German states with a high vaccination rate have the highest excess mortality
The physicist Dr. Ute Bergner, on November 17, delivered a speech in front of the Thuringian state parliament in which she presented an alarming study she had commissioned.
Bergner, who formerly belonged to the FDP parliamentary group in the Thuringian state parliament, has meanwhile switched to the Citizens for Thuringia party. She had commissioned two statisticians to investigate whether there was a connection between the vaccination rate and excess mortality in the 16 German federal states.
Prof. Dr. Rolf Steyer and Dr. Gregor Kappler analyzed the period from week 36 to week 40 and the results are truly disconcerting. The summary of the analysis states that excess mortality can be found in all 16 states.
The number of Covid deaths reported by the RKI in the period under review consistently only represents a relatively small part of excess mortality and above all cannot explain the critical issue – the higher the vaccination rate, the higher the excess mortality.
The most obvious explanation however is that being fully vaccinated increases the likelihood of death.
Of course, other explanations are possible but not very likely:
・ The higher the proportion of old people, the higher the vaccination rate and excess mortality. Therefore, the vaccination rate and excess mortality also correlate. (This explanation is not very plausible, however, as the proportion of old people would have to have changed significantly between 2016-2020 on the one hand and 2021 on the other.)
・ Higher vaccination rates are achieved through increased stress and anxiety in the country concerned, and the latter lead to higher numbers of deaths.
“Further explanations are by no means excluded. Some of them may be backed up with numbers and should be investigated further. We are very grateful for suggestions of this kind,” Bergner said.
Thuringia (4 percent) and Saxony (2 percent), the two states with the lowest vaccination rates, also have the lowest excess mortality. The front runner is Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with a vaccination rate of 66 percent and an excess mortality rate of 16 percent. All the vaccinated states showed a double-digit increase.
Results require ‘urgent clarification’
The correlation coefficient is +0.31. In the eyes of the two data scientists this is “astonishingly high”. Especially since the believers in the vaccine are claiming the opposite but provide no proof for their notion of “protection”. One should at the least expect a different relationship: the more vaccinations, the lower the mortality. After all, the intention was to protect people.
“The excess mortality increases with the increase in the vaccination rate. This requires urgent clarification,” demanded the two statisticians. Furthermore, in view of “the pending political measures aimed at containing the virus […] this figure is worrying and requires explanation if further political measures are to be taken with the aim of increasing the vaccination rate.”
The study was handed over to the Thuringian state parliament for assessment.
At the end of her speech, Ute Bergner emphasized: “A person’s worth does not depend on their vaccination status.”

France: A 17-year-old high school student who converted to Islam plotted a terrorist attack at Roazhon Park, home of Stade Rennes, with the help of armed accomplices
In Rennes, a 17-year-old high school student who had converted to Islam had drawn up a plan for a terrorist attack on the Roazhon Park football stadium on the Route de Lorient with the help of armed accomplices he intended to recruit via the messenger Telegram. He was arrested at his home in Rennes on January 16, 2018, and will appear with a co-defendant before the special juvenile court that tries terrorist crimes from November 30, 2021, to December 3, 2021.
On February 25, 2018, Interior Minister Gérard Collomb revealed that two planned attacks had been foiled by the intelligence services in January. One had targeted “a large sports facility”. In reality, it was Roazhon Park, the stadium on the Route de Lorient in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine). On January 16, 2018, a 17-year-old high school student who had converted to Islam had been arrested at his mother’s home, which was located in Rennes and not far from the football stadium.
Investigations had revealed that he was very active on social networks. He forwarded texts and videos containing jihadist propaganda. In particular, he used the messenger Telegram for recruitment to carry out attacks on Roazhon Park, the bar L’Équipe and the Carrefour City shop in the Rue de Lorient…(…) Ouest-France

France: Police couple murdered by Islamists in front of their 3-year-old son
The National Anti-terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) on Wednesday called for Mohamed Lamine Aberouz to be tried for “aiding and abetting the murder of a public official as part of a terrorist attack”, among other charges.
The murder of a police couple in their home in Magnanville (Yvelines) on June 13, 2016 had caused a wave of consternation among police forces, but also throughout the country. Jean-Baptiste Salvaing (42), deputy commander of the Les Mureaux police station (Yvelines), and his partner Jessica Schneider (36), administrative assistant at the Mantes-la-Jolie police station, had been killed by the terrorist Larossi Abballa with a knife while their three-year-old son was in the flat. The 25-year-old murderer had been shot dead shortly afterwards by the security forces when they stormed the building.
The National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) on Wednesday called for 28-year-old Mohamed Lamine Aberouz to be brought to justice. He was arrested in Les Mureaux after almost 18 months of investigation and charged on December 11, 2017 with “aiding and abetting the murder of persons who are representatives of state authority in connection with a terrorist organisation” and subsequently remanded in custody.
Mohamed Lamine Aberouz is accused of being in the flat of the police couple at the time of their murder. His DNA was actually found on the hand rest of the deceased’s computer, which the terrorist had used for the live transmission of his confession message on Facebook. In the “prevailing confusion”, Mohamed Lamine Aberouz was able to “escape unnoticed”, according to the prosecution.
The accused is also suspected of having known about Larossi Abballa’s terror plots, as he had met with him several times in 2016. In addition, he is said to have had ideological influence on him. The two men had the same fiancée: Sarah Hervouët. The latter was sentenced to 20 years in prison for an attempted attack with gas bottles – which were placed in a car – not far from Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris in 2016. In that case, Mohamed Lamine Aberouz was given a five-year sentence for failing to report a terrorist crime. The defendant denied any involvement in the attack in Magnanville.
For their part, two men were suspected of having given logistical support to the terrorist: Charaf Din Aberouz, 35, Mohamed’s older brother, and Saad Rajraji, 32, who in 2013 – like Larossi Abballa – had been convicted in an Afghan-Pakistani jihad recruitment network. Prosecutors eventually called for proceedings in their cases to be dropped.
“After these years of investigation, we are left with the frustration and concern that we still do not know why Commander Salvaing was targeted and how the Islamists had access to his personal address,” reacted Thibault de Montbrial, the lawyer for Jessica Schneider’s family, to the verdict, quoted by the Paris Region daily.
Nadler, Dems Blast Rittenhouse Verdict, Demand Federal Charges
If at first you don’t succeed, try, try and try again.
Some verdicts are a surprise, but the Rittenhouse verdict was all but inevitable largely because of the grotesque misconduct of the prosecution which couldn’t have performed any better if it had been actively trying to sabotage its own prosecution. After a few years where some conservative lawyers crashed and burned, Rittenhouse’s team succeeded by staying focused and focusing on the facts and the law.
Meanwhile, the prosecutors that the lynch mob had been counting on were the ones acting like a clown show.
Is it over? Good question.
Virtually every Dem and lefty group, from Biden on down, has put out statements critical of the verdict that range from the restrained…
“While the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken,” Biden
to the violently histrionic from Bill de Blasio…
“Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum are victims. They should be alive today. The only reason they’re not is because a violent, dangerous man chose to take a gun across state lines and start shooting people. To call this a miscarriage of justice is an understatement.”
Former civil rights group, the ACLU, chose to issue a statement blasting the surfeit of due process while blaming everything on “white supremacy”.
And, more seriously, Rep. Nadler demanded a federal review.
“This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest,” Nadler wrote in a tweet posted Friday afternoon.
The DOJ coming in here would be legally challenging, but not as impossible as some people believe. Many of the arguments and narratives you’ve been hearing on social media and in the media, useless in the existing case, were prepping the ground for a federal case.
A federal case, most likely on civil rights charges, would be challenging, but it’s important to remember what the overall agenda would be.
As I wrote in the conclusion to my review of David Horowitz’s new book, “I Can’t Breathe”, keeping the tensions going is a political strategy.
That is why I Can’t Breathe: How a Racial Hoax is Killing America has arrived now, not right after the riots, but at its most timely point as an administration stacked with racist radicals turns the BLM hoax into policy and whose response to any election, whether it’s the gubernatorial election in Virginia, or any future elections to come, is their familiar brand of racist poison.
Americans were relieved to see the end of the violent year of BLM riots that devastated entire communities, but as the Democrats prepare for difficult elections in 2022 and 2024, there is every reason to believe that a desperate party facing defeat will turn to race riots once again.
The Rittenhouse verdict serves the Dems and the wokes quite well in this regard because they have an instrument for creating tension and the entire process of demanding federal intervention and any possible federal case would keep the whole thing alive and politically useful.
