Swiss citizens found to be in violation of the country’s new heating rules, which prohibit warming homes above 19°C this winter, could face daily fines of up to 3,000 Swiss francs and up to three years in prison.

New legislation covering the country’s energy supply will make heating homes to more than 19°C unlawful in the event of an energy shortage. In addition, hot water should not be heated to more than 60 degrees, and portable electric heaters, saunas, and heated swimming pools are prohibited.

To note, the World Health Organization has long held that a temperature no colder than 20°C is recommended for children, the elderly, and those with existing health conditions.

Markus Spörndli, a spokesperson of the Swiss Department of Economics (DEF) explained that “infringements of the law on the supply of the country are always misdemeanors, even […] crimes, and must be prosecuted ex officio by the cantons.”

The fine to be imposed on consumers found to be violating the new energy laws will range from 30 francs up to a maximum of 3,000 francs per day, Spörndli said, confirming the amount would be dependent on the nature of the offense and the economic situation of the perpetrator.

Furthermore, willful violations of the government guidelines could see consumers jailed for up to three years in prison, something Spörndli says the government hopes to avoid.

“The draft ordinances are based primarily on the fact that the vast majority of the population respects the laws,” he added.

Economy Minister Guy Parmelin told a press conference at the Federal Council last Wednesday that Switzerland is “not a police state,” but it is understood, as reported by Swiss news outlet Blick, that there may be spot checks undertaken to ensure people are complying with the rules.

Swiss cantons now have until Sept. 22 to discuss the proposals and address how they may be enforced, with some officials concerned they may be inundated with citizen complaints from nosy neighbors.

As such, the DEF only expects fines to be dished out “if the infringement was reported and checked and could then be proven.” However, police chiefs believe enforcement will be difficult.

“There are still a few open questions that need to be clarified,” Fredy Fässler told Blick, adding that he does not want to see the energy police going door to door: “We want to apply the ordinance with discernment.”

Palestinian Authority (PA) school textbooks still include incitement against Israel and Jews – despite promises of reform, Israel Hayom reported.

IMPACT-se and Israel Hayom examined the matter and found that the murder of 11 Israeli athletes in the Munich Olympics fifty years ago is presented in a positive and legitimate light in eleventh-grade history textbooks used in Palestinian Authority and UNRWA schools.

In the chapter which discusses the Munich massacre, the textbook discusses “Palestinian opposition” to “Zionism,” and the terror attacks Fatah carried out in the 1970s are referred to as “opposition to Zionist interests abroad.”

Fatah is the party of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. It has officially denounced terrorism, but still pays salaries to terrorists.

In addition, Fatah has praised multiple terrorists for murdering Israelis, and as late as 2018 said that if Hamas is considered a terrorist organization, then so is Fatah.

 A 25-year-old Moroccan man was arrested for attempted rape in Monza on Monday, legal sources said Wednesday.
    The man allegedly came up on the woman from behind in the centre of the northern city while she was talking on the phone at around noon, pushed her against a wall and tried to take her clothes off, but she manage to wriggle free and called out to a nearby police patrol.
    The man shouted at her “go to your sh**ty police” and ran away, police said.
    He was caught about 50 yards away and arrested in flagrante delicto for aggravated sexual assault.
    The woman was medicated at a local hospital.
    Doctors said she would get over her injuries in about 15 days.

Laurence Fox, the star of the Breitbart production My Son Hunter, said that the UK has become a country run by “two left-wing parties” following the installation of former Liberal Liz Truss as the UK’s next ‘Conservative’ Prime Minister.

In an interview with Breitbart News’ editor-in-chief Alex Marlow on Breitbart News Dailyon Sirius XM Patriot 125 on Tuesday ahead of the launch of My Son Hunter, available to stream or download now on MySonHunter.com, Laurence Fox — who besides being an actor is also the leader of the UK’s Reclaim party — said that his country is facing many of the same problems as the United States in terms of cancel culture and the infiltration of the woke movement into institutions.

To make matters worse, in Fox’s perspective, both major parties, the governing Conservative party and the opposition Labour Party are nothing more than two sides of the same coin, with both representing the left of the political spectrum.

“The front benches, the most powerful people in the Conservative party, I don’t think they are conservative particularly. I think England and Great Britain has became a country where you have two left-wing parties, one very left-wing party and one quite left-wing party,” Fox said.

“You almost have a uni-party, you don’t have a choice, so our job as the Reclaim party is to discuss issues that Conservatives are too frightened to talk about and to encourage any MP who wants to fight.”

Commenting on the change in leadership, the My Son Hunter star said that he believed that “Liz Truss is going to be more of the same”.

Fox said that he believed that the “most important appointment” Truss would make would be who she chose to head up the Department of Education, saying: “Whoever she appoints will tell whether she is interested in conservatism because these little woke ideologues have been rotting our children’s brains for the last 25 years and its going to take 25 years to undo it, to root it out and to get kids learning about the good things their fore bearers have done and not just self-flagellation.”

“Some of the stuff my kids are being taught is the same that is being taught in America, critical race theory, gender ideology, all of this pernicious and divisive stuff. It’s a cultural import, we have no cultural border between the UK and America, whatever you guys come up we get infected.”

Fox and many others on the political right in Britain had hoped that Truss would appoint former equalities minister Kemi Badenoch, who has won international acclaim for her strident opposition to Critical Race Theory (CRT). However, Truss rejected this opportunity, stashing away Badenoch in the less visible role as Trade Secretary in a move to perhaps shield her new administration from the shadow cast by Badenoch, who was passed over by the party despite being more popular with the voting base than Truss, herself.

Instead, former policing and crime minister and the former Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Kit Malthouse MP has been installed as Education Secretary. It remains to be seen how strident Malthouse will be in challenging the wokeism embedded in the British education system, however, a point of concern for conservatives will be that he has previously defended police officers wearing LGBTQ+ themed rainbow helmets.

In addition to challenging the Conservative party from the right with his Reclaim party, Laurence Fox has also established the Bad Law Project, to deal with the “politicised police forces” in Britain and to recapture the institutions that have been taken over by the woke left and to fight against the criminalisation of speech in the UK.

“We are coming to reclaim the police and every single other foundational institution which has been captured by political ideologues.” Fox said, adding: “Get politics out of policing, education and the rest. This is just the beginning.”

For a long time, Ireland struck many leftists as a cultural backwater. Ignoring the wonders of Guinness and Irish, Ireland’s Catholic values meant abortion was illegal until 2019. Having crossed that moral barrier, though, it’s been full speed ahead for Ireland when it comes to transgenderism. Two Irish people, on opposite ends of the issue, highlight the dire direction in which Ireland and the rest of the world are heading.

Sidhbh Gallagher, who specializes in so-called “gender reassignment” surgery, got her medical degree at University College in Dublin and now practices in Miami. She came to conservative’s attention when Robby Starbuck put up a video compilation showing Gallagher using TikTok to get people—young people—to come to her practice to have their healthy bodies sliced, diced, and restitched into some weird simulacrum of an opposite sex body. She is a modern-day Dr. Frankenstein, madly creating deformed monsters:

Lily Maynard, who writes for those who “don’t believe in the gender fairy,” helpfully profiled Gallagher months ago. After teaching her Dr. Frankenstein skills to students at Indiana University for five years, Gallagher shifted her practice to Miami, where she runs Gallagher Plastic Surgery. There, she boasts about her “artistic flair” and “cutting-edge techniques,” skills she’s brought to around 1,000 patients. This is what she does to them:

Her practice specialises in performing elective double mastectomies on gender dysphoric young women at a cost of around $9-12,000. ‘Top surgery’ is her signature dish, but there are plenty of other strings to Gallagher’s bow- and she offers something for the lads as well.

She can get rid of the scrotal skin too, but only if you are really sure you don’t want it made into a vagina at some point in the future. It’s a ‘shorter and less dangerous’surgery. Penile inversion vaginoplasty turns your knob outside in, basically. The patient must be prepared to look after the result (by dilation) for the rest of his life. It is ‘important to be at a place in your life where you can cope if complications happen’. After bottom surgery the patient may want labiaplasty to remove ‘annoying scars or lumps’. She can fix other surgeons’ cock ups too, including loss or lack of vaginal depth, scar tissue, lumps and bumps or too large a clitoris.

Gallagher isn’t just a money-making juggernaut, she’s an activist. In 2019, Gallagher and a group called “This Is Me” met with Simon Harris, Ireland’s Minister for Health, and representatives from Ireland’s Health Service Executive (i.e., socialized medicine organization) and Department of Health to push so-called “transgenderism” into the Irish system. Gallagher’s advocacy fell on fertile ground, for Ireland’s getting woke.

Indeed, it’s so woke that Enoch Burke, a teacher in Westmeath, Ireland, was suspended from his job and, per court order, kicked off school grounds for refusing to call a so-called “transgender” student “they”—a demand that is an offense against grammar, science, and morals. When Burke nevertheless entered onto school grounds, he was sent to prison until he forswears his beliefs or the court forgives him. Burke, so far, is unbowed:

The teacher remained defiant in the face of jail time, telling the judge that it is insanity” that he would be led out of the courtroom and taken to prison for refusing to give up his Christian beliefs.

“I love my school, with its motto Res Non Verba, ‘Actions not words,’ but I am here today because I said I would not call a boy a girl,” Burke told the court.

“I am a teacher and I don’t want to go to prison,” Burke told the court. “I want to be in my classroom today, that’s where I was this morning when I was arrested.”

He added: “Transgenderism is against my Christian belief. It is contrary to the scriptures, contrary to the ethos of the Church of Ireland and of my school.”

Here’s the important takeaway about gender madness: The myth of transgenderism, by separating a child’s mind from his body, which denies him agency over his body, is the most extreme method of cultic mind control imaginable. A society that can break family bonds and decouple people from their own natural identity is a society set for complete tyrannical control. Ireland held out for years but, having given in, it’s speeding down the primrose path, not in the thrall of good intentions, but in thrall to totalitarian cultism.

The new British Prime Minister is Liz Truss. In an internal party vote, she prevailed over her competitor, former Finance Minister Rushi Sunak. Truss belongs to the “right” wing of the conservative Tories – and is likely to further escalate the current Ukraine war.

Truss received 57,4 percent of the vote on Sunday, compared to 42,6 percent for her rival Sunak. She ended up being the favorite in the race to succeed ex-Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

In the past, the current Prime Minister has promised to cut taxes in the UK immediately, making her the candidate for rich bankers in the City of London. She was also critical of environmental activists, leftists and the EU’s refugee policy. However, she was even clearer when it came to the UK’s Russia and Ukraine policy. She is considered an outright enemy of Russia who will not shy away from outrageous and uniformed statements.

It was not until August, for example, that she declared her readiness for nuclear annihilation at a Tory event in Birmingham. A Times Radio journalist questioned her, citing the possibility of nuclear war: “I won’t ask you if you would push the button, you will say yes, but the task would make me feel physically ill. How does that thought make you feel?” Truss responded, impassively, “I think it’s an important prime minister’s job and I’m willing to do it.” “I’m willing to do it,” she repeated , and received applause for it.

Truss, the former British foreign minister has repeatedly spoken out in favor of a direct military confrontation with Russia. In February, Russian President Putin put the Russian nuclear forces on high alert. His spokesman Dmitry Peskov spoke of “unacceptable” statements by “various representatives at various levels” about possible “clashes” between NATO and Moscow: “I do not want to name the authors of these statements, although it was the British Foreign Secretary.”

As early as April, the current head of government declared that the goal of British policy was to completely drive out Russian troops from Ukraine.

However, observers do not want to rule out the possibility that Truss is not always in the picture about what she is talking about. In January, at a meeting with her Russian counterpart Lavrov, she had adamantly insisted that her government would not accept Russian sovereignty over Voronezh and Rostov-on-Don under any circumstances – until one of her advisers at the current meeting pointed out to her that these are Russian cities.
