Chants of ‘Death to Muslims’: How wild allegations by Leicester Police Chief endangered the lives of the Hindu community

The Leicester police have been at the forefront of a misinformation campaign that endangered the lives of Hindus in the city, following the Asia Cup group stage match between India and Pakistan on August 28.

In a letter to the Leicester Council of Faiths on August 31 this year, Chief Inspector Paul Allen falsely claimed that a small group of people called for the death of Muslims and Pakistan. He alleged that the provocative slogans were raised in Hindi, indicating that it must have been the handiwork of the Indian Hindu diaspora.

“Unfortunately, a small minority of people began chanting in a racially offensive way, calling for (we believe) “death to Pakistan” and “Death to Muslims” In Hindi,” he had claimed initially.

His email, the transcript of which has now gone viral on social media, was in reference to a minor scuffle that took place in Belgrave Road of Leicester. The grave assertion made by police chief Paul Allen gave a free licence to Islamists to unleash havoc on the Hindu community.

On the following day i.e. September 1, he issued a clarification on the matter and rubbished his own claims. He said, “On Tuesday (August 28) afternoon it was reported that the chanting which had taken place, some of which was captured on video and was circulated on social media, included the phrases (in Hindi) “Death to Pakistan” and “death to Muslims”.

“We have investigated this and can find no verifiable evidence that there were any chants of “death to Muslims”. This is significant in terms of the context and I would encourage you to share this with interested parties,” Paul Allen stated on September 1, 2022. However, it was too late by then.

In a tweet, ‘Insight UK’ pointed out, “Thank you Leicester police for accepting your mistake. Hindus of Leicester suffered immensely due to this grave mistake. We expect you will do justice to the #Hindu victims by charging the culprits. Your strict actions can only bring peace & security in the future.”

Violence erupted in Leicester city following the defeat of Pakistan by India in the Asia Cup match on August 28. According to accounts, Muslims, primarily Pakistani Islamists, assaulted Hindus and their homes in the area. Several videos of the incident went viral a week after the incident.

The videos showed Hindus being assaulted in their cars while parked in their driveways, and Hindu families huddled in their houses, stunned, while massive groups wandered the street vandalising property. The majority of these incidents of violence and provocative religious sloganeering were reported in the city’s Belgrave region.

After hundreds of people crowded the streets in the city’s eastern section, violence erupted again on September 17 afternoon in Leicester. Police officers swarmed the streets, exercising disposal powers and encouraging peace as disturbance persisted on the streets following a protest by Hindus against the violence by Islamists.

The protest was disrupted by Islamists as they hurled glass bottles at the protestors. A Saffron flag atop a temple was also desecrated by a mob of Islamists in front of the police.

“Officers attempted to engage with the group and remain with them whilst additional officers were called in. They sought to keep actions lawful but, regrettably, the situation led to disorder,” the police said in a statement. So far, a total of 27 people have been arrested in connection to the violence in Leicester that began last month.

‘Demography is on our side’ – Swedish rap artist tells Black and Brown people they will win against the right

In a post on Instagram, the Swedish artist Jason Diakité, known for his stage name Timbuktu, posted a message to “all black and brown people in Sweden” claiming that “demography is on our side,” following the Swedish election on Sept. 11.

The message was posted on Sept. 12 following what appeared to be the election victory of right-wing parties, although votes were still being tallied at the time. Since then, Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson has conceded and a four-party center-right coalition has taken form.

“Why does the rapper Timbuktu spread far-right myths about an ongoing people exchange?” asked Swedish journalist Ivar Arpi on Twitter in response to Timbuktu’s Instagram post, with Arpi taking issue with Timbuktu’s boasting of how demographic transformation in Sweden would lead to electoral victory against conservatives.

After Arpi commented on Twitter about the problematic nature of Timbuktu’s statements, the rapper actually responded to him on Twitter, writing, “The demography is that we are 25% in the country with roots outside Europe. We are already here.”

Ethnic Swedes are expected to become a minority in their country in less than 50 years, according to research from a Finnish academic. The victory of the anti-immigration Sweden Democrats and the party’s right-leaning coalition partners is seen as a form of political backlash to the Swedish political establishment’s decision to allow hundreds of thousands of immigrants into Sweden, which was once considered the most immigration-friendly country in all of Europe. Sweden’s immigration population is growing rapidly, and there are currently 2 million foreign-born residents in the country, and approximately one-third of the population has at least one foreign-born parent.

However, Timbuktu has an undeniable point about demographics and the country’s political future. If only the votes of the foreign-born population was counted in the Sept. 11 election, then the left-wing coalition would have won 259 out of 349 mandates in parliament instead of narrowly losing to the right-wing coalition.

Despite the left claiming that the Great Replacement is a conspiracy theory with no basis in reality, there have been numerous cases in the West involving the left gloating that demographics would spell the end of conservatives and those parties opposed to mass immigration, with the case of Sweden’s Timbuktu only the latest.

For example, in October 2018, New York Times columnist Michelle Goldberg openly boasted about population replacement in a piece titled “We Can Replace Them.”

In the Los Angeles Times, an article entitled “California’s change demographics will further doom the Republicans” outlined how demographic replacement in the state had led to a complete reversal of Republican power and how immigration would only accelerate that trend.

The demographic situation in Europe is also rapidly changing. Germany’s foreign-born population is reaching record highs every year, and in France, many of the cities are set to have a minority of ethnic French in the coming years. In London, White people have already been the minority for a number of years.

In 2021, the influential French philosopher Michel Onfray spelled out how this situation was developing raipdly in France in an interview for the news site Front Populaire.

“If someone on the left says ‘the Great Replacement, that is us,’ the response is ‘very good,’ but if someone on the right like Renuad Camus says there is a ‘Great Replacement,’ they immediately cry ‘fascism,’” Onfray said.

As Remix News has previously reported, the “Great Replacement” is a term coined by the French writer Renaud Camus in his 2010 book “The Great Replacement,” where he proposes the idea that the indigenous White French people are being demographically replaced by non-Europeans. Camus is not the only European author to propose such an idea. Other proponents of the idea that Europeans are being replaced in their homelands include French thinkers Eric Zemmour, who wrote “The French Suicide,” and Michel Houllebcq, who wrote “Submission.”

Thoughts on the impeachment of a French president

At the call of the leader of the Patriotes, Florian Philippot, a rally was held in Paris on 17 September to protest against Emmanuel Macron’s policy of rationing and to demand his dismissal, and more broadly against NATO and the EU.

“Resistance!” A new demonstration held by the Patriotes party in Paris against the EU, NATO and Macron on Saturday, was evidently a great success: French media ignored it.

For months now, Philippot has carried the torch of the opposition to the government in the streets of Paris. Under a “Resistance” banner, “tens of thousands” of people gathered, according to the former MEP, to ask French President Emmanuel Macron and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen “to get out of the way”.

They also gathered to defend “freedom, peace and sovereignty”, in Florian Philippot’s words. The leader of the Patriotes took the opportunity to call to order the French media who would like to make people believe that these rallies are “holograms created by Putin”, an explicit reference to LCI which at the beginning of September had denied the very existence of one of its demonstrations because it was reported in the Russian press.

At the time of writing, nearly 48 hours after the rally, it should be noted that the mainstream media has apparently not reported on the rally, and the prefecture has not yet issued a statement on the event.

Philippot mentioned in other tweets a “phenomenal presence for [the impeachment] of Emmanuel Macron, peace, Frexit, exit from NATO, refusal of rationing and sanctions”, and a “considerable crowd”.

French lawyer Damien Viguier has offered some thoughts on the calls for impeaching president Macron.

“The French Head of State may commit the most serious crimes, but it has become legally impossible to prosecute him or her while in office. On the other hand, the High Court can declare his impeachment in case of a breach of duty by the President of the Republic that is clearly incompatible with the exercise of a mandate. And we are hearing more and more about the implementation of this procedure.

“I am not commenting on the relevance of impeachment on the merits. For while the substantive reasons may be very serious, they may also be very slight. The terms of the Constitution are sufficiently vague for impeachment to be easily justified. What are the ‘duties of a President of the Republic’? What can constitute a ‘breach’? Finally, how will it be ‘manifestly incompatible with the exercise of a mandate’? This is not the issue.

“I am only concerned with the procedural aspect of impeachment. It was the subject of a reform under Sarkozy. And from now on everything is locked up. Here are the six stages of this procedure (given Article 68 of the Constitution and the Organic Law of 24 November 2014). We will see that there is almost no chance for a procedure to go through all its stages and lead to impeachment. And the problem with this kind of blockage, in the event of a serious crisis and abuse of power, is that the only solution remains a coup d’état.”

France: Chechen threatens homosexuals with knife

On Saturday afternoon until early evening, a festive event with a DJ took place in a second-hand shop on Rue Salomon-Reinach in the Guillotière district of Lyon.
Around 8pm, a heavily intoxicated man came to disrupt the party. When he was turned away from the shop, he allegedly shouted homophobic insults at two customers. The insults in French and Chechen were understood by a Ukrainian customer who was present in the shop.

A man then tried to reject the man. The Chechen then pulled out a switchblade and threatened the man who had prevented him from entering the shop.

The public prosecutor’s office of Lyon informed us on request that they had ordered his summons to the criminal court on November 15 “for public insult with a homophobic background, violence against an officer of the public authority and resistance against law enforcement officers”. Le Progrès

Germany’s conservative AfD party is rising in the polls

The popularity of the conservative Alternative for Germany (AFD) party continues to grow, with the latest poll from Infratest-dimap showing the opposition party rising to 14 percent (+1 point). It is only three points behind the ruling Social Democrats (SPD), with the current government increasingly under pressure as the economy sinks and inflation rises.

The Social Democrats are stagnating at 17 percent, while the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) rose by one point to 28 percent. Despite various embarrassments by their Economics Minister Robert Habeck, the Greens only lost one percent and are at 21 percent. The FDP fell to 7 (-1), and the Left party remains at 5 percent. The traffic light coalition of SPD, Greens, and the Free Democratic Party (FDP) only comes to 45 percent and would no longer have a majority.

The pollsters also determined that 83 percent of Germans expect the high gas and electricity prices to cause job losses. Only 13 percent don’t think there will be job losses.

Most Germans are surprisingly not very pessimistic about the question of energy supply in winter. Only 36 percent expect that there could be electricity and gas supply failures in their own homes. On the contrary, 59 percent of those surveyed expect a stable energy supply even in the cold season. Only the AfD supporters are mostly convinced that there will be supply problems with electricity or gas, according to the Junge Freiheit news outlet.

The poll also shows that Germans are not as afraid about paying for their energy bills as might be expected. Only 39 percent see difficulties with payment. The share is particularly high among those under the age of 35 (50 percent) and people with a household income of fewer than €1,500 a month (58 percent). More than half (55 percent) believe they can easily pay their gas and electricity bills.

Approval for the AfD has been growing for weeks. Most recently, the Forsa Institute, which traditionally underestimates the AfD share of the vote, measured the party at 13 percent. In the meantime, pollsters from Insa see a current voter potential of 19.5 percent across Germany.

Protests Break Out in Iran After Regime’s “Morality Police” Beats Woman to Death Over Forced Hijab Rules

France: A 22-year-old fully veiled woman suspected of planning an attack was taken into police custody. She had documents in her possession linked to the manufacture of explosives

A 22-year-old woman arrested in Enghien-les-Bains in the department of Val-d’Oise was taken into police custody on Friday on suspicion of possessing documents linked to the carrying out of attacks.

The young woman had been arrested during a simple check in Enghien-les-Bains in the Val-d’Oise department. Yesterday, Thursday September 15, police officers spotted a young woman wearing a full-face veil and conducted an identity check, according to the National Anti-terrorism Prosecutor’s Office.

When checking her mobile phone, the police officers found that it contained instructions for making explosives and Islamist propaganda material. They then confiscated her handbag and discovered a cutter knife.

The police officers then search the young woman’s flat and, according to the public prosecutor’s office, seize handwritten notes on carrying out attacks and other documents on explosives.

(…) The police officers would like to know the exact nature of the young woman’s plan, to know what contacts she might have with terrorist organisations. France 3

France: In the affair involving French soccer national team player Paul Pogba, one of those involved has links to Islamic terrorism

On Saturday evening, September 17, five men were taken into police custody as part of the investigation into the extortion reported by Paul Pogba. In addition to Mathias Pogba, the footballer’s brother, four other people were arrested – all childhood friends of the French international. As BFM TV reports, among them is a man with a very bad personality profile who has already been convicted in the past for his links to jihadism.

Roushdane, the person’s first name, is 36 years old. He was the one who prompted the judiciary to act faster and make the arrests as early as Saturday, as investigators had indications that he was about to flee abroad. So in 2017, Roushdane had been sentenced to five years in prison for supplying a Taser that was used in a kidnapping. According to BFM TV, this hostage-taking was intended to finance the departure of another person to Syria for jihadist purposes.

Roushdane was taken into police custody, where he presented a splinted arm and stated that he had suffered a gunshot wound in connection with the Pogba case. His brother Mohamed, who was also mentioned in the affair, was also arrested. The other suspects are also close friends of Paul Pogba, whom they knew from childhood. Mamadou, called “Mam’s”, is from Roissy-en-Brie, where the footballer grew up. The footballer accuses him of stealing 200,000 euros from him when they were both living in a villa in Manchester, United Kingdom.

The last suspect is called Boubacar. He has so far been described as Paul Pogba’s “confidant”. However, according to information from Le Parisien and BFM TV, he was the one who allegedly received the 100,000 euros that Mathias Pogba and his gang extorted last spring. Pogba was already charged on Saturday with gang-related extortion and participation in a criminal organisation.
