facebook video as a “queer activist” who was “unhinged” and labeled her a “fat lesbian.”

The Franco-Swiss writer was initially convicted of defamation last year and was ordered to pay a fine for his transgression. However, the Vaud public prosecutor’s office appealed the ruling, arguing that Soral’s remarks fell under reforms to the Swiss Criminal Code passed back in 2020, which made for derogatory remarks based on sexual orientation to be viewed in the same way as discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, or nationality.

The prosecution’s appeal was successful this week, as Vincent Derouand, a spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office, confirmed that Soral had been sentenced to 60 days’ imprisonment by the Vaud Cantonal Court. He was also ordered to pay legal costs and a hefty fine.

The sentence can still be appealed by the writer to the Federal Court.

The verdict was praised this week by both Macherel and the LGBT community as a victory for tolerance and respect.

“This court decision is an important moment for justice and rights of LGBTQI people in Switzerland,” said Murial Waeger, co-director of the lesbian activist group LOS. “The conviction of Alain Soral is a strong signal that homophobic hatred cannot be tolerated in our society,” she added.

Macherel expressed her satisfaction with the court’s ruling and said Soral had “deliberately targeted me not only with homophobic remarks but by exciting his crowd of supporters.

“He published my photo large on his Equality and Reconciliation site, he spoke with his fans who poured out all their hatred against me, despicable remarks which remained for months on his site.

“This verdict shows that we cannot sow hatred with impunity in our country. It’s reassuring,” she added.

Following the judgment, Soral’s lawyer, Pascal Junod, said his client had been convicted for a “crime of opinion” and for “sinning against the dogmas of single thought.” He confirmed the writer would be appealing the decision to Switzerland’s Federal Court, and refused to rule out taking the case to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg if necessary.

Spain: Illegal Migrants Arrested for Piracy

The Guardia Civil, Spain’s national police force, has arrested nine illegal immigrants who stand accused of threatening at knife-point sailors of a Dutch tugboat who had just rescued them from two boats in the Atlantic, forcing them to change course for the Spanish Canary Islands, sources from the interior ministry said.

The nine mutinous migrants had been a part of a larger group of 78 people who on the morning of Monday, October 2nd, departed from the North African coast in two separate boats in an attempt to reach the Canary Islands. The incident began after the Dutch ship “Vose Pace”—after realizing the precariousness of the two ships—rescued both, only to have some of those on board the second one threatening them with deadly weapons, El Debate reports.

The threat of violence came, apparently, because the Dutch ship, having rescued the two boats in waters under Moroccan rescue responsibility, received directions from Rabat to return the boats to the southern Moroccan port of Tan-Tan.

Shortly thereafter, when some of the migrants realized that they were being taken back to Morocco, they became “highly aggressive” toward crew members. Sources from the police, the Guardia Civil, and Maritime Rescue said that a portion of migrants initiated a “mutiny,” against the captain and members of the crew, threatening to stab them if they refused to change course.

It was at this point that the rescue crew acquiesced to the knife-wielding migrants’ demands and headed for the Port of Puerto del Rosario in Fuerteventura, one of the eight main islands in the Canary archipelago.

Upon arrival at the Spanish port, after confirming that everyone on board the two boats was in good health—and following other necessary inspections–officers from the Guardia Civil arrested the nine mutineers on piracy charges, AFP reported, citing police sources. The investigation is ongoing.

This particular episode comes after an incident in late August that saw 168 migrants begin rioting while on board a Guardia Civil patrol boat that had been anchored for several days in the port of Nouadhibou, Mauritania after being refused entry. Guardia Civil officers were forced to shoot several shots into the air to bring the heated situation to an end.

Despite the particularly dangerous nature of the West African Route—the stretch of the Atlantic Ocean that links Western African countries to the Spanish archipelago—the Canary Islands for years now have consistently attracted illegal migrants looking to make Europe their home.

According to data from the Spanish interior ministry, some 14,976 illegal migrants made landfall on the Canary Islands so far this year, representing a 20% increase compared to the same period last year.

Some 140 migrants have lost their lives on the West African Route so far this year, figures from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) revealed in September. As The European Conservative reported in July, 51 individuals, including three children and eleven women, died after their ship capsized while it was en route to the Spanish archipelago.

Germany: Two Syrian Islamists plotted an attack with explosives on churchgoers to avenge Qur’an burnings

According to the indictment, they had a murderous plan! A pair of Syrian brothers from Hamburg and Kempten (Bavaria) wanted to kill many people in an attack with explosives. The crime scene was to be a church in Sweden. Now the Hamburg Public Prosecutor’s Office has brought charges.

The charge against Anas K. (29) from Hamburg: attempted membership in a terrorist organisation abroad, preparation of a serious act of violence endangering the state and financing of terrorism.

The charge against his brother Ahmad K. (24) is: probable cause for supporting a terrorist organisation abroad and aiding and abetting the financing of terrorism.
According to the Hamburg Public Prosecutor’s Office, Anas K. is alleged to have plotted a radical Islamist-motivated explosive attack since spring 2023, the aim of which was to kill and injure a large number of people.

On April 14, 2023, Anas K. allegedly told an unidentified member of the “IS”-affiliated Al-Saqri Institute for War Sciences, who called himself “Emir”, about his plans to carry out the attack in a church in Sweden, where many visitors had gathered. He wanted to react violently to the Quran burnings in Sweden.
On April 25 at 6 a.m., heavily armed elite police officers of the Federal Police stormed a mezzanine flat on Bremer Reihe in Hamburg’s St. Georg district and arrested Anas K.!

At the same time, the raid took place in an apartment building in Kempten: there, investigators arrested the brother.

Autumn Means It’s Time for Racist Rants About Pumpkins

The official popular culture of the entertainment industry, the media, and its assorted tentacles is about as dumb as humanly possible. But it’s also seasonal. That means that not only are there Halloween decorations everywhere, but everything has pumpkins in it, and social justice activists have to scream “that’s racist”.

The social justice crybully crowd has been doing this for at least a decade. According to NPR, it’s “20 Years of Pumpkin Spice Power”.

NPR hosts have deep racist thoughts on the subject such as “pumpkin spice lattes aren’t really just pumpkin spice lattes. They’re associated with fall, with femininity, with whiteness, even” and “who is going to Starbucks? Rich white people. That’s part of it. Also, if you think of pumpkin pie spice, it’s an American holiday from hundreds of years ago. It’s not an African American-centered holiday. It’s not a Mexican American-centered holiday. Do you know what I mean? It’s the pilgrims, who are white.”

So anything American from hundreds of years ago represents whiteness and racism.

I think that we can all agree that taxpayer dollars spent funding NPR is money well spent.

If that’s too moderate for you, try “How Racism Found a Home in Pumpkin Spice Latte Culture”.

This article contends that, “why is it so hard to believe that pumpkins have a connection to whiteness in America? Perhaps it’s because so many feed into the myth of meritocracy and believe that resources in our community are made equally available… They need a pumpkin to be just a food item and nothing more to feed the myth that we live in an equal society.”

Anyone who believes a pumpkin is just a pumpkin is a capitalist racist.

When your only real form of identity is hating white people and the evil of whiteness pervades everything then pumpkins become the very embodiment of whiteness.

It could be any other food item. Bread, bananas or yogurt. Everything is just a symbol in an ideology that believes that nothing is literally true, only symbolically true.

Germany: Football match descends into chaos after Kurdish team attacks opposition players and referee

A football club in Germany that prides itself on recruiting players with a migration background has terminated the membership of three players and been ordered to play its next three games without spectators after players and fans of the club rioted during a league match on Sunday and physically assaulted the referee and opposition players.

Kine em Halle e.V. describes itself as “the slightly different football club” and boasts a playing staff that comprises 90 percent Kurdish Syrians.

The club, whose emblem encompasses the Kurdish flag, was brought into disrepute following a league match between Reideburger SV on Sunday.

Its players were reportedly incensed by the referee’s decision to award a penalty to the opposition, leading to a fracas on the football pitch that soon turned violent. Players and supporters of Kine em Halle e.V., who were hosting the match, attacked the referee, opponents, and spectators according to reports by the public broadcaster MDR.

Four police vehicles were dispatched to the scene following the incident.

The referee and a Reideburg player sustained injuries in the attack, and two men are currently being investigated by the authorities, while police also have other players and fans who they suspect to have been involved in the attack, according to police spokesman Michael Ripke.

It isn’t the first time that a match between the two sides has descended into chaos, with the same game being abandoned last season.

“Nobody wants to see these terrible images, and Kine em Halle e.V. would like to clearly express its regret about the incidents and apologize for them,” the club wrote in a statement following the incident.

The club also asked that it “not be prejudiced and we emphasize once again that Kine em Halle e.V. distances itself from any form of violence.”

The referee in charge is Fabian Stegner, the son of an SPD member of the Bundestag, Ralf Stegner.

“I would have liked to have forgone yesterday’s experiences, but I will continue to work as a referee,” Stegner told MDR.

A mission statement on the club’s website states that it “aims to address the new challenges arising from demographic change and social change” and seeks to teach young people to play football with “respect and tolerance.”

The city football association responded to the riot by canceling the Kurdish club’s games for the coming weekend for all ages while it conducts its own investigation into the incident.
