The Telangana police on Wednesday, January 4, arrested two brothers Azmath Ali and Akbar Ali from the Mills Colony area in the state’s Warangal district on charges of rape. The duo was arrested based on a complaint filed by the father of a 15-year-old Hindu girl, who accused the duo, living in their neighbourhood, of sexually assaulting his daughter several times in the last six months.

After receiving the complaint, police registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO Act in the wee hours of Wednesday and took up the investigation.

Speaking about the incident, Warangal Commissioner of Police, AV Ranganath on Wednesday night said that the Warangal police received a complaint from the parents of a minor girl stating that their daughter was allegedly lured and raped by two Muslim neighbours multiple times in the last six months.

The police official said that the team took immediate action after receiving the complaint.

“As we received the complaint, we immediately lodged an FIR in the wee hours and took the two accused persons into custody. Both the accused have been booked under relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO Act,” he said.

According to the authorities, the abuse began at the hands of the older brother, a 27-year-old man who works in a second-hand furniture store. He brought the minor girl to his house under the guise of befriending her and raped her. He continued to take advantage of the minor on several occasions.

When his 22-year-old brother came to know about it, he started sexually exploiting the minor girl as well. The unemployed younger brother assaulted her in an isolated area of the neighbourhood.

The duo also threatened the victim with dire consequences if she revealed the matter to her family or approached the police.

The girl, fearing repercussions did not share her ordeal with anyone. The matter came to light when the girl’s father suspected the behaviour of the youths and installed CCTV cameras in front of his house. As soon as the father realised what his daughter went through, he lodged a complaint with the Mills Colony Police Station on Tuesday.

BJP and members of Hindu organisations protest, demand quick action against accused

As the news of the incident spread, members of various Hindu outfits and the BJP gathered outside the Warangal PS demanding speedy action against the accused. The BJP members staged a dharna outside the police station alleging that the police had deliberately delayed registering a case in the matter.

On Thursday, an irate crowd attacked the accused persons’ residences and vandalised two-wheelers and windows of the residence. Later, along with the girl’s relatives, the mob blocked Warangal-Narsampet’s main road. They demanded the public hanging of the accused.

The German Minister of the Interior Faeser (SPD) is facing strong headwinds, even within her own administration. The staff council has expressed incomprehension that the minister dismissed Arne Schönbohm, the long-standing head of the country’s IT security facility (Federal Office for Information Security, BSI).

Schönbohm was ousted from his office and transferred to another one. Schönbohm’s “crime” was that as head of the BSI, he is said to have maintained contacts with the so-called Cyber ​​Security Council Germany (CSRD eV), which in turn is said to have connections to Russian secret service circles. Such contacts are common and understandable from a security perspective.

Not so for the German Minister of the Interior: She has now withdrawn Schönbohm from the BSI and instead made him head of the Federal Academy for Public Administration.

Faeser’s measure has apparently been met with harsh criticism, not only from the opposition, but from within her own administration. The opposition and security experts have expressed displeasure and total incomprehension. In a letter from the authority’s staff council, the staff representatives expressed their irritation at the way in which the minister removed Germany’s top cyber defense chief from his post.

The staff council demanded clarification as to what prompted Faeser to make her decision. It said that “Mr. Schönbohm was experienced as a person of integrity despite all the conflicting interests”.

“In this respect, the staff council of the BSI finds the circumstances unsatisfactory, as the BMI [Interior Ministry. ed.] has reacted to Arne Schönbohm’s appointment in public.” One would have “expected more support and transparency here” and would now like a “joint discussion”.

The mood of the most important German cyber defense authority is described in the letter from the staff council as follows: “In the BSI, the employees have been left wondering what happened, how to proceed and what role the BSI will continue to play.”

Interior Minister Faeser is not alone in her autocratic personnel policy. Months ago, Federal Economics Minister Habeck (Greens) had two senior officials from his own ministry observed by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution – on suspicion that the two employees could have “spied” for Russia.

Their crime: the two “suspects” had a different opinion than the minister on gas supply issues impacting Germany negatively. Months later, however, the Secret Service had to report that they had found no evidence of espionage.

On a path to war?

Hans-Georg Maaßen, ex-chief of the domestic intelligence service, meanwhile expressed his reservations in a TV talk show on Berlin’s decision to supply tanks to Ukraine. In particular, he pointed out that German voters were never consulted.

“If we don’t deliver wound dressing packs but weapons, we of course run the risk of being a war party. You have to imagine that: We are now a war party – against Russia,” commented Maaßen (60), on the German government’s current decision to supply Marder armoured personnel carriers to the Ukrainian army.

And Maaßen emphasised the obvious problem with this presumably momentous step: “There was no public discussion about it.”

The expert on constitutional protection also added: “It is quite frightening how many are now shouting ‘hurray’ again. Not so much on the street, but in the editorial offices. Some would like to march directly into the Kremlin to get Putin out of there.”

Maaßen warned: “We could now become the target of Russian attacks with these arms deliveries. That means: Germany is being dragged into a war – without having our own war aims.”

In addition, he said about Ukraine: “Ukraine is not the West’s bulwark of human rights, freedom and peace – it is not. Even if the German newspapers and public broadcasters say otherwise.”

Maaßen then wanted to know: “Why are we exposing ourselves to a nuclear confrontation?”

After much hesitation, Germany is now supplying armoured personnel carriers to the Ukrainian armed forces. It is still open, however, how many there might be. Initially, 40 Marder tanks are to be delivered. The two armoured infantry companies of the Bundeswehr, which since the beginning of the year have been part of the NATO rapid reaction force that Germany now leads, are equipped with 28 Marder infantry fighting vehicles.

A shocking case of love jihad has emerged from Indore where two Hindu girls were targeted by two Muslim youths for conversion. When the young girls refused to marry, the accused said that they have no value in Hindu society. The accused said to the victims, “Marry us and convert to Islam.”

During this, accused Wahid caught a girl very tightly and when her friend tried to save her, the other accused Aman also caught her and started doing obscene acts. After this, both the accused threatened the minors that if they did not change their religion, they would not be able to show their face to society.

The Mhow police have registered a case against the two accused for obscene acts under the Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, POCSO Act, and relevant sections of the IPC. The area’s Town Inspector Mahendra Singh Bhadoria said that an investigation has been started into the case. A search is on for both the accused and strict action will be taken against them.

One of the terror suspects arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) turned out to be the son of a Congress leader and his photographs with prominent Karnataka Congress leaders have gone viral on social media.

The development is likely to trigger a political storm in the poll-bound state. Reeshaan, one of the six persons arrested by the NIA during the raids conducted on Thursday.

The raids were conducted in connection with a case related to the ISIS network in the state. The NIA, probing multiple terror related cases in the state, is conducting investigation to go into the roots of a network indulged in fomenting terrorism in the state.

The photographs of Reeshan with Karnataka Congress President D.K. Shivakumar and Opposition leader Siddaramaiah have gone viral.

BJP MLA from Udupi Raghupathy Bhat stated that Reeshan, one of the suspects arrested by the NIA, is the son of Udupi district’s Brahmavar Block Congress General Secretary Tajuddin.

“He is already arrested and investigation is on. Disturbing information is coming out in the investigations. I demand the government and NIA to intensify the probe. Especially in the coastal region, where there is suspicion on many such persons indulging in disruptive activities,” he said.

“I want to question the Congress party… Tajuddin is not an ordinary worker. He is the Block Congress General Secretary. He is in the forefront of party activities… He is very close to the Opposition leader Siddaramaiah, Shivakumar and he is very close to Ullal Congress MLA U.T. Khadar,” Bhat asserted.

“The Congress party has to take responsibility when the son of an office bearer of the party is caught in connection with a terror case,” he said.

Former White House adviser Dr. Scott Atlas, the Robert Wesson Senior Fellow in health policy at Stanford University’s Hoover Institute, wrote an excellent essayrecently in the Wall Street Journal.  In it, he raises a vital question for all students, parents, faculty, and the broader public, as to how our nation’s university system became, along with major media, the most aggressive proponent and distributor of medical ideology and biosecurity policy.  University behavior continues to be directed by the CDC and WHO, and it appears that university administration will continue its commitment to a consensus posture toward the COVID phenomenon, until another institution that it considers authoritative tells it otherwise.  That is not likely to happen.

Academia will never account for its misguided COVID policies, and it will never back out of its commitment to consensus explanations or opportunities.  Indeed, these people will help accelerate the entire COVID complex.  COVID is a new social engineering program, and universities will make biosecurity, including molecular engineering and tracking technology, into a permanent research activity that is worth billions per year in funding and commercialization.  The link connecting business, government, and higher education has never been stronger, while China-style social credit scoring, based in part on medical and ideological compliance, is considered by the current White House administration a necessary part of the political agenda.

For universities to admit that they were wrong would not only undermine their authority and risk their research funding, but also, most of all, put their senior administration in legal jeopardy.  University directors, trustees, regents, and other governance bodies are keen to avoid liability, and university legal and communications departments are working overtime to shield their institutions from blowback, including vicarious liability.

Plaintiff litigation, including class action, appears to be gaining momentum, as the evidence necessary to make durable causes of action against university administration is coalescing from widespread sources (serious health complications due to vaccines, for example).  Legal theories are being formed to seek damages that could easily reach in the billions of dollars.  Some universities could face bankruptcy.

COVID-related damages may be the next large-scale, long-term litigation project that rivals tobacco and asbestos.  The lawyers in the modern university system know that and have effectively put out a gag order to avoid university self-incrimination.  But the best legal strategy they possess is to push the same COVID explanations, while actually escalating their commitment to them.  They continue to expand the spectrum of biosecurity research that has penetrated nearly every department in the modern university system.

The riot footage in Berlin on New Year’s Eve shocked Europe. What many did not know until now: There were also irritating acts of violence in Vienna – a video documents gunshots, blasts and shouts of Allahu-akbar.

The massive deployment of 500 police officers in Vienna alone and the order of the police authorities to all officers to intervene immediately and consistently in case of first offences probably prevented an escalation of violence like in Berlin on New Year’s Eve in the federal capital.

However, a mobile phone video that has now been distributed on all social media channels shows that young men with a migration background also wanted to use the turn of the year for acts of violence in Vienna: At the underground station in the Großfeldsiedlung in the Floridsdorf district of Vienna, rubbish containers and stands of free newspapers were destroyed by throwing firecrackers, accompanied by repeated shouts of Allahu-akbar (” Allah is great”). And particularly disturbing: at the end of the video, one of the rioters pulls out a handgun and shoots at least six times into the air.

The responses on Twitter and Facebook are clear: “Vienna must not become Istanbul” or “What should I arm my children with so that they can travel safely in Vienna? Knives and pepper spray should no longer be enough.”

The Vienna Provincial Police Directorate stated to the newspaper Heute regarding the riots in Floridsdorf that there had been “a major police operation”. Nothing more.

After a tough internal power struggle, Republican Kevin McCarthy became the new chairman of the US House of Representatives.

The 57-year-old was elected to the powerful post in the 15th ballot on Saturday night (local time) after various party colleagues had refused to support him in the previous rounds and he had therefore repeatedly missed the necessary majority.

A Trump confidante, McCarthy is the new number three in the state ranking after the US president and his vice president and follows in the footsteps of Democrat Nancy Pelosi in the powerful office.

After the parliamentary elections in November, Congress met for the first time on Tuesday in a new constellation. The Republicans took control of the House of Representatives – in the Senate, President Joe Biden’s Democrats still have a narrow majority.

“The Republican Party will once again be led by a California libtard,” according to blogger Chris Menahan. “As speaker, we can expect McCarthy to prioritize Israel and Ukraine and continue working to purge the GOP of patriots and nationalists.
