Germany: Mob of 250 migrants attacks police officers
According to the Federal Police, a female officer was injured during a riot at Nuremberg Central Station.
The woman was attacked by a man early on Sunday morning when she addressed him, the federal police said on Monday. She was punched in the face.
According to investigators, the commotion was preceded by an operation at the main railway station: Shortly before sunrise, two quarrelling men from Eritrea had been separated by a patrol on the spot. However, one of them refused to show his documents and punched and kicked the police officers.
He was then overpowered and “brought to the ground”. Another man, who had disturbed the action, was also handcuffed and both were taken to the police station with the “use of immediate force”.
In the meantime, about 250 people in the main railway station had shown solidarity against the officers and “shouted loud hate slogans” against the police. Attempts to ” settle the incident by means of speeches and expulsions” were unsuccessful.
It was initially not possible to find out how many police officers were involved, as the press office of the Nuremberg Federal Police could not be reached. In addition to federal police officers, officers of the state police were also on duty.
France: The “Ramadan Market” in Lyon, which takes place during the month of Ramadan, will change its name. The environmentalists at the top of the city will now call it the “Market of Oriental Tastes”
The Lyon city council has so far referred to the “Ramadan market”, but environmentalists in the city council are now calling it a “market of oriental delights” to be held during the month of Ramadan.
The city of Lyon has issued a call for tenders to find an operator to organise the Ramadan market from 2023. However, the market in Bahadourian Square and the United States Quarter in Lyon (3rd and 8th districts) will be called the ” Market of Oriental Tastes “.
A tempting range of tasty croissants and other baklava. But why this semantic shift when the Lyon city council has been talking about the “Ramadan market” for over twenty years? “Because it is not a market open only to people of the Muslim faith. It is open to everyone,” Lyon city council explained. However, this information is already common knowledge.
The Lyon Greens are fawning as they are erasing all religious references. What do the Muslim authorities think about this? Kamel Kabtane, the rector of the Great Mosque of Lyon, could not be approached. Grégory Doucet, the mayor of Lyon (EELV), had twice refused to attend the ceremony of the vows of the jurors in the basilica of Fourvière, in the name of the principle of “laïcité”. The question now is whether the name “Christmas Market” will continue to exist in the Place Carnot… Will it also be renamed according to secularism? Le Progrès

France faces milk shortage
French National Federation of Agricultural Trade Unions (FNSEA) announced the expectations of a shortage of milk in the country in the coming autumn and winter.
“For milk production, fodder is needed, mainly alfalfa and corn, which were not harvested this year. So there is a risk of milk shortages this autumn and this winter,” Yannick Fialip, chairman of the FNSEA economic commission, told Franceinfo.
On August 5, Fialip expressed his concern. “We have animals, which are usually in the meadows at this time, that have nothing left to eat”. As a result, the breeders will feed the animals the fodder in stocks, usually set aside for winter.
“We are very worried about the ability of many breeders to be able to feed their herds throughout the winter of 2022-2023”, he explained, hoping for a “rise” in the price of milk to compensate for the spending and ensure the survival of the sector, but he also predicted a possible lack of milk. “I think that in the coming months, we will have a shortage of milk in France.”
“The price of milk in France is 20 percent lower than the price of milk paid to other European producers, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands,” emphasized Fialip.
“The fields are completely dried out,” Nicolas Declomesnils, a breeder from Calvados told public broadcaster TF1. Like other farmers, he must dip into reserves to maintain his production rate.
As for the prospect of a shortage, French consumers, interviewed on the first channel on Saturday, August 6, were worried. “For me, milk is essential”, one said. On the other hand, in the event of a rise in prices, some admit that they would probably reduce their consumption.
To avoid pushing prices too high, breeders want state aid to be granted. “There is a calamity fund which helps breeders to be able to have access to aid which would allow them to buy fodder (…) We must be able to activate it in a good number of departments to give the cash to breeders,” insisted Fialip. For farmers, it’s a matter of survival.

German Greens minister wants to establish centers for neighbors to report each other for political incorrectness
Josefine Paul, the minister for children, youth, family, equality, refugees, and integration of North Rhine-Westphalia for the Greens, wants to push through a project that encourages Germans to report their fellow citizens, according to the German publication Focus.
Reports suggest that Paul intends to set up four reporting centers where people can anonymously report other people who are behaving politically incorrect through hotlines. For example, “incidents hostile to homosexuals, migrants, Muslims, blacks, and Roma” are to be reported, even those that are not criminal.
The government of the most populous federal state will spend €140,000 to establish each center. Paul, a former teacher, lives with Katja Meier, the Saxon justice minister and also a member of the Green Party.
“As I will continue to reject non-Christian gender language and gender ideology, it is already foreseeable that some zealous left-wing whistleblower will turn me in in East German Stasi-style. So be it,” responded Dirk Kalweit, vice-chairman of the CDU Christian Democracy faction in the Landtag (State Diet).
