In news bound to surprise and shock the naive among us, the Secret Service concluded its investigation of the most secure place in the country and was unable to determine who left the cocaine in the White House.

It also has no idea who had previously left drugs lying around the place.

The Secret Service has concluded its investigation into the small bag of cocaine found at the White House and has been unable to identify a suspect, according to a statement from the US Secret Service.

That tells us it wasn’t a Republican. If it had been, the FBI would have raided him last week.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre expressed confidence last week that Secret Service will “get to the bottom” of the incident.

And they did. The results tell us that the Secret Service got to the bottom, got into a black limo and drove the other way. Had the cocaine been left by an assorted visitor or low-level staffer, they would have been nailed.

So it was left by someone who was too important to nail, a top official, someone’s family member, a major donor or someone who otherwise could not be touched without a whole lot more incentive.

Considering that this is the same administration which has been caught lying for months to lawmakers and the media about the status of Iran envoy Rob Malley, who was actually under investigation by the FBI for mishandling classified information, cocaine lies would be no big deal.

Still I think a consensus should shortly emerge that, much like the laptops, the Russians planted cocaine in the White House to frame Hunter Biden.

Once the experts and the intelligence community arrive at this conclusion, it’ll be time to announce that any other explanation is misinformation and needs to be censored for threatening democracy.

Just what the most repressive U.S. administration since Woodrow Wilson’s ordered: a military buildup to draw us closer into a hot war with Russia, which will have the bonus for this Despotic Clique of providing the excuse for FBI head Christopher Wray to order a ruthless crackdown on political dissent, not to mention refusal to comply with congressional oversight requests.

Here are the lede paragraphs in Politico’s report on this startling development of a U.S. military buildup.  Not that this just happened to occur hours after word broke of House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan’s letter to Wray calling for release by July 27 of documents concerning the FBI surveillance, via Google, of staffers on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence — surveillance believed to been in retaliation for the Intelligence Committee’s probe of the FBI.

President Joe Biden has authorized the military to call up 3,000 reserve troops to support operations in Europe after tens of thousands were sent there last year after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, a top general said Thursday.

Although it is not clear whether Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin plans to actually deploy these reservists anytime soon, the move suggests that the U.S. military’s training mission in Europe, along with the deployment of several new brigades after the invasion, has stretched active-duty forces.

The Politico report goes on to provide a rationale how the move is needed to protect he eastern flank of NATO — which of course is a euphemism for saying that NATO, in recent decades, has expanded eastward into the former countries of the Soviet Union’s Warsaw Pact.  Politico also mentions what might be news to most Americans: that Biden sent an additional 20 thousand troops to Europe at the start of the war in Ukraine, bringing the total now to 100,000 troops on the continent.  The Politico story continues:

“This reaffirms the unwavering support and commitment to the defense of NATO’s eastern flank in the wake of Russia’s illegal and unprovoked war on Ukraine,” Lt. Gen. Douglas Sims, the director of operations for the Joint Staff, told reporters on Thursday.

“While the move gives the military’s European Command “greater flexibility” to defend the continent, it will not change the actual force levels in Europe, Capt. Bill Speaks, a spokesperson for U.S. European Command, said in a statement.

The president’s order also for the first time designates Operation Atlantic Resolve, the U.S. effort in Europe, as a contingency operation, which allows the Pentagon to call up reserve forces and implement sped-up acquisition authorities to supply those troops with equipment.

The designation not only allows the president to mobilize reservists, but also ensures they are paid and supported as active-duty troops. It also provides support for families and dependents of any reservists who might be deployed.

The U.S. rushed 20,000 more troops to Europe after Russia’s invasion, bringing the total to over 100,000 on the continent. That includes new rotations of 10,000 troops in Poland, which has emerged as a critical hub for supporting and supplying Ukraine.

What next should we expect from the most repressive American regime since Wilson jailed Eugene V. Debs for opposing his war policy?  Arrest and detention of former president Trump if he speaks out against Biden’s moves on behalf of the Despotic Clique to get us into a hot war with Putin, renewing, not coincidentally, the false allegations of 2017 to 2019 that Mr. Trump was Putin’s puppet?

Think about the unleashed boldness of the Despotic Clique (previously known as the Deep State) as a political trifecta: 1) election interference and the destruction of MAGA; 2) political dominance — through media-sanctioned exaltation of Biden, and 3) an end to the notion of an independent Judiciary — sending Judge Doughty’s reaffirmation of the First Amendment into the nearest trash bin.

Among other things, who would dare question the honesty, integrity, or competence of President Biden?  To do so would risk immediate charges of treason from Garland’s Justice Department, preceded by lightning SWAT raids from Wray’s FBI.

Plus — and this is the delicious part — the rush of backstabbers like William Barr, Chris Christie, and Paul Ryan to declare, “Now is the time for all good persons to come to the aid of the uniparty.”

American democracy is very much in peril — and the peril comes from those who spent years demonizing Donald J. Trump and the Republican Party.  Apparently, the dastardly deed is about to pay off.  The Founding Fathers are weeping.

Ironically enough for a national holiday celebrating a rebellion against entrenched authority, France is marking Bastille Day today with an enormous police deployment and bans on fireworks in response to enormous rioting that rocked the country just weeks ago.

France will deploy 130,000 police officers and 40,000 firemen will be deployed across France over the course of the Bastille weekend, the Minister of the Interior Gérald Darmanin revealed. Underlining the extent of the exceptional deployment to keep the peace on what would otherwise be a day of celebration, Darmanin said “specially equipped and organised” law enforcement would be on the streets.

Beyond regular police, officers from the RAID elite tactical unit, GIGN counter-terror police, BRI tactical unit, police helicopters, drones, armoured vehicles, and water cannon trucks are deployed today and over the weekend. In all there will be 45,000 police a night on the streets, Le Figaro reports.

In a further effort to head off violence, there are widespread restrictions against fireworks, a traditional part of Bastille day celebrations. While some regions and cities have outright banned fireworks after hundreds of officers were injured last month in the riots which saw huge amounts of professional-grade fireworks used as improvised firearms against police, there are also national efforts to limit supply.

Tens of thousands of heavy-duty fireworks, known colloquially in France as ‘mortars’, have been confiscated in recent weeks and border police and customs are looking especially for attempts to import new stocks illegally from abroad, a considerable job given the EU’s open borders. One police officer cited notes these efforts may be effective as “the criminals” had already depleted their huge stocks of fireworks during the riots” and limiting new supply now could have an impact.

Presently, buying such fireworks is illegal by executive decree. In some areas, public fireworks displays will be replaced with drone light shows. Presumably looking past the impact of lithium batteries, one report notes approvingly these are more “environmentally friendly”.

These moves follow the week of rioting that rocked France following the killing of an underage driver stopped by police as he tried to escape the traffic stop. France experienced the worst riots in nearly 20 years leading to considerable property damage if not, fortunately, major additional loss of life.

As reported, nearly 6,000 vehicles were burnt out and over 1,200 buildings were damaged or destroyed. One estimate puts the cost of rebuilding at over one billion dollars.

On June 26 in Battagram, in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, a retired Muslim teacher was arrested by the police to the great surprise of himself and his family. A certain Momin Shah had filed a FIR (First Information Report) against him claiming that he and two friends had seen on social media material disrespectful to the companions of Prophet Muhammad posted by the former teacher.

The police acted promptly, although the teacher insisted that he did not post anything disrespectful to Islam, his own religion, and perhaps his profile had been hacked.

This was a comparatively rare example of enforcement of Article 298-A of the Pakistani Criminal Code, reading as follows: “Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation, or by any imputation, innuendo or insinuation, directly or indirectly, defiles the sacred name of any wife (Ummul-Mumudeen), or members of the family (Ahle-bait) of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), or any of the righteous Caliphs (Khulafa Raashideen) or companions (Sahaaba) of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.”

Article 298-A precedes in the Criminal Code the notorious Article 298-B, which includes a laundry list of discriminatory provisions against the Ahmadi religious minority.

Compared to provisions on blasphemy, which include the death penalty as punishment to those who offend the Prophet, Article 298-A threatens those who do not show enough respect to Muhammad’s wives, relatives, or companions with comparatively mild penalties.

Lawyers, however, warn that judges can always convert an accusation of disrespect into one of blasphemy at trial, with dire consequences for the defendants.

The case also shows that an “Internet police” in Pakistan is continuously looking for evidence of blasphemy or similar offenses on social media. Sometimes, when they cannot find any anti-Islamic postings, activists fabricate them.

The Washington Times recently obtained a copy of a report by three open-source intelligence analysts stating that China’s People’s Liberation Army is developing high-technology weapons designed to disrupt brain functions and influence government leaders or entire populations.

Well, that would explain a lot, particularly the actions of the Biden administration and the Democratic Party in general.

The 12-page report is titled “Enumerating, Targeting and Collapsing the Chinese Communist Party’s Neurostrike Program.” It states that the newly designed weapons could be used to directly attack or control brains using microwave or other directed energy, via handheld guns or larger weapons firing electromagnetic beams. The intelligence analysts ominously added that the threat of China‘s brain warfare weapons being used prior to or during a future conflict is no longer theoretical.

To sum up and reiterate, the study noted: “Unknown to many, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its People’s Liberation Army (PLA) have established themselves as world leaders in the development of neurostrike weapons.”

The COVID-19 pandemic originated in China. As did the freedom-killing response to it. The shocking fact that so many Americans and Westerners were more than willing to comply with mandates that were preposterous on their face and that could only result in the devastation of their jobs, dignities, and souls…suggests that the CCP’s Neurostrike Program was in place– and utilized– as early as 2020.

Summer has only just begun, but intense heat waves are already hitting Europe. It stretches from Spain to Greece via Italy and Romania. The temperature peak is expected in the next few days and the European record of 48.8 degrees could even be broken. After the Columbiabad swimming pool closed down in the German capital of Berlin, the issue of migrant violence and sexual assaults at the location has sparked a nationwide media conversation but also led to warnings that this one pool is hardly an exception.

According to German newspaper Welt, outbreaks of violence in Berlin’s open-air pools are currently particularly frequent, but lifeguards and visitors in other cities also report violence and aggressive guests. In Mannheim, there was a mass brawl in June involving more than 40 people. In the Karlsruhe district, a pool attendant was attacked by a group and beaten so badly that he ended up in the hospital.

“Violence against pool staff is everywhere,” reports Peter Harzheim, president of the Federal Association of German Pool Attendants (BDS). The vast majority of swimming pools continue to be peaceful places. However, he said that complaints about misconduct by some bathers are increasing nationwide.

As Remix News previously reported, the Columbiabad public bath in Berlin’s Neukölln borough closed after staff from the location were out “sick from stress” in such numbers that the swimming pool could no longer operate.

“The number of incidents and the behavior of some bathers are an extreme burden for our very committed employees in the pools,” said the municipal agency that runs the complex, and many others across the German capital, in a statement. “This is not sustainable in the long run.”

Then, in a letter to German newspaper Tagesspiegel, pool staff described vandalism, physical attacks and harassment from “Arab migrants and Chechens,” with the staff writing a letter describing “feces smeared on the walls,” girls having their bikinis ripped off, and physical attacks against swimmers and staff.

Harzheim warns of a dangerous development in German society.

“Where many cultural milieus clash, it can explode,” says Harzheim. When asked by Welt newspaper, the Association of Towns and Municipalities also reported isolated problems in large cities, while the German Lifesaving Society (DLRG) reports that volunteers at bathing lakes are also increasingly exposed to verbal attacks.

While speaking to Bild TV, Harzheim said he would be “acting irresponsibly” if he attended an outdoor pool with his own three grandchildren.

Germany’s interior minister, Nancy Faeser, has backed a permanent police presence at troubled swimming pools, but critics have questioned why these swimming pools need to become a “police state” in order to function.

Two 17-year-old girls from Denmark experienced terror despite arriving in Crete to enjoy their summer vacation.

According to Thestival, a 19-year-old Pakistani man attacked the two underage female tourists at the hotel where they were staying. He first threw one of the two minors to the ground and then tried to grab the second one.

The 17-year-olds did not lose their cool. They resisted and as soon as they got the chance they ran to their room. The Pakistani followed them, but they closed the door in time.

They immediately notified the employee at the hotel reception, who in turn called the police on 100. The perpetrator left the hotel but was spotted by police officers nearby and arrested.

Earlier, the 19-year-old Pakistani had committed a barrage of criminal acts. He initially attempted to break into rooms in the same hotel. He then attacked two young tourists outside their room with the intention of robbing them.

He later left the hotel and attempted to break into a nearby detached house. He was noticed by the owner and ran back to the hotel. There he found the two Danish tourists and attacked them.

The 19-year-old attacker was under the influence of drugs at the time of the attack.  When questioned by the police, he replied that he works in a local restaurant as a waiter.

The Pakistani was identified as the perpetrator by the 17-year-old girls, by the owner of the single-family house and by the young tourists he attempted to rob. Charges were filed against him for assaulting minors, attempted robbery and attempted theft.

He was arrested 3 days ago!

According to the Thestival, three days ago the 19-year-old Pakistani was arrested for attempted theft in the city of Heraklion. He was released on parole and given a deadline to testify three days later.

He was imprisoned but… released early

In October 2021 he was sent to prison after being convicted of robbery, causing dangerous bodily harm and using a weapon. The original sentence of 4 years was reduced to 32 months on appeal. He was finally released early on May 15, 2023, serving about 18 months in prison.
