Following the hours-long homosexual rape of an 18-year-old male Polish citizen by a 20-year-old Afghan male migrant on an underground train platform in Munich, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has commented on the case, saying it was due to “open borders” policies pushed by the EU and certain politicians.
“A young Pole in Munich was raped by an Afghan immigrant. These are the effects of the open border policy pushed by the European Union, (head of the European People’s Party) Mr. Manfred Weber, and his representative in Poland, Donald Tusk. Do we want such a Europe in Poland?” asked Morawiecki in a post on Facebook.
Remix News reported about the homosexual rape case involving the Polish male on Tuesday. The culprit, who has been detained by the German police, took advantage of the fact that the young Pole was returning from a party and under the influence of alcohol fell asleep in an underground station in Munich.
Morawiecki elaborated in his post that Poland ” is one of the safest countries on the continent, and the Law and Justice (PiS) government invests huge funds in the army, police and protection of Polish borders.”
“These are the effects of the open borders policy being forced through by the EU, Manfred Weber and their representative in Poland Donald Tusk,” Morawiecki posted on Facebook.
Morawiecki also hit back at opposition politicians who have claimed that the ruling PiS is setting Poles against migrants. “We are not stigmatizing anybody. We are governing responsibly. The same cannot be said of the opposition when it was in government. We will all decide what kind of security policy Poland needs at the ballot box on October 15.”
The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday called in a representative of the German Embassy to discuss the case. The ministry handed in a statement saying that such situations are likely to occur again. This is why there is a need for an information campaign to raise awareness of the danger of such crimes being committed in Western European countries.
The Polish ministry declared that Poland is willing to participate in such an information campaign. The ministry also asked for full cooperation from the German police with the Polish consular services to ensure all possible help is given to the victim.
Germany has suffered a rising degree of rape cases tied to open borders in recent years. For example, last year the country saw a record increase in gang rape cases, with half of the suspects being of foreign origin.

Amid the many ideological struggles of the 20th century, liberalism emerged as a surviving force. However, the prominence of liberalism, once envisioned by Francis Fukuyama, has diminished, at least in the Atlantic world. Even Europe’s era of social democracy, with its socialist leanings, as an expression of this liberalism, appears to be fading away.
As a German in Germany, I think about this based on what I see here.
Despite Germany’s unique historical trajectory following the Second World War, which necessitated a significant reevaluation and consolidation of liberal values, the location of liberalism within the Federal Republic remains elusive.
The principles of the rule of law, market economy, human rights, and civil rights are universally recognized as democratic guidelines here. Liberal ideas have permeated society in various forms, but that has made it difficult to pinpoint a singular “pure doctrine.” While some retreats on the left can be observed, there seems to be a vague, liberal consensus that isn’t entirely defined.
The formative years of the country can be characterized as a process of assimilating Western liberal traditions, as Jürgen Habermas argued. Democracy, pluralism, parliamentarianism, and critical public debate—essentially, the guiding principles of the liberal constitutional state—had to be reaffirmed and solidified in their relevance in order to transform Germany. While this common foundation allows for various democratic perspectives, it does not generate a unified concept of liberalism.
Yet Germany’s specific history of liberalism has been shaped by ist failures since 1848.
Unlike, say, France, or the U.K., the liberal goals of unity and freedom were never realized here, and the country did not experience any sort of bourgeois revolution of the kind Karl Marx obsessed about.
The influence of national liberalism, which became dominant in politics since the founding of the German Reich in 1871 (think: Bismarck) through its accommodation with the monarchical authorities, posed a significant constraint on the emergence of a well defined and clear liberalism as it formed elsewhere.
As a result, Germany moved toward liberalism, but paradoxically so, with tyrannical features.
The predicament of nominal liberalism in Germany is evident in the German State Party’s support for the Enabling Act, betraying liberal principles in favor of assumed power responsibility. Consequently, German liberalism faced compromise on two fronts after 1945: on one hand, it had sacrificed its ideals for “Realpolitik” considerations, as exemplified by Ludwig von Rochau’s observations, and on the other hand, it hindered the development of an active civic social policy necessary for promoting a democratic political culture.
It is not a new observation that Germany’s affinity for the idea of freedom is limited. When in doubt, the preference often leans towards the comforting embrace of an all-encompassing welfare state, which greets newcomers with bureaucratic procedures and responds to every challenge, no matter how simple, with a multitude of new laws. The lack of trust in citizens’ ability to provide for their own well-being or make responsible choices leads to excessive reliance on state intervention.
In contrast, the concept of liberalism is commonly associated with capital markets or seen as self-serving.
In essence, freedom in Germany is often equated with free beer and trivial entitlements, without sufficiently recognizing that freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. The belief that the state should take care of everything, resulting in the reluctance to acknowledge parental responsibility, is detrimental. The German tendency to address problems by imposing bans or throwing money at them exemplifies the two prevailing approaches. For instance, the Christian Democratic Union’s proposal to implement an alcohol ban at certain train stations due to a sexual assault involving a drunk individual is as misguided as any other knee-jerk reaction. This behavior reflects a classical German inclination to regulate, even though children of terrorists are treated like terrorists themselves, while conveniently disregarding the fact that such measures do not address the root causes effectively.
The same pattern emerges in debates around issues like violent video games, where conservatives, in particular, advocate for prohibition rather than addressing underlying concerns. Similarly, discussions surrounding financial investments highlight the pervasive focus on money across all political parties in Germany. Any mention that real poverty is not prevalent is seen as political suicide. Criticizing the state’s provision of a relatively good life for the children of the unemployed, ensuring they have food and shelter, is considered social agitation or dismissing the reality of poverty. Superfluous aspects like vacations or cultural events are readily discussed, despite their non-vital nature. Political parties advocate for free education, while teachers’ salaries and school supplies remain the responsibility of individuals—an inconsistency concealed from the public despite being funded by taxpayers.
It is evident that intervention is necessary when parents abuse their children, a problem prevalent in every country. However, solving such issues cannot be achieved solely through monetary means. Citizens often express surprise when the state, despite its best intentions, intervenes in every aspect of their lives, conflicting with their self-interest. Personal responsibility is an integral part of freedom, but it remains a foreign concept in Germany. It is ironic that Germany perceives itself to have a significant problem with child poverty. Given the country’s low birth rate of 1.4 children per woman, which poses a substantial demographic challenge, the focus should be on this aspect instead of artificially inflating concerns.
Liberalism in Germany is a complex and multifaceted concept. The prevalence of liberal ideas in the country remains obscured, with liberalism often superficially portrayed. While German citizens tend to elect representatives from a wide range of parties, they are equally wary of excessive political interference in their lives. Germany’s relationship with liberalism can be characterized as cautiously neutral, with a tendency to prioritize moral concerns.
The word “liberal” itself carries contradictory connotations, reflecting ist inherent polemical nature. Economic liberalism and opposition to social welfare measures are frequently criticized as being detached from social concerns. The ideology of neoliberal capitalism, justifying new constraints in the face of globalization, attracts allegations of being socially indifferent. Conversely, a liberalization of society is often seen as a means of modernization and emancipation from traditional constraints, prioritizing freedom and countering the negative perception of liberalism as an ideology that disregards the socially disadvantaged.
This list of colloquial customs and contradictions could go on, highlighting the challenges of defining a political theory based on liberalism. However, when it comes to the Federal Republic of Germany, the problem persists that despite efforts to appreciate the merits of social and political liberalization, few individuals feel compelled to engage in a substantive discussion of liberalism. In German intellectual history, explicit declarations of political liberalism are rare, and even the Free Democratic Party (FDP), as a self-proclaimed liberal party, has struggled to establish a coherent intellectual framework or rationale for ist political program.
Constructing a pantheon of liberal thinkers has proven even more challenging due to the absence of influential figures who embody the historical representation of liberalism. Friedrich Naumann, the namesake of the FDP’s foundation, falls short as a personal replacement. Max Weber, an eminent contemporary of Naumann and a towering figure in political and social science, also proves difficult to fully capture within the realm of liberalism.

The idea that young from migrant families have not integrated with French culture is wrong. Modern French education has taught them to reject authority, discipline and tradition and to put self-expression and self-realization first. Social media influencers and trendsetters promote absolute freedom and rejection of notions of objectivity, ethics and natural law.
France’s migrant youth have been told to be themselves and to do what they want. So, they destroy buildings, burn cars and throw stones at the police to express themselves. Their actions are not an expression of Muslim culture of any kind. Their nihilistic fury lacks any political or religious objectives. It is simply rebellion against any boundaries.
Justice Minister Eric Dupond-Moretti has decided to blame the parents for a failure to exercise parental authority, but how could they? When the whole culture in education and the legal system has been undermining family values and reducing parental power, it is not a surprise at all.
Young migrants claim that they do not like France and do not identify with it, and by saying that, they are following the logic of what is said in the mainstream. They hear that the nation-state is an anachronistic evil, that Western civilization has been a source of misery and genocide, and that the intolerant, xenophobic European culture is responsible for racism and colonialism. How could they be expected to associate themselves with such evil?
These frustrated young people are in reality faithfully replicating the dysfunctional culture that is dominant in French society and culture, which has rejected tradition and embraced egoistic individualism. They are the children of today’s Republic.
President Macron has blamed the riots on computer games and social media such as TikTok or Snapchat, which, he argues, poison young people’s minds. However, these forms of media are just a mirror reflection of mass culture and that mass culture is based on the left-liberal hegemony of which Macron is a prime example.
I may be one of the first scientists in the country to know that predicting long-term temperatures is not possible.
Almost 50 years ago, while in grad school, I had a contract from an Army research lab to use a state-of-the-art models to predict long-term temperatures. I quickly realized that the goal of the project, to forecast accurately the temperature long-term, was impossible because small errors in data inputs could result in huge forecasts errors. Equally important was that errors compounded so quickly that it caused the error ranges to explode. The results were junk. As an example, what good is a temperature forecast with an error range of plus or minus one hundred degrees?
I give university speeches to scientists and tell them: if you ever see some data or forecasts, your first question has to be “what’s the error range?” If you don’t know the error range, the data are almost useless. It’s not coincidental that the Climate Mafia don’t highlight this problem
So what about modern technology solving these problems? These error problems are still true today. It’s not that the long-term temperature forecasts are wrong; it’s that they can’t be right. All global warming modelers know this, or they are incredibly stupid, or they just lie about it for money or power.
When the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change made even a pretense of being science-based, they used to admit it. From the 2001 IPCC Third Assessment Report: “The climate system is a coupled non-linear chaotic system, and therefore the long-term prediction of future climate states is not possible.”
The weather is a coupled, non-linear chaotic system. Chaos theory says very small changes in inputs can result in totally different outcomes. This concept is counterintuitive for most people. We intrinsically think that if you’re a little off at the beginning, you should be a little off at the end. Try that on a mountain trail next to a cliff.
The Climate Mafia know that this is true, but they still want money and power. They argue that even though you can’t make a real temperature forecast, they can create a completely bogus forecasting approach, where they take a bunch of different climate models that don’t agree (so much for settled science) and combine their outputs. They then say voilà: we have a correct prediction, and they use pseudo-statistics to get around the error problem. The way I visualize it is, if you take a bunch (an ensemble sounds more scientific) of wrong answers and then combine them, that is the right answer. Absurd.
Since your input data are critical to forecasting the Chaotic Future, fully understanding past temperatures is also critical. The Climate Mafia create the entirely bogus concept of an “average Earth temperature” to create a bogus base data set for their bogus models. The Warming Scammers like to use a garbage temperature history that starts about 1850. The Scammers say that their increased temperatures since 1850, just coincidentally at the end of a three-hundred-year cooling cycle, represent the rise of the industrial pollution age. In 1850, and even in 1950, only a small percentage of world’s population could even be considered close to industrialized. Look at India, Africa, and China then: almost medieval energy use patterns until really recently. Humans have been around in their current form for many tens of thousands of years. To say the weather since the 1850s is representative of anything from a statistical perspective is a joke.
So what kind of temperature data do we have since 1850?
With oceans and ice caps covering over 80+% of the world’s surface, we have virtually no reliable long-term data on any of that, other than the last few decades. Even then, you are talking about a relatively small number of measuring devises in all those places. (Do you check the weather a few hundred miles away to know if you need an umbrella?) How about the temperature trends in deserts, on mountains, in the middle of Africa, South America, Siberia — at sea level, a hundred feet elevation, a thousand feet elevation? The data are so bad in all of the Southern Hemisphere — half the globe — that there are only a few datasets even close to reliable since the 1850s. There are almost no real, reliable, and complete long-term data globally, and particularly none reliable enough to create model of a chaotic system entirely dependent on very accurate input data.
The concept of “average Earth temperature” is critical to their bogus forecasting, but because we think “average” generally means something useful, it gets a mental pass. As an example, describe the “average” human.
Let me offer a thought experiment. What is the average temperature of your house within one degree? How many sensors, with what degree of accuracy reading the temperature, how often, would you need to know the average temperature within one degree? One sensor won’t do it. Would ten sensors (a hundred? a thousand?) be needed to cover the ceilings, floors, six feet up, each corner of every room, near every doors and window and heat source, measuring the temperature every hour, minute, second for a period of years, to get an average temperature within one degree? How do you weight a gage in a big room versus a small one, or in the ceiling versus the floor?
If we can’t even figure out the long-term average temperature of one building, it is complete hubris to think we can create accurate enough global temperature inputs to predict 100 years out.
I won’t even get into outright data fraud, like lowering the hot 1930s or selectively changing input locations to make the current temperatures look hotter. The data are bad enough on their own. Using faulty data to predict the future creates faulty forecasts. Garbage in, garbage out.
Perhaps the greatest part of the Global Warming Scam is that it requires a complete disregard for common sense. We all know that weather forecasters can’t predict next week’s weather within 1 degree, but the Scammers push the lie that they can predict the temperature a hundred years from now within a degree or two. That literally defies credulity.
More importantly, say you had perfect data and a perfect model. How could we possibly know what impact that will have? Another thought experiment: How much will temperatures vary where you live today? Ten degrees? Twenty degrees? Thirty? How much does it vary in a year? For most of the U.S., that number might be 50 degrees, a 100 degrees. So plants and animals have adapted to 20-degree temperatures changes in a day or 100-degree temperature changes in a year. Somehow a 1- or 2-degree temperature change in a hundred years is going to take them out? That’s ridiculous.
Finally, when somebody offers me a forecast, my first question is, how right have your other forecasts been? We are now in the third or fourth ten-year period of the last forty years when the world is going to end in ten years. That tells you all you need to know about global warming forecasting.
The fact that any counter-narratives have to be censored is also damning. A final fact to consider is one my mother taught me at a young age: when the other side starts calling you names (deniers, anti-vaxxers), you know they have lost the argument.
And yet we should totally restructure society based on those impossible models. This was probably the greatest scientific lie in history, and people believed it. After that, selling the lie that even though mRNA vaccines have never worked in thirty years and generally killed all their test subjects but are now safe and effective for humans, including babies, after two months of limited testing, is child’s play. Joseph Goebbels, a proponent of the “Big Lie,” would be proud about both lies.
Before we restructure the world based on models, we must realize they can’t be right.
An asylum seeker from Afghanistan has been jailed for twice raping a 12-year-old girl with learning disabilities in a migrant hotel in London.
Sakhidad Ahadi, 25, was sentenced at the Croydon Crown Court to twelve years in prison for grooming and raping a 12-year-old refugee from Albania, however, he will likely only serve eight years behind bars before being considered for parole.
During the trial, Ahadi maintained that he was also 12 years old, despite evidence that he was in fact 25 years old. His lawyers also tried to argue that due to his upbringing in rural Afghanistan, he believed his young victim was 19 as “perceiving age may not be so clear to someone who has grown up in mountainous Afghanistan.” Judge Anthony Dunne said that he found this explanation “implausible”.
Describing the heinous acts, the judge said per the Daily Mail: “You touched her and took her pants off and you raped her first when she was face-down and a medical examination revealed you tore her.
“Despite her young age and obvious distress you turned her over and after you finished there was a mess on the bed, which you cleaned up with toilet paper.
“She told you her real age and that she was twelve years old. She denied that she told you she was aged nineteen and her version of events have been proved. The jury concluded that she was telling the truth and that you were lying.”
The convicted rapist and his victim were both placed by the government in the historic Queens Hotel in Crystal Palace, London, which has since begun to be referred to locally as “Hotel Asylum” as it has been taken over to house migrants while their asylum claims, something that has become common across England following the coronavirus and the migrant crisis in the English Channel.
Ahadi claimed that he came to the UK to escape persecution from the Taliban, claiming that the Islamic fundamentalist group had shot him and killed his father for refusing to join their ranks.
The girl victim, alongside her brother, was brought to the UK by their mother from their native Albania. According to prosecutors, the 12-year-old girl suffers from a learning disability, which they said made her even more vulnerable to grooming.
The victim told the court: “I feel super-stressed, suffer emotional outbursts and I am crying all the time. I stay awake at night and feel someone is chasing me.”
Her mother added: “The sky has fallen in on my head and destroyed me. We came to this country for safety and I did not want anything like this to happen to my children.”
The judge determined that Ahadi “showed no remorse” over the rapes and continues to pose a “significant risk to the public” and therefore ordered an extended sentence of three years on license following his release. The Afghani will also remain on the sex offenders registry for the rest of his life.
