Austria: North African raped girl at gunpoint on New Year’s Eve
After the rape of a young girl on New Year’s Eve, the Vienna police have now been able to arrest a suspect – a 22-year-old North African. The Libyan remains silent on the charges.
It all started at a New Year’s Eve party in a flat in the Stimmering district of Vienna, where the later victim had met her tormentor. After the two had partied and drunk together, the migrant made clear advances to the girl – who, according to the police, was of “high school age” – but she refused. But the African could not be dissuaded, pulled out a pistol and attacked the young woman.
Party guests eventually noticed them missing and discovered the injured victim. The alleged perpetrator initially fled. However, the next day the police were able to arrest the man in his flat in Vienna-Meidling. He is now in custody, but denies having committed the crime. A weapon and drugs were found on him, and he is already known to the police for minor property offences.
There is still no trace of the three men who allegedly raped a 17-year-old girl in Vienna’s city park on New Year’s Eve.

German Green party replaces its own White male justice minister with Black female who has no law degree or political experience
In the West, many of the White males who sign up for the agenda of multiculturalism, progressivism, and open borders are finding that they are too White and too male to be of use to the socio-political system any longer.
The latest case in Germany highlights this trend, where the Green party dismissed its own justice minister, Dirk Adams, in the German state of Thuringia. He was not found guilty of any wrongdoing, but instead was simply a male of the wrong skin color, which, by the Green party’s own admission, was the entire basis for his dismissal.
Adams will now be replaced by Afro-German Doreen Denstädt. Thuringia’s Minister-President Bodo Ramelow, of the Left Party, fired Adams, who was the Minister for Migration, Justice and Consumer Protection. The dismissal came about after the Green party directly requested him to be replaced by Denstädt, who has no law degree or political experience.
Denstädt only served as a clerk in the police trust office in the Thuringian Ministry of the Interior. Her lack of experience in any real substantive role means her improbable career leap to her new position as justice minister for an entire German state appears to have been due to her skin color and gender.
The Greens’ leadership described the decision as a “painful step” but a necessary one. Adams, a 54-year-old politician, who has been in office since March 2020, had no desire to voluntarily give up his position.
Adams initially made it public that he was being pushed out the door after two state chairpersons, Ann-Sophie Bohm and Bernhard Stengele, asked him to resign on Sunday.
“In the current situation, out of responsibility to my ministry, I cannot comply with this request,” Adams wrote in a personal statement, according to German newspaper FAZ. He argued that his department was currently dealing with an “extremely demanding arrival situation” related to the migration crisis. He also pointed to “important decisions regarding generational change” in the judiciary and “enormous challenges” in consumer protection.
He then issued a challenge to his own Green party leadership, writing if they wanted him gone, “they are free to ask the (state) prime minister to fire me.”
That is exactly what happened, and Adams was dismissed from his role. However, given the Green party’s agenda, some are saying that Adams should have known what he was signing up for. Alternative for Germany (AfD) criticized the decision.
“For us at AfD, arbitrary quotas play no role: Only qualification for an office is the condition for assuming responsibility,” wrote AfD politician Stephan Brandner.
Another top AfD politician, Beatrix von Storch, wrote, “When a minister has to go because he is a white man to be replaced by a Black woman, that is open racism and gender discrimination.”
The dismissal came about after a number of retirements and reshuffled positions would have left both Green ministers in the state as men, which is incompatible with the Green party’s position on gender quotas in governments.
The Green party celebrated the dismissal of their own minister over gender and race, with a statement that indicated the new appointee demonstrates the “importance that the topics of integration and migration have for us Alliance Greens.”
Thurginia, considered one of the more conservative eastern German states, is actually led by the left-wing red-red-green minority government, which the Christian Democrats (CDU) and the liberals (FDP) allowed to come to power because they refused to cut a deal with Alternative for Germany (AfD). Although the left promised a new election, it never took place. The next election is in the fall of 2024.

India: Muslim accused of posing as a Hindu, befriending a Hindu woman, holding her hostage for two months and force-feeding beef
Delhi Police arrested and jailed a person named Shoaib Khan after a Hindu woman accused him of duping her by pretending to be a Hindu man Sheenu. The Hindu woman alleged that Shoaib Khan raped her, forcibly fed her cow meat, and held her hostage for two months.
The incident took place in Delhi’s Sultanpuri, where a Hindu woman January 8 lodged a complaint against a Muradabad resident Shoaib Khan. Family members of accused Shoaib Khan have also been accused of threatening the victim to withdraw her complaint.
Reportedly, the victim got married in 2005 and has two children. In 2018, she moved to Delhi from Hyderabad along with her husband. However, their differences reached a point where the two decided to get divorced.
Meanwhile, the victim visited a clinic in Delhi to get her medicines. In the clinic, she met Shoaib, who worked there as a cleaning staff. As the doctor was not present at that time, Shoaib gave medicine to the victim. Accused Shoaib introduced himself as Sheenu. He also promised to help the victim in her divorce case, claiming to know the lawyers and the police.
After gaining her trust, Shoaib took the victim woman to several places in Delhi. Later, he invited her to his home and served her food and a cold drink.
The victim claimed in her complaint that Shoaib Khan had mixed something in her cold drink, causing her to lose consciousness for two hours. Meanwhile, Shoaib raped her and filmed the act. Later, he repeatedly raped her while blackmailing her with the video. He also extorted Rs. 4 lahks from the victim. Shoaib also fed her beef and locked her in a room for two months.
On the basis of the victim’s complaint, police arrested the accused Shoaib Khan.

Italian Foreign Minister says Irish wine health warnings ‘absurd’
Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said Thursday Ireland’s plan to introduce health warnings on wine, beer and spirits like those on cigarettes was “absurd”, echoing protests from Italian wine producers.
“Ireland’s decision to introduce a (health warning) label on all alcoholic beverages, including Italian wine, is absurd,” the minister tweeted.
Tajani said the decision had been taken against the opposition of the European Parliament and stressed “this choice ignores the difference between moderate consumption and abuse of alcohol.” He said he would ask the European Commission to intervene by complaining to the World Trade Organization.
The European Union’s decision not to oppose Ireland’s plan to bring in health warnings like those on cigarette packets for wines, beers and spirits has stirred widespread anger in Italy.
Dublin is free to bring in the warnings about health risks risks linked to liver disease and cancer after it informed the European Commission of its plans in June 2022 and the EU executive did not raise objections in the ensuing six-month moratorium period even though Italy, France, Spain and six other EU member States were against.
Italian wine producers fear the move will set a precedent that other countries may follow and affect exports.
Italian farmers’ association Coldiretti called it a “direct attack on Italy, the main producer and exporter (of wine) with over 14 billion euros in (annual) revenue, with over half coming from abroad”.
Lamberto Frescobaldi, the president of the Italian Wines Union (UIV), said the EU’s “consent by silence” to Ireland’s alcoholic drinks labels gave the green light to a “dangerous” move by a member State.
Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry Undersecretary Luigi D’Eramo expressed dismay too.
“You don’t protect public health by criminalizing individual products,” D’Eramo said in a statement on Thursday.
“Wine is history, culture, an expression of our territories to us and it is part of the Mediterranean diet.
“It is about quality and responsible consumption.
“(The health warning plan) is a dangerous precedent that, if followed by other countries, risks damaging a leading sector of our food-agriculture system.
“Wine and beer cannot be compared to spirits and smoking”.
