An inmate is beaten up in French prison for not obeying Ramadan. “It is an everyday reality. Some don’t eat pork anymore because they are pressured”
A particularly worrying weekend in Perpignan prison, where several riots took place. The Ufap Unsa Justice union continues to denounce overcrowding in prisons at record levels.
One of the most overcrowded prisons in France, the Perpignan prison has seen an increase in violence and various incidents for several months. This weekend, the tension has risen even further as a result of prison overcrowding, which has become unsustainable, claims Pierre Grousset, local secretary of the Ufap Unsa Justice union.
Within two days, four prisoners were placed in specially secured detention rooms because they had refused to re-enter their cells. In the process, they hurled insults and death threats at a female guard in the MAF (Maison d’arrêt des Femmes) area.
A few hours later, a second brawl broke out in the visitors’ waiting room. The result: a laceration to the mouth and a concussion. One prisoner had to be evacuated to hospital. He claimed to have been beaten up by another inmate who accused him of not observing Ramadan. “This is a daily reality. Some people don’t eat pork any more because they are put under pressure,” Pierre Grousset stresses. (…) Actu.fr
Sweden: Illegal Afghan asylum seeker rapes Swedish woman and throws her down a 20-metre shaft because she wouldn’t marry him
A man around 40 years old, believed to be from Afghanistan, was arrested for allegedly first raping a woman in Norberg and then pushing her down a mine shaft.
The man, who reportedly came to Sweden at the time of the refugee crisis in 2015, was denied a residence permit but remained in the country anyway.
It was Friday afternoon when a family man passing by with his children heard a woman calling for help from a mine hole in Långgruvan, west of Avesta in Norberg municipality. It turned out that the woman had been raped, pushed into the pit and left there to die.
(…) The man calls himself Mohamad Amini and is 41 years old, according to his birth certificate. However, his identity has not been confirmed and the Swedish authorities have not been able to establish his nationality, but all indications are that he is from Afghanistan.
According to Aftonbladet, the woman found in the mine hole between Avesta and Norberg was a woman who Mohamad Amini asked to marry. However, the woman rejected the man’s marriage proposal, whereupon he took revenge on her by raping her and pushing her into the pit.
“She was lucky. There was snow at the bottom of the pit for her to land on and cushion her fall. But that’s a big height. Normally it doesn’t end well if you fall 20 metres,” Lars Johansson, head of Avesta’s rescue service, told the newspaper Aftonbladet.
The woman was rescued from the mine shaft by helicopter. It is not yet known how long the woman was trapped in the pit before she was rescued.
Mohamad Amini has a criminal record. He has been convicted twice for drunk driving and once for minor drug offences. On both occasions, the penalty was a fine. Samnytt.se

WATCH: Brutal attack by left-wing Antifa on a shop assistant in Germany – Despite this, politics and the media play down the violence of the left
They came in broad daylight and struck with unbelievable brutality: Antifa mobs carried out violent actions in Schwerin, Magdeburg, Erfurt and Halle last Saturday and vandalised shops of the clothing brand Thor Steinar.
In Erfurt, the Antifa perpetrators gained access to the shop via a decoy who had previously made acquaintance with the shop assistant. The shop assistant was knocked down and then injured so severely by two perpetrators with a blackjack that she had to be treated in the intensive care unit of a hospital. The perpetrators deliberately hit the victim’s knees and ankles with a nightstick.
A total of six perpetrators were involved in the attack in Erfurt: Two who used violence against the shop assistant, two others who spread tar paint and butyric acid in the salesroom, and two people who kept cave. Although a helicopter was used in the search for the perpetrators and public transport in Erfurt city centre was briefly paralysed to limit the perpetrators’ possibilities of escape, the police followed the tip-off of a saleswoman. On the other hand, the police did to not investigate the tip-off of a passer-by about a person smelling of butyric acid.
So once again questions arise about the effectiveness of police work against antifa perpetrators – and this in the federal state governed by the left-wing state premier Bodo Ramelow, of all people, where there was a huge series of arsons and attacks by antifa perpetrators last year.
These crimes are part of a veritable campaign by Antifa against the company, which is framed by left-wing extremists as a “Nazi brand”. Already in December 2019, almost an entire multi-storey residential building in the centre of Plauen burnt down because left-wing extremists had carried out an arson attack on the Thor Steinar shop located on the ground floor.
In view of this series of crimes, one wonders once again when left-wing terrorism will finally be perceived, named and fought as such by the media, politics and authorities instead of permanently and continuously trivialising it? If the trivialisation continues, then it is only a matter of time before the first fatality is mourned.

Spain: A Moroccan man who parked in the second row and had to pay a fine for it caused a riot among Moroccan migrants – The police were pelted with “plates, bins, meat, even from balconies” and had to retreat (VIDEO)
- Hundreds of people shouted and threw objects, some even from balconies, at police officers who had tried to fine a vehicle parked in the second row.
- The instigator of the riot was arrested for public disorder and resisting arrest.
The Rocafonda neighbourhood in Mataró (Maresme) is once again at the centre of a social conflict. This was demonstrated yesterday when hundreds of people, most of them of Moroccan origin, attacked local police officers who were trying to fine the owner of a vehicle parked in the second row in Pau Picasso street.
Shortly after 8pm, a man reacted angrily to the fine imposed on him by an officer from the Mataró local police station for parking his vehicle in the second row in front of 40 Pablo Picasso Street. The delinquent, who refused to give his personal details, confronted the officers shouting and caused a large number of people to gather at the scene for a street fight.
After the confrontation with the driver, they started throwing bottles, plates, rubbish bags, oranges, a helmet, pieces of meat, etc. at the officers, even from the balconies, so that they had to retreat and call three more patrols of the local police and two of the Mossos d’Esquadra for reinforcement. The provocateur was eventually arrested, but the unrest continued throughout the night and even led to a container being set on fire in the Palau district. […]La Vanguardia
Corona test refused: 43 asylum seekers escape deportation from Austria
Not only the upheaval in Afghanistan, but also the Corona pandemic caused far-reaching changes and delays in asylum repatriations. Twelve charter flights had to be completely cancelled last year, three of them to Nigeria. The reason: the persons to be deported refused a PCR test.
Negotiations had to be held with Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Turkey on how to deal with such persons who rejected the test, as reported by the newspaper Kurier. In total, 43 asylum seekers managed to avoid deportation in this way.
Last year, the number of persons forced to leave the country rose to a total of 9,148, of which 54 per cent were voluntary. In the first year of the pandemic, the number of people ordered to leave the country had plummeted by a significant 30 per cent. In 2021, despite the restricted air traffic, 52 charter flights were carried out, which is more than double the number in 2020, when there were 22 flights.
838 transfers took place under the Dublin III agreement, which requires asylum seekers to be returned to the country where they first entered the EU. Most of them were sent to Slovakia (918), followed by Hungary (434), Romania (360), Serbia (319), Poland (265) and Nigeria (120). The costs for the forced deportations amounted to 2.44 million euros.

Germany: Deutsche Bahn must offer third gender option for train tickets, court rules
The Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt is forcing Deutsche Bahn to offer customers a third gender option when buying tickets.
The court, concurring with a lower court ruling, found that the company should not require people who do not identify as being either a man or a woman to choose between the two classic gender categories, according to NTV.Deutsche Bahn has six months to implement the new ruling, or it can appeal to the Constitutional Court, which is Germany’s highest court.
The decision came following a lawsuit filed by a woman who described herself as “non-binary.” The gender entry on her birth certificate read “unspecified” and the customer felt discriminated against when buying a BahnCard because she had to choose between male and female categories on the form.
The plaintiff in the case demanded provisional action and indemnity from Deutsche Bahn. A district court dealt with the case last August and ruled that the online form when purchasing the Bahncard constituted discrimination within the meaning of the General Equal Treatment Act. However, the plaintiff was not entitled to compensation. Deutsche Bahn appealed the decision.
In early December 2020, the lower Frankfurt district court had objected to the company’s customer forms. Having to choose between the man and woman options was discriminatory for people who did not feel they belonged to either gender, the lower court ruled. The court also recommended that Deutsche Bahn refrain from using gender-specific forms of address and opt to use a neutral greeting such as “Good morning.”
Muslim mothers and children ‘threw stones together’ during violent Swedish riots, chief prosecutor claims
It was not only young men but also mothers and children who took part in the violent riots in Sweden on Easter weekend, said Eva Nemec Nordh, the chief prosecutor at Linköping’s Public Prosecutor’s Office,,
The Muslim riots took place in Skäggetorp in Linköping, where around 200 people participated — mainly young men but also burka-clad women and children. The rioters burned police vehicles and injured dozens of officers, some severely. They were protesting Danish far-right supporters organized by Stram Kurs who vowed to publicly burn a Quran.
Sweden has long suffered from disastrous immigration policies and Muslim migrants especially have been responsible for large increases in crime, a reality the establishment media has often sought to obfuscate.
“Mothers and children threw stones together. The mothers patted the children and cheered,” said Eva Nemec Nordh. “It feels completely absurd. Families with children participated together with young men. It is completely crazy that you take your children into such an environment,” the chief prosecutor added.
Women and children also appeared in the riots in Rinkeby in Stockholm, according to eyewitness Garip Güneş.
“I heard a mother brag to a friend that her son, who is 11 or 12, had gone out to throw stones when he heard about the Quran burning,” he said. “In such situations, women often have a calming effect, but today women also threw stones. Their children were next to them, and they did not care.”
Germany: Syrian Jew-hater gets off with a judicial caution for the second time
Musaab A. A. had posted a crime scene photo of a massacre of a Jewish settler family in the West Bank (three dead) on Facebook in 2017. With the comment: “Blessed Feast of Sacrifice.” Accompanied by a red heart emoji.
Four years passed before the then 20-year-old refugee from Aleppo (Syria) had to answer to the district court in 2021. But “due to delays in maturity caused by his flight history” he got off with a warning under juvenile criminal law at the time.
“Too little”, the senior public prosecutor from the “Hate Crime Centre” found and appealed in December 2021. Especially since the accused showed no remorse. He also gave the newspaper photographer the finger after the end of the trial.
On Monday, the district court had to decide on Musaab A. A. (now 25 years old) in the second instance. He himself remained silent on the charges (approval of criminal offences and disturbing the public peace).
For the senior public prosecutor, it was “not an isolated act”. In March 2019, A. A. was given 15 months probation for dangerous bodily harm. And in December 2019, a fine for anti-Semitic graffiti.
For him, the accused showed “a blatant disregard for the law”. The “violence-prone” defendant, who has no job and no stable social environment, has a “considerable need for education”.
Although he has been in Germany since 2015, Musaab A. A. has only been attending a German course for one month. The prosecutor’s motion: eight months juvenile sentence. The defence again asked for acquittal.
The disappointing ruling: The court was of the same opinion as the district court colleague. And rejected the appeal of the public prosecutor’s office.
The accused had publicly approved of “the slaughter of this family in the West Bank”. But the judge also spoke of delays in maturity, of “considerable personality deficiencies”.
Regarding the warning, the judge said, “It is the right remedy. It is sufficient.” But the judge warned: “You have slipped by a hair’s breadth from a harsher sanction.”
