On April 26, actor Sameer Khan shared a fake report on his Twitter handle that accused two Hindu brothers of committing hate crime against a black man.
Sameer, a religious zealot and a washed-up actor by all accounts was quoting a Twitter handle, sooraj_sb00, which shared a video of a black man beating two men with sticks. The tweet read, “Two Hindu extremists in America attacked a Black man with weapons. Luckily the victim was easily able to disarm them and defend himself. Both Hindu extremists were arrested. The police are investigating it as a hate crime.”

Quoting the tweet, Sameer said, “Two Mob lynchers with sticks couldn’t stand one black man outside India.” However, his “happiness” did not last long. Twitter user Befitting Facts dug out the actual report on the video in question.

It was revealed that the incident was from 2015, and it was not a hate crime, as the tweets presented. Befitting Facts said, “This is not any hate crime. Those two brothers were trying to protect their shop from robbery. And the accused, Domnick Smith, was arrested and charged by the court. That happened eight years ago.”

OpIndia accessed the original report shared in 2015 by WISN 12 News. The report mentioned that the two gas station clerks charged another person with baseball bats who was trying to steal from their store.
The truth about the incident
The incident took place at 4950 W Lisbon on February 21, 2015. Interestingly, right across the street, there was a police station.
Reports suggested that the argument between the clerks and the accused started after they accused the latter of shoplifting. The eyewitnesses said the accused was taunting them and tried to reenter the store. The accused got hold of one of the bats and attacked the clerks with it. One of them got unconscious due to the injuries. The accused then escaped but was later captured by the police the next day.
The accused was identified as 21-year-old Dominick Smith. He pleaded guilty to two felony counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. He was sentenced to serve 18 months in prison and 24 months of extended supervision on each of the charges. In total, he was sentenced to spend 36 months in prison and 48 months of extended supervision. Furthermore, he was ordered to pay USD 14,000 in restitution and over USD 3,000 to the Crime Victim Compensation Program.
Smith’s public defender initially claimed during the hearing that his client suffered from mental illness, and he was diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and ADHD. A medical examination was ordered by the court, and the case was put on hold. However, after the medical report came back from the doctor’s office, Smith told the court he was competent to contest the case. At that time, he was out on USD 10,000 cash bail.

A 2016 medical article documenting the tragic death of one of the participants in the linchpin Dutch study upon which the entire child sex change experiment is based indicates that puberty suppression was to blame for the young person’s death.
The case is that of an 18-year-old trans-identified male whose puberty was blocked by the Dutch researchers at a very early stage, meaning there wasn’t enough penile tissue for surgeons to use to create a “neo-vagina.” Therefore, a more risky procedure using a section of the patient’s bowel was necessary, which resulted in fatal necrotizing fasciitis.
Technically, he was an adult when they killed him. But social engineers put him on track for this as a child, when the desecration and destruction of his body on behalf of the LGBT agenda were already well underway.

The surge of new arrivals illegally entering Britain via the English Channel over the past few years has threatened cultural cohesiveness, and the British government should “heed the warning” of anti-mass migration protests across the country, U.K. Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick has claimed.
In a speech at the Policy Exchange think tank on Tuesday, the Conservative minister said that mass irregular migration will be one of the defining characteristics of the 21st century. He said that while Britain has previously been shielded to an extent from the wider crisis affecting Europe due to its geographical proximity, just across the English Channel, which he states was “once a barrier more impenetrable than any wall,” the stretch of water is now seen as a “gateway for those in search of better economic prospects” due to living in an age of “cheap manufactured goods, transnational smuggling gangs, and instant communications.”
Jenrick warned attendees of the “damaging effects on social trust and cohesion from uncontrolled migration,” and spoke of meeting with local residents of the affected area of Dover in southeast England where the majority of illegal migrants land who he said now feel “abandoned by the authorities and estranged from their neighborhood.”
“Put simply: Excessive, uncontrolled migration threatens to cannibalize the compassion of the British public,” the minister said.
“Those crossing tend to have completely different lifestyles and values to those in the U.K. — and tend to settle in already hyper-diverse areas, undermining the cultural cohesiveness that binds diverse groups together and makes our multi-ethnic democracy successful.
“The current numbers of people arriving here illegally surpass any reasonable number the state could be expected to provide for or integrate successfully into our national community,” he added.
Jenrick offered his remarks as the government prepares to bring its Illegal Migration Bill back to parliament on Wednesday, legislation the minister claimed would “end this injustice of illegal migration and secure our borders.”
He explained the new law enables the detention of illegal arrivals, without bail or judicial review within the first 28 days of detention, until they can be removed. New powers will also be conferred to make provisions to scientifically assess the age of migrants claiming to be minors, “and in certain circumstances allows us to take an automatic assumption of adulthood from those who refuse a scientific age assessment.”
“The bill has a simple principle: If you arrive in the U.K. illegally there should be no route to a life in the U.K.
“You will be returned home or removed to a safe third country – and once removed, only in the most exceptional of circumstances will those that have arrived illegally be permitted leave to enter the U.K.,” Jenrick added.
Home Secretary Suella Braverman defended Jenrick’s remarks on Wednesday morning’s media cycle amid outrage from humanitarian groups and left-wing campaigners.
“I think that the people coming here illegally do possess values which are at odds with our country,” Braverman stated when asked for her opinion on her minister’s speech.
“We are seeing heightened levels of criminality when related to the people who’ve come on boats related to drug dealing, exploitation, prostitution.
“There are real challenges which go beyond the migration issue of people coming here illegally. We need to ensure that we bring an end to the boat crossings,” she added.
A former hero policeman hailed as a role model and put in charge of teenage cadets after being injured tackling a crazed knifeman was today unmasked as a predator who abused a string of youngsters.
In the latest disturbing example of a police officer taking advantage of his trusted position to pursue his twisted sexual desires, Pc Adnan Ali instead used the award-winning unit as a ‘grooming playground’, a court heard.
The shamed 36-year-old was today facing a lengthy prison sentence and the loss of his police pension after being convicted of five counts of sexual assault against teenage cadets and 15 counts of misconduct in a public office over his sexualised messages.
Following his conviction, bosses at Greater Manchester Police issued a grovelling apology for what Ali’s trial was told was ‘inadequate oversight’ by senior officers which helped him get away with his predatory behaviour.
Branding Ali’s crimes ‘abhorrent’, Assistant Chief Constable Colin McFarlane admitted that ‘not enough was done’ to ‘supervise and oversee him’, adding: ‘For that I am truly sorry’.
Mr McFarlane told MailOnline he was ‘very mindful that this comes on the back of other cases involving police officers’.
However he insisted: ‘Ali represents the very worst that there is in policing, but also a very tiny minority.
‘The vast majority of officers, like the public, will be horrified by what he’s done.’
The police chief insisted that changes to the popular uniformed cadet scheme – which aims to ‘encourage the spirit of adventure and good citizenship’ in young people – meant participants are now better protected.
However with more than 500 volunteer police cadet groups across Britain responsible for thousands of children as young as 13, it means questions are likely to be asked as to whether enough has been done to root out abusers.
Until his arrest, bisexual Ali – who insisted on being known as ‘Adz’ – had seemed the perfect role model.
The recipient of a bravery award after being left fearing he ‘wasn’t going to come out alive’ when he was stabbed in the head three times by a knife-wielding attacker, Ali was a natural on social media and happy to discuss his Muslim faith.
He was even pictured behind bars after being sponsored spending 24 hours in a police cell to raise money for a mental health charity as he spoke of the post-traumatic stress disorder the attack had triggered.
Ali made regular photocalls alongside his chief constable, and accepted the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service on behalf of his force’s volunteer cadet scheme, where he led a thriving unit of 130 young people after being moved from frontline duties.
But behind the smooth exterior lay a dark secret – the serial grooming and sexual assault of a string of would-be officers, many of them from ‘vulnerable’ backgrounds, who were held in his thrall.
Confident of their silence – not least as he was on the interview panel for teenagers seeking to secure police apprenticeships – Ali abused his trusted position by groping them and sending them unsolicited X-rated pictures of himself.
Ali, who had the Superman logo emblazoned on his leader’s hoodie and underpants, often made late night inappropriate phone calls to some of the victims.
Others were sent photographs of him in the bath or on the toilet.
He even formed a relationship with another former cadet who later gave birth to his son.
Anne Whyte, KC, prosecuting, told Ali’s trial at Liverpool Crown Court that his behaviour – and the failure of police chiefs to monitor it – enabled him to turn the Trafford cadet scheme into ‘something of a grooming playground’.
She said the size of the unit – combined with his popularity – plus his ‘unrestrained sexual appetites and his over-familiarity’ were ‘a recipe for misconduct and abuse’.
‘He exploited the freedom he was given and the over-recruitment of cadets to commit sexual assaults and indulge in sexual and suggestive communications with young and vulnerable people who looked up to him, thinking he had influence over their advancement,’ she told the trial.
Targeting both boys and girls, Ali sent ‘grossly inappropriate’ messages to youngsters ‘designed for his own sexual gratification, usually in the hope that they would advance to something more physical,’ Ms Whyte said.
‘At times, he went even further and touched his young charges sexually, no doubt in the hope that it might also progress to something more sexually substantial.’
Today the jury took just under four hours to unanimously convict Ali, of Old Trafford.
He showed no response when the jury of eight women and four men returned their verdicts as his parents watched from the public gallery.
Judge Denis Watson, KC, released Ali on bail – but warned him it was likely that ‘an immediate custodial sentence of some length will follow’ when he returns to be sentenced in June.
The judge also made an interim order for Ali to sign on the Sex Offenders Register.
Ali was convicted of sexually assaulting two teenage girls and a 17-year-old boy, and misconduct in public office involving sexualised conversations with six other teenage boys by asking for and sending indecent images.
His behaviour also included him trying to kiss a 17-year-old cadet and massaging his shoulders, offering to take another 17-year-old boy to a brothel, and fondling two teenage girls.
The offences took place between 2015 and 2018, ending when he was arrested after a complaint that he had been behaving inappropriately towards a 16-year-old boy.
Analysis of his electronic devices uncovered thousands of messages and identified additional victims.
Following the verdicts, it can be revealed that Ali was dismissed from his force and barred from any policing role after disciplinary proceedings last year ended in a finding of gross misconduct.
Greater Manchester Police said it would now be seeking an order that Ali should forfeit his pension.

He insisted a ‘thorough review’ of the volunteer police cadet scheme following Ali’s arrest in 2018 – including dedicated safeguarding managers and smaller group sizes – meant it was a safer place for teenagers today.
‘With national oversight, improvements have been and are continuing to be implemented to ensure cadet leaders are the role models they are expected to be and that they do not pose a risk to anyone,’ he added.
Chief Superintendent Mike Allen, head of GMP’s Professional Standards Branch, accepted the latest scandal would ‘do nothing to ease the public’s concerns about police misconduct’.
‘However, Ali represents the very worst and the minority in policing – he is among a very small percentage who discredit the police service and undermine trust and confidence in it,’ he added.
Chf Supt Allen said that in addition to re-vetting all serving officers, a covert unit had been set up in support of a pledge that corrupt policemen and women would be ‘rooted and booted out’.
According to the force, no-one had complained about Ali before his arrest.
French President Emmanuel Macron is now travelling around France with his own electric generator as protesting French unions keep cutting off power during his regional visits, a report claims.
Under massive pressure as a result of his controversial pension reforms, Macron is currently undertaking a public-relations blitz in France in the hopes of rallying the general public to his side.
However, his whistle-stop tours of various regions across the country have not been going well, with the President’s visits often being met with protesters noisily banging pots and pans in the hopes of derailing the PR stunt.
To make matters worse, trade unionists with access to the country’s national grid have also taken to cutting the power in areas where Macron is stopping in an effort to cause even further chaos for the head of state.
Such a scheme appears to be working, with French Broadcaster TF1Info reporting the President and his entourage as now bringing along a truck-mounted diesel electric generator when visiting an area, seemingly in an attempt to circumvent the cuts.
The fossil fuel-burning generator was spotted during the President’s latest visit to the town of Vendôme, with one journalist with the broadcaster claiming it was there to “avoid” disruptions that occurred during previous outings. Video footage from the location showed the generator running, and thick power cables running from it to a building the President was visiting.
Although Macron and co. appear to have figured out a way of circumventing the power cut problem during their PR tour for now, they have so far been unable to deal with the regular protests plaguing the President’s appearances.
Termed “casserolade” by the country’s media, the protests largely consist of a group of citizens trying to make as much noise as possible in order to highlight their concerns to the president, and his attendant media pack during the local visits.
Although a wide variety of devices and instruments have been used by demonstrators to this effect, the prime weapon of choice for those challenging Macron in recent weeks has been the saucepan and wooden spoon which have now become a bit of a symbol for the anti-government protests after police began confiscating them for being “portable sound devices”.
It is far from the first time pots and pans have been deployed in the country to challenge a ruler, with protesters in the country utilising the cooking utensils in the 19th century in a protest movement that ended up bringing down the country’s King Charles X, and more broadly across Europe as a means to signify social shame for centuries before that. The original name for the casserolade, ‘charivari’, stems from the ancient Greek for ‘headache’, and you can understand why.

On April 6, the Commerce Ministry, Government of India, notified guidelines for halal certification of meat and meat products specifically for export purposes. As per the notification, the meat and meat products originating from India can be exported as ‘halal certified’ only if the facility from which they are produced, processed and packaged has a valid certificate issued by a body accredited by a Board of Quality Council of India (QCI). The meat producers are allowed to export non-halal meat and meat products like before without any change in the process.
Furthermore, despite the Indian halal certification, the producer/supplier/exporter of the meat and meat products is required to meet the requirements issued by the importing countries. The Government had called for suggestions of the draft guidelines on halal certification in January this year for the export of meat and meat products as proposed by the directorate general of foreign trade (DGFT), which is an arm of the commerce ministry that deals with import and export-related matters.
In the notification, the DGFT pointed out that the existing halal certification bodies in the country would have to get accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) for Indian Conformity Assessment Scheme (i-CAS) Halal.
It read, “Meat and meat products shall be allowed to be exported as ‘halal certified’, only if produced, processed and/or packaged in a facility having a valid certification under the i-CAS of the Quality Council of India (QCI), issued by a certification body duly accredited by the NABCB as per the guidelines issued/amended from time to time.”
Products covered under the notification
Meat and meat products like the meat of bovine animals, fish, the meat of sheep and goats, sausages and other similar products are covered under the notification. Notably, for now, it applies only to meat and meat products, and no other products have been notified under the same process.
Why halal certification?
Halal certification already exists in India, but it is not regulated. Many countries prefer only halal products to get imported; thus, the companies in India get the certification from private entities. The objective of the new certification system is said to streamline the certification of meat and meat products as halal from the country only by Government authorised entities. It has been further claimed it would open new opportunities for halal-based entrepreneurs among the large Muslim population in the country.
What is Halal?
The notification issued by the Government of India talked in detail about what is Halal and provided definitions in detail. Here is what it says in the letter.

The term Halal is used for products, services or systems which are considered lawful (Tayeib) or permissible under the Islamic Shariah law that do not consist of or contain any part that is considered as unlawful (haram) according to Islamic law, and/or the actions permitted by Shariah law without punishment imposed on the doer.
Haram
The term Haram refers to anything that is prohibited or forbidden in the Islamic law.
Halal Product
Any product which is allowed to be consumed or used according to Islamic Rules by eating, drinking, injecting, inhaling, applying or wearing should comply with the requirements mentioned in this standard.
Halal Food
Halal food means food and drink and/or their ingredients permitted under the Shariah law and that fulfil the following conditions:
a) does not contain any parts or products of animals that are non-halal by Shariah law or any parts or products of animals which are not slaughtered according to Shariah law;
b) does not contain najs according to Shariah law;
c) safe for consumption, non-poisonous, non-intoxicating or non-hazardous to health;
d) not prepared, processed or manufactured using equipment contaminated with najs according to Shariah law;
e) does not contain any human parts or its derivatives that are not permitted by Shariah law;
f) during its preparation, processing, handling, packaging, storage and distribution, the food is physically separated from any other food that does not meet the requirements stated in items a), b), c), d) or e) or any other things that have been decreed as najs by Shariah law.
Najis
A term in Arabic language that means impurity or impure, dirty, polluted, contaminated, dirt, or filth. Najis according to Shariah law are:
a) dogs and pigs and their descendants;
b) halal food that is contaminated with things that are non-halal;
c) halal food that comes into direct contact with things that are non-halal;
d) any liquid and objects discharged from the orifices of human beings or animals such as urine, blood, vomit, pus, placenta and excrement, sperm and ova of pigs and dogs except sperm and ova of other animals;
NOTE. Milk, sperm and ova of human and animals, except dog and pig, are not najs.
e) carrion or ha/al animals that are not slaughtered according to Shariah law; and
f) khamal and food or drink which contain or mixed with khamar.
There are three types of Najs:
i) mughallazah which is considered as severe najs which are dogs and pigs (khinzirj including any liquid and objects discharged from their orifices, descendants and derivatives;
ii) mukhaffafah which is considered as light najs. The only najs in this category is urine from a baby boy at the age of two years and below who has not consumed any other food except his mother’s milk; and
iii) mutawassitah which is considered as medium najs which does not fall under severe or light najs such as vomit, pus, blood, khamar, carrion, liquid and objects discharged from the orifices, etc.
Slaughtering (Tazkeya)
According to Shariah law the slaughter act is that severs the trachea (halqum), oesophagus (mari) and both the carotid arteries and jugular veins (wadajain) to hasten the bleeding to drain blood and the death of animal.
OpIndia has not changed a single word of the definitions and descriptions.
As it is a Sharia practice, it can only be achieved by forcing the companies to appoint Muslims who are well-versed in Sharia law and practices to ensure the food and services are “Halal”.
Responsibilities of the management
Notably, under the organisation and management responsibility section, it is mentioned that it will be the organisation’s responsibility to ensure there is a competent person to check compliance. That means they have to appoint a Muslim or a qualified person who is well aware of the Islamic Sharia Law. No matter how much it emphasises on “someone who is well-versed in Islamic laws”, it is the unsaid rule that the person who is going to ensure compliance will be a Muslim.
Furthermore, it adds, “The management shall ensure that they are trained on the Halal principles and its application,” which means everyone who is in control of the manufacturing and supply chain has be to be trained on the Halal principles.
If a slaughterhouse is providing Halal meat, then the premises shall be dedicated for Halal slaughtering and Halal processing only. This is one of the reasons that companies do not provide Jhatka meat and meat products if they are Halal certified. It is much easier for them to stick to one process of slaughtering rather than establish two separate sections.

Slaughter only by Muslims
One of the major aspects of Halal slaughtering is that it has to be done by a practising Muslim only. That means in slaughterhouses where halal meat is prepared, non-Muslims, Hindus or Sikhs, cannot get a job. This discriminating practice deprives thousands of Hindus and Sikhs of the Kasai community of regulated jobs in the sector. Furthermore, even if a Hindu or Sikh wants to run a slaughterhouse to export Halal meat, he has to appoint only Muslims for the slaughter process.

Halal certification bodies in India
There are many private organisations that provide Halal certification to Indian companies. Many of them are recognised by the Middle Eastern countries that require the products to be Halal if the Indian companies want to sell their products in those countries. These organisations are Halal India Private Limited, Jamait Ulama-E-Maharashtra, Jamait Ulama-i-Hind Halal Trust and many others. Among these Jamait Ulama-i-Hind is one of those organisations that have raised eyebrows. OpIndia reported how this particular organisation provide legal aid to terrorists. According to a New Indian Express report, the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind has offered its services to around 700 accused. What is worrying about such interventions is that they have been able to get acquittals of at least 192 terror accused since 2007.
Halal in India
The trade notice issued in January this year mentioned that non-Muslims are accepting Halal products in India. It read, “Due to changed Consumer Perception, the Halal market attracts Muslim and non-Muslim consumers. However, the perception towards Halal products and purchase intention are not quite the same, as Muslim consumers usually consider Halal food products mainly because of religious issues. In contrast, the increasing demand from non-Muslim consumers around the globe is influenced by the growing concern of the health-conscious community that request well-prepared product in terms of the slaughtering process, cleanliness and other reasons. Furthermore, culture assimilation in a multiracial country like India has shaped the purchase intention of non-Muslim consumers towards Halal food products.”

Hindu organisations react to notification
In January 2023, when the government of India sought a reply on the Halal India certification, several Hindu organisations submitted their reply. One of them was Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. OpIndia reached out to the National Spokesperson of the organisation for his comments. He said, “We submitted our reply to the government in March last week. However, it seems the government has decided not to act on the suggestions submitted by other Hindu organisations and us.” Notably, the last date of the submissions was in February, but HJS mentioned in its submission that the timeframe given was insufficient. Interestingly, many were unaware of any such notification, let alone have time to make any submissions in this regard.
Shinde added that the government, in its notification, has decided to continue with the organisations that are giving the Halal certification in India instead of forming a special cell for the same under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). He said, “If the organisations that are already giving the certification can get accreditation from the government and do it legally, it will not change the structure at all. These organisations would keep getting the money that could have gone to the government’s treasury if there had been a Halal certification body under the government’s department.”
Pointing to the largest Halal certification body in India that is Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, which is known for supporting terrorists and providing them with legal aid. “Do you think that the money this organisation collects will not be used to provide legal aid to the terrorists and anti-India elements after they get accredited by the government for Halal certification? What is the assurance that these organisations will not support any anti-India activity using the money they earned by giving Halal certification? Government has to establish a rule where the money can be used and ensure the organisations stick to it,” he added.
Shinde added that the Government already has a well-established standard for food safety under FSSAI that is not linked to any religion. He said, “FSSAI regulations ensure the safety of the food items. What was the need to bring a specific certification linked to a particular religion?” Though the government has notified us that the new certification is only for the meat and meat products that are to be exported, Shinde believes that it is going to be a slippery slope.
Hindus and Sikhs prefer to eat Jhatka meat and meat products. He said, “Hindus and Sikhs avoid Halal meat and meat products as per their religion. However, most of the outlets in India do not indicate if they are serving Halal or Jhatka meat.” In the submission, HJS said that the Halal industry has expanded to non-halal products and services, including housing, service providers, taxis, vegetarian food items, makeup products and more. The organisation pointed out how food chains like Mc Donalds, KFC, Burger King, and Pizza Hut have “proudly” announced they only serve Halal meat and meat products on their outlets. Even after the outrage, these outlets have decided not to act upon the dietary requirements of the Hindus and Sikhs, that collectively make up the majority of the meat-eating population in the country.

Shinde again emphasised that there was no urgency to bring the notification. He also pointed out that saying it is “Halal” and stamping the meat and meat products with a Government issued stamp will not mean anything. He said in 2020 a decades-old racket was busted in Malaysia where meat claimed to be Halal beef turned out to be Kangaroo meat imported from Australia. “If they cannot assure Halal meat in Islamic countries, what significant change would such hurried notification bring to India?” Shinde questioned.
Alternative for non-Muslim population
Shinde emphasised the need for proper marking of Halal meat and meat products in the Indian market. He urged the government to establish a rule that companies, restaurants etc., must be bound to announce that they are serving Halal-certified food and services. Furthermore, he said that there should be an alternative certification for non-Halal food items and services to make sure the religious sentiments of non-Muslims are not hurt in the process.
Hindus and Sikhs should have a choice to eat and use services that do not go against their religious practices. Forcing Hindus and Sikhs to accept Halal should not be done at this scale. Shinde said, “The documentation released by the government talks in detail about what Halal is and the requirements to make something Halal. It is an Islamic practice.”
After 35-year-old Algerian migrant Ahmed Khalef was convicted of raping a woman who was waiting for a tram in the French city of Bègles, he argued that he is a “good person” and that he was “shocked” at the length of his prison sentence.
“I am a good person,” said Khalef in court. On Monday, April 24, the Assize Court of Gironde found him guilty of rape under the threat of a weapon and violence against a person holding public authority.
However, he claimed not to “understand anything. I am shocked to find myself here and in prison for 26 months when I came to France to build a future.”
The case he was convicted for dates back to 2021. On Feb. 20 of that year, he approached a 20-year-old woman who was waiting for tram C at the Parc Mussonville stop in Bègles.
She became suspicious of the man and moved in front of the tram’s CCTV cameras, according to a report from French news outlet Sud Ouest. This did not deter Khalef, who pressed a knife into her back, dragged her into a park, and then proceeded to rape her by force.
Police had already been called to the scene after witnesses to the incident became concerned about the woman. The victim, who was in a state of shock, saw police walking with flashlights in the park and reported the incident to them.
A little earlier, his attacker had already set his sights on two young 18-year-old passengers by groping them and insulting them in Arabic.
The police indicated that when they moved in to arrest the perpetrator, he began biting his tongue, spitting blood at them, and resisting arrest; he then hit an officer on his nose, resulting in an injury.
Khalef, who said he is an “only son” among seven sisters, told the court he is “a normal person” to whom his parents “gave a good education.”
France has been beset with a number of public rapes by migrants in recent years, including the rape of 12-year-old Paris girl Lola by an Algerian migrant with deportation orders last year. In the same year, a Tunisian migrant raped an English tourist directly on a street in France. In August 2022, a North African migrant was arrested for raping an American tourist in a Paris public toilet while her partner waited outside. In October 2022, a Congolese migrant attempted to rape a 24-year-old French woman because he did not have enough money for a prostitute, telling police, “I wanted to have a beautiful White (woman).” Last month, Walid E. was accused of raping a 96-year-old woman in her own apartment.
Such cases have been seen across Europe, with Girogia Meloni posting a video of a migrant raping a woman directly on the streets of Italy in the middle of the day shortly before she was elected prime minister, which sparked international headlines.

The Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, and the Deputy Prime Minister, Chrystia Freeland, today announced details of the government’s plans to require COVID-19 vaccination across the federal public service and federally regulated transportation sectors.
Not only did Trudeau mandate vaxxes for all government workers, but he also repeatedly denounced the unvaxxed as killers and sicced the police and his state media dogs on peaceful truckers protesting injection mandates just to earn a living.
He smeared them, without evidence, of course, as “racists” and “misogynists.”
If targeting a worker’s livelihood as a leverage point to coerce him into getting injected is not considered “force,” what is?
