Germany: Afghan beats teenage girls with a belt

Near the Konkordiapark in Chemnitz, a 17-year-old attacked several people and injured them so severely that they had to be taken to hospital.

At around 8.50 pm, the police were called to Limbacher Street opposite the skate park. The youth from Afghanistan had gone berserk after a verbal argument and had attacked several people with his hands and a belt.

A girl (15) and two young women (18, 20) were injured. Both women had to be taken to hospital for further treatment by the ambulance service.

In addition, a 14-year-old boy was allegedly also beaten. It is not known whether he was injured, as he had left the scene before the police arrived.

The police officers who were called to the scene were successful in apprehending the alleged assailant. He was under the influence of alcohol – a test showed 1.72 per mille.

A charge of dangerous bodily harm was brought against the 17-year-old.

Moscow to punish mask wearers as EU unleashes ‘peace’

Moscow has taken a firm approach: Mayor Sobyanin has not only lifted the mask requirement by decree, but has even made it a punishable offense to continue wearing masks in public.

The decree came into effect on March 15. The use of medical masks in Moscow is now only allowed in medical institutions if their management allows it. “The use of masks on subways, buses, streets or any other location is equated with intent to hide one’s identity from surveillance cameras or law enforcement,” the authorities said. Anyone who still puts a mask on their face must expect a fine of 5000 to 75 000 rubles (42 to 630 euros).

Various corona measures were still in force in Moscow until recently. For example, companies were obliged to measure the body temperature of their employees and to set up partition walls at workplaces.

The main reason for the end of the mask regulations is likely to be a concern about terrorism. Russia is conducting a special operation in Ukraine, and currently has more pressing issues than worrying about face masks.

The Austrian columnist and former chairman of the FPÖ spin-off BZÖ (Bündnis Zukunft Österreich), Gerald Grosz, has meanwhile sent an open letter to the Stockholm Nobel Committee, in which he nominated the Kremlin boss for the Nobel Prize in Medicine. Putin “single-handedly managed within a few days” to defeat Corona worldwide, he explained.

The EU has also developed not only a new view on the importance of Covid transmissibility, but quite a unique understanding of the notion of “peace”. At a meeting of foreign and defense ministers, it agreed to double the volume for arms deliveries to Ukraine to one billion euros. The funds are to be made available from the so-called “peace” fund. Many security analysts have warned that such weapons could end up in the EU through smugglers.

Because military operations cannot be financed from the EU budget, in March 2021 the EU approved a fund with a budget of 5 billion euros, which can be used to finance foreign operations and military aid for partner countries. This also makes weapon deliveries possible.

These missions were previously primarily intended to secure peace, prevent conflicts, ensure the rule of law and stop pirates and people smugglers. But this is no longer the aim of the “European Peace Facility”.

Kevin Guiavarch, “pioneer of French jihadism”, sentenced to 14 years in prison

The prosecution had demanded 18 years in prison for Kevin Guiavarch, one of the first Frenchmen to join Islamic State and leave for Syria. The Paris special court finally sentenced him to 14 years in prison with a two-thirds preventive detention, as Le Point reports. Also in the dock were his lawful wife and three “concubines” who were also on trial for terrorist gangs. The first was sentenced to six months in prison. The other three were sentenced to five years in prison with two to four years suspended. The four women were to serve their sentences with an electronic ankle bracelet. A fifth woman, who was on trial for aiding a minor to leave the country and preparing to marry Kevin Guiavarch, was acquitted.

The Frenchman and his lawful wife had been in the Iraqi-Syrian zone from January 2013 to June 2016. For the Advocate General, an aggravating factor for the rank of “pioneer” jihadi. “Those who left before 2014-2015 are the most radicalised,” he had noted in his closing argument. He also did not believe that the jihadist’s return could be classified as remorseful. “He returned because he did not want to die. He is not a penitent, he is a cynical liar,” Le Monde quoted him as saying.

Salma, the wife, helped to ensure that Kevin Guiavarch’s other female companions joined in. Far from being a mere follower, she was described by the prosecution as a sort of ” top executive ” of the couple. The latter did not hesitate to share Daech’s propaganda on social networks, and in particular declared that the journalists of Charlie Hebdo “deserved” their fate. The five convicts will be listed in the database of terrorist offenders (Fijait).

France: Muslim school closed due to fundamentalist tendencies, among other things

This is bad news for the Muslim school on Boulevard des Mûriers in Cabucelle in the 15th arrondissement of Marseille. On March 25, the newspaper La Provence reported that the prefecture had ordered the closure of the school. The school is accused of using unlicensed teachers for the primary pupils who are taught there. However, this is not the only violation denounced by the education authority. The contractless school is accused of promoting segregation from society, not ensuring regular school attendance for the children or publishing a list of pupils that does not correspond to reality.

” The educational content is not guaranteed,” Christophe Mimand, the prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, stated in his decree of March 9. Following this decision, the police intervened in the institution to close it down. The education authorities also discovered the existence of an unregistered distance learning organisation attached to this madrassa. Despite reminders sent to the person in charge of the school, the deficiencies were not rectified. If the closure is not complied with, the headmaster faces a prison sentence and a fine of 75 000 euros. All 195 pupils attending the school must be enrolled in another school within two weeks.

Actor Laurence Fox Comes Out as ‘Trans-Racial Actress’, Asks to Play Winnie Mandela

Cancelled actor Laurence Fox jokingly claimed that he is now a “trans-racial actress of colour” and that he is looking to finally win an Oscar for portraying the widow of Nelson Mandela.

Taking to “Twatter”, as Fox typically refers to the American social media platform, the actor turned political campaigner announces “some personal news” on Wednesday evening.

“I am a woman. My name is Lauren Foxx and I am a trans-racial actress of colour looking to play Winnie Mandela in a film for which I expect an Oscar,” the Reclaim Party leader wrote.

“It’s time to push back against the systemic misogyny and transphobia in the show business community,” he jibed.

Fox, who prior to his entry into the political fray was perhaps best known for his role as DS Hathaway on the longstanding detective drama Lewis, was essentially blacklisted from the film and television industry following his questioning of leftist tenets such as “white privilege” on the BBC’s Question Time in 2020.

Following the very public cancellation of his acting career, Mr Fox established the Reclaim Party in order to combat all things woke in Britain, later launching a bid to run for Mayor of London against leftist Labour incumbent Sadiq Khan.

On Thursday, the campaigner took aim at Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak for failing to be able to define what a woman is.

Appearing on talkRadio, the Conservative Party politician was apparently stumped by hostess Julia Hartley-Brewer, who asked the Chancellor simply: “What is a woman?”.

Sunak said that he “agreed” with comments from Prime Minister Boris Johnson touching upon the subject the day before, repeatedly refusing to put his thoughts into his own words, and when pressed said that he could not remember exactly what Mr Johnson had even said.

At Prime Minister’s Questions in the House of Commons, Johnson had said that while sensitivity and love should be afforded to those seeking to change their gender, “When it comes to distinguishing between a man and a woman, the basic facts of biology remain overwhelmingly important.”

He does not appear to be considering any actual legislation at strengthening protections for women’s spaces or the right to challenge transgender ideology without being cancelled or possibly pursued by law enforcement for “hate speech”, however.

Mocking Sunak’s inability to define what a woman is other than ‘what he said’, Laurence Fox quipped: “A woman is an adult human female, Rishi. It’s not complicated.”

“Ps. Lia Thomas is a man. Pass it on,” Fox said of a transgender swimmer who recently won the NCAA 500-yard freestyle championship against biologically female opponents.

EU Parliament: Migrant crime shall be systematically concealed

On March 8, the European Parliament adopted a resolution on combating racism in culture, media, education and sport. Behind the supposed “fight against racism” is a hard-hitting censorship of alternative media and a tabooing of any criticism of migration and multiculturalism.

MEPs demand that media promoting “hate speech” or “xenophobia” should not receive EU and national funding. The negative portrayal of certain racial and ethnic groups should be prevented. “Portraying migrants as the cause of various economic and social problems” makes them a target for racism and leads to stigmatisation. The European Parliament “calls for the cultural and media sectors to avoid practices that perpetuate or reinforce negative stereotypes about ethnic and racial minorities and urges them to show members of these communities taking on positive roles”.

In other words, media that speak facts are to be censored. If you look at current statistics on crime, welfare and underachievement, you immediately notice: Africans and Muslims are disproportionately involved. In Austria, more than 40 percent of crimes are committed by migrants. Almost 50 percent of the prison inmates in Austria are foreigners. This means that the proportion of foreigners is significantly higher than that in the population as a whole. The citizen is confronted with an increasingly brutal and frequent crime committed by foreigners. When reporting, the established media often conceal the origin of the criminals and lull the population into a deceptive sense of security.

The globalist “woke” propaganda is not to be spared for the pupils in schools either. History is being bent to fit the multicultural agenda. According to the EU Parliament, curricula are to be revised with a special focus on the history of European minorities, especially their contribution to Europe’s cultural heritage. “Authors, historians, scientists, artists and other personalities from different racial and ethnic backgrounds should be included in key educational materials”.

The initiator of the resolution, Salima Yenbou, is a French MEP of Algerian origin. The former Green politician recently announced her intention to vote for Emmanuel Macron in the presidential elections. She recently left the European Green group to join President Macron’s centrist globalist movement. Yenbou wants to “actively fight racism” and called for “an end to media that spread racist remarks about migrants and refugees and content that is intentionally or unintentionally racist”.

There are constant calls from globalists and established parties to take tougher action against so-called “hate on the net”. But “hate speech” today is anything that does not conform to globalist propaganda and multiculti delusion. Salima Yenbou’s demands would give governments unbridled power to censor any opinion and criticism that deviates from the mainstream.

Spain: An Algerian Daech supporter determined to commit “immediate acts of violence” at the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame was sentenced to two and a half years in prison

The Audiencia Nacional sentences an Islamist arrested in Madrid in 2020 to two years and six months in prison after reaching an agreement with the public prosecutor’s office.
When Guardia Civil officers stormed Abdelgahan i Bentouati’s house unexpectedly, they found all the evidence that confirmed their suspicions. The Algerian, who was born in 1989 and lives in Madrid, was already collecting materials such as cellulose and polyethylene that would allow him “to start making” explosives; he kept manuals on how to make bombs and how to “stab to ensure death”; and he had even searched the internet for an explosive belt “that could be used in a suicide bombing”. According to the national court, which sentenced him to two years and six months in prison after a plea bargain with the prosecution, he was “determined to act” and “looking for a target”.

What’s more, Bentouati’s possible targets were, according to the verdict of February 23 convicting him of jihadist activities, the Eiffel Tower or the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. Also Barajas airport (Madrid) or Salamanca Cathedral. “There is a video of his desire to reclaim ‘the great castle of Salamanca’,” explains the Audiencia Nacional ruling, stressing that photographs of these “places” were seized, in which he can be seen “marking them with the mark of Daech [acronym for Islamic State in Arabic]”. A ring with this stamp later found in his house: “Which replicates the seal of the Prophet used by Daech both individually and for the insignia of his flag”. On the inside it says: “Muhammad, Messenger, Allah”.

But beyond his wishful thinking, did the 30-year-old have the capacity to take action? The Audiencia Nacional is convinced that he was “ready” to do so. Bentouati had educated himself, thanks to the contacts he made via social networks: especially WhatsApp groups. “By constantly searching, viewing and listening to [jihadist propaganda], the defendant carried out a process of indoctrination and had the decision to commit imminent acts of violence,” summarises the verdict, which convicted him of the crime of autonomous indoctrination and training, as well as falsification of documents. “He showed a high level of identification with the Daech terrorist organisation, as well as a great interest in weapons and combat techniques,” the Guardia Civil added when he was arrested in September 2020.

The warnings were initially triggered by Europol, which warned that the suspect was using a phone number that was used in two jihadist WhatsApp groups. A warning, however, that was far understated. Investigators found that he participated in around 50 jihadist WhatsApp groups and operated three Facebook, two Twitter and one Instagram profile for the redistribution of radical material he received. He had also received a “Knife Weapon Manual” via the Jihad and Military Sciences group: “A 30-page illustrated document [in PDF format] explaining step by step the techniques of handling and using a knife weapon.

The convict kept videos explaining how to make incendiary devices “with simple materials”. And he had access to “manuals for making explosive devices consisting of petrol and polyspam”, the judges explained in the verdict, which was explained by former justice minister Juan Carlos Campo. The court also adds that the accused acquired ” material ” that enabled him to ” start manufacturing ” explosives; issued proclamations on networks to ” encourage the carrying out of a violent jihad and the reconquest of Al-Andalus ” […].

Bentouati had been living illegally in Spain for less than a year after travelling through various countries where different intelligence services had tracked him down. After pleading in agreement with the prosecution, the court sentenced him to two years and six months in prison – he had been in custody since his arrest – and two more years on probation.El Pais
