Go drink cow p**s, go eat cow sh*t: New video of attack on Hindu temple in Birmingham emerges
On September 28, new videos of the Birmingham Hindu temple attack surfaced on social media platforms where the Islamists were seen hurling abuses, including cow jibes, at the Hindus present inside the temple premises.
In the first 2-minute and 10-second video shared by Twitter user INSIGHT_UK, the person recording the video called the Hindus ‘p*ss drinking bast**ds’ and then asked them to ‘go eat some cow sh*t’. The abuses were accompanied by abusive words, including ‘motherf**ker’ and others. Towards half of the video, the Police came and started pushing the mob away from the temple wall. They started screaming ‘Allah Hu Akbar’ as the Police pushed them. At 1:34 timestamp, someone threw a bottle at female Police personnel that did not hit her.
In the second video shared by the Twitter user, the mob called Hindus racists and kept raising ‘Allahu Akbar’ slogans. The person recording the video then turned the camera towards himself and called Hindus ‘P*ss drinking motherf**kers’ again. His face was completely covered. The mob also made sexist comments toward the female Police officers present at the scene.
In the third video, the person recording the video abused Prime Minister Narendra Modi by saying, ‘Modi di Maa di P**di’ and then called Hindus ‘p*ss drinking bast**ds’. This video was in sync with another video shared earlier where a man climbed the wall of the temple premises. That particular man can also be seen in this video at a 20-seconds timestamp. This video was an extended and clearer version of the first video.
In the past couple of months, the anti-Hindu attacks in the United Kingdom, especially in Leicester and Birmingham, increased by several folds. What appeared to be a reaction to the defeat Pakistan faced in the T20 Asia Cup match against India, it was later found that Islamists were just using the match as an excuse to attack the Hindus as they did not stop even after Pakistan defeated India in the same series a week later.
The attacks intensified to the extent that Hindu families left Leicester, and some of them reportedly have not returned so far. The houses, businesses and properties of Hindus were vandalised. Contrary to what was happening, mainstream media and Islamists tried to cover up the anti-Hindu attacks and blamed Hindus for the clashes.
In Birmingham, they used an event where Sadhvi Ritambhara was scheduled to appear as an excuse to attack a Hindu temple. The event was postponed owing to Sadhvi’s health. However, the Islamists did not back off and attacked the temple. It was evident that they were well aware of the fact that not only that particular event but the whole tour was postponed, but they moved ahead and called to circle the temple to intimidate Hindus. More such so-called “peaceful protests” at Hindu temples and establishments in the UK have been planned by the Islamists in the coming days.
Hinduphobic Gaumutra jibe is the language of terrorists
‘Cow p*ss’ or ‘cow urine’ or ‘Gaumutra’ jibe is often used by Islamist terrorists before attacking Indians, especially Hindus. In 2019, a Pakistan-backed Jaish-e-Muhammad terrorist in a suicide attack killed as many as 40 CRPF soldiers in Pulwama, Kashmir. Following the attack, a video was released in which the terrorist could be heard saying he wanted to punish and kill the ‘cow urine drinkers’ in the name of Allah. The terrorist identified as Adil Ahmed Dar alias Waqas was seen admitting that he had joined the Jaish-e-Mohammad a year ago. In the video, he referred to Indians as “Gae ka Peshab Peene Wale” (People who drink cow urine).
Captain of the Croatian national football team will not sport rainbow armband during World Cup in Qatar

The captain of the Croatian national football team, Luka Modrić, will not wear a rainbow armband during the upcoming World Cup in Qatar, the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) confirmed.
Some of European participating national teams joined the “One Love” campaign that aims to “support inclusiveness and condemn discrimination.” Team captains are ready to wear armbands that include a rainbow and a heart to support the LGBT community.
Captains of England, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Wales want to wear those armbands. It is currently only a plan, as FIFA has not yet permitted players to wear their own armband designs.
As reported by the media, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, and Poland refused to participate in the campaign.
The Croatian Football Federation (HNS) announced that if FIFA allows for wearing rainbow armbands, they will ask the organization to allow Modrić to wear an armband with the Croatian flag.
“For us, the Croatian flag is a symbol of patriotism, pride, passion, and love for the homeland and family; these identify Croatia’s national team. We believe, that our flag symbolizes many more values than any single campaign could, and inclusiveness is definitely one of the values of our nation,” said HNS representatives.
Last year, during the European Championships, some teams kneeled before the matches to show their support for the Black Lives Matter movement. Croatians officially refused to make this gesture.
“Kneeling in the context of Croatian culture and tradition is not a symbol of the fight against racism or discrimination,” they explained at the time.

Biden speaks to the dead
An embarrassing performance by US President Joe Biden: he made a peculiar mistake at a conference, which again raised doubts about his mental fitness. Can he be trusted to make sane decisions in case of a likely nuclear conflict?
The 79-year-old apparently believed a prominent politician who had organized the event was in the audience. Sadly however, Republican MP Jackie Walorski, who had prepared the conference on hunger together with other parliamentarians, died in a car accident in early August. Biden seemed to have forgotten this when, while standing at the podium, he repeatedly demanded that she show up.
“Jackie, are you here? Where’s Jackie?” Biden asked. “I think she should be here.” It can be ruled out that he did not know about the politician’s death, because shortly after the accident, he was “sad” and paid tribute to the deceased as a parliamentarian respected across party lines.
Biden’s spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre tried to save her boss from ignominy after the fiasco. She said the President called out Walorski’s name at the conference because he was thinking of the late MP: “He was thinking of her when he called out the names of the advocates in Congress on this really, really important issue.”
Joe Biden turns 80 on November 20. According to the current status, he wants to run again in the next presidential election in November 2022 in order to move back into the White House.
The leader of the ‘Free World’ is non compos mentis
Washington is in the grip not only of an unfit leader, but also of lobbyists that yearn for a world war. These two factors should set off alarm bells.
Scott Horton’s interview with Ben Freeman uncovered in great detail the Ukrainian Government’s lobbying efforts in Washington DC. Freeman combed over records and uncovered over 13 000 political activities that Ukraine reported carrying out in the US during 2021.
Among those activities were 2 000 contacts with American media and over 8 000 contacts with Congress. Freeman pointed out that, although he studied how foreign governments work to influence American politics, this effort by Ukraine was on a whole other level.
The omnipresent reports about the Ukraine war, which for many have already become routine after seven months, also include the repeated and hardly reported demand by high-ranking people close to the Ukrainian President for the use of Western nuclear weapons – against Russia.
Start of World War III
Apparently, according to leading Kiev regime officials, the war cannot escalate into world war quickly enough. Some evidently cannot wait any longer for the US to launch a nuclear attack on Russia. Last week, Mykhailo Podolyak, a high-ranking adviser to President Zelensky, demanded in the British Guardian that the West participate in the spiral of nuclear escalation.
“The other nuclear states need to say very firmly that as soon as Russia even thinks of carrying out nuclear strikes on foreign territory – in this case the territory of Ukraine – there will be swift retaliatory nuclear strikes to destroy the nuclear launch sites in Russia,” he declared.
In plain language: Podolyak is demanding that other nuclear powers, among Ukraine’s western allies the US, Great Britain and France, guarantee that they will launch a nuclear war for Ukraine – even if this would inevitably end in their self-annihilation. As pointed out last week by conservative US talk host Tucker Carlson, among others, this would basically mean that Russia should be pre-emptively nuclear attacked now, since President Putin may be contemplating the use of nuclear weapons if the territory of Russia is threatened.
Verbal detonators
It is such verbal detonators and irresponsible gamblers to whom the West blindly and unchecked not only supplies state-of-the-art weapon systems (and thus ammunition against Russia), but for whom it also permanently buries diplomatic relations with Russia that have developed over decades and for whom the global security architecture is more at risk than it ever was at the height of the Cold War.
In an interview with the Swiss newspaper Blick, when asked how Ukraine was preparing for a nuclear attack, Podolyak maintained: “The use of nuclear weapons is a global security issue – it is no longer just about Ukraine. Now the states that have nuclear weapons have an obligation. You must make it clear to Russia that the use of nuclear weapons will have extremely catastrophic consequences.”
One can only hope that other states will not allow themselves to be drawn into a spiral that will actually lead to the war escalating into a global nuclear conflict.
Ukrainian agitation
While Russian security demands are often dismissed as irrelevant in the mainstream media, Ukrainian leaders – ignored by the same media – are increasingly trying to force the NATO states into a fatal escalation spiral that will eventually take on an uncontrollable momentum of its own.
At the beginning of this year, in February at the Munich Security Conference, Zelensky already wanted to abandon the Budapest agreement in order to acquire a nuclear capability. “If [consultations] do not happen again or their results do not guarantee security for our country, Ukraine will have every right to believe that the Budapest Memorandum is not working and all the package decisions of 1994 are in doubt,” he warned.
The document he was referring to was signed when Ukraine agreed to relinquish its nukes.
It should be clear to anyone with a bit of historical awareness that the danger of a Third World War can no longer be ruled out, but that it would already have happened if Ukraine had its way. The West must de-escalate rhetorically, post haste.

India: 20-year-old Hindu man beheaded allegedly over relationship with a Muslim girl, 6 arrested so far
A shocking case of Taliban-style beheading in Parikshitgarh in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut district has come to the fore in which 20-year-old Deepak Tyagi was murdered. Deepak Tyagi’s father has filed a complaint against unknown attackers. So far the police have not been able to find the head despite many efforts. Based on the nature of the murder, the police suspect that the perpetrators are from another village. The police started interrogation by taking six people of Ahmedpur Badhala into custody.
The outraged villagers protested against the murder after the discovery of the dead body. SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan, SP Dehat Keshav Kumar, SP Crime Anit Kumar, and CO Amit Rai arrived at the scene and spoke with the residents. Even Dinesh Khatik, Jal Shakti Minister of State, reached out to the people and consoled them. The dog squad was also pressed into service, but the head was not found.
Locals had blocked the road in protest and it was only after minister Dinesh Khatik assured strict action that the road was cleared.
According to a Dainik Jagran report, Deepak Tyagi had many acquaintances from the Muslim community in the nearby Ahmedpur Badala village. Following the discovery of the dead body, 6 people belonging to the Muslim community were taken into custody by the police.
As per a report, Deepak Tyagi had an affair with a daughter of a hairdresser from another community. Police have taken the girl’s relatives into custody and are questioning them to follow this lead. Deepak’s family members had opposed this relation but to no avail.
Deepak Tyagi was the youngest of Dhirendra aka Bhagatji’s four daughters and two sons. He and a family servant had gone to their fields to get fodder. Although he returned after a while, but went missing again, as per the reports.
The family of Deepak Tyagi has refused to conduct the last rites until the head is found. SSP Rohit Sajwan said that the police are operating on four fronts. On each line, different teams have been deployed. The informer system has been used to deploy all police teams. Following the family’s refusal to carry out the last rites, SSP Rohit Sajwan and SP Dehat Keshav Kumar set up camp at the police station. The Crime Branch and the local police are working together to solve the murder.

The Pandemic was a Grand Rehearsal for the Great Reset

Fear is the key to obtaining compliance. And by obtaining mass compliance during the pandemic, the global elite — operating through political leaders, international bodies, NGOs, and a vast network of “experts” and bureaucrats — audaciously tested ground for the Great Reset. “Populations have overwhelmingly shown a willingness to make sacrifices,” said Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF). “The changes we have seen in response to COVID-19 prove that a reset of our economic and social foundations is possible.”
In his new book The Great Reset: Global Elites and the Permanent Lockdown, Marc Morano lays bare how “15 days to slow the spread” was actually “15 days to begin your conditioning to accept a new level of tyranny.” He shows how the agenda was set decades before the pandemic and was given momentum during the post-9/11 War on Terror. The signs of long preparation for the Great Reset are now quite evident. Morano lists them, connecting the dots.
The goal was global governance, carbon taxes, the empowerment of unelected bureaucrats, and the stringent regulation of all human endeavors. The gospel according to the WEF promises people that “you will own nothing, and you will be happy.” In Schwab’s characterization of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, our physical, digital, and biological identities will fuse into one. And in the interest of equity and inclusivity, we will sacrifice property, privacy, and liberty, remaining dependent on and therefore under the control of governments. Meanwhile, the global elite will wrest ownership of, and power over, everything. Hundreds of billionaire businessmen, influential financiers, and world leaders are on board with this project.
Morano believes that post-9/11, with the expansion of government powers through the PATRIOT Act, the so-called Global War on Terror (GWOT) evolved into a war against the populations of Western democracies. Ironically, this war on Islamists produced authoritarian police states that curtailed any criticism of jihadist aspects of Islam, prohibited training of agents on Islamic doctrine, welcomed Muslim Brotherhood operatives into government, and insisted that “Islam is a religion of peace.”
Along with that, leftist and anarchist ideas were injected into governments and corporations via hordes of indoctrinated youths from the humanities departments of universities. ESG (environment, social justice, governance) and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) became the shibboleths du jour. In place of a robust, competitive, and meritocratic capitalism, “stakeholder” capitalism was ushered in. This is aimed at eliminating small and medium businesses, consolidating the market in the hands of a few corporations, which, in symbiosis with governments, will control people. Managers, so-called experts, and bureaucrats will become powerful. But controlling them all will be billionaire financiers and their investment firms.
Morano identifies the institutions and individuals behind the Great Reset: the WEF, the U.N., the European Central Bank, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the International Monetary Fund, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, George Soros, Bill Gates, King Charles, Big Tech, union leaders, NGOs, and others.
During the pandemic, the merging of government and corporate power proved a major threat to individual liberty. To “overcome the limits” of data privacy, Schwab had proposed “public-private data-sharing agreements” in his 2018 book Shaping the Future of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He also proudly promotes merging man and machine, with implantable computers to assess how people feel and react. Unsurprisingly, the WEF “Global Risks Report 2019” says: “Authoritarianism is easier in a world of total visibility and traceability while democracy may turn out to be more difficult.”
Perhaps not so coincidentally, in 2019, the WEF had cohosted Event 201, a simulated fictional pandemic that included lockdowns, masking, and free speech suppression. It visualized 65 million deaths, necessitating a global response from governments, international organizations, and global businesses. As if mirroring that, since the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been endless emergency declarations, massive government spending, debt, runaway inflation, supply chain problems, an increase in crime, food shortages, skyrocketing energy prices, oppressive censorship, travel restrictions, limits on freedom of movement, and reduction in privacy.
Similar scenario analyses and simulations were also conducted by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2010 (documented in The Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development, a section of which bears the infamous title “Lock Step”), and in 2018 by the WEF and the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, called Clade X, visualizing millions of deaths, economic collapse, and societal upheaval. Lockdowns and masking mandates were part of all three prescient test scenarios.
The actual COVID-19 lockdown was nothing short of the suspension of democracy. Public health bureaucrats and expert overrode parliamentary debate to end constitutional rights to movement, association, earning a living, getting an education, and worshiping. Answering those who wanted to know the truth about the pandemic, Dr Anthony Fauci, chief medical adviser to the U.S. president, even arrogated to himself a stand for all of science, saying, “Attacks on me are an attack on science.” “The Science” — meaning the version promoted by governments and world bodies — was used to promote authoritarian measures.
Lies were peddled freely. Hospitals jacked up the numbers of COVID patients and deaths, incentivized by the Congressional Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act authorizing more funds for hospitals with corona patients. Dr. Thomas T. Siler noted that, “[a]ccording to the Centers for Disease Control, only 6% of those who died with Covid-19 had no other pre-existing health conditions, while 94% had an average of four health conditions already affecting them.”
If the dominant narrative was questioned, the entity doing the questioning was suppressed as “misinformation” by means of the “cancel culture.” The mainstream media and Big Tech groups controlling social media were complicit in this exercise, becoming enforcers for the WHO, the CDC, and other health bureaucracies. YouTube, for example, removed 800,000 videos allegedly containing coronavirus misinformation in one year, while Twitter challenged 11.5 million accounts when COVID guidance was implemented, and Instagram removed 1 million pieces of COVID “misinformation” in three months.
Billionaire wealth reached record highs — one of the greatest wealth transfers in history, which will only accelerate as a digital currency is set up and a China-style social scoring system is implemented. Small business, meanwhile, is being decimated. Through the economic collapse, unemployment, and inflation caused by the pandemic, a dependency regime of handouts is being created to wipe out competitiveness and the push for excellence in the name of equity.
Morano also sees the COVID lockdowns and mandates as a gift to climate activists, who are noting with glee that it could serve as a model for future climate lockdowns, which they think the public will meekly comply with. Absurd as it might seem, actress Jane Fonda claimed that the melting Arctic ice is releasing pathogens to which humans are not immune, a doctor in British Columbia diagnosed a patient as suffering from “climate change,” and Lancet Planetary Health advocated putting “climate change” as a valid cause on death certificates.
If you think those are random exaggerations, consider what Mariana Mazzucato, a WHO and U.N. adviser funded by George Soros, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and others, wrote in “Avoiding a Climate Lockdown,” an ultimatum for inaction on the “climate emergency.” Time magazine, in its April 2021 issue, claimed that the pandemic has given the E.U. the perfect opportunity to remake its economic agenda with “climate at the core.” It celebrated the COVID lockdown as a model for climate lockdowns. And in 2022, House Democrats urged Biden to transition from the COVID emergency to a “climate emergency.”
Morano concludes his book with ideas for a Great Reject, through resistance. He suggests a series of reforms to limit executive emergency powers. He also calls for a vigilant public to defy irrational mandates, while urging the Republicans — champions of individual freedom and limited government — to rise to the occasion and uphold those principles. When fear is used as a weapon, people must choose fearlessness.
Erdogan Threatens Greece
The president of a NATO member country, Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is escalating his threats to invade Greece, another NATO member. On September 27, he said:
“The weapons stockpiled [by Greece] in Western Thrace and the islands make no sense to us because our power is far beyond them, but we remind you that this means a covert occupation [of Turkey by Greece]…
“We would like to remind Greece: Come to your senses. Do you think the support [for Greece] from the US and Europe will save you? It will not. You simply spin your wheels; it does nothing else.”
Erdogan has been making similar hostile statements for months. On September 4, he again targeted Greece in a public speech:
“Greeks, look at history. If you go any further, the price will be heavy. We have only one sentence for Greece: Do not forget Izmir [the city of Smyrna]. Your occupying the [Aegean] islands will not stop us; we will do what is necessary when the time comes. You know what we say: ‘Unexpectedly one night we shall come to [conquer] you.”
A week before that, on August 30, celebrated in Turkey as “Victory Day”, Erdogan said:
“We see our [Greeks] enemies’ destroying our cities during their withdrawal [from Anatolia in 1922] as proof of their vile character. Just as they are today.”
When Erdogan told Greeks “not to forget Izmir”, he was referring to Turkey’s genocidal attack against Greeks and Armenians of the city, also known as Smyrna, in 1922.
The 1913-1923 Christian genocide by Ottoman Turkey was a deliberate attempt to eliminate the Greek, Assyrian and Armenian presence in the region.
The genocide began in 1913 and expanded across Ottoman Turkey, targeting Christian and Yazidi communities. The violent campaign — motivated by both Islamic jihad and Turkish nationalism — aimed at annihilating Christian peoples of Asia Minor to create a Turkish- and Muslim-dominated country.
The first phase of the genocide was committed by the Ottoman Committee of Union and Progress, also known as the “Young Turks.” The second phase, from 1919 to 1923, including the Smyrna attack and genocide by Turkish nationalist forces, almost completed the genocide.
George N. Shirinian’s book, Genocide in the Ottoman Empire: Armenians, Assyrians, and Greeks, 1913-1923, states:
“The final years of the Ottoman Empire were catastrophic for its non-Turkish, non-Muslim minorities. From 1913 to 1923, its rulers deported, killed, or otherwise persecuted staggering numbers of men, women and children in an attempt to preserve ‘Turkey for the Turks,’ setting a modern precedent for how a regime can commit genocide against its own citizens in pursuit of political ends, while largely escaping accountability.”
Before the 1922 genocide, Smyrna, an ancient, prosperous, cosmopolitan city built by Greeks, and known as the “Pearl of the Orient” on the Aegean coast, was primarily Greek with large Armenian and other non-Muslim communities. This month marks the 100th commemoration if its destruction.
James Marketos, an attorney who sits on the board of the American Hellenic Institute, said in 2012:
“From ancient times, and through the Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman ages, the city remained essentially Greek. The later centuries saw the advent of Armenian, Turkish, Jewish, European and American influences, but through it all, the predominant spirit remained Greek.”
“In that society,” wrote scholars Evangelia Boubougiatzi, Ifigenia Vamvakidou and Argyris Kyridis, “Greeks had the dominant position, both in a demographic and an economic level.”
The Turkish attacks against the Greeks and Armenians of Smyrna began with looting, rapes and massacres, and ended with a fire that destroyed the Christian districts of the city.
Eyewitness reports state that the fire began on September 13, 1922 — four days after Turkish forces retook control of the city from the Greek administration — and lasted until September 22. A short documentary produced by Glenn Beck describes the Smyrna fire.
Many of the genocide survivors fled to neighboring Greece. Properties and estates that the victims left behind in Smyrna were illegally seized by Turks.
Scholar Lou Ureneck describes the genocide of Smyrna:
“In September 1922, the richest city of the Mediterranean was burned, and countless numbers of Christian refugees killed. The city was Smyrna, and the event was the final episode of the 20th Century’s first genocide — the slaughter of three million Armenians, Greeks and Assyrians by the Ottoman Empire. The slaughter at Smyrna occurred as warships of the great powers stood by — the United States, Great Britain, France and Italy.”
The Republic of Turkey actually boasts of its genocide. Turkey still claims it was the Greek military that set fire to Smyrna, destroying much of the city. The “1922 victory”, which the Turkish state refers to as “the liberation or salvation of Izmir” is annually celebrated in official and non-official ceremonies. Despite all the evidence, the fire is solely referred to in Turkish schools as part of the Greek-Turkish war, in which, according to Turkish historiography, “Turks emerged victorious against the invading Greeks.”
Since the founding of the Republic of Turkey in 1923, no factual information has been taught to Turkish schoolchildren about the extreme brutality, massacres, rapes, pillaging and other atrocities that indigenous Greeks and Armenians of Smyrna were subjected to at the hands of the Turks. The truth about the identity of the arsonists is categorically denied. For the past 100 years, Turkey has blamed the victims of the genocide for their own extermination.
In 2007, however, the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) officially acknowledged the genocide inflicted on the Armenian, Assyrian and Greek populations of the Ottoman Empire. IAGS’ resolution stated:
“Whereas the denial of genocide is widely recognized as the final stage of genocide, enshrining impunity for the perpetrators of genocide, and demonstrably paving the way for future genocides.”
Turkey’s continual denial of its genocide, and even its callous pride in the event, has for decades been accompanied by the destruction, abuse and appropriation of the Greek and Armenian cultural heritage in the country. On June 21, 2019, Turkish media reported that the Saint-Jean Theologos Greek Girls School in Smyrna, which has been empty since 1922, was plundered; its doors and windows removed, and its valuables looted. The historic building, now owned by Turkish Undersecretariat of the Treasury, has mostly been used by homeless drug addicts.
According to a recent report in the Turkish media. the Armenian Surp Sarkis Church in the Menemen district of Smyrna will be “restored” as a “Memorial Museum Science and Art Centre” after being used as a warehouse and a stable.
September 2022 marks the 100th anniversary of the genocide in Smyrna. Although the Turkish government still takes pride in its slaughter, everyone else would do well to remember and honor the memories of the victims and prevent further Turkish aggression. One way for Western governments to do this is officially to recognize the 1913-23 genocide, but above all, stop Erdogan’s continued threats against Greece.

Right before critical election, German police raid AfD’s Berlin headquarters
Right before elections in the German state of Lower Saxony, where AfD was expected to outperform, the party’s federal headquarters in Berlin has been raided by police
The national headquarters of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) in Berlin have been raided by officials from the capital’s prosecutor’s office.
As FWM reported, according to a survey by the opinion research institute Insa, the AfD is now the strongest force in East Germany. The trend is seen nationwide. On the other hand, support for the once-popular ministers Karl Lauterbach and Robert Habeck (Greens) have imploded.
The officials raided six other locations in the German capital and the states of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia were also searched. According to investigators, certain party members allegedly may have violated the country’s political parties act and committed breach of trust.
“The defendants are suspected of violating the German Political Parties Act and of breach of trust, as the accounts submitted to the president of the German parliament by the AfD for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018, for which the defendants are responsible, contained allegedly incorrect information regarding party donations,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
The party condemned the raids. “Since this morning, the Berlin public prosecutor’s office has been conducting a house search in the premises of the federal headquarters of Alternative for Germany, without any prior inquiry having been directed to the AfD regarding the facts to be clarified.”
The raids coincided with an announcement by the party of a concerted protest movement against the government’s energy and Russia policies, with the rallying cry “Our country first!”.
