India: Muslim pretended to be Hindu in order to marry a Hindu woman, held her captive and forced her to convert to Islam after he was exposed

In yet another case of love Jihad, police arrested a lawyer named Irshad Ali from Delhi’s Jyoti Nagar. Accused Irshad Ali had married a Hindu woman by catching her in a trap while pretending to be a Hindu. Irshad Ali is a lawyer by profession. When his true identity was revealed to his Hindu wife, he started tormenting her for converting to Islam, reading Kalma, and offering Namaz.

According to the reports, In 2011, the victim went to work for Irshad Ali as an intern. The culprit had presented himself as a Hindu and given his name as Guddu Chaudhary. He even acquired a tattoo of Maa Durga on his body to entice the victim into his trap and prove himself to be a Hindu. Their friendship blossomed into love, and they married in 2015. The marriage was conducted as per Hindu rituals.

According to the victim, soon after their marriage, when she went to his husband’s house, she found out that Guddu Chaudhary is actually Muslim and his real name is Irshad Ali Khan. She also learnt that he was already married and a father of three children. The victim revealed how Irshad Ali used to beat her and pressure her to convert to Islam after his real identity was exposed.

As days passed, the assault had harassment also increased. In 2021, he took her to Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh and kept her in the house of his relative. Irshad had kept the woman under strict watch, and had deliberately kept her in a Muslim area so that she can’t escape. She was kept locked in a room, and was not allowed contact with the outside world. She was regularly beaten by her husband in Bhopal also. He tried to convert her to Islam and forced her to read Kalma and offer Namaz. Irshad also had sex with her repeatedly without her consent.

Allegedly, Irshad also made compromising videos with her, and threatened to release them if she does not accept Islam. The woman said that as she had married with the consent of her family, her family members and relatives already didn’t like her, and therefore she had nowhere to go to seek help. Irshad was aware of this, and therefore he continued the assault on her without any fear. He had also threatened her that if she approaches the police, he will get out within three days, and then he will subject her to such atrocities that she can’t imagine.

However, after spending months locked in a room, the room one day got an opportunity to escape, and she reached Meerut from Bhopal. There she started to live at a PG, and contacted the police. After that she moved to Delhi and reached Jyoti Nagar police station to lodge a complaint against Irshad Ali. The police conducted her medical examination, in which it was found that the woman has 28 wounds on her body and her bone had also been broken due to the beating.

On the basis of her statement, the police registered a case on 7 September and arrested the accused Irshad Ali Khan the very next day on 8 September. Following a medical examination of the victim, police filed a case against Irshad Ali under sections 323, 341, 342, 354D, 376, 377, 493, 495, and 506 of the IPC. Apart from the current case, police said that several other criminal cases are already registered against him.

Talking about the crime, DCP (North East) Sanjay Sen said that Irshad Ali had posed as a Hindu to trap and marry the Hindu girl, and he is already married and has three children. Police have charged under various sections of IPC including rape, assault, harassment etc. In the meanwhile, the victim has been shifted to a Nari Niketan. The woman says that even after the arrest of Irshad, she is still scared because he had threatened that if arrested he will come out soon and harm her. She has appealed to the court that he should not be granted bail, else her life will be in danger.

Germany: Syrian migrant who severely injured police officer is already released

A 60-year-old police officer fights for his life after being attacked by a Syrian in Greifswald, Germany. Despite the severity of the crime, the judiciary has already released the perpetrator.

There are also claims that Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Interior Minister Christian Pegel is trying to hide the foreigner’s nationality and residence status, according to German news outlet Junge Freiheit.

On Sunday, the 24-year-old Syrian insulted police officers in front of a nightclub and subsequently attacked them. He allegedly pushed a 60-year-old officer so hard that he fell over and hit his head on the street, resulting in a serious injury. After an emergency operation in the University Hospital of Greifswald, he must continue to be treated in intensive care.

The officers charged him with resisting arrest and assault; however, the police confirmed that after the man’s personal data was recorded, he was released from custody. Interior Minister Spiegel spoke about the seriously injured officer but did not name the perpetrator’s nationality.

Following criticism over the fact that he did not mention the background of the perpetrator, a spokeswoman for Pegel said, “For Mr. Pegel, the act is, as his statement should indicate, disgusting, regardless of the perpetrator’s nationality.”

“If he were German, British, Russian, or Afghan, nothing would change in the statement, including the fact that the nationality was not mentioned,” the spokeswoman added.

In a press release, police have since published the nationality of the perpetrator.

The Ministry of the Interior did not answer the question of what residence status the man has and how he came to Germany. For AfD parliamentary group leader Nikolaus Kramer, this is quite significant because it has to be clarified “whether a deportation could have prevented a serious criminal offense once again.”

Germany: 15 Arabs arrested after brutal attack on trans woman

Success for the Bremen police! On Sunday evening, a police patrol was able to arrest several children and youths who were allegedly involved in the brutal attack on a trans woman.

At around 6.30 p.m., first a 12-year-old and later nine other children and youths between the ages of 12 and 14 were caught.

Four of them are suspected to have been involved in the disgusting attack on a trans woman in a tram on September 3.

About a week ago, the woman was first insulted by a group of about 15 people in a tram and then brutally beaten. One of the blows hit the woman so hard in the face that she had to be taken to hospital with injuries.

The police analysed the video footage from the tram and identified four children aged 12 and 13. The Bremen officers gave the brutal thugs a chance to save face and turn themselves in before a public search might have to be carried out and the pictures of them would be visible everywhere.

The youths did not take the chance, but now a patrol was able to spot some suspects during an operation and take them to the police station.

The parents were informed. Further investigations into the perpetrators are ongoing.

A kiosk saleswoman knows “the group of ten to 15 youths, about 14 years old, who speak Kurdish and Arabic”. She had already noticed the gang several times, the witness told the newspaper BILD. “Most recently, they stopped the tram just like that. A man threw them out, but they came back, insulted and threatened him. They feel strong when they are in a group. If they are not stopped, they will continue.”

Despite raping 11-year-old girl, Afghan migrant allowed to remain in Germany

The Afghan asylum seeker who was convicted for raping an 11-year-old girl in the central German town of Neustrelitz in January is still in the country, and it appears he will face no threat of deportation.

The controversial decision to allow him to remain on German territory is due to the “special protection of minors within the Dublin III Agreement,” according to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania’s Interior Minister Christian Pegel (SPD). In addition, the nationality of the convicted sex offender has not been completely clarified, so while the man is listed as an Afghan, the German government is reportedly unsure of that designation, reported local German newspaper Nordkurier.

As Remix News previously reported, the Afghan migrant, who entered Germany as an unaccompanied minor, was convicted in July of this year, but outrage followed after he was only given a suspended sentence and served no jail time. There was no record of his actual age at the time of his arrest, and given that a huge number of migrants lied about their age upon entering Germany, a doctor was asked to determine his age, which he estimated at 16. Due to his status as a “minor,” he was given a relatively light sentence.

Police believe the perpetrator and the 11-year-old victim were probably loosely acquainted and likely on a date. It is still unclear whether they knew each other through a circle of acquaintances or had met before the incident.

The 16-year-old entered the country in 2021 and applied for asylum, the state government said in response to a request from the conservative Alternative for Germany (AfD) parliamentary group. However, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) said that an Afghan had previously submitted a similar asylum application in Bulgaria, and that the man may have been in Bulgaria at the time, meaning that he likely should have never been allowed to enter Germany in the first place.

The district court in Waren had sentenced the Afghan to a suspended sentence of two years for raping the child. Politicians decried the decision at the time.

“I can more than understand that most citizens find this punishment too mild,” said Philipp Amthor, the local CDU Bundestag member, as reported by BILD. “Of course, you always have to look at the circumstances of the individual case, but a suspended sentence for the rape of an 11-year-old girl is hardly compatible with the public’s sense of justice,” the politician added.

Often, despite committing serious crimes, migrants face no deportation risk in Europe, such as in the case in Sweden where a 39-year-old migrant raped a 9-year-old girl but was allowed to remain in the country because authorities approved his citizenship before the incident. It is also not the only case involving an Afghan raping an 11-year-old girl in Germany, with a similar case occurring in 2018. In that case, the girl was a special-needs student, and the 22-year-old asylum seeker raped her with two accomplices. In general, foreigners in Germany are responsible for a highly disproportionate amount of rape and sexual assault cases.

Overall, Germany has a poor record on deportations, even for those individuals convicted of crimes. Over 230,000 foreigners in Germany are facing deportation orders but are allowed to remain in the country under a “tolerated” status.

The first German district blackout simulation: 400 dead in 96 hours

Germany’s municipalities are getting serious and preparing for the concrete consequences of a widespread power blackout. The Hessian Rheingau-Taunus district is the first of 401 German districts and urban districts to have a specialist company in Berlin examine and simulate what threatens in the event of a blackout in order to be prepared for the increasingly likely eventuality.

According to this, 400 deaths could be expected within 96 hours. After 24 hours, livestock would die, substations would fail, and water tanks would run dry. Then there would be looting, fires and economic damage in the hundreds of millions. Unlike Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck, district fire inspector Christian Rossel currently considers the risk of a blackout to be much more likely than a lack of gas, which would not have such dramatic consequences, even if one were not preparing for it.

Authorities admit danger is real

The blackout, a widespread power failure, is sadly no longer a horror fairy tale of sinister conspiracy theorists as authorities now consider the danger to be real (but conceal the fact that it is home-made and a consequence of their own catastrophic policies).

The German Association of Towns and Municipalities (DStGB) sounded the alarm and warned of a possible overload of the German power grid. Even worse: cities and municipalities are not remotely prepared for such a scenario.

“There is a risk of a blackout,” said DStGB chief executive Gerd Landsberg told German weekly Welt am Sonntag that realistic scenarios are both hacker attacks and “an overload of the power grid – for example, if the 650 000 fan heaters sold this year are connected to the grid if the gas supply fails”. In this case, Landsberg expressly does not want to rule out widespread power failures.

The head of the DStGB is even clearer: the federal government has recognized the situation, but is not responding as it should. Every citizen must be aware of what happens when there is no electricity: “Then there is no water, you can’t fill up, after two days you can’t charge your cell phone. We are in no way prepared for such a scenario!”.

The “blackout” would only be a particularly drastic scenario. Less drastic scenarios such as electricity or gas shortages have long been casting their shadows. An umbrella organization for independent welfare in Germany based in Berlin, the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband recently warned that, as a result of the exploding energy costs, “the livelihoods of social institutions and services are threatened to an unprecedented extent”.

Retirement and nursing homes, for example, are coming under pressure due to the rapidly increasing costs. The Federal Association of Private Providers of Social Services (BPA) predicted that “this crisis will cost some providers their existence because the burdens from rising energy costs, general inflation and the omnipresent shortage of skilled workers can no longer be borne”. And all this is just the beginning, according to Bloomberg. The federal government’s €65 billion financial aid package will not be able to prevent the impending recession.

Commerzbank economist Jörg Krämer meanwhile warned that the announced steps only “create the illusion that large parts of the population can be protected from the consequences of rising energy prices”.

What happens if the lights go out?

In the event of a widespread power failure, nothing works anymore. Internet, landline telephony and heating systems would fail first, followed closely by mobile communications and digital radio. Gas stations would run out of petrol, electronic money and payment systems would fail, food could no longer be cooled. Clinics, care facilities and water suppliers and disposal companies depend on their respective equipment to outlast the blackout. Rossel made it clear that the district could not ensure the power supply. Like Landsberg, he advised citizens to stock up on food and drinking water for 14 days.

The district will ensure that administration and civil protection work so that emergency aid can be coordinated. For this, the “equipment security” has to ensure electricity for servers and satellite-supported communication systems for the crisis management teams. The current emergency generator can run continuously for 16 hours. However, since the police, fire brigades and rescue workers would also need several 10 000 liters per day, negotiations are being held with heating oil suppliers.

All of these scenarios show a country that is on the brink of complete collapse in an emergency due to ideology-driven politics and decades of neglect of important infrastructure.

In addition, there is a risk of “load undersupply” due to the planned shutdown of the last three nuclear power plants, so that in certain areas the entire electricity demand of Germany can no longer be covered. Then large electricity consumers such as industrial companies would have to be switched off voluntarily or by force.

Moreover, the population hardly follows the recommendations of the Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK). As recently as July, the ill-informed German Minister of Economics Robert Habeck declared: “The fact is: we currently have a gas problem, not an electricity problem.” At the time, the statement was part of his propaganda strategy to prevent the continued operation of the three remaining German nuclear power plants.

Thus, Habeck pushed hundreds of thousands of citizens to buy fan heaters, which DStGB boss Landsberg now fears will finish off the German power grid. The nationwide “Warning Day”, on which the functioning of the civil protection measures is to be tested by means of a test alarm, will take place this year on December 8 – although it is actually scheduled for the second Thursday in September every year.

Civil protection failing

The last attempt two years ago, on September 10, 2020, failed miserably because not even the warning apps worked. In the event of an actual catastrophe, many citizens were not warned at all (similar to what happened three quarters of a year later in the Ahr Valley and in southern North Rhine-Westphalia during the flood of the century).

The Ministry of the Interior had described the test alarm as “failed”. A spokesman for the Munich fire department said at the time that there had been no sirens in the city for years because they had been removed after the end of the Cold War. The same applies to large parts of Berlin.

In 2021, the warning day was completely dispensed with because the BBK was supposed to set up a “comprehensive test landscape” beforehand . This year’s warning day has been moved to December to accommodate Cell Broadcast testing. This is a system in which all mobile phone users who are in the area of a radio cell at a certain time receive a message that looks like an SMS. Unlike the warning apps “Nina” and “Katwarn”, which failed in 2020, people without smartphones are also reached.

Given the current situation in Germany, one can only hope that at least this system will work.

Anti-Semitic attack on rabbi at underground station in Berlin, Germany – manhunt for dark-skinned perpetrator

This Tuesday in Berlin there was apparently an anti-Semitic attack on the state rabbi of the state of Brandenburg and community rabbi of the Potsdam Jewish Community, Ariel Kirzon. In a telephone conversation with FOCUS online, Kirzon, who was born in Ukraine, reported that he was on his way to the Westphalweg underground station in the Mariendorf district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg together with his 13-year-old son at around 10:26 am.

While he was talking on the phone to the Israeli embassy in Hebrew, a “dark-skinned young man” insulted him and briefly grabbed his shoulder. At the same time, the man allegedly shouted “horrible fucking Jew”. Ariel Kirzon was clearly recognisable as a Jew by his clothing.
Kirzon told FOCUS Online that he had been engrossed in his phone call during the incident and did not immediately react to the attack. “Maybe it’s better not to talk to people like that”. His son had overheard everything, he said. The state rabbi hopes that the video surveillance around the underground station on line 6 will help to clarify the situation.

Ariel Kirzon filed a complaint with the Berlin police for assault and insult. According to FOCUS online, the investigation is being conducted under case number 220913-1356-034773. In the early evening, the Berlin police confirmed that they were investigating the incident: “Since it cannot be ruled out that the suspect could have entered the area of the station, the video recordings of the station were secured. The investigation is being carried out by the Police State Protection Service at the State Criminal Police Office.”

After double murder of mother (32) and daughter (15) in Vienna, Austria: Tunisian arrested in French refugee accommodation

After the horrific double murder of a mother of three (35) and her daughter (15) in the Mariahilf district of Vienna, an arrest has been made at an asylum centre in France. In the past weeks, the Tunisian partner of the mother was searched for – but without a mugshot.

As the Federal Criminal Police Office announced on Monday morning, Mahmoud N. (49), the former partner of the killed mother (32), was arrested in the French city of Brest. The Tunisian had been wanted since the beginning of August.
The Federal Criminal Police Office was even able to trace the escape route of the suspected murderer. Shortly after the crime, he had fled by train to France, where he managed to go into hiding in an Arab community. The Federal Criminal Police Office’s target search first led to the western French region around Paris, and later to western France, where he was arrested by French officials on September 13, 2022, after a total of 39 days of searching, when he was being dined in a shelter for asylum seekers.

Mahmoud N. (49) is strongly suspected of having strangled his partner (32) and their eldest daughter (15) in their flat in the Mariahilf district of Vienna on the night of August 3 to 4. The Tunisian had been on the run since the crime. Two of the woman’s sons – aged seven and nine – are now orphans.
