Down Under, nature is doing just fine without Greenie interference

By Andrea Widburg

Babies love peek-a-boo. In a brand-new world, reality is defined by the limits of their senses. When your face vanishes behind your hands, as far as they are concerned, your face ceases to exist. That’s why they are so thrilled when your face reemerges. Reality has shifted. Leftists are just like babies: They think that their sensory and (sometimes pseudo) scientific perceptions define the past, present, and future. Whatever they notice about a natural phenomenon is reality, and they cannot imagine a different status. Reality though, especially the Earth’s mysteries, is not bound by leftists’ infantile understanding.

The Earth has been evolving for about 4.5 billion years. It’s heated and cooled repeatedly. Continents have drifted. Magnetic fields have rotated. Even leftists understand how busy it’s been. However, leftists are so dazzled by their recent observations that they’ve forgotten the Earth’s dynamism.

When it comes to historical temperature changes, I like to point to the Medieval Warming Period (when Greenland was actually green). The heat released water, creating perfect growing conditions. The medieval population boomed. Then, the Mini Ice Age began its long, slow build-up. Water froze, the rain lessened, and crops failed.

Because Malthusian rules applied before modern farming techniques appeared, food become limited even as the population continued the last growth cycle growth. That brought famine, making people vulnerable to disease—and there was one heck of a disease coming to the fore in Central Asia. Over the next decades, the Black Death ravaged Europe, killing up to 60% of the population. All because of climate change.

Then there are climate cycles (driven by the sun). I highly recommend this articlediscussing the Grand Solar Minimum, which is preparing to cool the Earth even as we cycle through a small global warming period.

Keep in mind that modern temperature records go back at most about 170 years. Also, in recent years, the people behind the climate change cult have been systematically doctoring past climate records to justify future climate predictions. (In this regard, when you hear “climate denier,” remember that it’s meant to connote the idea of Holocaust denial. With that in mind, you can see the difference: Holocaust denial sees people denying mountains of hard evidence about a past event. Climate denial sees people denying highly contested, computer-generated predictions of probable future events, with a long track record of failed predictions.)

My point is that the leftist climate changistas, who have amassed dangerous and extraordinary power, are ignorant about history and base all their predictions on a very infantile and narrow range of observable data. So, when they noticed that the Great Barrier Reef off of Australia was undergoing some bleaching, like the baby who sees a face vanish, they concluded that the reef was dying, even dead. And like the baby, who at least has an excuse for that mistake, they were dead wrong:

Australia’s Great Barrier Reef is doing just fine with vast sections defying every forecast of impending doom made by climate catastrophists over the past 30 years, a report Thursday outlines.

Coral cover on two-thirds of the iconic reef, which is seen as a bellwether of ocean health, has reached its highest level since records began 36 years ago, according to marine scientists monitoring the ecosystem.

The Australian Institute of Marine Sciences (AIMS) said in its annual report the reef is vibrant and flourishing although challenges do remain for such a “resilient system” that “still maintains that ability to recover from disturbances,” AIMS monitoring programme leader Mike Emslie confirmed.

Emslie, of course, makes the usual clucking about the fact that climate change is probably still going to kill the reef. Likewise, “The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, which manages the reef, says despite the latest positive news the outlook for the icon is ‘very poor’ due to ‘climate change.’”

For these people, mentioning climate change with regard to everything is as reflexive and meaningless as a teenager sprinkling her speech with irritating “likes” and “you knows.” The reality is that the reef, like everything in nature, has a cyclical lifespan and it’s on an upswing now.

We are stewards of the Earth, and we must be diligent in doing what we can to preserve its vitality and beauty for ourselves and future generations. I’m glad lakes aren’t catching on fire from chemical contamination as they did in the 1960s. Likewise, I never want to experience an airport that has smog insidebecause of pollution, as was the case when I was in Beijing a few years ago.

Having said that, there is no reason whatsoever for us to continue to let the climate change cultists force us back into a dark, scary, and deadly premodern era solely because they are such babies they are unable to understand that reality extends far beyond their limited, immediate, and very uninformed perceptions.

Manhunt for Tunisian man after double murder of women in Vienna, Austria

After the horrific bloodbath in Vienna’s Mariahilf district, the police are searching for the suspected murderer of a 32-year-old mother and her 15-year-old daughter. The investigators are investigating the woman’s Tunisian partner.

Police officers found the bodies of two women in a communal flat in the street Mollardgasse on Thursday evening. The mother (32) and her daughter (15) were lying dead on their stomachs in bed. The bedroom was locked from the outside. According to the newspaper “Krone”, the police are now searching for a Tunisian citizen, who is said to have visited the woman the day before and who was her partner.

An ophthalmologist called the police because the two young sons (9 and 6 years old) had come to the doctor’s office alone. Shortly afterwards, officers finally discovered the flat door open, and inside they found the women’s bodies. The “situation in which they were found” quickly led to the conclusion of a homicide, according to the Vienna police.

Syrian with 6 children commits 60 crimes: “I don’t know the laws in Germany”

He is alleged to have committed around 60 offences – a Syrian man has been on trial in Görlitz since yesterday. The accusations include assault and threatening behaviour, trespassing, drug possession, damage to property and disturbing the peace of the dead. The 36-year-old admitted some of the offences, denied many, and could not remember others.

Police officers had seized a bicycle from him because he could not show proof of ownership. He then wanted a new one. He stole a bicycle from the Görlitz police station. He admitted this. Afterwards he broke into the Görlitz professional fire brigade. He could no longer remember that. He had liked six silver spoons in a casket. He had taken them, but not stolen them, the father of six children defended himself. He had not beaten his wife.

When the judge asked him why he had ignored the ban on entering his flat in Görlitz, the accused replied that he had only wanted to get his things. He had needed them. And to protect himself, the Syrian explained: “I don’t know the laws in Germany”.

The trial is being continued.

UN declares war on ‘dangerous’ conspiracy theories: ‘World is not secretly run by elites’

UNESCO says it is seriously concerned about the increase in “disinformation” and “conspiracy theories”. And they plan to put an end to it through a network of informants.

“Conspiracy theories can be dangerous,” the UN agency warned. “Often they ignore scientific evidence and polarize society with dire consequences. This has to stop.”

Unesco’s director-general warned that “conspiracy theories” could cause damage to people as well as to their health. “They reinforce misconceptions about the pandemic, reinforcing stereotypes that can fuel violence and violent, extremist ideologies,” said Audrey Azoulay.

The UN agency has launched a campaign to help people identify, debunk and report “conspiracy theories” to prevent them from spreading further.

This campaign is being carried out in collaboration with the European Commission, Twitter and the World Jewish Congress. The UN has created a toolkit to “debunk” such theories and smear anyone who dares to claim that governments are not fair and transparent.

The UN also warned that George Soros, the Rothschilds and Israel should not be linked to “alleged conspiracies”.

World events “are not secretly manipulated behind the scenes by powerful players with malicious intent,” the UN agency maintained.

And if anyone therefore comes across someone who believes that the world elite is plotting to consolidate power or direct events, then that person needs to take action. According to the UN agency, when meeting a “conspiracy theorist”, under no circumstances should one enter into a discussion.

Stifle all debate on Corona’s origins

A “conspiracy theorist” is allegedly a person who for example believes that the Coronavirus was “artificially” created. However, the emergence of the Covid-19 virus, was explained in a Lancet article by Columbia professor Jeffrey Sachs, who suggested that the virus was created in a US laboratory thanks to their achievements in the field of biotechnology.

Former US President Trump was already convinced that Covid-19 was artificial and had started as a leak from a US-funded laboratory in Wuhan. Major US tech companies actively suppressed his statements as “disinformation” on their online platforms. If the US has indeed been involved in creating the virus, it would have to eventually compensate for the damage to every nation affected.

In a statement from Jason Crow, a member of the US House of Representatives Intelligence Committee, he warned Americans that their DNA samples could be used to create targeted biological weapons, suggesting that such a scenario was quite possible. Metabiota, an American company linked to President Biden’s son Hunter, has been known for collecting DNA samples in conducting military biological activities on the territory of Ukraine.

Russia’s Defense Ministry has meanwhile announced that it would investigate the role of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in the creation of the Covid-19 virus. US-backed bio-laboratories in Ukraine conducted highly questionable secret experiments on unsuspecting Ukrainian citizens with “over 16,000 biological samples, including blood and serum samples, exported from the territory of Ukraine to US and European countries”.

Since 2009, USAID had been funding a program known as Predict which conducted research into novel Coronaviruses. In 2019, the agency shut down the Predict programme. The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security then coincidentally began studying the spread of a previously unknown Coronavirus.

These unnerving statements and undeniable facts above have not swayed Unesco staff in the least. They declared that a “conspiracy theorist” would say “that you are part of the conspiracy and strengthen that belief”. In addition, the conspiracy theorist will “probably defend his or her ideas fervently”. That debate is of course something to be avoided at all costs, they warned.

Instead, one should “show empathy” and “not ridicule” the conspiracy theorist. Journalists, especially, should “report” such individuals on social media and “contact your local or national press council or ombudsman”.

‘The law works and saves people,’ says pro-life activist as Poland’s abortion rate drops

The number of abortions in Poland dropped tenfold in 2021 due to the introduction of new regulations that provide better protection of life in the prenatal phase.

“This means that the law works and allows for saving individual people,” said Magdalena Korzekwa-Kaliszuk, a lawyer, psychologist, and CEO of Grupa Proelio Foundation.

According to data provided by the Ministry of Health, the number of abortions totaled 1,076 in 2018, 1,100 in 2019, and 1,076 in 2020. In 2021, that number dropped to just 107.

Korzekwa-Kaliszuk underlined that as a result of the Constitutional Tribunal’s ruling from October 2020, around 1,000 children, mainly with suspected Down’s syndrome, have been saved.

Until the ruling, Polish legislation protected the right to life, also in the prenatal phase, with the exception of three circumstances described in the Family Planning Act. According to those circumstances, abortion was permitted if the pregnancy was a threat to the mother’s health or life, in the case of rape or incest, or when there was a “high probability of severe fetus impairment or incurable life-threatening illness of the fetus.”

After the ruling’s publication, the third premise is no longer legally valid.

“A good law positively impacts attitudes of people. On the one hand, it reinforces the belief that the right to life should not depend on the diagnosis of health. On the other, the lack of possibility to kill the child for eugenic reasons means that doctors no longer have the grounds to propose or impose pressure on parents to have an abortion,” said Kokrzewa-Kaliszuk.

Organizations and politicians advocating for weaker legal protection of the life of unborn children argue that due to the ruling of the tribunal, Polish women have more frequently decided to have an abortion abroad. According to MP Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus, there are “thousands” of such cases. At the same time, no proof of those statements has been presented.

“Even if some parents decided to kill their children with suspected illness illegally or even abroad, the majority of them decided to let the child live, which is an indisputable victory that the ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal has enabled,” said Korzekwa-Kaliszuk.

Time to Give the Conspiracy Theorists a Break?

By Charlotte Cushman

How many times have you heard, “That sounds like a conspiracy theory to me”?  Was it because you asked if the virus was released from a lab in China?  Or did you question the safety and effectiveness of the “vaccines”?  Did you ask why doctors and nurses are not free to treat their patients according to their best judgment instead of government protocols?  Or maybe you asked about the decrease in energy, selling our oil to China, the problems with supply chains, government deficit spending, censorship on social media, inflation, food shortages, the rise in racism, the burning of our cities, our unprotected border, and the release of criminals.  Did you wonder why everything is getting worse?  Is there is a plan to destroy Western civilization?

Dismissing questions about the decline of our country as conspiracy theories is an attempt at intimidation in order to discourage people from further investigations into those questions.  Or even investigations into conspiracy theories themselves.  Maybe we should take a look at the possibility of conspiracies since the left seems so intent on invalidating them.

A conspiracy is a secret agreement between two or more people to perform together an illegal, wrongful, or subversive act.  A conspiracy can be a little plan or a big one, and it may or may not involve the government.  The claim has been made that conspiracies can’t exist because it only takes one person to reveal the plan, and then everyone knows about it.  This isn’t necessarily true.  For one thing, whistleblowers are often viewed as crack pots, and their message is frequently disparaged instead of investigated to determine if it is true.  Furthermore, the leaders of some perverse movements have stated their despicable goals outright, and their messages have been ignored.  So no matter whether there is a whistleblower or an outright admission of the plan, conspiracies are not necessarily taken seriously, so the plan can remain a secret right out in the open for all to see.

It just isn’t true that conspiracies don’t or can’t exist.  There have been secret plans throughout history:

  • Genocide in Nazi Germany
  • The bombing of Pearl Harbor
  • 911
  • Germany’s pretense for invading Poland in World War II
  • Bombings/attacks by terrorists
  • Assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand
  • Bank robberies — e.g., in Lincoln, Nebraska 2017
  • Communist control of citizens by spying on and murdering them
  • Communist reconnaissance missions in foreign countries
  • Menendez brothers’ murder of their parents
  • Kidnapping conspiracy by Iranian intelligence officials
  • The 1793 military coup called the Newburgh Conspiracy
  • Espionage attempts by former CIA agents
  • Media cover-up of Stalin’s famine, which resulted in millions of deaths in Ukraine.

An example of a current conspiracy is the movement of hatred against humanity, which includes racism against whites and a crusade against the United States and our way of life.

Thirty-six years ago, the leaders of the environmentalism movement expressed the desire to eliminate human life on Earth.  In 1986, Paul Taylor, philosopher and environmentalist, stated that the “total, absolute, and final disappearance” of human beings would enhance the well-being of the Earth, and be greeted with a hearty “good riddance!”[1]  On October 22, 1989, support for human extinction was stated openly in the Los Angeles Times by David Graber when he wished for “the right virus to come along.”[2]  In 2010, Bill Gates stated that we could lower the population if we do a “really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive services.”  In 2020, Patrisse Cullors, founder of Black Lives Matter, said they are trained, organized Marxists, and  Black Lives Matter leader Lilith Sinclair admitted that she was organizing for the abolition of the United States.

We have to take leaders of movements seriously, because they are the people who drive those movements.  The environmentalist groups have the desire to terminate human existence, and Marxist groups are determined to extinguish the United States, and it should be noted that both those groups are organized.  It is no coincidence that we are now facing the destruction of our country.

What is the motivation of those who don’t want us to talk about conspiracies?  Would they have stopped us from talking about the Jewish genocide in Nazi Germany?

The purpose of accusing people of being conspiracy theorists is to discredit those who notice patterns, connect dots, and ask questions.  And the goal is to shut down not just their speech, but also their thinking.  If all the naturally analytical people stop themselves from theorizing about what they’re seeing in the cultural and political landscape with a dismissive conspiracy theory wave, well then, the enemy can get away with a lot more.  And if you think that is a conspiracy theory, there is a bridge I want to sell you.

Conspiracies have happened in the past, and to think they can’t happen again is naïve at best and suicide at worst.  The possibility of bio-warfare has been talked about for years.  Genocide has happened before, and it can happen again, and it doesn’t take a gas chamber to do it.  Evil people have existed before, and they exist now.  Conspiracies are a possibility, and we ignore that fact at our own peril.

Orban at CPAC: ‘Less drag queens, more Chuck Norris’

Hungarian President Viktor Orban received standing applause for his guest speech at the annual congress of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Dallas, Texas. His address highlighting freedom, family and homeland, was well received.

According to the Hungarian guest speaker, the most evil things in modern history were carried out by people who hated Christianity. “Don’t be afraid to call your enemies by their name. You can play it safe, but they will never show mercy. Consider for example George Soros, as you call him here. In Hungary, we call him: Gyuri bácsi, which means Uncle Georgie.”

He explained that to fight successfully by liberal means was impossible “because our opponents use liberal institutions, concepts, and language to disguise their Marxist and hegemonist plans”.

“This is a culture war,” Orban said. In contrast, it is important to bring Christian churches, families and institutions back to life.

“Hungary is an old, proud but David-sized nation standing alone against the Woke Globalist Goliath,” he said. The basis of the political struggle are common Christian values: “Today’s progressives try to separate Western Civilization from its Christian roots once again.”

Orban insisted on reporting on the successes of his policies as prime minister, such as “zero illegal immigration” because Hungary decided in good time to fortify its borders. Migration is the “decisive and final battle for the future”, the most important thing that Hungary can leave behind for its children and grandchildren. In addition, Hungary erected a “wall of law” around these children to protect them from gender ideology; there is no sex education in school without parental consent. State-regulated education is “an old communist trick”.

One part of his speech was met with frenetic applause in Dallas when Orban quoted a brief passage from the Hungarian constitution stating that the family was defined as the bond between a man and a woman. The number of marriages has doubled in the last ten years, the guest from Budapest explained, and the number of abortions has halved. If the family perishes, the West will perish too, he stressed.

“We have seen what kind of future the globalist ruling class has to offer. But we have a different future in mind. The globalists can all go to hell, I have come to Texas,” Orban told the gathering.

“Fewer drag queens, more Chuck Norris,” is how he summarized his country’s security policy and advertised that Budapest was “one of the few major European cities” where it was safe to walk through the streets at night. Not without pride, he also spoke of a lean state, low taxes and tax exemptions for women with many children.

Orban concluded by blaming globalists for fomenting the war in neighbouring Ukraine: “In my view, the globalist leaders’ strategy escalates and prolongs war and decreases the chance of peace.”

The CPAC is considered the largest gathering of conservative activists and politicians from all over the world.

Dutch Farmer Protests: Far-Left Extremists Threaten to Attack Businesses of ‘Right-Wing’ Farmers

Far-left extremists in the Netherlands have threatened to attack farms in the country belonging to “right-wing nationalists”.

The threat by far-left extremists in the Netherlands comes as farmers continue to fight EU green agenda measures in their country that could result in the closure of up to 30 per cent of livestock farms, something local government officials have decreed is part and parcel of an “unavoidable transition”.

According to a report by Der Telegraaf, extremists have threatened that they will soon occupy barns of “far-right nationalists” — also known as farmers trying to protect their livelihoods — in the country, and let lose livestock from their pens.

“From next week we will occupy livestock farms and free the animals from the mega stables,” the publication reports one online declaration associated with the extremists as saying, who also took time to denounce the farmers themselves.

“They are right-wing nationalists and comparable to Nazis for the animals,” the post said, while urging netizens to join the so-called ‘Animals Defense Force’.

“The extreme farming scum must be tracked down and locked up,” the netizen also reportedly wrote.

The posts have promoted a serious response from farming organisation LTO Nederland, which in a statement asked its members to “to be vigilant, but also to keep the peace”.

“LTO Nederland is concerned about messages circulating on social media from the extremist corner of animal activists calling for barn occupations,” a statement by the group published on Thursday read.

“LTO Nederland takes these kinds of threatening messages very seriously and calls on its members to remain vigilant for possible actions,” it continued.

“It is important that farmers know what they can do to prevent incidents by animal extremists, but also how to act in the event of a suspicious situation or an actual burglary,” the statement goes on to say.

The threats to the livelihood of farmers come amid state attempts to crack down on the protesting food producers, with footage circulating on Monday of Dutch police attacking anti-green agenda protesters with batons.

Seemingly prompted by one officer shoving a protester, while the law enforcement officials did appear to succeed to injure a few protesters, the clash ultimately resulted in the demonstrators turning on the police, who were then forced into an apparent retreat.

Four people were subsequently reported as being arrested at the demonstration, while the local mayor of the site of the protest swore that further action would be taken against anti-government activists.

“The police have registered license plates and will still take action against people, so that will have a tail in the context of criminal law,” Mayor Arjen Gerritsen declared. “There were serious disturbances, people committed violence against the police. I do not tolerate that and then I act, together with an excellent team of police officers.”

Despite the local official’s fiery statements, there are few signs that those in the Netherlands protesting the green agenda edicts — which are the direct result of measures passed by the European Union — are planning on stopping anytime soon, having previously employed manure and bails of burning hay to blockade highways in the country.

Protesters also appear to still have strong support in the country, with 4 in 10 saying that they actively support the demos, while 71 per cent admit to understanding the anger of farmers at the proposed caps on nitrogen emissions, with the gas being a central component to many essential fertilisers.

Germany: Muslim SPD politician incites against Israel

Mohamed Baaqoul is head of the Jusos Rüsselsheim-Raunheim, the youth organisation of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). He is also an assessor in the SPD local association executive. But now his details have disappeared from the party website. In a chat that was made available to the newspaper BILD, the Young Socialist incites against the state of Israel.

He posted: “Israel is an apartheid state. The Zionists are running the apartheid state.

He thus equates the only democracy in the Middle East with a criminal state like South Africa in times of racial segregation. And: Because Zionists founded the state of Israel, Jew-haters consider the term Zionist a dirty word.

Afterwards, Baaqoul tries to play down his words: “Jews are my cousins in the faith!” Chat partner Mohammed Ali Slim (23) actively fights against Islamic extremism and anti-Semitism as a Muslim, doesn’t believe the SPD politician’s retreat. So he asks: “And Jews in Israel?”

Baaquoul’s answer: “If people actively work to drive people out of their homes, they are criminals to me.”

Finally, when asked if he really thinks Israel is an apartheid state, he replies: “Not only I think so, but virtually all human rights organisations do”.

BILD confronted the Juso leader with his disgusting statements. He postponed until “after my holiday”.

The state SPD takes a stand for this. “Such an attitude is not acceptable within the SPD,” clarifies SPD spokesperson Christoph Gehring. “The vice-chairwoman of Groß-Gerau, Kerstin Geis, had a very serious discussion with the author. It was agreed that he would attend a training course dealing with the Middle East conflict.”

Harsh criticism comes from the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Ismael Tipi (63), a member of the state parliament, said: “It is frightening that such radical theories, which are usually expressed in Islamist circles, are put forward by a Juso leader and SPD board member. Unfortunately, it fits into the picture: just as little as Hesse’s SPD leader and Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser seems to take the fight against radical Islamism seriously, the SPD’s junior staff seems to be worried about anti-Semitic statements from their own ranks.”

“He wanted to kill the people who were trying to dissuade him from the path of Allah”: On July 11, Karim stopped a radicalised man on a bus between Carcassonne and Quillan, France, who was armed with a knife and making jihadist speeches

On July 11, a 20-year-old was handed over to the police after threatening a group of young people with a knife and making jihadist remarks on a bus between Carcassonne and Quillan. Karim Lahrache, who managed to disarm the radicalised person, reported the incidents.

[…]
Karim then took the initiative and grabbed him by the wrist with a punch, “because I had to take the weapon from him. I am convinced that he will stab anyone if I don’t act. If he had had a gun, I wouldn’t be here to tell you this”. The bus had just stopped in Preixan and Karim decided to start a conversation with his unstable neighbour as far as Limoux: “The fact that I intervened surprised him. I’m sure he could have been far more dangerous!” There, “he started crying like a baby. He tried to get me to understand him and explained that he had lost everything and would kill anyone who tried to dissuade him from the way of Allah …”

In Limoux, this worrying passenger was then handed over to the gendarmerie, which Karim had called as a precaution. In this context, Slimen, a 20-year-old man from Val-de-Marne who lives with his mother in Espéraza, was sentenced to two years in prison without parole by the court in Carcassonne on July 18, when he was sentenced to immediate execution. “The one I saw in the courtroom was not the same as the one on the bus. He is someone who is not in control of his emotions, contrary to what the psychiatrist stated in his report. This youth is radicalised and impressionable,” stresses Karim, who does not want any equation to be made with the Muslim community in this case. “I felt something was going to happen in the name of Allah, but a real Muslim acts like me, not like him!” La Dépêche
