Scandalous verdict: German court acquits two Arabs accused of raping a 14-year-old refugee aid worker – The victim collapses in the courtroom

Six years ago, two Syrians allegedly raped a then 14-year-old refugee aid worker in a shelter in Lüchow-Dannenberg.

In the first instance, the duo was given a suspended sentence; in the appeal before the Regional Court of Lüneburg, the surprising turnaround: Acquittal for Schadi A. (25) and Mohamad T. (25)!

Reason: According to the court, the alleged victim Annika R. (20, name altered) had contradicted herself in her testimony in camera. The judges also think that a rape did not take place!

The defendants were happy (they kept quiet about the accusation), but the counterparty did not understand. Pascal Ackermann, lawyer for the joint plaintiff: “A clear miscarriage of justice! The assumption that her testimony was not credible is a scandal. The acquittals are a slap in the face of a brave young woman.” Annika’s mother: “My daughter broke down after the decision. It’s a nightmare that she has now been labelled a liar.”

The victim only went to the police one year after the alleged assault. According to her, the duo had threatened to harm her family if she reported it.

Britain unable to pay for Russian gas deliveries

Britain is the only country to have imposed sanctions on Russia’s Gazprombank, through which payments for Russian natural gas are made. It is thus unable to pay for Russian gas after President Putin’s decree that this commodity must be paid for in rubles.

Foreign-currency accounts on the Moscow exchange for Gazprom customers were opened where currencies can be converted into rubles, but Britain has opted out of this arrangement. The EU has not been able to present a united front regarding the US-imposed sanctions regime. Some countries will be hit harder than others. Hungary has already signalled its intention to ignore sanctions.

Slovakia, Bulgaria and Moldavia have also agreed to pay in rubles while Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have rejected payments in Russian currency. Other countries are still trying to arrange deliveries.

Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president Vladimir Putin, reminded the media of Britain’s hardline position: “London wants to be the leader of everything anti-Russian. It even wants to be ahead of Washington! That’s the cost!”.

On March 31, Putin signed a decree requiring gas buyers from “unfriendly countries” to open special ruble and foreign currency accounts with Gazprombank to pay for gas supplies.

Researchers at Goldman Sachs have calculated that US exports of LNG are already at capacity and therefore US energy supplies would not make up for the shortfall. Moreover, the EU does not yet have the infrastructure to receive larger volumes of LNG imports.

This weekend, the Russian gas giant officially halted all deliveries to Europe via the Yamal-Europe pipeline, critical to European energy supplies.

The cost of gas in the UK increased dramatically in just a month. It shot up by 81 percent at once, while electricity prices jumped by 36 percent. “Millions of Britons impoverished overnight,” according to Bloomberg.

“Warming up the house, taking a shower or cooking dinner – the cost of it all skyrocketed to new heights for millions in the UK – after electricity prices hit a record on Friday. In the near future, many people will face a choice between saving the family budget and living in a warm room.”

The Governor of the Central Bank of England, Andrew Bailey, called it “a truly historic shock to the real income of the British, and more severe than it was in the 1970s” and the head of the National Energy Action (NEA) charitable organization, agreed with him, describing it “as the biggest price shock of our time”.

Instead of engaging in diplomacy, the UK will be selling sell Ukraine anti-ship missiles to protect Odessa from Russia. Britain is working on a plan to supply Ukraine with anti-ship systems, reported The Times.

Johnson believes that if the Russian ships are sunk, it will help to disrupt the assault on Odessa. He believes that the Russian army could not occupy Kiev thanks to the British NLAW anti-tank systems. British authorities are discussing the delivery to Ukraine of Harpoons and loitering ammunition designed to protect against shelling from ships of the Black Sea Fleet.

British Defense Secretary Wallace said that the authorities also plan to supply Ukraine with long-range artillery and other weapons.

The EU will meanwhile have to pay 230 billion euros just for the increase in energy prices caused by their anti-Russian sanctions. Europeans now face stagflation – a combination of simultaneous economic decline and high inflation, according to both the Minister of Finance of Germany, and ECB President Christine Lagarde.

Are the political elites mocking us? Or are they really just that out of touch?

By Olivia Murray

In the German state of Baden-Württemburg, the minister of agriculture and consumer protection echoed the elitism of Pete Buttigeig and suggested that in the face of exploding energy costs, struggling citizens simply don an extra layer.

For Peter Hauk, the comfort and provision of his people is a small price to pay for an escalation of tensions between two foreign nations.  Prior to the conflict’s eruption on February 24, Germany received 55% of its gas, a third of its oil, and 45% of its coal from Russia, and Hauk is calling for a complete ban on the imports, in turn ramping up energy costs.  So what about the people who won’t be able to afford to heat their homes properly?

Hauk, being the altruistic and compassionate humanitarian he is, acknowledges that his countrymen aren’t the concern, it’s the people in a foreign nation that take precedence. Here’s what he told his constituents: “You can withstand 15 degrees [Celsius] in a sweater.  No one dies of it.  But people are dying elsewhere.”

Hauk is taking a page from his American counterpart: Pete Buttigeig told the American people the high gas prices were our part to pay for the war in Ukraine, and if we didn’t like it, we should simply buy an electric vehicle.

So what’s the deal?  Is it a joke to them, or are they just unbelievably oblivious?

These people might be politically liberal, which certainly indicates a decent level of mindlessness, but they aren’t stupid.  These are the same elites who hate the common man, calling us “useless eaters” and “life unworthy of life.”  They say we had better get used to eating bugs and that we will “own nothing and be happy.”  They live by the philosophy of “rules for thee, but not for me,” consistently violating the standards they put in place for us.  They consider us a joke.

And should we blame them?  We allow ourselves to be pawns in their games, believing they aren’t that bad when they toss us a crumb, or falling for every little distraction they throw our way.

Although overt political enemies of our God-given rights are without a doubt hazardous to our security, they aren’t the only threat.  “Green” globalist elites seeking to subjugate the people of the world are found in all political parties.  Don’t be fooled.
